All items ordered deserve 5 star for the taste - Indian lamb curry meal box, grilled peri peri chicken wrap & grilled chicken strips.Competitively priced. I cannot comment on the atmosphere as I haven’t visited the place. No issues with the delivery.

Amazing food, especially the biryani

Ordered a cheese burger and kebab for delivery. The cheese burger was hot but the kebab was stone cold. I dont understand while they were both delivered at the same time. The kebab went straight in the bin.. not worth the money. I was hoping for decent food after reading the reviews

Staff are Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Orders are repeated back which ensures good customer service. Greeted both before and after getting the food. Top Notch. Ordered here 5 times in the space of maybe 2 weeks. It's across the road so extremely convenient. Price is great the quality of food even better. Onion Rings and Fries are my Partners favourite whereas mine are the Quarter Pounders. I would recommend Reddy's to anybody who fancies a quick, decent and cheap meal. 10/10

Tried a Different Indian restaurant in the town for a change. Find you on TripAdvisor, and the reviews were good. They lived up to their name. Staff were very friendly, I had the chicken Premier, and my friend had a selection of vegetarian dishes. Very tasty, and the pickles at the beginning with the poppadoms are very fresh and the red onion chutney was delicious! As I said the staff were really friendly, and went out of their way to make our evening with them the best it could be. The ladies toilet was very clean, and very spacious (have been into some shockingly small toilets in Indian restaurants in the past!). Overall a very good experience, would go back.

After a longtime, got the taste of Indian spices..the chicken biriyani smelled the same as Hyderabadi biriyani. The masalas were a bit intense, but still it was juz superb. Their grilled wrap and xl burger were yummy...n economic too.

Great restaurant especially for the price and serving sizes, however biggest downside would probably be the waiting times but the food quality and freshness makes up for it. If your around and looking for a cheap bite to catch then I would highly recommend this spot.

Once again, the accommodating team at Baloos were able to squeeze me in for an unrushed late evening meal, despite me getting there not long before closing time. The food standard was as high as ever.

Disappointing lunch time deal.. had chicken meal and its not more than 2 pounds.. very tiny portion of chicken in a sauce cup and tortilla wrap describing as roti.. the only good thing is chicken was tasty.

Food was ok, but have since discovered that baloo received a HYGEINE RATING OF ONLY 2 a few months ago. I won't go back to baloo until they achieve a rating of at least 4

Only got 4 tiny pieces of paneer. Food took 1.5 hours as well. Was actually a joke of an order

Really friendly service and excellent food. For the quality, it’s really good value. The vindaloo had potato in, which is great. My mum had the special Balti which was delicious and beautifully presented. Will be coming back next time I’m in town.

Received order today. Pizza was cold and everything else was loop warm. Certainly not good standard.

As a regular customer, and big fans of the chef at this restaurant, we were shocked at the huge price rise of our bill this week. The food was great and we all expected an increase in cost but think this ought to be reflective of inflation. Our bill was 30% higher than usual! For example, how can they charge £1.50 per popadom when other Indians charge around 75p? The pickle tray was £4, when other restaurants charge £2. Everything else had gone up significantly too. It would be sad if they out priced themselves and lost trade. We will probably go less often as a result and try some other Indian restaurants in the area.

Used to love Baloo as the food was amazing. But had a takeaway tonight and the food was very watery and tasteless. Not sure if it's changed ownership? Massive shame but won't be going back.

We tried Baloo after another restaurant we liked was fully booked & I'm so glad we did! The food was delicious, better than your average Indian cuisine & the service very attentive. I lost a piece of jewelry during the evening (not realising until home) and was so pleased that when contacted the next day they immediately got back to me to say a lady had handed it in. Nice to know there are still some trustworthy people out there. I'll certainly be booking again.

We have been to Baloo many times and can’t fault the service we had! The staff are very accommodating and the food is perfection. It’s a shame we are moving away from the area, but we will sure be back to visit again :) Unfortunately did not catch the waiters name but he went above and beyond. Although we came in and ordered a take out he opened the door for us and greeted us when we arrived even when the restaurant was busy! Thank you Baloo keep up the amazing work you all do :)

food delivered was very ordinary quality One of the dishes I selected was not at all spicy (very bland) despite the menu stating it was hot. The sauce looked like something they had slopped on and use for all their dishes. I had ordered a higher price dish (a 'special'), expecting a better dish. The tarka dhal was watery. Not value for money. On the plus side, the delivery was on time.

Such a friendly restaurant, nothing a problem, altered the dishes to suit our preferences or recommended dishes. Food was fantastic, definitely coming back.

I am so impressed. I did a pre-order online and got a phone call later to not only confirm the order, but also to let me know there were some free sides so I might want to take off the extra rice I’d ordered, etc. Would have been so easy for them to have left it as was. Thank you for your honesty but also, delicious hot food arriving for the time I’d selected. Very happy and will use again. It’s tough times for everyone at the moment especially restaurants who have had to massively diversify in order to keep paying bills , rent and keeping people employed! These guys are doing all they can to keep the level of service high by ONLY doing deliveries and I understand they are busier than ever! We ordered last night and they were in time with great quality and great tasting food! Can’t fault the flavour and quality of their food and can’t wait to have a good old Saturday night curry and get back to curry club!Apparently there have been a few complaints but give these guys a chance, they are working so hard to keep business going and having to be out and about delivering for us!Highly recommended ! Never disappoint! Keep supporting local businesses and these guys keep meaning we all stay at home!Keep uo the great work guys and stay safe!!

I am a frequent customer and Baloo never disappoints. Excellent food; excellent service and a great atmosphere. I was there on the 7th March with a group of friends who were experiencing Baloo for the first time and they were very impressed. Thank you Baloo. We will be back.

Booked a table as we know how busy this restaurant gets, however when we get there we find our table is just about to be given to other people who hadn’t booked! Sadly the evening went downhill from there. Food average at best incredibly greasy and lacking meat in one our dishes, the service is very good and friendly, however the restaurant was let down by two large parties who were very intoxicated and spoilt our evening by throwing food and glasses of wine around and being unable to stand and causing a nuisance in general. The ladies toilet leaves a lot to be desired with no hand dryer available (there is one but it’s out of use,) or any paper hand towels, not good given the current virus doing the rounds. Needless to say we won’t be returning.

We’ve had takeaway deliveries several times now and the food has always been delicious and arrived in good time.However last week the delivery driver got lost twice in the end we cancelled as the food would have been cold it had left the restaurant so long. However the next day the restaurant called to apologise again and offered us our next order for free. Now this is what I call customer service! Occasionally in every business things go wrong it’s how that business puts it right that counts.

What a great meal. Starter fab. Mains Chicken Tawar and sizzling chicken garlic tikka both first timers were excellent. Service first class. A must for Indian lovers.

Just been to Baloo tonight and it was excellent. Mixed Baloo platter and a meat samosa starter - the only critique would be plate the starters on smaller plates as the starters look tiny due to the huge plate they were on.

I do not recommend this Indian restaurant if you are ordering a takeaway. It took them nearly 1.5 hours for delivery and the food was stone cold by the time we received it. I spend over £60, i called them and the person in the phone was rude and stated “what did I expect when they are busy!” Not exactly the customer service you expect to receive, I was promised a call back didn’t get on, I messaged them in Fb, I got a reply apologising and explained they had lots of complaints that evening as they were short staffed and I would receive vouchers and I am still waiting, now they are ignoring my messages. So if you like cold food and a rude service this is the place to visit! Poor
