Ballucci in Hounslow

Unless you want food poisoning, DO NOT GO HERE - kitchen is full of mold and fruit flies. Owner and the blonde manager are 100% racist and prejudiced against anyone who isn’t white. They both treat their employees inhumanely and are bullies. Spend your money in other local coffee shops, this one is a waste of your time I was a frequent customer in the past and certainly won’t be going back💖 EDIT: Funnily enough, my name is spelt with two H’s - ironic how you’re not even courteous enough to spell my name correctly. I’m not an ex staff member. Ironic that the management and owners would expect their previous employees to speak about them in this manner. You must have a tendency of treating people poorly! I’m not shocked judging by your disappointing response which highlights how insidious it must be to work here. Also I’ve seen the fruit flies in both the Isleworth and Hounslow branches - disgusting!! Horrible service, bad attitude and poor leadership all around!

Disgusting service and management team from the owner. The blonde European manager is heavily racist toward their black and south Asian customers and staff as seen through how she interacts with them. The management needs to be changed over to even allow this place a modicum of deceny and respect. ALSO!! In the hounslow branch, there is mould and flies everywhere. If this is how they treat their establishment, then I’m not surprised at the vast turnover of staff.

Recently been coming regularly to work and absolutely love this place. Atmosphere is really nice, perfect for catching up with friends / working. Love that there is a cocktail bar at Friday. Coffee is great and staff always so friendly and take a lot of care. You often see the owner floating about and you can tell he really cares about the customer experience. Lovely little haven in Hounslow.

My 8 year old daughter had a hot chocolate for the first time here and said it was the best one she has ever had and it was very very delicious as she has never finished the whole thing anywhere else but here she did! 10/10 overall atmosphere and staff were amazing definitely recommend going!!

After I was waiting for the coffee, after ten minutes or more, I asked them about my coffee and they told me that someone took it and they are very bad.

Updating as revisits to venue have been fair more positive. Friendly staff and general clean facilities. Very small so I'd suggest checking you can get a table before paying for parking. The toilet thing was annoying but I appreciate the explanation provided by the company.

I came here for a coffee and to sit down and do some work on my laptop. I spent 2 hours here and was served by a lovely polite barista. As you can see by my photo I was a customer. The owner however treated me horribly. I decided to pack up and and leave wait inside as I was waiting for a bus and it was raining and I was drinking my own beverage. Despite being a customer waiting a few minutes before leaving the shop, the owner rudely approached me and told me to leave his shop as I was drinking my own drink. I was shocked at how rude impolite and inconsiderate the owner was to me after being a customer, he accused me of not being a customer and that it didn’t matter if I was one. He said to “this is not a bus stop” he wouldn’t let me stay unless I bought another coffee…. The owner was extremely rude and cared more about extorting money out of customers than basic human etiquette and principle, not being appreciative of customers that bring him business. I was confused and shocked as I thought this place was friendly and welcoming but it is not. Despite showing my dissatisfaction he insisted on being rude. It is a shame as I thought this place was decent, but I will never be returning again as a customer. Behind every good business is a good owner who understands the value of customer service and treatment, this owner clearly needs to take a look in the mirror and re-evaluate how he speaks to his customers. Please do not visit they will kick you out even if you are a customer buying their drinks. Psychologist writing here.

Really good coffee and sandwiches

Went to grab a coffee two days ago, I have to say Hanan, girl with the hijab was so welcoming, excellent customer service and she was so friendly! Would give it a ten out of ten! She also made me an excellent coffee!

It's always too busy and never anywhere to sit, plus long queues. So many people just sit on their laptops on all the tables. Its just easier to go somewhere else.

In a world dominated by coffee shops ranging from chains to independent...that start up all over the place.. Ballucci Hounslow is up there with very best! Great atmosphere, really good coffee and fantastic staff! I spend whole days drinking, eating and working here! Thank you.

I've been a regular here for a few years, but quality has slowly gone way downhill especially more recently. The coffee doesn't taste very good anymore and all the old staff seem to have left so speeds dropped. It's a shame, hope it improves but I will probably start going somewhere else

Would definitely NOT recommend. Waited 30 minutes for a milkshake today - staff were rude , did not apologise and were argumentative. They served people after our order - so obvious. The 3 girls have no idea about customer service. So many coffee shops in the immediate area instead of this one. Will never go back here.

Nice coffee shop, slightly pricey but has a loyalty scheme so you get your 10th drink free. Lots of coffee and hot drink choices. Limited cake and sandwich options. Cosy and good to work from or sit outside in the sun.

want to note that I buy coffee here a lot of time, but recently I noticed that some staff began to work poorly. For example, I ordered 2 black Americanos this morning, and I see that the barista girl added 1 express in one of the glasses and 2 express in the second, I asked her why you did it, which she tried to convince me that she made two express in both glasses, but I'm not a conflicted person, I just want everything to be honest.

The place is dirty. Pieces of food and crumbs on the tables, chairs, sofas. Also the staff do not seem to take empty plates, cups after a client is leaving, ending up sitting and finding dirty plates, and pieces of food on tables and seats. The vibe and coffee was good but they would do much better with cleanness.

Simply The best coffee in West London. Flat white made to perfection. I don't go anywhere else for my caffeine habit.

More than 7 minutes to get an espresso. They said there was a queue but the place was quite empty. I have never waited for so long for an espresso. Some people work and can't wait for ever for something that takes literally 30 seconds. Never again.

Still great after over a year in business. The owner is often grafting being the counter which makes this business part of the community. Long live Ballucci (also, the coffee and service is great and it's always spic and span clean)

I have been a regular at the Isleworth shop for years, visited the new Hounslow branch today with my niece and nephew (3 years old) for a birthday coffee! The coffee is as always, amazing, and the 2 young ladies who worked there called Anu & Megan were amazing with my niece and nephew, top coffee and top staff! Great job

Nice little coffee shop. The decor is very modern and almost quirky. Popular with locals. I see mum's with pushchairs and ppl with laptops working. And a couple hanging out. Outdoor seating too.

Love This place coffee is wonderful Owner is very accommodating and friendly. Just popped in today was served by a wonderful lady Asian she had a warm welcoming smile. But there was another lady serving making coffee omg she did not smile once she had zero Interaction with customers no eye contact. Little interest in what she was doing was like she didn't want to be there. As customers were leaving they said bye to her and she ignored them. This lady really needs to learn some customer service skills. I love this place so apart from this bad experience I will be back but its such a shame.. Date of visit 8th Feb 16.19 Hopefully she was just having a bad day

An absolute Gem of a coffee shop. Great coffee. Great prices. And if you’re a regular, a little Reward Card scheme as well. Few sandwiches made fresh daily, some bakery items but not much. If it’s coffee you’re after then definitely hit this spot up.

I usually really enjoy the milkshakes here, any flavour. And I was so excited when they created a new milkshake menu. However, after only a week, their milkshake coffee machine broke (which I can totally understand). It has been over 3 months since I last had a milkshake from there, every time I go, they seem to come up with a new excuse for why I can't have one.

This place really warms my heart. The staff there know their community, chatting to the regulars, providing them with what they need, and making everyone feel welcome. It is a hub for this community and made me feel at home. I started visiting Ballucci a few weeks ago, I’ve lived in the area for years and can’t believe I have only just discovered it. The more I come the more I love it, everyone is so friendly, the coffee is the best I’ve had in West London in the last 10 years. This place is more than a coffee shop. It’s a little haven. I only got a hot chocolate and my god it just out performed any and very hot chocolate I’ve had, just so much more flavourful and it tastes bespoke or something because it was slightly thicker than most and incredibly rich in flavour, not to mention how creamy it was, definitely coming back!

I have been here a few times and it is a lovely place to enjoy a good cup of coffee. Keep it up guys,...!!!

Nice place, lovely coffee. Please change the battery in the fire alarms to stop the beeping noise. You'll need a ladder and nknife to push in the slot before sliding off the casing and replacing the battery

What a truly great place is Ballucci! Walk into the cosy and welcoming surroundings - just a stone's throw from Isleworth railway station and not much further from West Thames College - and immediately feel comfortable and at ease. There's a huge choice of drinks and food, including all imaginable varieties of coffee and tea, and mouth-watering sandwiches and cakes. Service is calm, efficient and friendly and the understated decor means you're not distracted from having a chat, doing some work, reading the news, or simply chilling out and enjoying a quiet pause. Most of all, Ballucci has that elusive quality which distinguishes memorable places from those which are simply nice: a great atmosphere. If you're in the neighbourhood for work or recreation - Syon Park is less than a km away - do drop in: you'll not be disappointed.

Ballucci's is well presented and comfortable. The coffee, tea, food and staff are all excellent. It's a real haven away from the reality of area. If there's one good thing about Isleworth it's Ballucci's, if there's one detracting thing about Ballucci's it's that it's in Isleworth 😂. It's a little over priced but this coffee shop would be equally at home in the heart of London. A true gem and well worth a visit if you're passing through... Let's face it there's not many other good reasons to stop in Isleworth 😁.

Decent little cafe near the station. The coffee was well made. The range of food was OK. The interior of the cafe was pleasant. I'd visit there if I was in the area again. It's better than a couple of the other cafes I've used in Isleworth.

Great service. Staff are very friendly. Had oat milk cappuccino which was so good. I nice place to be whether solo or with friends or family. Jazz music is always on which is cool.

Great coffees and cakes, always very atmospheric, thank you! The young manager is a very kind guy. But. A tiny but important thing was happening today, I think staff members must be aware of the basic hygiene, one guy (who wore a grey mask) cleaned his nose with a tissue front of me and the other team members but he did not was hands just continue to work on the coffee machine. Why he wore a mask then? Why noone tells him that? I was there with a baby who is not vaccinated against covid or flu. I did not want to make a scene and I don't know who the owner is so probably this is the best way to send my feedback. Another day a customer next to me got sour old milk with the coffee. Another day I have seen few milk bottles stored on the floor, nothing underneath (probably was no space in the fridge?) This is unacceptable.. I may go and drink anywhere else next time if I see more and more of these things. Basic knowledge and hygiene please!

Cozy little coffee shop close to Isleworth station. A good selection of sandwiches, including some vegetarian ones. The cappuccino tastes just right, not too bitter and not too watery. Good selection of teas as well.

This place is A-MA-ZING!! The Xmas decs., Relaxing Xmas music, atmosphere, coffees, cakes....best place for miles! Top quality coffee. My favourite place to chill! Highly recommend the flat whites, chai latte and mocha with hazelnut in! And pastries, brownies and muffins! Just brilliant!!!! Always friendly and welcoming too. Went to this place a couple days ago for the first time. Not only was it a great atmosphere, very cosy, but the staff were cheerful and greeted me as if I was a regular. Can't recall his name but a young man with a mullet served me and he was such a lovely chap. I'd highly recommend the almond croissant and the hot chocolate was to die for. Definitely recommending to friends and will be returning soon for more.

Revisited Ballucci after two years to sample a takeaway flat white and the quality of coffee has certainly improved. Positive to see.
