The customer service was excellent. I was phoned directly to keep me updated on the transportation of the beers I ordered for my son's birthday. Even though DPL failed with their initial delivery, I still received the beers in time due to the quick dispatch time of Bang On Brewery. I am delighted with the quality of these personalised beer bottles and I'm sure my son is going to love them. I would definitely order from this company again!

Booked the bar room in the brewery for a stag do and had the run of the place for the evening with plenty of tasty craft beer to choose from and the knowledge of Neil to guide us through. Couldn’t have been more accommodating or welcoming and even tolerated us ruining perfectly good beer playing beer pong. Highly recommend!

We were greeted by lovely Caroline, who sold us beer, Thirst Aid, much loved by our French friends who are always asking us to bring some back to France. Small but classy selection of nibbles and Chilli sauces. Looking very much forward to tasting "Chilli of the Valley's Black garlic ketchup".

I ordered personalised stout for my father’s birthday along with some treganna gin. My father loved the personalised beer. The gin is lovely. Great customer service and quick turnaround. I would highly recommend.

Superb service and delicious products - my particular favourite is their Baltic Stout. Having initially tried a couple of beers from Bang-on I spoke with them to arrange an order through their local delivery service and found out that they also offered a personalised beer bottle service. Such an awesome idea! Birthday gifts are sorted for all the family pretty much forever now! In addition to the personalised beer bottles, I believe they also do personalised wines and gins, for those who aren't fans of ale! Absolute pleasure to deal with, a great service, fantastic beers and brilliant idea with the labels. Highly recommended

Good selection of ales, ciders and some gin. Can either pop in and pick up bottles or are currently offering delivery. Neil is very friendly and will happily talk you through the different ales he has available.

Held a function at Bang on and had a few beers delivered to family for birthdays etc. Nothing is too much trouble for Neil, he is a top guy. Highly recommend!

A really enjoyable experience. The staff were lovely!

Went to the Bang-on brewery on Saturday morning 27th of January. The owner met us at the door, opened up and took us in. The visit had been arranged the night before by my sister in law with Neil Randle, Beermeister General. We were welcomed in and made our way through a comfortable and small brewery tap. Once ensconced at the bar the beer chat began. Neil is an incredibly knowledgeble man. He is informative and very friendly. Samples were checked and thoroughly approved. He has some incredible beers in what is quite (at the moment and watch this space) brewery. He sells what he calls a premium, craft product and having sampled a number of them myself I can do nothing but thoroughly agree with him. In due course we had a tour of the brewery operation which was both very interesting and informative, even though I have been on about 20 brewer trips now. I would thoroughly advise anybody within a 20 mile distance of this brewer and has an interest in well brewed innovative beers to go visit and spend a some time there. He does do take outs but the real value is to talk with Neil and learn something about his passion for beers. Of course if you are only interested in Carlsberg and getting inebriated as fast as you can I suggest you go to your local Wetherspoons.

Mientras visitaba el sur de Gales para un tour de golf con un montón de amigos, pensamos que sería divertido visitar una microcervecería local. Una rápida búsqueda en Google y justo en fábrica desenterrados una fecha y una hora se establecieron.Durante nuestra visita comenzamos a ver el logo rojo en unos cuantos lugares que fue muy alentadora.Habiendo tenido una muy decente de almuerzo tarde 17 descendía en una propiedad industrial (luego en algún lugar en Bridgend). Nos dieron una bienvenida muy cálida de Neil y Caroline y dieron directamente a Vera.La zona del bar era de un tamaño perfecto para nosotros y los otros huéspedes no parece preocuparle especialmente una vez que habíamos establecido amigos mutuos.Neil nos llevó en un recorrido por la fábrica, que mantenía la mayoría de nosotros interesados y luego más cervezas, incluyendo la potente Rhys.Tal vez debería decir en este punto que las cervezas eran excelentes.Espero que disfrutamos de nuestra visita tanto como nosotros y le deseamos todo el éxito con su Neil aventurarse.

Useful notes from the Bang On Facebook page: We just wanted to say a big thank you to all that have visited and supported Bang-On Brewery in our opening 5 months. We are posting this to answer a number of questions that we get asked. Please feel free to share this so all that may have wondered, get the answers they were looking for. 1) Yes you can just turn up and have a drink on site in the tap room. 2) For drivers, soft drinks are free. If you make the effort to drive someone that wants a beer, the least we can do is offer you a soft drink although we will also put the kettle on if you'd prefer a coffee. 3) Children are welcome and again, we provide free soft drinks for them. Funnily enough we've found that Mummy and Daddy get to talk uninterrupted to us when the little ones are preoccupied. 4) Yes, we are more than happy to show people around the brewery and talk you through the brewing process. If you make the effort to visit, the very least we can do is make the effort to show you around. 5) The tap room is dog friendly for friendly dogs. We've even got a tin of treats behind the bar for them. 6) The bottle shop section is constantly replenished. As we brew in batches the selection of beers may change but there is always several choices. As well as individual bottles, we also sell presentation packs which make a nice gift for craft beer fans. 7) We don't serve food apart from peanuts but we don't have any issues with you bringing your own or ordering a pizza. 8) All of our beers are vegetarian friendly and most are vegan friendly (some contain lactose). The ingredients that we use are totally natural and while we can't claim they are healthy for legal reasons, we won't discourage you from doing some research into what published scientists think 😜 Finally, we are open until 7pm each week night and we are open 9am - 5pm on Saturdays. Called in today for the first time and sampled some great Beers .and a lovely stout .had to leave with six different bottles of beer for a nice relaxing night in .see you soon.
