Balmoral Hotel Belfast in Belfast

Decided to try this place again after being underwhelmed last year..oh dear it's just as bad !! The lunch was a disgrace. Overpriced and very poor food ..nothing to like there then !! The Male manager with foreign accent is overbearing and inappropriate in his manner staring and winking at a customer !! Very uncomfortable experience wont be returning

Booked a table for 6 and upon arrival they tried to seat us at two tables beside each other, a 4 and a 2 despite larger tables being available. Food was cold , portions small and served in bowls instead of plates for some unknown reason. Wrong side order brought, won't be back.

Have called it to Lady Anne Restaurant many times for a meal on our way home to Co Armagh. Service is usually good though some servers can be unpleasant. Don't understand why mushy peas cannot be substituted with garden peas. Enquired about this and was told they did not serve garden peas. Strange to say the least. I ordered chicken curry and asked for half and half rice and chips. On enquiring about this I was told it wasn't allowed. With hospitality venues crying out for business I would have thought a simple request would be accommodated. Not to worry there are other hotels in the Blacks Road/Dunmurry area.

Service was amazing, met by briege at the door who was nothing but nice, we where late for our table and she was quick to find us a seat, all the staff worked really hard on the busy day and all done an amazing job, briege made my day and I will definitely be back

Went for a family birthday meal this evening to the Lady anne the meals were outstanding!!!! service also second to none. Thanks so much for an overall amazing night

Lunch was delicious Staff so friendly and accommodating to me and mum in a wheel chair Food came out quickly and was mouth watering and very reasonably priced Will be a return in the not to distant future Keep up the good work folks This was the lady Anne burger and the catch of the day both very much recommended

Went for dinner with my family. The ginger/red hair girl with glasses was so rude and her attitude was a disappointment. Wasn't nice and her face look was telling us to leave the restaurant. We were waiting 27 min just to get someone to take an order, while the other tables- who came even 15min after us was already having starters. Such a mess, staff unpleasant and ignorant, no care after customers. Very disappointed

Arrived at 2pm. We were told the table was needed back for 3.30pm. When we arrived the restaurant wasn’t busy. Starters came out and they were grand. Empty dishes removed once finished too (other tables had dirty dishes sitting on their tables for hours). The mains took two hours to arrived to the table. I order the beef which was raw. The whole meal was cold. Ask for it to be reheated. Received a fresh one but was still cold. I ate to roast potatoes and couldn’t eat anything more. It was an absolute disgrace. Lack of staff. No managers or supervisors about. Like other reviews it was £80 PP. Obviously paying for Christmas dinner nothing was bought - you would think you would have nothing to worry about. It was Christmas night. It wasn’t a case of going elsewhere or getting a take away on the way in. I don’t think that balmoral grasp that concept. How are they going to justify that to their customers? I rang this morning to speak with a manager. My details were taken. Got a response from the email I sent. An apology and a £100 gift voucher isn’t acceptable. I’ll not be accepting it and I’ll certainly not be returning. There are better venues out there where I can spend my money. It’s quite clear they got greedy and booked too many customers in with a lack of staff and resources. The majority of the customers in the restaurant all had the same complaints. A lot of Christmas dinners ruined for a lot of people, myself included. I’ll never be back to them.

Table booked but told could t take our order for 30mins went out to beer garden to wait tables dirty over flowing ash trays dirty glasses two young lads taking orders hadn’t clue. By the time we ordered the mrnu was now dinner which should not have been the case due to the fact we booked lunch so we paid extra for woeful food.When we went back in waited another 15 mins then asked could we order and was told had to check with kitchen !! Should have left then cold turkey ham and very little of it roast potato bounced off plate it was that hard !! Ice cream glass with huge chip at the rim given to 4 year old !! And the. Charged for ice cream that was included in kids meal. We have eaten here a lot last time it reopened the food was excellent they really need to improve quality of food cleanliness and service ASAP or like us people will go elsewhere.

Lady Anne Place. Dirty steak knife on the floor when we sat down. Didn't realise until I had looked down. Both burgers where cooked horrible. No sauces chicken was like rubber mashed together on a weird bit of bacon. So they had to get replaced. Burgers second time around where ok but chef still messed up skinny and fat fries. Staff where 100% helpful and I also seen another few People complain about their food. Won't be back again and was seated right beside the toilets too. Not exactly nice when eating to get that stench everytime the door opened.

I live close to the Balmoral Hotel, so it’s somewhere i would eat often. Yesterday evening i went with my wife and my elderly aunt, to the Lady Anne Restaurant. My wife and i ordered steaks while my aunt ordered Turkey & Ham. First off! - I accept and understand that we are living through a pandemic and that everyone is under pressure to cope with the 'new normal' Secondly; because of this 'new normal’ extra waiting time is factored into our expectations. When our food arrived - my aunt's meal was cold. We complained and she was promised a new meal. After a wait of about 20 mins, they brought down the same meal again (not a new meal) still cold. When we complained yet again - My aunt asked for the roasted lamb, thinking that she would be getting a new meal. After an hour, i complained to the manager on duty, who knew all about what was happening. She told me that my aunt would have to wait on her meal being cooked (which i would accept ,if i believed that the Balmoral cooks every individual slice of lamb and don't have a lamb roast cooked like any other restaurant) When eventually the roast lamb arrived - the mashed potatoes were AGAIN cold. The manager took the meal away and told us that she measured the temperature of the potatoes with a temperature probe and it measured 55 degrees. She went on, to tell me that (by law) no food was allowed to leave the kitchen unless it was a minimum of 55 degrees warm I imagine that the manager put the probe into the middle of the mashed potatoes and not the edges were my aunt and myself tasted. EVEN SO - serving food that JUST ABOUT MEETS THE MINIMUM HEAT OF 55 DEGREES BY LAW - is not a good restaurant policy. When we decided to give up on the service of the Lady Anne Restaurant and asked for the bill - The manager told me that as she removed the meal from our bill - there was nothing more that she could do. I would like to point out to the Balmoral Hotel Management - that removing the cost of a meal that was not consumed in your restaurant - no way compensates for repeated poor service and an overall apathy from the manager on duty I won’t say that i won’t be back - because this is really out of character for this hotel and the Lady Anne Restaurant. But I’m really disappointed with the overall service and with the reaction (or lack off) from the manager when we complained. It wasn't the 'new normal' constraints that ruined our meal - it was just plain and simple, extremely poor service from the restaurant kitchen and from an apathetic manager. In the end - we had to bring my aunt to Raffo's Chippy - were she eventually received a hot meal

Went for lunch and will definitely be back. Friendly and efficient staff and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Above all, it felt Covid safe which was reassuring. The lunch in the Lady Anne room was delicious. My niece had the chicken goujons which were obviously home made and fresh. I had the peppered chicken and champ and it was piping hot, fresh and full of flavour. We would definitely go back again. Well worth a visit.

Stayed here with some children for 1 night as a treat. The rooms were nice and clean. We booked a meal in the lady anne grill, it was very busy we had to wait over an hour on our food, the staff were efficient. After the food we went into the greenan bar, we were told kids were not allowed, even though we were residents. We sat outside in the beer garden but after a time were told that it was closing. We asked where else could we sit for a drink and were told to go to the lobby bar. We went into the lobby and it was empty and the bar was not open. So to get a drink we had to go downstairs through the restaurant and into the bar. I found this very unappealing so ended up going back to our room. I have stayed in hotels in ireland and spain which all accommodate families, why cant we do it here in Belfast? Overall a nice hotel, but would not return again with children.

Decidí probar las comidas para llevar que ofrece Balmoral esta noche como un regalo. Teníamos el cordero asado, ternera y raviolis. No estoy muy seguro de qué esperar, pero volveremos por ellos nuevamente. La comida estaba bien empaquetada, caliente y deliciosa. Tuvimos una comida de calidad en un restaurante en nuestro propio jardín y todos lo disfrutaron. Buen valor para el dinero. Bien hecho Balmoral

Dios mio. Esta es mi primera vez en este hotel y tengo que decir que ha sido el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en todos mis años. Nos mudamos de otro hotel porque estábamos en dispair y congelados. Pero en el momento en que entramos por las puertas, me sentí como en casa. El personal fue asombroso. Desde la recepcionista que nos permitió registrarnos temprano a los servidores en el restaurante fueron increíbles. Nada fue demasiado. Si necesitamos algo, estuvo en su habitación en minutos. La comida en Lady Anns fue increíble. La carne se derritió en tu boca. Ooohhh La habitación es muy cálida y tostada. La televisión tiene Netflix y YouTube. No puedo superar lo increíble que es este hotel. El precio era menos de la mitad del precio que pagamos anoche por un hotel diferente que no tenía parche en este hotel. Siempre me quedaré aquí de ahora en adelante cuando venga a Belfast. Es un pequeño Jem. Gracias a todos en el Balmoral Hotel por hacer de este un excelente lugar para alojarse y comer.

Stayed at the Balmoral quite a few times now really pleasant place to stay the staff are all friendly especially BernadetteSarah is also very helpful and friendly Laura is exceptionally nice in the breakfast room rooms organised fairly priced hotel is situated in a good area close to Belfast close to the motorway rooms are very clean and tidy it makes your stay easier when you’re working away from home I would recommend it to anyone to stay there

very good if not a little chilly but very good ladies soon came if saw u also a welcome tea or coffe then piont to table for fruit yogurts and foreign breakfast gave u the menu for english breakfast which was good soda bread to die for was short on table but lovery breakfast never were u made to move after eating clean and good

Had a delicious meal at Stix and Stones with some family members. Lovely setting, excellent service and delicious food with great value for money.

Primera noche cena terrible comida pobre servicio pobre ETC Segunda noche comida realmente buena gran servicio y un budín gratuito para compensar la decepción de la noche anterior. Sin embargo, el desayuno es una experiencia totalmente diferente. La excelente comida del personal es realmente buena, no hay muchos problemas para comer, una excelente comida para prepararlo para el día. El personal es insuperable.

He estado entrando y saliendo del balmoral en numerosas ocasiones a lo largo de los años y la chica que trabaja en el bar de arriba tiene una actitud muy mala. Hace unos meses pedí una ginebra muy cara y se sirvió en un vaso de vidrio feo y barato. Le pregunté si podía ponerlo en un vaso de ginebra, ¡y me dijeron que no darían esos vasos en caso de que los robaran! También se negó a hacer cócteles y dijo que volviera en 20 minutos si queríamos cócteles. Cuando volvimos, dijo que estaban fuera porque estaban demasiado ocupados (había 3 empleados trabajando cómodamente). la semana pasada organicé una reunión de navidad con amigos. éramos 6 y llegamos al mismo bar donde el grupo quería cócteles. Una vez más, nos negaron los cócteles, ella simplemente dijo que estaban fuera y no dio una razón por qué. Pedí una ginebra en su lugar, y nuevamente se sirvió en un vaso feo. Pedí limón, y después de un tut y un giro de ojos lo obtuve. Aproximadamente 10 minutos después, la misma chica preparó un cóctel, lo deslizó por el restaurante stix and stones al lado del bar, y se dirigió a un cliente cerca de la recepción, ¡pensando que nadie la había visto! Nunca he experimentado un tratamiento como este en ningún bar. Todos los miembros de nuestra empresa se quejaron de su actitud y todos juraron que no volverían.

Was recommended the Sunday roast delivery. Having received our order today, would not recommend this to anyone. Portions were child size, nut roast main course wouldn't even be big enough for a sandwich (see image), six small roast potatoes between four adults, one small foil container of mashed potato and one small foil container of mashed carrots, turnip, and ? These two containers between four adults. Looks like our January diet has started early.

Looks nice on entry, but the food is below average, very bland taste. Everything is watered down, from the vegetable soup to the curry.

Love this hotel, had an overnight stay here recently and have to say the staff and hotel is lovely. Great bar also at the side. Will definitely be staying again

Came up for Sunday lunch and must say it didn’t disappoint, pints were cold. Staff were friendly, the food was beautiful l. I had soup them lamb for main and it was cooked to perfection. Definitely be back

We haven’t been in a while and was bit apprehensive as the last visit it was ok but was pleasantly surprised with the standard of food and service . So Hats off to the management and floor staff for the good work . The food was serviced hot and full of flavour so delighted with the choice of where to eat in this part of Belfast . Was expecting pub grub but the was a few notches up . Well done to all

Muchachas muy amables en la recepción, lo mismo sobre las chicas que limpian las habitaciones. Gran bar deportivo bajando escaleras gran ambiente. La comida en el salón de Lady Anne era muy buena a un precio excelente, el personal era muy amable y el servicio fue excelente. Tienen un restaurante llamado Stret & Stones, la comida fue excepcional cuatro veces durante mi estadía no tuve ninguna queja sobre nada. El personal nuevamente muy amable y el servicio fue excelente, lo único de lo que me quejaría es que solo abre los fines de semana.

Chicken wings falling off the bone and were excellent. Daube of beef was unbelievable, was falling apart. This was lady Anne restaurant. Staff were also superb.

Had dinner this evening in the Lady Anne Grill. Have to congratulate all the staff. They were so efficient, polite and welcoming. It was a pleasure to dine there. The service was excellent and the menu choice brilliant and very reasonably priced. Food was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Very clean rooms, found the bed very comfortable. Breakfast each morning hit the spot perfectly to fuel me for the day ahead.

The Balmoral Hotel is a very comfortable hotel with friendly staff and The Styx and Stones restaurant has lovely food.

I recently attended a wedding here and the food severed was appalling. The plated dinner that was set down in front of us was inedible. The roast beef was tough, shoe leather would not of been as chewy. The veg was hard and mash was bland and tasteless. Still not sure what the desert was meant to be as it didnt taste like cheesecake. The speeches were ruined by the bad sound system. And no one could hear. Management stood to the side and their solution to the problem was " just shout out louder" . Absolute joke. Feel so sorry for the bride and groom as im sure they paid a small fortune to have their special day ruined. Toilets were also horrible and unclean.

Went for the surf and turf on Monday excellent food and service! Thanks will definitely be back soon

Asistí a la boda de mis amigos el mes pasado y, si bien tuvimos un día brillante, ha sido eclipsado por varios problemas.

Esté preparada para estar decepcionada con la comida cortada en este hotel donde se casaron mis hijas en mayo y la carne que se sirvió fue asquerosa sin mencionar los problemas que tuvo con el gerente general y los propietarios se negaron a reunirse con ella con respecto a este asunto. Nunca volveré a usar este hotel de nuevo.

Recientemente fui a este hotel para una boda de amigos. Después de no comer todo el día, tenía muchas ganas de cenar. Me sentí muy decepcionado porque la carne asada era dura, apenas podía cortarla, no importa comerla. El desierto era una tarta de queso pero sabía más como si acabara de sumergir mi cuchara en una tina de Filadelfia. La única ventaja era la sopa de verduras al principio era agradable. El buffet de la noche estaba frío y los sándwiches estaban sin sabor. Si alguna vez vuelves a invitarte a este hotel, me aseguraré de comer mucho antes de mi visita, ya que seguramente no comerá la comida.

If your planing a wedding at this hotel think again. Was at a wedding here and the meat they served wasn't fit to be served to a dog. No one at my table ate it. Infact from what I gather none of 170 guest did.

This hotel stands out from the rest. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms small but so clean and well furnished. Bed linen and towels shining white. ample toiletries in the en suite from the Pure range. Overall hotel very clean . Ample parking. Had dinner at stix and stones. The steaks were to die for. Very well presented and the price very good. Had breakfast each morning. Again a full breakfast served by experienced staff. Everybody I met at the hotel were friendly, helpful and client orientated. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Belfast. Situated so close to the motor way. A short drive to the city center.

Stayed here last night as we were attending a wedding close to it. Lovely room, very confortable bed. Accidently booked a twin reception changed it to a double with no problem at all. Not sure of any staff names but everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Had eggs benedict it was so good was disappointed I couldn't finish it all only one point no toast with my partners full Irish. Although I'm sure if we had of asked it wouldn't have been a problem. Great place to stay.

My husband and i have stayed here on 4 different occasions as i used to work the psychic fairs in various locations around Northern Ireland and as two of these were hosted there, enjoyed our stay so stayed again for birthday's. We had a lovely time each of those times so booked for our anniversary in March 2019 but due to my uncle dying very suddenly two days before we were due to stay, we were clearly found ourselves unable to make it. I mailed the hotel privately to explain our circumstances, had no reply so mailed again, still no reply and to my disappointment, the money was taken from my account and without a curious explanation. I even wrote to the hotel following the this to suggest they review their policy in circumstances of bereavement or at least offer an explanation as to why they have treated a returning guest with such dismissal but again,they did not reply. Needless to say, I don't believe i will hurry back

Lovely hotel that hides some fantastic restaurants and staff. Rooms great, bed bingo can be annoying but very isolated. Otherwise I would rate this as one of the highest and best in Belfast.

Fabulous experience from start to finish! Colette was amazing & made our group feel special. Excellent value for money & the decor was plush & ultra modern. The food in Sticks and Stones restaurant was beautiful & the staff were very pleasant & accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Hi was at your carvery today and was very unimpressed. Starters was extremely poor and no variety. I have been to many carvery in the loughshore and crowne plaza where is a lot of variety in the starters such as cold meats option, a lot of hot food starters such as cocktail sausages and chicken wings. Your starters where just in a cooler and there was nothing my party could eat except soup which was cold.

The food in both restaurants is fantastic especially sticks and stones!! the staff are really helpful, the rooms are a little tired but overall its a great base with fantastic restaurants.

Had a beautiful meal! A particular thanks to Jordan, Matthew & Meabh for being so attentive and friendly!

Had a family meal here on the 2nd February for a birthday celebration 12 of us,service & food was excellent good value for money, good atmosphere.

Just returned from the Sunday carvery. The food was excellent, the best I have tasted for a number of years. The staff are excellent. Don't read any more reviews. If you want a fantastic lunch then just go. You will not be disappointed.

Me and my friends went for dinner and drinks last night and it did not disappoint. Meal was amazing, and super cheap to for the portion size. The list of cocktails was endless and they taste amazing. Hotel it self is gorgeous, suitable for everyone.

Tuvimos un tiempo brillante en el Balmoral ayer por la noche celebrando la Navidad. Había un montón de aparcamiento para nuestro grupo de 11. El personal era muy servicial, nada era demasiado para ellos. Nos cuidaron muy bien! Nuestra comida era deliciosa y el menú fijo era de gran valor.

Completely blown away by the amazing range of pizzas on offer at the Balmoral Lady Anne restaurant why didnt somebody tell me about this sensational spot I had the meat feast and my partner had the mushroom one they were fresh home made thin base and served with a smile will return to try the others honestly struggled to decide which one I would try first

Just did a meeting in the new cocktail lounge at the Balmoral Hotel and couldnt believe how beautiful the place is looking since the remodeling process

Ah Balmoral Hotel ! Well done on the cocktail lounge , r group rocked along to the opening night and had a ball . A bit cheeky but I took home the cocktail menu as a wee reminder and such a funny and constructed design . Your guys are at the top of there game and we would know being PR people ourselves. Such an imaginative package in a perfect setting. This is were we are starting our nights out going forward. The danger might be but once we start here we might not leave lol

Got 5 turkey and ham dinners with veg, it was not nice, the veg came out hard as a rock and there was very little turkey rolled on some stuffing, a disgrace. When we complained about it, we were told it was edible. A disgrace won’t be back, wouldn’t even step foot back into the place

From the moment we walked in, the service was poor. All staff seem unhappy and lacked basic manners, glasses dirty and food was of a low standard. We should have went to KFC instead!

went to sunday carvery previously and we had a great time and thought they food and service was excellent, this time wasn't impressed at all, we had asked for a table for a wheelchair to be informed that they knew nothing about it, they did sort us out in credit to them but i shouldn't have to ask a 2nd time, most of the food needed re filled for the carvery and we had to keep asking for stuff to be filled, we had to also ask for the staff to pick up dirty plates, i think it was mainly youngsters waiting the tables, so i can understand it was very un organised, had to wait at the bar to pay before hand when there was plenty of staff standing round not doing much, felt sorry for the chef who was under a lot of pressure and need the rest of the staff to be pulling their weight, don't think we will be back was over priced for what we recieved.

The staff are great in the hotel. Bathrooms modern, food great, great bar. However all of this is meaningless when you cannot sleep due to hearing everything in the rooms either side.

Stayed here for a wedding absolutely terrible room wasn't nice problem with the toilet flush it and and noise would drive you insane for an hour told reception they wernt interested over 100 people at this wedding a 99 percent complained about the service bring out gravy ten minutes before your dinner then they bring out the meat and then 15 minutes later they bring out poataos and 5 minutes later you're veg by witch time dinner is cold .if your going here for a wedding don't bother and if you leave a drink sitting on your table for 2 minutes it's gone even if the glass is full must be a way of getting you to buy more drink. We stayed here about ten times and every other time it was fabulous but it seems to be owned by someone who has no clue how to run a hotel very disappointed told manager not interested .

We stayed at the Balmoral on Friday 14th and Saturday 16th September 2018.

We held a works event at the Balmoral Hotel in June 2018 after sourcing other hotels within the Belfast area the Balmoral Hotel came out top. From our initial meeting to the event itself the staff were amazing. From the set up of the room, I.T. equipment to dietary requirements staff were always on stand by for anything we needed. At our event we had invited other professionals and client users and I can honestly say that the Balmoral Hotel provided a first class service. The food provided throughout the day was very good indeed with a special mention of the exquisite tray bakes - special dietary requirements was not a problem. Many thanks to the Balmoral Hotel - next time I need to book an event I will waste no time in rebooking with yourselves.

Had dinner in the Ladyann last week for my sons exam results. Food and service were great, we all had turkey and ham and cannot fault it at all.

We had a meal voucher for this hotel, so we called in on a Tuesday night around 6.30pm.

It's definitely a handy spot to stay if you're catching an early flight, only 15 minutes from the airport.. The room we stayed in was pretty basic an cheap was only 62 pound...we went down to the lady ann for dinner,probably shouldn't have bothered..had starter's which wer top, then in the mains id the steak sandwich which was bare enough, it was a steak, bitta cheese and the bread.. The missus had like chicken ball's in noodles, it wasn't what she ordered either..it was the prawns she was looking for but anyways the chicken came out way under cooked was still frozen in the middle,said to the waiting staff who were happy enough to change it.. But actually just bunged it in the microwave and threw it out way the steam flying out of it...charged full price for it too, when i paid which i think wasn't professional either..

Just had our wedding here on friday wow what can i say.. outstanding in everyway vicky our wedding planner was amazing she couldnt do enough for us nothing was a bother to her and our room looked amazing food outstanding service outstanding hotel outstanding and sam from personal touch was amazing what a guy the room was outstanding i trusted him with his ideas and the room was magical would highly recommend balmoral for a wedding.

This is my second stay here, the first was 15 years ago.(it’s changed hands since then)

En Belfast para el concierto reciente Beach Boys y nos alojamos en este hotel por las noches. Las habitaciones están limpias, bien equipadas y la cama era tan bueno. El desayuno era abundante y de alta calidad. Conductor de taxi desde la ciudad era grosero y recepción del hotel presentó una queja a la compañía en nuestro nombre y luego nos reservó los taxis locales después de que dieron en el clavo. Concierto fue extraordinaria y la próxima vez que vuelva elegiré este hotel sin dudarlo ni un momento

Gran precio para nuestro presupuesto nos permite suficiente para cócteles. Todo el mundo estaba en forma excelente con el buen tiempo, pero este hecho totalmente nuestra noche y a cualquiera que esté pensando en ir aquí está haciendo una buena elección. Volveremos gracias

Went here for the little persons tea with my niece for her birthday treat . Beautifully presented & made my niece feel like a little princess. Big thank you to our waitress who unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Highly recommended

Just had a meal in lady anne. Got soup order wrong only was two choices. When it did arrive it was cold and bread roll was brick hard. Main course was ok just. Had desert which was also wrong. The waiter Jordan was helpful when discussing nut allergy but did have to double check. Won't be hurrying back. Not value for money.

Visiting from England for the scooter rally weather disappointing but hotel was great, safe to park my vintage vespa and room and food was lovely on return from my day in the city getting soaked with the rest of the scooter lovers, be staying here again next time I return but hope the sun shines next time.

A la izquierda el Hotel Balmoral después de un evento familiar, que este lugar hizo su damnest arruinar. Gracias a Dios que son de contenido a "porquería" a hacer las cosas de trabajo, porque la administración claramente no les importa. Un miembro del personal a la izquierda en su propio sin orientación para tratar de arreglar un evento que no se ha creado correctamente.

The restaurant has a great menu for breakfast and an extensive menu for dinner. The steak on a stone was to die for. The service was excellent. I will be back

Used the hotel for s team meeting with lunch included and an overnight stay for myself. The meeting room was excellent , Lunch was beautiful and great value for money. The staff also couldn't be more helpful.

Visiting from Australia was made very welcome staff and service was excellent only thing better was the food

Just want to take the time to thank the staff in the hotel for their care and sensitivity after myself and my partner attended a family gathering after the passing of my uncle, they took the time to look after us and it's only right that I let everyone know that at such a difficult time we were treated with dignity and respect thank you Balmoral I won't forget your kindness

Had lovely meal with my family on Saturday in the new refurbished lounge it is beautiful I'm almost reluctant to tell everyone about it a real find with friendly staff and very reasonable prices

Live locally and regularly eat in the Lady Anne and since the recent transformation I can't believe the quality and value on my doorstep, I'm planning to go to the Jazz and Blues evening tonight which I hear is a touch of real class and just what this area needs for my age group. Well done to all involved and to the warm, friendly and attentive staff who are a pleasure every time I'm in. Be sure to check it out whether you are local or visiting

Went for afternoon tea for birthdsy treat with my sisters and had a fantastic time.IFood was delicious sandwiches very fresh and delicious beautiful scones with cream and jam and lovely dainty sweet treats . Beautiful china ti drink tea from lovely plush surroundings excellent service best value for money in Belfast.The vegetarian menu 5* will definately be recomending it to friends and will return again for tge next birthday treat

Visited on a Sat night and left very disappointed. Both had the steak sandwich and asked for the crispy onions. Meat was tough and fatty and onions only came on one of the dishes plus pepper sauce never arrived.

Just has a pathetic meal at the Balmoral lady Anne grill will not be back, waited 45 minutes for are meal and it wasn't worth the money.

What a gem treated my mum here gorgeous food and lovely friendly staff especially wee manager Rebecca 5out if 5 from me and mum will definitely be back

Another lovely meal in the Lady Ann. We had freshly made scampi and chips, italian ciabatta and caesar salad. Good food, reasonabley priced and very efficient and friendly service. Family favourite

Hôtel agréable qui offre de belles prestations. Les chambres sont correctes. Un bar à la décoration sympa vous permet de vous détendre. Le plus est son restaurant de très bonne qualité : carte intéressante, bonne cuisine et personnel très professionnel. Vaut le détour.

Visited the Sunday carvery today, was a tad disappointed, went to get starters and sat down and then they brought hot food out to the starter table which should have been done before the carvery opened, got the smallest slice of roast beef ever cut which was a tad fatty but the ham was delicious and the desserts where good so will put this visit Dow to them not being ready to serve even though we arrived at 1.25

About time we had somewhere really classy to eat in, the west. Beautiful decor food and first class service well done and thanks everyone

would just like to say we had a lovely time here on sunday for the cavery and the added bonus that the kids got to see santa who was really friendly and proffesional led to a magical day for the kids and meant we didn't have to cue for 2 hours elsewhere to see him, the staff were all really friendly and helpful and the food was smashing, the selection of home made cakes was a bonus really and we will definately be back.

Carvery outstanding. Plenty of it as well. Staff very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.
