Jessica was amazing! Really has some great knowledge regarding Mexican beans. Was very impressed. She had lovely green eyes, two of them.

Over priced, charging extra for everything for average food. Ordered cheesey fries and was charged extra for the cheese, is this not part of the dish? Charging £1 extra for a spoon of guacamole for something that belongs on a burrito is a micky take. The burritos weren't wrapped tight enough, so were loose and fell apart whilst eating. £31 for two people to eat a 2x burritos, 2x drinks and 1x fries and a few extras is expensive, especially as its less than average. If you want value for money go else where. This place has potential but the staff are to busy up selling to do the basics.

The staff took no concern to our dietary requirements (vegan), handled our food with the same gloves used to handle meat products and since the veg is idiotically placed next the the cheese I found cheese in both burritos. An absolute joke, don't advertise vegan food if you take no steps to ensure its not contaminated

First time at Barburrito. I got the salt and pepper chicken wrap and I love the ability to decide what fillings go in your burrito! Lots of choice of fillings and makes it very delicious. Highly recommend the salt and pepper chicken one although I think it may be limited edition.

As you would expect, quick, super tasty food with added bonus of great banter from the staff. The place was clean and busy which is also a good sign

I spent a whopping £25 on this tripe last night and I was nothing short of flabbergasted on how tiny the portion sizes were. The burrito was the size of fig roll & the cheesy chips couldn't fill up Mo Farah. I also ordered a size of wings because i like to try different types around Yorkshire and they were boring, plain and slimy as piss. DO NOT order from this crapshack because you won't be happy. Yours sincerely, unhappy chappy

Overpriced rubbish. The person serving would have been better off using tweezers to put on the ingredients, as they were so tightly measured, with a minuscule amount of each ingredient. As you go along the wrap making process, it seems like each additional minimally measured topping is an extra £1. I ended up with a relatively small burrito wrap for £8 !!! £5 would have been pushing it really. The burrito was lukewarm. Won’t return

This has to be the worst meal I’ve ever eaten… this is even a compliment to this meal. The manger ushered out of the establishment and the service was dog dirt. Giving this a star would be lucky for them.

Low cost low presentation and warm meal, ate half and binned it.. won’t go again ever never..tables dirty and sticky…could not understand the people serving had no idea of what was what

It was my first time visiting Barburrito. I was served my Aaron who made my burrito. I didn’t know which burrito to go for so Aaron recommended a few options. He was welcoming and very polite. The burrito he made for me tasted lovely. I will definitely be coming in again. Please thank Aaron for me.

I love this place, it’s my go to for a delicious filling meal. I always find it reliable when ordering delivery or going into store. Every time I head in there myself the staff are all always so lovely and so happy to help. The staff really are a credit to the store. I definitely recommend trying this place.

Just ordered a vegan chicken burrito and the vegan chicken was rock solid. I nearly broke my tooth on it and now I feel like I’m going to be sick. Do not go here

I have been visiting the Barburrito all week for my lunch, and have been ordering the Loaded Burrito....I’ve enjoyed them up untill today. I was enjoying my burrito in which I had grilled and jerk ...untill I hurt my gum on a bone I found in the meat, I’m lucky I never swallowed as it was a very sharp shard of bone . Please be careful when enjoying your burritos. There should be a warning of containing small bones. Needless to say the last third of the burrito was thrown in to the bin.

Churros fríos y poco hechos, estaban duros como una piedra y sin sabor, solo las cosas buenas eran latas de san pellegrino. Went in aprox 5pm 1 in queue yet waited 10 mins... 4 staff on doing jobs.Ordered tacos.. Which my son said were lovely.side fries never arrived. Another side fries I ordered for did not arrive until my son finished his meal.. A good 5 minutes later. The fries were bland and awfull.. Some well done some looked raw. Asked for chilli salt on them to cover taste and got a bit sprinkled on them... I can only describe it as tasting like 5 spice.. So left them.Askedfor 2 cans of coke and only got 1...maybe at 1.40 a can that was a blessing.Total waste of over 12 quid.. Went to station and hot a subway and macdonalads to fill us up.

This is the nearest Barburrito from my workplace, and everytime I come here at lunchtime the service is fast, food is yummy and the service is impeccable! Special shoutout to Melissa, she was kind enough to let me try the veg chicken before I made a decision. And a big thank you to Zoë at the till for reminding me I can get a 10% cause I work locally. That is stellar service in my book

My partner and I went out for some food, however had some issues with a voucher. Milli and co really helped us out and provided excellent customer service. Will definitely come back again.

I've never been one to go out for valentine's. But this year me and the Mrs decided to go here. After being seated and ordering drinks i faked a toilet break to ask for the manager. A woman called Maria was the manager on the night, I explained this was my first valentine's out and that I wanted to make it a little special for my Mrs. Maria I cannot thank you enough for coming to my table explaining the halal options even gave us a chicken tasting session. Complemented my Mrs dress which I bought by the way lol, overall showed us a great night checked up on us and the food on a number of occasions. It is a great place and I won't be waiting a whole year to go there again. Excellent place and food cannot fault the staff very pleasant and proffessional.

I visited the boar lane branch on the evening of the14th, even though the guys were short staffed the manager apologised for our wait, explained the menu and even through in a free guac as it’s our first time. Great service overall, we shall definitely be back.

I came to bar burrito today having not visited today and was feeling slightly overwhelmed. I was served by the most helpful young server with blonde hair her name was Zoe she couldn’t help enough and made me feel incredibly comfortable! The burrito was also delicious. Will definitely return

absolutely amazing place , Had melissa as a server and she was absolutely lovely , she gave me a small pot of curry chicken so i could try it before i even ordered !! they have great student discounts, and melissa informed me of how to get even more for my money by giving me and my boyfriend both student cards and clearly explained the benefits, a lovely atmosphere and the food was even better !! will definitely be returning.

My boyfriend and I came on Valentine's Day for the first time and loved it! We were served by Melissa who helped us through the ordering process. She was great, talking us through the different options. We really enjoyed our experience here (massively due to Melissa), and will absolutely be coming again. I was handed a trip advisor card by the server on the till, and I thought yes, yes I shall leave a review. I visited the store last week and I wish I had not. I was made to feel exceptionally uncomfortable. I was being served by a lovely girl who let me have guacamole for free after not wanting vegetables or beans on my chicken burrito. Was also offered student discount which was great. However, whilst collecting my food, I was stunned to hear this horrific lady yelling at her staff members. It was so loud and uncomfortable to listen to. I asked my server who it was and she said a manager called Maria. She ruined my visit. I do not want to go to a store where the staff are treated so horrid. I hope this gets looked into.

Ordered a burrito, a burrito bowl and churros for my solo visit to the store today. The lovely brown eyed server gave me free guacamole and I’ve never had guacamole before, now I LOVE avocados. Many thanks Emily for helping me have the best visit ever.

Popped in whilst staying in Leeds for a conference. They have the most friendly staff, a member of the team, Melissa was lovely, really helpful, friendly and accommodating and the food was lovely, perfect after a long day of travelling!

Tried the limited "Christmas Burrito" and it's a must during the holiday season! I found it messier to eat with the gravy dip serving but the cranberry sauce made it for me. Overall I had a great lunch, Melissa who served me was brilliant as well all the staff

Been going for years now, and the burritos are still tasty and filling. Better than its chief competitor in Leeds, Tortilla, whose burritos can often be too salty.

Almorzamos aquí y aunque pedimos los burritos regulares pensamos que la cantidad de rellenos era pequeña. El burrito desnudo parecía tener un mejor valor ya que al menos se puede ver la cantidad de verduras o carne que se agrega. Aunque el sabor era bueno, comí pollo y chorizo con salsa picante. Pero, en última instancia, la reducción de esquinas dará como resultado que los clientes se vayan a otro lado.

¿Cómo ha ido este lugar tan lejos cuesta abajo? Atrás quedaron los días de una comida adecuada ahora cobran 50 p extra por frijoles, verduras, aguacate y todo lo demás bajo el sol. Me and my boyfriend don’t usually do chains but decided to pop in here for a quick lunch whilst In Leeds for the day. Went in for a taco and came out with 2 amazing burritos!! The burritos were so good. I had a shredded spicy beef and he had a chicken and chorizo and couldn’t fault them in the slightest. As well as this the staff are just fab. Shout out to Aaron, top quality service and kept us updated with the best options and deals for our lunch.

We ordered 3 burritos and some loaded fries. Unfortunately my youngest son found the chicken too peppery for his young pallet so they made him a pulled pork one instead. He demolished it, so tasty and the place is clean with plenty of seating. Will return but not yet as absolutely stuffed

Staff are really accommodating because I can be a really fussy eater and have allergies. But honestly the best quick lunch in the city center, and the beer is cheap too if you fancy a cheeky one

Mira, estos son burritos bastante buenos. Pero no son especialmente baratos. Pero el personal es tan apretado con los ingredientes. Por favor, no te atrevas a pedir un intercambio o el cielo te prohíbe que pidas un poquito más de cebolla. Para ser justos con el personal, obviamente proviene de la gerencia, pero deja un muy mal sabor de boca cuando están tan apretados.

Si te apetece un bocado rápido en el centro de la ciudad de Leeds, este es el lugar para estar. Las damas detrás del mostrador fueron corteses y el servicio fue rápido. Tipo de forma de metro de elegir tus empastes. La porción sale muy grande y me gustó el sabor, aunque muy bueno. Tenían lugares para sentarse y relajarse.

always feels weird when eating alone but seriously this place has a lovely environment and right around the corner from the train station, what better way to spend 6 hours on a train than in a meat coma? I have visited this Barburrito a few times now, and it has never disappointed. If you’re looking for a swift eat, this is a far nicer and tastier option than your McDonald’s, Burger King etc fast food places.

This is great for a quick bite. The tacos are really fresh tasting and filling. You get a lot of food for your money but with a student discount it costs absolute pennies!

Always enjoy Barburrito. An expensive lunch option compared to others in Leeds centre but worth it every now and then.

When Barburrito first came to Leeds it was great, but with each visit it gets a little more average. The cheese sauce always looks a few days old with a thick skin on (which the staff just stir into the rest of the sauce and serve up), there are never enough onions and peppers cooked so you get served the scraps in the bottom of the tray. The food just seems to decline in quality and none of the salads have any real kick.

Something has changed about Barburrito since I first visited 5 years ago... and not all for the better.

Visited here for the first time and was really impressed with the freshness of the food. Service on Friday night was brilliant, really attentive whilst relaxed, so relaxed we decided to stay for churros and a few games of blackjack.

This review is more directed at management. As a regular visitor to either of the Leeds sites. Prob 30+ times over the years. I love' em......it's my favourite fast food snack in the city. However I ve notice the last couple of times the format on the contents has changed and the burrito just isn't as satisfying as it once was. I like beans but now it's beans or veg. I like veg but you can only pick one not even a tiny bit of peppers plus mushrooms. All was a bit disappointing today. Also there was so many bottles and cans packed in front of the food choices you could see what you were being asked to choose from. Come on guys I don't want to have to start going else where. :-)

On a night out and needed some scran. Barburrito called out to us and met our needs. It was class. Expertly rolled burritos on top of excellent customer service. Requested 'you can call me Al' by Paul Simon on the sound system to make the visit perfect... unfortunately the staff don't have control over music; that's all down to head office.

Second time ive been here, staff are nice enough and friendly but its a bit like Subway of Mexican food, not much effort put into making your food like a assembly line. I had tacos with various toppings and it looked nice but i was surprised how cold it was when i took a bite, when i had tacos in L.A they were nice and hot even with toppings on so im not sure if it supposed to be like that or not. Quick and easy place, reasonably priced but for a bit of extra money im sure you could get better Mexican food elsewhere.

A great alternative to the usual fast food rubbish. Burritos are a thing of beauty and here you get them quickly and they taste great. I just wish they bring back the variety of the old menus with soft and crunchy tacos.

Fabulous customer service. This was my 1st visit. Young lady who served me explained everything as we went along & when I asked she explained clearly. Equally young man taking payment was efficient & polite. Did not know their name so unable to name them. Nice food too, good choice.

Al entrar me pareció que iba a ser un buen restaurante Mexicano como en el exterior se ve muy restaurante. Resulta un establecimiento tipo Taco Bell con una opción de construir un burrito. La calidad es todo improvisado rápidamente recalentadas ollas. El personal no sólo sonrisa y el director parece importarle que charlando mujeres. Una vez que sólo cambiaron todo el tiempo para la aproximadamente una hora que estaba allí él estaba detrás de la barra charlando sobre su vida personal y colegas. La música es simplemente horrible.

Sorry but I have to say my meal was shockingly poor. I ordered nachos with a vegetarian topping and the whole this was like a pile of slop. The cheese and sour cream were like water and I couldn't taste anything apart from guacamole as they weren't ott with it. Not only that but my meal was freezing. I was also kinda of gutted the vegetarian topping was mushroom, onions and what I think was peppers.. where were the beans?Anyway the only reason I have given the place a 2 out of 5 and not 1 is because I liked the style of the resturaunt, the staff were nice and i liked that it sold alcohol, I enjoyed the Amigo more than the food, which I left.

I had never been to this chain before, but it looked so tempting when we walked by that we just had to give it a go. I thought that the Classic Burrito was reasonably priced at £6.50 and you had numerous choices of what to have in it - what type of rice, the spiciness of the beans, the choice of chicken, beef, steak or pork, the spiciness of the salsa and then cheese, sour cream, lettuce and jalapenos.All of the ingredients were fresh.I was really impressed by how tasty the burrito actually was and it was filling also (unlike many fast food chains). I was impressed to the point of going back again the next day.I would definitely recommend this venue to others, as it is a true standout for this type of venue....

Important to recognise this restuarant for what it is and on that basis, it was great. The lady that served us talked through the process which was basically what size and what do you want in it (what the fillings were and what the options and extras were too).My wife and I love Mexican food and we both had 'regular' which was basically large. I had chicken and chorizo with all the fixings incl guacamole which was extra and my wife had the same but with chicken. Including a bottomless coke it can to <£16 for a wholesome meal which was delicious, tasty, warm, filling and a bit different and for all those reasons I would highly recommend a visit!

The trains from Halifax weren't running last Sunday, so we had to travel by coach. It took far longer than we expected, so when we arrived in Leeds we went straightaway to find somewhere decent to have lunch. Barburrito looked like it could possibly be one of those restaurants where you have to wait a while to be served but we went in anyway. So glad we did! We went up to the counter, chose our burritos and fillings and went to sit down. The flavours and textures were amazing, really tasty food and nice and spicy. We also had natchos and a beautifully smoky, spicy salsa. We ordered a bottle of mineral water, which I found a bit cold to drink straight from the bottle (I have sensitive teeth) so I went to ask for a cup/glass. I explained why I needed it and the lovely lady behind the counter suggested bringing me some hot water to add to it - 'We have a kettle here!' I love this kind of service, just going that little extra to make the customer enjoy their experience. At Barburrito, you feel you matter to the staff, who seem genuinely to enjoy their work and whose smiles come from the heart. Thank you Barburrito!

I ordered the spicy shredded beef superfood burrito. It was very tasty but at almost £8.00 I thought it to be a little overpriced when buying an accompanying drink also. For the superfood burrito the rice is replaced with coleslaw and avocado which bumps up the price. To be honest I think if you are looking for a healthier option fast food in Leeds there are are cheaper and equally as tasty alternatives.

As with everything in Trinity Kitchen, there seems to be an inflated price for the food you get because it's in Trinity... But if you're going to Trinity and don't mind paying over the odds for what I class as fast food... Then this place is fab and the food is delicious!

Praticamente ci metti l'impossibile! Ho preso il burrito con guacamole ca.8gbp e poi scegli: fagioli piccanti o no, 2 tipi di carne su 4, pomodoro piccante o meno, formaggio, cipolleno funghi, salse varie...alla fine sembra scoppiare. Ottimo per pranzo/cena veloce a buon prezzo.

I called into Barburrito on Boar Lane for a bite to eat yesterday, the restaurant wasn't too busy for a lunch time and service was friendly and efficient. I ordered a regular Burrito with Pulled Pork, and plenty of filling the burrito was literally bursting. I got a side of tortilla chips with a spicy salsa which had a good spicy kick to it, and washed it all down with a nice cold bottle of Corona.All in all it was great service with friendly staff, and the food was good too.

Having not experienced a Burrito before, I was a bit dubious of trying something different for lunch. I was very pleasantly surprised at the smiling and informative staff to help me make up my first Burrito.It filled me to the plimsall line after only eating half of it. I think it would need a few trips to get your favourate balance of ingriediants to make up your own personal favourate.

Thought I'd give this place a second chance, but wish I hadn't bothered.I was greeted by a giggling unprofessional female who hadn't a clue about what she was doing. I opted for the steak burrito, this steak must have been cooked a long long time prior to being served as it was like rubber and barely edible, the entire meal was cold, the rice was very cold, the extra they charged for the guacamole wasn't worth it as it was awful.Then to adult insult to injury the so called spicy hot sauce was like tomato sauce and very mild.The meal was into double figures cost, steer clear and avoid this non Mexican, cold slop, rude staff, so called restaurant.
