Wir waren 2017 zum ersten Mal hier und waren begeistert, heute nach 7 Jahren ist das Cafe immer noch toll. Super nettes Personal , leckere Getränke.

Right next to the bridge 200 meters away from the London Eye, the store has a perfect view window, perfect food, and amazing coffee. Sitting in the most perfect corner, you can admire the most modern Ferris wheel in the UK, the London Eye. Looking at the most classic Big Ben, Westminster Bridge. It is probably the most beautiful cafe in London.

This is a hidden gem! We had brunch here which was great. The food was served quickly and we presented beautifully. The waiters were very friendly. The food was delicious and the drinks were perfect too. Highly recommend

Had a lovely coffee over looking the Thames.

For where it is, I could not fault it. The food was lovely and the drinks were piping hot!! Defiantly worth it. Not too expensive either.

Magnificent location, the Irish coffee and Baileys coffee were perfect and required. In addition, you can also pay in euros and dollars.

Attracted by the novelty of the cafe’s setting protruding from the Southbank slightly into the river. This affords interesting views which I enjoyed. The staff seemed friendly and as we placed our order my partner was advised to have something other than what she asked for because: “it is tastier”. So she did. We appreciated this advice (but please see further down). After about 15 minutes our food arrived. It was nothing special and cost £35 for two including a cup of tea each. The condiments available were very thin, almost like water with no real taste. So the poor quality and lack of flavour of my thin chip like things could not be hidden. The piece for fried frozen fish was ok though nothing to write home about. My partner’s chips had more flavour courtesy of Peri Peri powder but the toasted Panini type thing she had been advised to try was she said stale with the chicken in it tasting old. So what we thought had been an act of kindness had been a way of trying to sell old stock. Well I suppose it is central London.

Coffee with a great view of the Parliament. A quiet place and, at least in January, without crowds of tourists. It's worth it despite the lack of toilets.

The food Genuinely it didn’t taste the best it was all very plasticy and fake. But the view was very nice. I mean I cook a lot and I don’t think it’s supposed to look like that. And they put cheese sauce instead of normal cheese and it took very long even though there were only two other people in the shop. The view was very pretty though you could see the Big Ben and the London eye while eating your food.

An absolute gem! Lovely coffee and food with truly incredible views of the river, Westminster Palace and Big Ben.

A fabulous location and little gem of a cafe. Staff are really friendly and the extensive menu is good. Traditional breakfast menu is lovely with meals cooked fresh. Hot chocolate is probably the best I’ve ever had. The quaint little building and it’s location lends a lot to this place and as such it reminds me of the London cafes and tea stops I remember in the pre Starbucks world

A mulled wine is £6.50. There isn't a price displayed for it so it was a surprise. They make it in the microwave and it takes a while.

Amazing place with a great view

I bought three latte and 3 pistachios small danish cake which says 3 for £4, but they charged me full price which was dishonest of them.

For a restaurant on the Thames that serves fish and chips, the fish was soaked in grease, batter was dark brown and previously frozen. It was disgusting and I was told no refund they would not exchange it. I tossed it away after 1 bite. GARBAGE

Really good breakfast, full English with everything perfect. And a great view of Parliament on the river, friendly staff.

Its the second time we go here and its for the best cannolis (pistachio ones are +++) Also the pain au chocolat is really good And the coffee is 10/10

We had a fantastic experience at this establishment! The staff was incredibly friendly and adept at handling our three energetic children. The service was impressively quick, which is always a blessing with kids. Our stop for a quick snack turned into a delightful treat – the brownies, cannoli, and hot/cold drinks were all superb. Undoubtedly, this is one of the finest spots to visit along the South Bank.

The location is nice overlooking parliament, Big Ben and Westminster Bridge also just across the road from garden museum. The fish & chips was nice/average but definitely not worth almost £16, overpriced. I've had better, maybe if the chips were bigger or it came with a drink it would be worth the money.

An average breakfast at above average prices. Expected good quality for the price, but got what appeared to be cheaply sorced ingredients. Not a bad meal, but very expensive for what it was!

Worst meal in 3 weeks ! Since when is "traditional" fish and chips minced fish? 17 quid for 1 piece of fish ? Seriously, pathetic, We paid 1/2 for a fish / chip in Alresford that I could barely finish, ( but I did ) Just keep walking, and SHAME on tripadvisor readers for giving it high marks.

We saw this cafe when walking past Lambeth Palace and decided to try it for breakfast. We had scrambled egg on ciabatta and could not fault it. We also had a mug of tea which was also good. Very reasonably priced and it was busy.

Beautiful people and aim to please. Awesome fish and chips and coffee. Also wonderful pastry or ice cream treats. Riverside Cafe is small and cozy and will be our favorite for scenes of the Thames River and Parliament.

What a little gem this is, great food, well presented and a fabulous view. In a city where food for less than £20 is thought to be a bargain, this place is certainly worth a wander off the beaten track. Somewhere to go when the heat is off you a bit Chaz and cams….??

The food is tasty and the location is perfect. We decided to sit outside for our first visit but there are window seats inside to overlook the river and some passing traffic. We chose the breakfast and they were larger than expected, matching the higher than average prices charged. The coffee wasn’t for me but it was drinkable. We didn’t treat ourselves to the pastries after but they did look inviting. It’s a small cafe but a great stop on the way of a long walk. One to try once at least.

Nice view with nice coffee. It’s just a small walk from the Big Ben which we can take photo of the parliament along the river bank. English breakfast is nicely cooked and warm. I truly like the baked beans of this shop.

These guys are awesome! Their Full English is delicious! I had it two days back to back! The latte was smooth! The guys are so accommodating it's incredible! Definitely stop here and support a smaller establishment, youll be very happy you did!!!

What an amazing little place to have great food, wonderful service with a smile and a laugh or two as well as a cosy environment with incredibly privileged views to the houses of parliament and the reconstructed Big Ben on the river Thames! We even took back home half the meal in takeaway containers in a bag! Generous portions. We found it via trip advisor and it worked out so well! Will repeat 👏👍💎

En nous promenant, nous nous sommes retrouvé devant ce café avec une belle vue. Nous avons pris plaisir de prendre notre brunch avec une vue sur le Big Ben. We had our first full english breakfast here and it was absolutely fantastic.

Not disabled-friendly at all, so ANY mobility problems don't go! We went when there was ice around and they did not even grit by the front door at all as it was all iced up, very cold inside also. I asked for 2 bits of toast and some bacon but they made me a toasted bacon butty not what I wanted... Views are fabulous tho, prices are mediocre compared to other cafes in the area.
