Depends who’s working as to how nice the food is. Very inconsistent. When it’s good it’s the best in town when it’s not its slop. But hey. Life’s a gamble. And the app is THE most clonky 8 bit Commodore 64 1980s nonsense I’ve ever used. Do better. Thanks

The lamb doner and the chicken shish was really good, but the chicken kebab was awful, the meat was only small dried pieces stuck together in a ball. My daughter couldn't it at all. Sadly not what we expected from the so called best kebab shop in town.

Food was cooked in filthy oil wich smelt terrible and couldn't eat any of it as it was freezing cold too! Don't waste your money. Honestly the WORST takeaway I've ever had!!!

We have been using this kebab for a few months but this is first time off app it’s took over an hour the food was stone cold never had problem before as we ordered from shop but I don’t like speaking on phone I will never order from here again so disappointed

The food was not packed sufficiently well enough which resulted in all packaging being saturated in grease and sauce. Still tasted great though.

Missing salad chips tasted like they was hours old and re heated which meant we couldn’t eat them the meat tasted different from usual this is really surprising as they are always really good 👍🏼

Order came stone cold, wasn't going to resend untill partner complained. Then resent the food. A kebab only had onion no cabbage. Clearly don't care about the service. Phoned back to get nothing but an apology. After years of ordering.... shame on them. Not ordering again.

Go to here loads of times burger sauce, they use this time was actually disgusting very disappointed.

I ordered I lamb donner and a burger for my girlfriend and I felt a bit sick after wards and we noticed the burger sauce tasted a bit funky,that was 3 days ago and my girlfriend is still bed bound with what we think is food poisoning so I will never order from here again and I suggest you do the same

Visited Batman Grill recently and ordered Kebabs and wraps. The food was exceptional, if you enjoy Kebabs you must try Batman Grill.

Due to just eat my food was extremely late and not even lukewarm, no fault of Batman grill they’re foods normally banging and hot!

Ordered a large chicken shish kebab, i asked for the pitta separately when it arrived I had no pitta and the chicken was cold and thr salad was very greasy. When I called they didn't seem bothered no apology nothing. I will never be using them again

I spent £30 for the food to be cold the pitta was rock hard the chips were soggy and the kebab i threw away

I ordered at 6:20 expecting approx delivery of 35-50 minutes. The expected delivery then changed after putting the order through to latest 7.40. It turned up at just gone 8pm. Stone cold, had to re heat everything.

Everything was pretty much cold.

I called them and they said they I was calling them so many times and I’m was very shocked and they took my order I payed for delivery there were being a bit rude saying make a mistake they won’t accept my order never come here!

Food was freezing, still waiting for my refund. Shame it's normally great...

Food was cold when it arrived. Salad consisted of lettuce and onion, there was no tomatoes, cucumber or chilli. The sauce was more mint than garlic. Was looking forward to the meal but was very disappointed spending £30 on a meal that was very sub standard. Waste of money.

Very cheap service and the food is expensive They just straight away charge for extra large without asking your choice that's fine but you will get almost half salad and less than half meat. I want take away but the women at the till didn't asked me eating in or take away they just give the food by hand without a bag and without tissues Highly not recommend

Chips tasted stale like they were too over cooked, didn’t enjoy them, cheese was slimey and so thick and tasteless it was horrible, took so long of a wait too….5.60 for disgusting chips never again

Just got 2 kebabs 1 was just chicken it was all shredded chicken and very dry the other was a mixed kebab lamb and chicken that was same shredded chicken and dry waste of money won't be returning

As an avid Kebab enjoyer, and someone who’s tried pretty much every Kebab house in Hastings, Batman Grill is probably my favourite. Food is always so fresh and hot. Their chilli + garlic sauce together is to die for, but even on their own they tasted so good. The lamb doner is award-winning (it actually is), it’s beautiful. And the owner and staff are always extremely kind.

Changed rating to 5 stars as setviand food have been exceptional in recent months. Great work Batman 👏🏻 👍🏼 👌🏼 😜

One of the mains wasn’t delivered, so had to wait for that to be sorted. Humus and pita bread was full of lettuce and salad-more of that than the actual humus we paid for. My Shish was missing pita bread.. sadly won’t be ordering from this place anymore. Used to be our favourite..

Awful food. Not sure what’s happened to Batman Grill, used to be out go too. Ordered tonight and the food arrived cold. Not even slightly warm and the salad had gone brown so clearly been sitting for a while. Very disappointed ended up throwing the food away.

Asked for separate salad so the food wasn't cold when I got home.. . Got a separate salad and 2 kebabs with enough salad on to feed a farm for a week. And yes the food was obviously cold. Even said on my receipt, separate salad please 👎

The delivery time was put back twice and then food was still 15 mins late from last delivery time. Food was average at best - chips were so greasy and meat was bland.

Poor quality food from what used to be a decent kebab shop. The chips were so over cooked and greasy there wasn't any potatoe inside. Won't be going back as its expensive too

Delivery was nearly an hour late. By the time it arrived, it was stone cold and in a very poor state. I had ordered a burger... the bun had half dissolved from sweating in its container. No apology or explanation was given when the delivery finally turned up. If I had been given this food in a restaurant, there is no way I would have paid for it!
