Food was disgusting. I was served a cold rib. Waiter said she wasn’t going to make us cocktails because she was sick... I would not recommend this place to anyone or anything

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This restaurant delivered prawn crackers with sharp plastic in it which made me choke and very unsafe. As a result I didn't eat my food as I was worried about what was in it. I sent pictures to Deliveroo and still have the prawn cracker with the plastic substance in it but the restaurant denied the incident and didn't give a refund. Absolutely disgusting treatment of a customer who has been there a number of times. Will be taking this further, in the meantime I highly recommend not eating here!!! They do not care about customers and clearly think it's acceptable to serve them plastic.

Our group of 4 had an excellent evening here. Made to feel welcome by the staff and the food was very good indeed. Pricing fair and the menu choice extensive. Had to wait ages for the bill though as the staff were so engrossed with the delivery orders, which seemed to take priority.

If you book online you can get a £15 deal (min 2 people) with a big starter to share, one main and a glass of wine. Wine is awful but drinkable. Food in general was nice, especially starters but be careful, Mains are hot. and I mean hooot! Worth asking for a less spice option as we have left more than a half. I would say it is worth going but nothing to cry for.

Dropped in here late on a Saturday with a group of 8 friends...spur of the moment. The staff were friendly and the food was incredible. I had the chicken Massaman curry with Coconut Rice - impeccable. Such a depth of flavour, rivals anything I've had from my travels to Thailand, right here in London.

Nearer Battersea than Clapham. A pretty unimposing stretch of Lavender Hill. However, once inside, authentic feel, great service. Prawn crackers, a tasty sauce and chilled water on my table before I'd had time to check the menu. Really well looked after, loved all the dishes we chose. House wine remarkably good value by the glass.

Had a take away twice this week from this place. Really tasty food, pad thai delicious and my favorite was the lemon grass king prawns dish. Ordered the same with chicken next day

The restaurant was quiet but nice and warm...Food was just "ok"...Pai tai too much noodles... Crisp Duck not nice as the meat was cut in cubes?!!!!But the most negative comment will be ragarding the service as the lady in charge of the floor was bossy and not friendly at all..During our meal she sat in a table looking really miserable...Chill out!

The waitress was very nice and the set menu was good value but the sweet and sour pour seemed more like batter in caramel sauce with not much pork. I was still hungry after finishing the meal.

This place used to be amazing. The food is still good but the last times we went the service was really bad. We still continued to go almost every week (because of the food) until the service got so horrendous that the last time (back in July) we had to leave the restaurant before ordering anything. Not sure if the pretentious waitress is still working there since but still I though it would be good to mention as such bad treatment is totally unacceptable!

We ate here one Saturday evening as had seen a great deal on Opentable of 2 courses and a glass of wine for £15. It was very quiet for a Saturday evening, but the food was delicious and the service very good. The meal was brilliant value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

My wife and I just ordered takeaway from this restaurant through a delivery service. With the exception of the spare ribs (edible but not great), the rest of our food was vile and went straight into the bin. If you feel like throwing £35 into the bin, then this is the Thai restaurant for you!

Went in because my boyfriend and I were standing outside looking at the menu when a passer by told us how great it was! So glad we went. Very tasty authentic food, very much like meals that I have had in Thailand. Amazing deserts and cocktails too. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great meal here, they catered for a booking of 10 people easy. Allowed us to stay on as long as we wanted to finish off our drinks

We enjoyed the food, although I found my fish dish a little too spicy. Enjoyed the mixed starters and the Pork and Prawn dumplings. There were a few customers there the service was a little slow but this was due to one waitress attending to everyone on her own. She did very well under the circumstances and tried to be quick as possible and accommodating when my mother said it was cold and she closed the glass doors.

One poor waitress trying her best to serve 10 tables at once while her manager bossed her around and did not help her. We waited over 45 mins for starters (2 soups!). Food was actually nice when it eventually came and restaurant has good decor. Service needs huge improvement though. Watching a group order after us, then receive starters AND mains before we got starters put a ravenous damper on our romantic evening.

Pleasant decor, but the food was only average. Ordered crispy duck with pancakes to start, but there was little meat, and a lot of skin and fat. For mains, the consistency of the chicken meat in the stir fry was rubbery, although the prawns were fine. Fair.

Visited on Thursday evening at 7.30pm. We were one of only 2 tables but weren't sat too close so it wasn't awkward. It got a but busier later though. The decor is great and has a very cosy feel. We had 3 courses from the a la carte menu with a bottle of reasonably priced wine (bottles are £15-£35). The starter was lovely. Then came the main course... I had the oyster beef wok with coconut rice (a must have!)... OMG... I was not expecting it to be SO tasty... the best Thai I have ever had for sure. The dessert was also lovely. Our server Emy was so friendly and helpful and undoubtedly made our experience that much better. 3 courses with a bottle of wine, after dinner liqueur and service for 2 people for £80. You could go cheaper by choosing set menu or using tastecard. We will be returning/ordering take out from this place to try some more of the menu items... it all looked so delicious!

Lovely local restaurant! Went for a set menu, great value but such good food. Staff are very friendly. The food is lovely, an authentic Thai experience. Must try their cocktails, loved BBB. But beware it is very organic with a rue infusion of lemon grass, basil and chilli (the kick)! Loved it!

There are three Thai restaurants in close proximity to each other on Lavender Hill so choosing one to eat ahead of the other two was a bit of a challenge. In the end we opted for the one in the middle. The ambience of the venue is very authentic, with lots of little statues and brick-a-brac from Thailand positioned everywhere. A nice touch are the lemongrass burners in the toilets which are a common feature in Asia. They even have a wall mounted TV with Thai themed shows, which probably indicates pride in their identity. The service is warm and friendly and the food good. We had beef Massaman, chicken cashew nuts and pork in garlic and pepper. The two stir fry dishes kept more sauce in the serving dishes than I am used to but I imagine it is deliberate to keep the flavour rich. The pork dish certainly was very tasty. The only quibble was when, on a quiet Sunday night, one of the staff took a call from a delivery guy who had the misfortune of having their strap snap on the delivery bag. There ensued quite a heated argument of who was responsible financially. That really was not a conversation for the diners ears. Otherwise, good food and recommended.

Hadn't realised I'd already paid online automatically, delivery driver took my money when the restaurant said he shouldn't , as they record online PayPal deliveries from Hungry House...he did this 3 times and has denied taking my money.

The food was pleasant here and the specials menu is definitely worth a look if you come here. The food could do with a bit more spicing and I am not sure if the crispy duck is an authentic Thai dish! I found the ambience a bit of a let down though. A TV sits on top of the bar playing Karaoke type videos and the other decor feels quite dated. It could do with a bit of modernising in both the presentation of the restaurant and food. Towards the end of the evening the staff were all speaking loudly across rooms which made it feel a little like a market stall instead of a restaurant. All in all, a fair restaurant but I wasn't won over to this one.

The staff are friendly and attentive, and make you feel like they care. The food doesn't take long to come, and all the meals have a vegetarian option. My favourite is stir fried vegetables with chilli ad basil. The coconut ice cream is delicious too!

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this restaurant. We booked a table for 8 but, when we arrived, the table was prepared for 6. It wasn't a problem as there were no other diners (at 8pm on a Saturday evening, which is never a good sign). The service was mixed, with attentive but inexperienced staff; we ordered two different bottles of red wine and we were served two of the same white wine. Our starters were not as described on the menu, with missing sauces and accompaniments, which we had to ask for. We ordered a variety of main courses with a mixture of success; the best dish was described as "nice enough" and the worst as "like chewing rubber". We complained to manager, who was rude and unhelpful. Following the meal, 3 of our party of 8 (who all ordered different dishes) were taken ill within a few hours. With so many food options nearby, there is no reason to go to Bangkok Boulevard.

I came here for the first time with some friends just recently and it's a great little restaurant. With a choice of a la carte or a choice of set menus offering great value, there's a great choice available to you.We opted for the 'platinum' set menu. 3 courses and a glass of wine for £21. Mixed hors deuves starters, crispy duck in the middle and a choice of mains, I opted for chicken and cashew nuts. It was all very good. The mixed platter and duck was very moorish and not too greasy as I've experienced previously. The chicken main was also delicious. All served up in a relaxing environment with really attentive staff. Would return for sure.

If you like Thai cuisine, you will definitely enjoy your experience in Bangkok Boulevard. The food is rich and full of amazing flavors. The staff is smiley and very friendly. Pleasant ambience. Portions are not the largest perhaps but we definitely did not the place dissatisfied. Bare in mind, it is 10-15 mins walking distance from the Clapham Junction Station.

The service was terrible and the food was equally as bad, I had to keep getting up asking for drinks as no waiter was to be seen! The food came out and I was thoroughly disappointed dry food and the steak dish I had didn't look appetising at all and tasted how it looked! Wouldn't regiment this restaurant at all

3 of us booked to ear here on 31st January. None of us had been here befor, so didn't know what to expect. The food choice was extensive and of good quality. The staff were VERY friendly and attentive. Value for money. No complaints what so ever.

My partner and I went here for valentines so the a la carte menu was not on offer and we had to choose from the set menus. My partner is vegetarian and his option for the second course was Tom Yum soup. However the soup contained fish sauce so we were offered more tempura vegetables which we had already had in the starter. The food was nice but not outstanding and the price was reasonable. The waitresses were lovely- making sure we were happy with the meal. We had to rush off to the theater not able to savor the food too much. All in all a mediocre time.

Food and service was good, portion size was a bit small for me. I'm not a fan of the 12.5% service charge. I think most folks would prefer to top up their own drinks and avoid the service charge. The service charge should be included in the price of the food. But that's just my view. Overall good experience. Try it out.

Bangkok Boulevard met all my expectations and then some; I dined there on New Year&#039;s day and as expected it was quite. <br />But that was no reflection on the restaurant; our waitress paid extra attention to us, recommending a divine and palatable dish from the set menu which was great value for money. <br />I chose sesame toast, with a host of flavoursome dips, chicken skewers and our main tasteful chicken dish. <br />The food was great and didn&#039;t make me feel too loaded up on carbs; the intimate surroundings only complimented the great food served and I would definitely recommend Bangkok Boulevard to anyone looking for a inexpensive yet quality restaurant in the Battersea/Clapham area.

my boyfriend and I went for a special meal there booked over open table. We were the only people there that night (except a few who drifted in to pick up take away meals) so we initially thought it might end up being a disaster. But the food was sooo delicious and the service was excellent. A great find and I hope more people go!!

The best Thai food I&#039;ve tasted outside of Thailand. This restaurant offers authentic Thai food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone with a love south east Asian food.

Our local favorite the food here is a fabulous and the service is even better. My boyfriend and I are regulars and we&#039;re yet to have an average let alone a bad experience. Can&#039;t wait until next time.

A friend and I enjoyed a pre-Christmas meal at Bangkok Boulevard instead of using our usual haunts by Clapham Junction station. Be warned, it&#039;s a bit of a hike from the station! On a midweek evening, we were the only people in the restaurant - this could have been a bit overwhelming, but the dark interior and charming waitress, who was just the right amount of attentive, meant that we were perfectly looked after.<br /><br />We shared a mixed hors d&#039;oeuvres plate to start with, which was delicious, and each opted for a main, with a shared rice dish and pad thai. All were perfectly nice, but I was left wishing for a big more spice in my Jungle curry, and my friend said the same about her green curry dish.<br /><br />A good wine list, which has some excellent value bottles on it, meant that we enjoyed two bottles, in addition to our food, and coffees, and came out with change from £100. A very good way to eat!

I have been a regular visitor to Bankgok Boulevard in Battersea and was very dissapointing by the service the staff where dressed as if working in a local take away, which is a shame as previously the ambience and service was exceptional.<br /><br />Whilst the quality of food remains very good the dining out experience has been totally lost here so in summary this is a great little Thai if you require a Take Away but no longer a reccomendations dining experience.

I was a bit disappointed yes we had a deal but we did not expected to come out hungry. We had green thai chicken and only two pieces of meat was there in a small bowl full of veg, the other diner had prawns and again two were served, if you are hungry don&#039;t bother to go there on a deal maybe you have to pay the full price don&#039;t know. <br />I guess really good for dates as it is quite dark I could hardly read the menu.

I have been asked in recent times why I don&#039;t have more local restaurants in south London. My answer to that question or demand by some is a little Thai restaurant based in clapham that ticks all the boxes whether you want to invite a large group or want a private dining experience, good service, inside and outside dining. Oh but the food!! I like so many of you,choose what I feel comfortable with or what feels familiar but I felt adventurous maybe it was the smoky red decor that lured me into a adventurous state......but I decided to order &#039;Lost in Blvd&#039; which is a rich lamb shank in Massaman curry with potato and peanut. I know you have heard this many times when people can&#039;t find the right descriptive phrases to describe a great meal but I apologise in advance but think lamb shank and accompanying curry melted literally in my mouth, so much so I had to invite my fellow diners to have a try and it wasn&#039;t just myself that felt a warm glow of satisfaction. I almost forgot to take pictures and notes while I was there to right this post,that&#039;s how good the food was, the service was both attentive and welcoming, you felt that you was being welcomed to someone&#039;s house for a home cooked meal,rather than paying for a service. I ordered via justeat at 7pm. I lost track of time but when I realised I hadn't received my food by 9pm I called the restaurant. I was told they hadn't received the order at 7pm and blamed justeat.com, but it had now left the restaurant and will be with me within 20 minutes (despite the restaurant being 7 minutes away). After 25 minutes I called to cancel as I was going to bed. I was told I'd get a call back but the food turned up exactly 3 hours after ordering. I asked the driver to call the restaurant as I'd tried to cancel and he just left with the food and said I'd get a refund. I've never had such bad service in my life. I definitely don't recommend this place.

the waitress took my order very quickly, and the starter arrived soon after. Unfortunately it was pretty tasteless, and the mushrooms were from a tin (or had been preserved in some way- definitely not fresh). Before I was half way through my starter, the main course was ready. The tofu was good, but the vegetables that made up 75% of the dish were almost raw- it was a warm salad.I asked about the soup, and was told (by a different waiter) that he had just chopped the mushrooms himself. Having eaten in many thai restaurants, and being vegetarian, that was the worst mushroom tom kha I've had in a long time. Inedible.

We went in the evening on a Saturday and it was fine but with so many restaurants available in London unfortunately fine is not good enough to generate repeat business. The food was good but the place was practically empty, a little strange for a Saturday night in London. Our waitress was nice and doing fine but her supervisor kept coming over an interrupting her and checking she&#039;d said things right which was slightly patronising and made us a bit awkward. The top table offer made this good value but unfortunately it didn&#039;t quite cut it for us an we sadly will not be returning.

We visiting BB on Saturday night using the top table 25% off food offer. The meal was very nice and good value with the discount. Portions were a good size and everything was presented well. The only downside was the service which was quite annoying as we had to ask for our bill 3 times.

We have been several times to this restaurant since we first discovered it last year. The service is always friendly and the food consistently good. We will continue to go back as long as it exists. Highly recommended

Great venue for birthday dinner...

My husband &amp; I went to the restaurant for dinner on Saturday evening, at first the service was slow, but that is because there was a large, demading table in the restaurant, thankfully they ate up and left soon after we arrived. The waitresses were lovely, our table was ready and they knew without us saying a word that we had booked a special deal and they told us from the offset what we needed to do. The food came in a timely fashion and was divine, we had spring rolls, crsipy duck and spare ribs to start, all delicious. For mains we had the pork red curry and chicken pad-thai, gorgeous, the pad-that is he best we&#039;ve had. I am taking my sister there for dinner this week and would definitely recommend this little gem.

I had booked a table for 3 people 2 weeks in advance to celebrate my brother's birthday. We arrived at the restaurant on time. I explained to a waitress that I had booked a table and gave my name, she asked me to wait. She went and asked a member of staff that was working at a table off of the main part of the restaurant to move and shoved another round table up against it and laid a knife and fork there. Another waitress came and asked if I had booked I said yes and that we were being seen to and she shouted that she wanted my name. I gave my name and she shouted that she needed my name again. We were finally seated at this make shift table in a corridor alongside the kitchen. I wouldn't have been so shocked at this treatment if I had not booked ahead but it was unacceptable when a person has taken the trouble to book. We took our business elsewhere and will not be returning.

Lovely authentic thai food at a reasonable price!

Went to the Bangkok boulevard with some friends last week and had an excellent meal! The food is brilliant and very authentic!

Spent a late Monday evening at Bangkok Boulevard and was extremely impressed. The food was very good and the heat from the spice was spot on. Our server was very attentive and friendly. A very nice quiet place to have a great meal at a great value.

We visited BB for the first time and we were impressed by the food. The atmosphere is nice and calm, but a typical setup for a Thai restaurant. It&#039;s nice relaxing environment to enjoy a romantic dinner with your loved one, or aquiet night with friends

Our first time here and we will go again.<br /><br />It was a wet cold Monday night but even so we felt there was not much of a buzz or ambience but the food was excellent. We deliberately chose dishes to try the range and all were of a high quality. We were offered a Toptable discount which represented even better value.<br /><br />When my wife complained about her wine, the manager very obligingly replaced it so we were made to feel as if he cared.<br /><br />For a local restaurant it is good value and an opportunity for something a little different and we were able to park nearby too ~ an added bonus as we had driven out of our normal range to go there and glad we did.

Had the 25% off deal, great value. Prompt and efficient service. Had chicken satay and beef massaman curry. Then an ice cream dessert. All delicious and great portions.

Starters were nice but mains (beef salad and pad Thai) were really bland - not zesty and flavourful as they should have been. Service was well-meaning but not terribly good. There were quite a few motorbike couriers going in and out so I guess they do a lot of deliveries. As takeout food it would be OK, as restaurant...not so much.

This is a great little place, good location to Clapham Junction railway station. Only a 10 / 15 mins walk, or there are buses running along the route.<br />I went there with a couple of friends for a pre-Xmas catch up. The restaurant was full, however as its reasonably small, it didn&#039;t feel chaotic, or overly noisy. There was a nice buzz, and ambience.<br />Service was excellent, and swift. The food was excellent, and delicious. My only criticism was a friend of mine was on a gluten free diet, and there were limited options for her, which I was surprised by. Most restaurants are catering for gluten free requirements these days.<br />I would definitely recommend this place to others, and would return myself.
