Too much imported stuff this time around. I remembered in times past more pre- owned tempting items. The coffee cabin was closed for refurbishment disappointing- and the outdoor sales area was reduced in variety, age, and quantity of stock. Has the ownership changed , I wonder? So, disappointing in comparison from previous visits. I suppose what I'm saying in a gehtle way is that the original wow factor has gone / been diluted. Needs to go back to to what it did best. Otherwise, it becomes something less

Always a really fun day out looking through the Packhouse. They have unique items what are given a second life.

Excellent cafe with pods for coffee

Good parking,multitude of both antique and contemporary pieces over multiple floors,nice coffee cabin and seat,worth a visit,lots of stairs.

Better than the last visit - more on offer. We found the restaurant a bit weird. It is quite a formal restaurant and menu and preferred it when it was more cafe like, but I am rating the shopping experience.

I have always loved going to The Pack House and go probably once or twice a month as well as use their restaurant. They sell the most beautiful and unique items and have bought so much from them. However I have been left feeling very disappointed recently as I bought 2 sequin skirts for Christmas with the idea of trying on at home and bringing one back. I took them home to try on, was ill for 3 days, then chose the skirt I wanted to wear that weekend which was the 7th day. By the time I could take it back, they told me it's out of the 7 day return policy by 3 days. I emailed them asking them to waiver it on this occasion as I'm a regular customer and they didn't bother to reply. 7 days just isn't enough time. Please please be a little more helpful and give your customers longer. 14 days would be much better, especially around the Christmas period.

Travelled some distance to visit this retail environment. Went to the coffee shop for refreshments, coffee was luke warm at best and very pricey and would not recommend

OMG what a goldmine. Never been here before but you could easily spend a few hours going over all the floors looking at unusual items. I am sure there is something here for everyone. Additionally the staff are very welcoming and made the visit a treat. Recommend a visit to see what you can spend your money on.

Multi Trader retail site fits under a very broad banner of homewares. Furniture, soft furnishings, decorations, tittle tattle. Great place to nose around and find gifts of unusual nature. Few genuine antiques. Prices inflated to reflect the clientele and affluent Surrey location. Excellent restaurant on same site. Parking plentiful and free. Staff always very friendly. By nature of being a very old building it is largely unsuitable for wheelchair access unfortunately.

Absolutely brilliant, we always visit the Packhouse when we’re in the area and every time we buy something. Such a wide choice of everything.

Imerse yourself in a unique lifestyle store in a 400 year-old hop kiln, selling vintage fashions and homeware, with a cafe.

Thought it was meant to be an antique centre. Modern day rubbish.

Christmas Fayre is absolutely fabulous as usual - getting to be a tradition for us now. Free prosecco and mini-mince pie on arrival. The place is a maze, wonderful selection of pictures, postcards, clothing, bric-a-brac and paraphernalia. Shame no craft Market.

I went for the clothing area. Got a superb dress last visit. Nothing I liked this time. Love a wander thru here though!

Amazing place, worth a visit but certainly not a cheap place. Doubt if you will find a bargain here. Allow a good time as there is so much to see.

Some beautiful things, quite pricey. The restaurant was so lovely, and inviting. They deserve a mention.

An absolute delight shopping here. I dont think they will let me move in, so i am slowly buying everything they have. The service is excellent - from dismantling displays to ensure i had exactly what i was after, to the very helpful, and strong, guy who carried 3 very heavy stone plinths to my car, taking great care over packing them in safely, and refused a tip at the end! Top notch place.

Packed with a myriad of delights, this antique emporium has something for everyone. You may lose hours browsing and not find anything or get the perfect faux-pearl drawer handles in just 10 minutes.

My date required me to meet her at the pack house, over an hour late so had plenty of time to browse. The stock they hold is off the chart, i literally found over 5 things that i medically need for my home in Farnham. From silver cutlery to brass pans, total quality and completely old school not to mention the objet d'art, and unbelievable furniture at very good prices. Before you go buying online from alternative sources and get involved with returns, check it. Take a trip to Pack house and hand pick from a shelf, this place owns it, and you get the opportunity to support multiple local tradesmen and dealers.

Omg the food is out standing delicious 😋. Lots of passion in food & flavours . Service 10 out of 10.

Huge selection of antiques crammed into every nook and corner of a beautiful, old building. Make sure to stop for some food at the restaurant next door - the pods are fun!

A lovely place to visit! Have been a few times and always find a lovely treasure for my home! Had a very tasty panini at a very reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Stopped by this afternoon on our way to Bognor. Clearly signposted. Great service, very friendly. My minute steak ciabatta was lovely. Very pleasing!

Must go back and have a longer visit. . The place is packed 20/3/22 .... 2nd visit .. if you looking for something different for you home ... thus place is full of all kinds of treasures

The biggest selection of items you could imagine. Mostly new old world stuff rather than bric-à-brac. Cafe was not open when we arrived on Saturday

Enjoyed a browse round the Aladdin's cave of this antiques store, with endless little rooms filled with antiques, home ware and garden ornaments. There's something to suit every budget, and the staff are polite and friendly.

Unusual place to visit but interesting as new gifts some expensive, and some antiques worthy of visit. Believe you have to book to eat but not sure if that. Nice food and staff.

This is the best place for quirky and eclectic items of all shapes and sizes! Personally I could spend all day browsing! I have moved to south Kent but am planning a trip to the Packhouse for some lovely xmas presents and baubles! Always something unique to find. A wonderful shopping experience.

Set on several floors there is lots to look at here, old and modern. The coffee shop and restaurant is very pleasant too.

The Palm House was lovely. Good food, really nice decore and super friendly staff.

We only went for a coffee at the cafe...but the staff there were really nice, the seating (in the photo) was really cool and original! The atmosphere was super chill and the building around us was vintage af. As a user of crutches I struggled on the stones around the seating area but only a small amount, there is a path throughout but as you get to the seating it turns to stone. But if you don't use crutches there's no issue at all. Thanks to the staff for a lovely time, and I highly recommend the cafe! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Old English House turned into an antique shop where one can find an interesting and eclectic collection of house/kitchen furniture and utilities. The place is like a maze. There are souvenirs and gifts, paintings and iron garden statues. There's a nicely decorated cafe inside and there's a restaurant attached to the house. It's like a treasure box. An interesting experience.

More new things than old things. Wasn’t what I was looking for. Cafe and restaurant look nice but very busy, recommend coming earlier to get in.

The Packhouse is a great place to visit. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It has a good mix of contemporary decor items alongside antiques and vintage goods. It truly is a cornucopia of delights! Outside there are a number of outdoor and garden reclamation items.There is plenty of parking available. If you get hungry there's a cafe serving toasties or a restaurant if you need a full sit down meal. What's not to like? We treated ourselves to a Victorian Work table, absolutely beautiful! If you have children with you Birdworld is close by, another great place to visit. Actually, it's great with or without children!

Could have sold me more if they were more flexible on price.

Great place to have a good old "poke around"...lots of unique items for sale as well as vintage and memorabilia. On site tea/coffee and food at The Hive. The Palm restaurant is excellent with regard to service and food quality but would advise booking a table.All in all a Great afternoon out. Highly recommend.

Great place friendly staff lots of choice

Very interesting location which supports a variety of businesses. The Palm House is a restaurant serving lunch and dinner. The menu is currently slightly limited but will be extended shortly to support more attractive lunch and dinner alternative. While on the site you can check out the local soft furnishings on offer. The Hive serves afternoon tea and ice creams in a quaint setting.

Nice place for inspiration and ideas for home deco. Beautiful furniture and decorations for homes. The restaurant is pretty good too with tropical theme.

Soooo they’ve relocated to a more central location (Downing Street, Farnham) but the experience was still as perfect as ever!The food is consistently good and never a cause for complaint but the service is what makes the visit truly special.Never an error made, very friendly and accommodating staff and they always go that extra mile to make every guests experience thoroughly enjoyable.Forever a favourite spot of mine and clearly the location was nothing to do with it as they will provide a memorable service and experience no matter where they are.1000% recommend Bears to anyone looking for great food, atmosphere and sublime service.P.s the lemon and orange cake was gloriously hoisty (iykyk)

More new than antiques. Great if you want upmarket distressed new made to look old furniture, this is the place to go visit . Great garden gifts at very reasonable prices. Nice outside area to have a coffee and a piece of cake or maybe lunch. Worth a browse.

Very quirky building, lots of rooms and nooks and crannies absolutely packed with lovely new interior decor items and antiques alongside each other. Also has clothes, jewellery, garden items etc. I never leave empty handed, always find something to tempt me!

This restaurant is now in Downing Street Farnham not The Packhouse, Runfold. We’ve been visiting for years when they started as a small cafe. The business has grown over the years but the standard of the food has always been fabulous! Never had a bad experience, the staff are very efficient and friendly. The menu is great and caters for all.Great for all ages including small children.

I love this place, not everything is antique but there is so much to see, many unique items and some things are reasonably priced. I love the building layout. I wouldn't say it was kid friendly, you do see people bring their small children but there many breakables within arms reach with narrow walk ways in places.

Service was very good. Food plentiful and nicely cooked good value for money. Slightly noisy , however, to be expected as it was very busy. Clean

Stunning place to visit . Amazing antique showroom on many levels. Beautifully setting. The coffee shop and seating area is really relaxing place to spend a morning. Highly recommended

Not what it used to be when I first went 10yrs ago. Big swing towards repop/new purpose made stuff more than antiques and treasures, which was what we used to enjoy. Everything now also so expensive, must do well from the more affluent locals to keep going?!

I went here for lunch with my boyfriend and from start to finish the service and food were amazing, the waitress and waiter were so welcoming and very attentive. The food was amazing, very fresh and promptly made. We couldn’t fault the experience and will definitely be back. Thank you Anna for making it so enjoyable and big thank you to the chef for an amazing lunch.

Not an antique shop but in fairness it isn't branded as such, if you are looking for a great bargain you are better off in Farnham or Hartley Wintney. However it does have some really nice pieces and we have bought from there on occasion. The staff are very helpful and pleasant.

Very, very, very few antiques. It's a overpriced glam boutique, if you're after antiques don't bother. There are plenty more places in the area to choose from. If you like the range and don't like money then this is the spot for you

Although nothing caught my eye today ,it was still dressed well with a great range of different items for sale ,traders were refreshing their stock ,but took the time to help out & answer questions,only downside the new restaurant wasn't open yet but it won't be long
