Bangkok Thai Restaurant in Bradford

To be fair, it was pretty quiet when we were there but we were early ahead of a show in Bradford. The food is absolutely incredible and so is the service.

We have had fantastic food everything time we have been here. Just come back from lunch there. We ate off the early bird menu which is such amazing value. Tom yum soup was epic, and duck gang ped curry was so tasty.

Excellent Food and Service. We had a lovely meal for my husband’s birthday in January. We would definitely go back.

I drive from Morley to eat here or collect a takeaway because the food and service is first class. They always listen to your preferences and deliver what you want. Great food, great service and very well priced, I am a regular customer

I was in Bradford for medical reasons so decided to go out to eat, my partner is Thai so obviously it's always her obvious choice of food, but very few place meet up with traditional Thai food as it's has become very westernised like most Asian food, This was the best Thai food I have ever eaten and that includes Bangkok itself, Man and wife family business that have only been going 12yrs . Great atmosphere reasonably priced and fantastic food

Very busy place, but for a good reason wonderful food.

This duck (menu number x33) is literally one of the best duck in the entire world. I still think about it even after I eat.

Great food. The owner and her staff are super friendly. If you want authentic thai in Bradford at a reasonable price this is your place. Was a really busy night and they still took time to fit us in even though had not booked The staff are super efficient and friendly. Never known a restaurant give such great service with the handful of staff. Most places give half the service with 3 times the staff

Best food and all the staffs are very nice

Ordered the Thai fish cakes, grilled shell on prawns in thai green curry, chicken satay and larb. The grilled shell on prawns tasted like rubber, the larb smelled off, the chicken satay tasted like the oil it was fried in and the peanut sauce tasted like sweet peanut paste. The noodles that came with the grilled shell on prawns was sweet, elastic and oily. The ginger ale i ordered tasted like mouth wash. The only saving grace was the Thai fish cakes. This restaurant has gone down hill since I last went and its such a shame as the food used to be very very good here.

Not a single bad thing to say about this place. The food was fantastic and the customer service matched. They went out of their way to put a birthday banner on the table for my step daughter unprompted. Its the little touches that make such a huge difference. Only issue was one of the mocktails was overly strong and this was corrected straight away with no fuss, apology and a smile. Perfect customer service. The food itself, if you are a huge Thai food fan, this place will not dissapoint you as the quality is top notch! The scallops were cooled to perfection! Cant wait to go again!

Was here for celebrating my birthday. The service is top notch and the foods as well. Last time we ordered main menu only but this time we tried earlybird menu which was fantastic and reasonably priced. Liked the tom yum and duck thai curry

Nothing fancy about this place but the food is excellent. I have been a few times and tried the early bird,main menu and the set menu which are all great value for money. Nice atmosphere in the place and fantastic staff.

Was introduced to this place by the Mrs. Excellent run restaurant. Super tasty food, priced very reasonably and overall awesome service. Would highly recommend this place if you want to try something different.

Not a pretty establishment from the outside but once inside it's nicely appointed. We were greeted by the owner and the service from the young waitress was good. The food in taste and portion size was excellent my only complaint being that they have decided to make all dishes Halal so they don't serve pork. Understandable I suppose being in Bradford with the Muslim population being as large as it is but still disappointing in that I couldn't get my favourite Thai dish.

Whatever I say it will be less for this restaurant from food to atmosphere, service everything is top notch. I was craving coconut rice and Thai curry and also it had to be halal and I found this gem. It's far from my place but still, I wanted to taste the food. Amazing tasty Thai food with excellent service and the aroma of food still I can smell...I am going back again. People who are near Bradford city and looking for Halal Thai food you should give it a try and thank me later!!😃👍

Since moving to Bradford Ive struggled to find a halal thai place with quality food. My search was over yesterday when i picked up my takeout order from Bangkok Thai. Beautiful food and fast, friendly service! Will deffo me a regular 💕

Good food, reasonable price. Beer is pricey. Staff good until it came to pay, could not get their attention.

Spectacular! The place looks very unassuming from the outside but don't be fooled, this place is a gem. The service is incredible, the staff all amazing, and the food is impeccable. Every time you visit the food quality is as good as the last, if not better. We got to speak to the chef today and thanked him personally for our delightful meals. Order the GAI TOD PRIK GANG with sticky rice and thank me later. Do it.

I’ve been coming to this 100% halal Thai place for maybe 5/6 years. They have the most patient chef I’ve ever met in my life. Super cool chef. Extremely talented. The gentlemen literally created a new dish to my liking. And also I would highly reccomend you ask for Rumels fried rice as it’s not on the menu just ask the waiting staff. They literally comply with any request I’ve ever made. Never ever had a issue or pulled a face when I’ve sent a dish back 3/4 times excuse my behaviour. The waiting staff are so patient and so friendly the owner is wonderful. Never ever had a issue here. My favourite Thai place. Even with the current cost of living this has got to be the best value for money thai place in the whole country.

The food is just so perfect. Well Cooked, authentic & tasty. Our waiter was a lovely guy. It's a decent size place & because we ate early (5.30pm on a Wednesday) it was a little quiet & lacking in atmosphere but I have been on a weekend & it does get lively & busy. We eat here every time we visit Bradford so they must be doing something right!

I've been to 2 Thai Restaurants in the past which have been decent but, this place was absolutely amazing. The Food was cooked perfectly & absolutely tasted gorgeous. The Staff were very friendly & never pressured you to Ordering in a Rush. Prices were very good considering the quality + the amount of choice on their Menu. Best Thai Restaurant I've been to so far.

Highly recommend really nice food and staff

We chose this restaurant for a reunion in 2016 and in 2018. We would have been there again in 2020, if not for Covid, but couldn't wait to repeat the experience last Saturday with our group of 20 people. Warm welcome from the host, followed by a superb meal and excellent service.

The food is beautiful. The staff are friendly. If you have never tried Thai food, then come here and try it out. Conveniently, they have some of the best Thai food this side of England. Reasonably priced and family ran too.

I usually visit this restaurant when I stay at the Holiday Inn Express at Bradford Exchange as it's easy walking distance. I really like it because it has an authentic Thai flavour with genuine fresh ingredients. I have been to many Thai restaurants and Bangkok is by far my favourite. I even rate it higher than the high end restaurants in Leeds and local areas. The food is amazing, I can't fault it in anyway. A hidden gem for sure.

Fantastic service and good food, on the sweet side but so much of the menu is delicious

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal at the Bangkok Thai last week. We shared the chicken satay starter then chose a lamb Massaman curry and another dish, a milder Thai red curry (I should have made a note of the name!) with sticky rice. The service was fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable. A highlight was my husband's Thai bubble tea which was beautiful: I even offered to swapy red wine for it but he refused! 😂 We would definitely return if we were in Bradford again. 😊

We were really surprised that a Thai restaurant this great exists in Bradford. Food was delicious and great value. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was very hygienic too. Definitely would come again, and recommended anyone to try.

We had the most amazing meal here. Loads of choice for vegetarians, and my husband loved his duck. Our first time visiting, definitely won't be the last. Although worth noting, when the menu has 3 chilli's on it really means blow your head off spicy! Totally delicious and well worth it.

We absolutely love this restaurant, and come here nearly all the time. Every time my family come from another city we take them here, best food ever. Service is amazing, staff very friendly and although a little pricey, veryyyy worth it, the food is so nice you would think they would charge way more!

5 star food, 5 start hospitality, 3 star for the interior. It was my first time there, me and my family really enjoyed the food, every single dish was amazing especially the duck. The staff was very friendly and patient with our kids :-) Only if they improve the interior design, this could be easily the number one Thai restaurant in West Yorkshire.

This place was the GO TO prior to covid. Food tastes good, some days can be hit and miss! Recently portion sizes have gone very small, especially when you pick up a take out!

A firm favourite with family and friends that have stayed with us in Cheltenham, since we moved here ! We visited for lunch on Saturday 20th Nov. Great to see, (other than the name change) welcoming friendly attentive staff; & our lunchtime menu selections were familiar, and delicious ! Bangkok Thai as a great place to entertain your family and friends !

Excellent service and the taste is 💋 Sorry can't remember the names. Another thing to note they do not use any flavour enhancers. Just pure taste.

My favourite no1 Thai restaurant ever. I'm a loyal customer for the past nearly 5years because food is always excellent, fresh and soo delicious. Early bird menu with great choices and main menu gives you variety of everything you can imagine. Service and vibes are always pleasant. Love to explore Thai cousin and always order new mouth watering dishes.Highly recommend from simple starter of king prawns to midblowing Papaya salad to amazing Massaman Tofu or succulent Duck Red Thai curry served with jasmine or egg fried rice. Restaurant worth visiting!!!

For last 12 years I'm here in YK i have never had any Thai restaurant food experience. And i have eaten in loads of places in here. Last Saturday was going to change it. Not brilliant, soke complains but overall liked it enough to knownill come bqck again. Shall we start with complaints? I hope not to sounds like im moaning for no reason. The biggest i had, and ill mention my friend opinion in a sec is... Well after we eaten we've been waiting fir about 10 minutes before we could call someone to ask fir a bill. And it's not like they were that busy. Never did we where approach by any of the members of staff with question is everything alright. Because here's my friend slight issue with her food which was... No nuts at her requests to add. And it said in the menu that they will be added if you asked for them. That didn't happened. That's that, my moan / complain and that's one star down. Let's get down to food because this is where they shine and joy of joys its amazing. I had Asian food before, i know its always different and amazing. Beer was brilliant. For any larger lover... It's imported! Not bottled here, they do import it from Thailand! So you're fir original flavour and taste. And its amazing. Fresh, refreshing, with nice zing. Do your self a favour and don't go for wine. Use this one. You're not going to be disappointed. We went for soups as a starter. Tom Kha to be precise. Both with chicken. And again ill say amazing. Chicken tested like it was marinated even if it wasn't. Nice chunky bits almost tested like they are about to melt in mouth. That kind of delicious. Maybe, just maybe ill ask next time to make smaller pieces of chicken, as i loved meat with soup it self. And souo was... Yes you're right. Amaw! 😁 Coconut with hint of lemon grass and mushrooms. My friend was not impressed with her Pad Thai i did enjoy my Pad Mee Bangkok. Love vermicelli and this was not disappointing at all. Beef was prepared well, beans sprouts where in good ratio to other ingredients and noodles. Would i have it again next time? Yes. I like to try new things but i know next time i would not be disappointed.

Nice food but not a nice looking place

Please save yourself money and hassle and avoid. This was my favourite place but now they've decided to take shortcuts for example use a tonne of ketchup in Pad Thai - gross! And if you like your green curry nice and sweet loaded with sugar rather than fragrant and spicy

We went to this restaurant because it was near to our hotel & it had good reviews for its food. We went for dinner & it was very busy. The food we had was fresh & delicious & they made it extra spicy like we requested. It was Yummy!! The girls who worked there were very friendly & pleasant. Highly recommended.

Genuinely one of the best Thai places I have been to. I am usually a burger or pizza guy, but my wife stumbled across this and we have been ordering from here ever since. Lovely meal, fresh and tasty, very busy though, so service was a bit slower than usual, but they took 10% of bill. As it didn't spoil our enjoyment we paid it with a tip anyway 😊
