Need to stop ordering from here. The food is ok but time after time the delivery takes 90-120 minutes which is unacceptable in my opinion. If the estimated delivery time in 90 minutes I'd expect it to be delivered in this time as it's already an exceptionally long wait time, I certainly wouldn't expect to ring 90 minutes later and for it not to have left yet.

Had a lovely selection of Thai offerings at this hip restaurant in Uplands. Great waitress who kept an eye on our requirements. Loved the Pad Thai but all the dishes were tasty.

I’ve been here a few times now and the sit down restaurant is outstanding! Service excellent and food super fresh and full of flavour. Today we ordered a collection… initially the wait time was long but after a phone call the kitchen tried their best to accommodate me. I can honestly say this is the only establishment I have had a take away that matches the excellent flavour and taste of the sit down restaurant… my only discrepancy the prawn crackers which were sadly a bit chewy after being kept warm in the box- but everything else was a ‘hug’ in a meal. I ordered for delivery - the delivery took a long time. The delivery time kept changing. The rice was a bit hard and the curry lacked some flavour, it was quite spicy which was good but the flavour wasn’t there. The chicken was tough and chewy. I had to microwave the food on delivery. I used to order from this place all the time when they were a smaller takeaway before they opened into a restaurant and never had any issues, but it’s not the same since expansion. The prices are also quite high for small portions. The rice wouldn’t have served 2 people and I probably would have ordered another one had I know how small it was, I would probably have had another half a tub. I wouldn’t rush back here.

Popped in with the other half for her bday and the staff were absolutely outstanding. I booked a table online and mentioned in the notes that it was the Mrs birthday and the staff really done me proud. The gods was fantastic and the service was flawless

I couldn’t praise this establishment enough but I’m gonna try. From start to finish it was spectacular! Staff were fantastic and went above and beyond. The food was well presented and tasted delightful. Honest to god this was something else. Highly recommend this place. Well done everyone!

I am a celiac so I'm limited for places to eat in the area. Asked in here and found 90% of the menu is or can be gluten free. Ordered something I've tried somewhere else, SOOOOOO good. When the table ordered I hear the waiter call into the kitchen GLUTEN FREE. I loved this, even though the menu says gluten free the kitchen ALWAYS needs to know. Food, very good, I could not finish my starter, as large so asked to take it home, they added extra sauce for me. All staff very friendly and willing to help. Visiting family when called in, wish they would deliver to me in Llanelli!

Great food, very friendly staff and great restaurant atmosphere. A great destination for Thai food in Swansea uplands, highly recommend.

I'm disappointed by how expensive the food is to take away. The quality of the dishes has gone downhill since the restaurant opened (tastes a bit watered down) but it's still delicious and the staff are great. The price has gone up 50% for many dishes in comparison with when it was takeaway only. I know they're looking onwards and upwards and I enjoyed when I went to the restaurant but I feel that they're maybe forgetting their oldest and most loyal customers (who can't necessarily make it to/afford the restaurant). All that said, I wish them the best (and continue to buy from them just not as often, as I can't afford to).

Bangkok is a lovely resteraunt, I could feel the positive vibes flowing through the room. Overall the staff were very nice and had a charismic energy. The food we ordered was fresh and flavoursome, however the Vegetarian Pad Thai did let me down as it did not taste good and the noodles were quite sticky. As a improvement there should be more options of good quality drinks, when I go to a resteraunt I don't want a Pepsi or a cola, I'd rather have a Thai iced tea or a pina colada.

Very disappointed with the service. We ordered 3 main meals but one was forgotten and the other 2 meals were left on the table while the forgotten one was cooked. The cocktails ordered with the meals were also not delivered until wed pretty much finished our meals. The meals and cocktails are very tasty.

The staff at the establishment were really polite and helpful. The food was amazing, really tasty and the portion sizes were great. We ordered starters and a main. Nice atmosphere with a more relaxed vibe, even though the food was high quality. Not too expensive either! Parking is a bit of a nightmare due to location but will definitely return.

We are both big fans of Thai food and when this restaurant opened with good reviews we were anxious to try it. Due to circumstances we were unable to go until January but were looking forward to it as if the reports were to believed it would be a treat. Unfortunately the reality was a whole different matter !!. The welcome we received was nonexistent they were more anxious to tell us how they were suffering with staff shortages which frankly we were not interested in at all. The restaurant was very very cold such that we had to keep our coats on. Our waitress was the one saving grace - she was extremely helpful and friendly and took our order with charm and skill. Then the wait and wait and wait ........ During this wait we were treated to background music totally out of character with a Thai restaurant - no ambience no character could have been in a local greasy spoon !!! Finally the food arrived - small portions and not exceptional flavour very disappointing indeed. So in summary no atmosphere cold long wait and very ordinary food - certainly not the treat we expected.
