We went here because we had read reviews saying it was good. Our experience was not the same. The sharing platter was disgusting. Have had better from a supermarket. My main noodle dish (number 85), if I remember correctly, was tasteless. The restaurant was also on the cold side.

We’ve just had a takeaway which was fantastic!. Red curry, Massaman, sticky rice and noodles. It was ready really quickly, was piping hot, really fresh and full of flavour. We can’t wait to go back again. Thank you

It's disappointing to go to a Thai restaurant and not have spicy food with chillis. When we asked for some chillis or some chilli 🌶 oil, we were given some lame excuse that they don't keep for very long and that it's a long way to go to buy them!! But if we wanted, we could have chilli powder!!! My wife (who is Asian) had a seafood dish that boasted 2 small shrimp, 2 pieces of squid 🐙 and one mussel 🤣. The rest of the dish was padded out with vegetables 🌳. It's Asian food, but not particularly good Asian food, and it's mighty expensive $$$.

How can this great Thai restaurant have been in Llanelli for 17 years and this is the first time to visit? I almost walked past it. Really enjoyed the food tonight, keen to try more of the menu soon!

Fantastic food and a lovely ambience

This busy little restaurant offers tasty, authentic meals at extremely reasonable prices. You must be a little patient as all the meals are cooked from scratch and do take a little longer to be served. The wait is definitely worth it. I had sweet & sour king prawns with rice and my wife had a stir fry of king prawns, noodles and veg.

Like most people before deciding on eating at a restaurant I read the reviews. I took into account a few negative reviews and once read actually sided with the owner and it was at that point we made our way for dinner and to judge for ourselves. We were greeted by a very pleasant lady and as we were not overly familiar with Thai food asked for her recommendations. The five courses that followed were absolutely delicious, freshly cooked and full of flavour. The prices were very good and the service quick and polite. A definite recommendation and would visit again without hesitation.

Wow! First time visiting here, but it definitely won't be the last! A hidden gem of a restaurant, the outside appearance doesn't match the inside. The service was very friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing, a taste sensation. The Tom Kha Gai was stunning! As was all the food. We'll definitely be back!

Busy with bath takeaways and restaurant diners so booking on Friday and Saturday should be considered. Excellent menu and very well cooked food. I hadn’t booked but they were very accommodating if I didn’t mind waiting. All nicely paced and friendly.

Do not eat here . Chicked was pink . Was told it was fine to eat. Asked for fresh brought same meal out pink again . Lady had stinking attitude aswell. Stay well clear. Wish I could give 0 star

Quite possibly the BEST food I have ever had at a Thai Restaurant. Absolutely delicious. Also, thank you for staying open a little longer for us on the May bank holiday - we really appreciated being able to sit-in. Thoroughly recommended!

Maybe we were a bit optimistic trying to find a pub roast in Llanelli after 8 on a bank holiday Monday, but, whatever the reason, we kept drawing a blank. My wife wasn't keen on my idea of a pizza in the hotel room, and nor was I on taking out a mortgage to eat in the hotel restaurant. It was starting to look like there'd be tears before bedtime (from me, obviously), but Jenny managed to establish the existence of a Thai restaurant open in downtown Llanelli, so off we went – and how very lucky we struck. Lovely food, at reasonable prices, and very generously apportioned. We had pad thai, a sweet & sour pork dish, and coconut rice. Interesting to note that this was my first visit to Llanelli in 50 years – my last being just before my grandparents left Wales and moved up to Sussex to be near the rest of the family in the early '70s. Much has changed in the interim – not all for the better, by the look of things, but this restaurant is without doubt an extremely positive development. Thanks for one of the best Thai meals I've had anywhere.

Asked to keep a 2 year old child "under control" because he was shouting fish and pointing at their fishtank. Incase they had complaints as may get busy latter. We where the only people there paid for our drinks and left

We were looking forward to trying this restaurant after reading fabulous reviews. There was 4 adults and 4 children, aged: 5,3,2 and 8 weeks. All kids were seated, and chatting. Before we'd even managed to order our food, we were asked to keep our children under control as it was going to be a busy night and they didn't want to upset other customers. I explained I couldn't exactly expect my nearly 2 year old to be quiet, but would keep him seated the whole time. This wasn't good enough and I was again told, to keep control of my child. Needless to say, we paid for our drinks and left without having a meal. Had the children been misbehaving I would completely understand, but they hadn't. The 3 year old had used the toilet, with the adult supervision and my 2 year old had dropped the menu on the floor. Nothing I would say is out of the ordinary for children of that age. Very disappointed as we were really looking forward to eating here. I definitely don't recommend it if you've got young children. Although highchairs are provided, they don't seem to like younger children being heard.

My husband , daughter and I went for the first time last week and not familiar with Thai food , we found it to be amazing , the food was fresh and tasty, highly recommend and will definitely go back . Even had the owners son singing in the background ( even though he didn’t realise as he had his head phones on ) made us laugh and he was so polite and friendly x

Visited on a very rainy Monday evening, and were made to feel very welcome. Food was absolutely phenomenal, and service was polite, friendly, and attentive. Would 100 percent recommend.

My wife and I went to little gem of a restaurant, We we’re so pleasantly surprised how quaint this Thai restaurant is. The atmosphere was so inviting and pleasant by these beautiful Thai family that host it . The menu is full of luscious tempting food making it hard to choose, but what I did choose was absolutely delicious. Look forward to returning and trying some more delicious food. It’s not very often I comment on restaurants I have been to but this one was very special and I can only highly recommend it for anyone to try it .

Came on recommendation, sadly worst Thai ever. Set menu overcooked and tasteless, with same sauces pour over soggy vegetables and overcooked prawns.

Just had another fantastic meal in this restaurant. Had vegetarian platter followed by beef and garlic, king prawns, stir fried chicken and jasmine rice. Absolutely hit the spot. Really friendly. Help is at hand if you are unsure of what you want. Love this place. 👏

I been yesterday 27th of august for my husband birthday my table was booked for 8 o’clock one of the disgusting restaurants ever . The lady was pretending to be from Thailand actually I can see proper Chinese. She look fluffy dirty . Food was horrible even my 13 years old told me worst chicken satay ever . Over cooked rice she kept on saying everything fresh . But everything was so bad my husband had to spit so many times in the tissue. We were the only one in the restaurant she brought plates and we found hair on it . Am sorry they should close I do not recommend anyone .Full of dust everywhere where you can see clear Chinese and kept on pretending to be thaiwanese . Worst fry noodles ever beef with mushrooms gosh so bad . Please avoid !! Don’t even deserve one star

My wife rang and said we are bringing a young child with us to the restaurant 6pm wish they told us it was not child friendly. Couldn't even smile at my daughter when she was smiling and saying thank you. The vibe was not good and my daughter wanted to leave and was getting upset and the lady working was overwhelmed and putting it on us. My wife and I worked in restaurants so we know what's it like but we don't be so cold to customers. We ended up getting food as a takeaway and paid £50+ on it and she couldn't say thank you. The food was cold too and they cant cook vegetables right.

Had a take away today, we walked in n ordered, the lady at counter didn’t give us take away price but thats ok, green curry tasted good but only a lot of curry soup? Sauce? without much veggies n meats which we were a bit in shock, cuz we ordered green curry not green curry SOUP! also the crispy king prawn starter is a joke I forgot to take the pics before we ate them, very very disappointed overall.

One of the better Thai restaurants I have been to in the UK. Food was all freshly made to order, and you could definitely taste the freshness of the ingredients. There was a very welcoming and friendly ambience too. Highlights were the chicken satay and the green curry!

Had a take away from there tonight, and it was terrible. Food was cold and the curries were so watered down they were tasteless. Hardly any meat just a watery sauce. Very disappointed.

Authentic taste and beautifully prepared. I had the Thai red king prawn curry, my wife had the Moo Phad King with house special noodles and coconut rice. It cost just over £20 for everything, brilliant value. Collection time notified to you before pick up.

Didn't feel like cooking so I looked online for the menu, chose king prawns and broccoli with coconut rice which is my favourite, safe entering for a takeaway, hand sanitizer by the door, take cash.

Visited last Friday 11th, and wow what a great meal, all served by a great hostess who could not have looked after us any better. Would highly recommend if visiting Llanelli.

Absolutely fantastic, lovely Thai food, lucky to have it in Llanelli

We felt a little anxious when entering the restaurant to be greeted by cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and lamps. The welcome was friendly although fairly early, we were the only customers. The shared vegetable platter was dripping with oil and caked in uncooked flour. We were hopeful that the Pad Thai and plain noodles and sesame broccoli would be better. Alas, they were not. The Pad Thai was mainly carrots sliced by a KTel gadget and oily noodles. The second dish was slightly more edible although only half eaten. We have eaten and cooked Thai food and have not tasted restaurant food this poor before now. I really don’t write poor reviews; this is my first. I make no apologies.

Visited on first day of reopening to eat inside. Social distancing all in place and didnt detract from the experience. Delight to enjoy such a freshly cooked and fragrent set meal in authentic surroundings. Talking to the owner she wasnt sure whether she would keep opening for inside eating for bookings or to concentrate solely on takeaway. Hopefully indoor eating will continue it would be a shame not to be able to enjoy the dine in experience.

I have eaten here on a number of occasions and the food is very nice. I like the Thai currys, particularly the massaman. I'm also a fan of the pad thai. I have eaten in other restaurants over the UK and in comparison, I would say the food here is a bit more saltier but nevertheless it is still very good and authentic. Its also very reasonably priced! Its lovely to see a Thai restaurant in a smallish town like Llanelli as generally, I feel that you only usually come across thai restraunts in cities. I most definitely will continue purchasing food here and supporting this local business. The owner is also very friendly.

A superb meal this evening - fresh ingredients, delicious, and also healthy (at least our choices were)! Prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is welcoming, with friendly staff and decorated with authentic wooden carvings. It is obviously popular with local people - but not overcrowded or noisy.

Went on a Monday night so it was very quiet, nevertheless the food was fantastic. The lady that served us was also very kind. If I’m ever back in Llanelli I will most definitely be going back. Amazing Thai food!

Ate here with my colleagues, fantastic food, very reasonable prices and lovely service. Decor charmingly, authentically Thai. An all around triumph in Thai cuisine.

Thai restaurant that do the best red & green curry! Doesn't look much from the outside, but the food & service is fab!

I have travelled all over the world and sampled lots of cuisine. I booked this restaurant as had good recent reviews. I was bitterly disappointed. I was concerned the minute I arrived. From the outside it’s not clear if they are even open. The window is dirty, door flaky and the display in the window is falling apart. We got a fork and spoon for our meal which had to be kept for all courses and no serving cutlery. Our red Thai curry was more green with a few streaks of orange through it. They clearly use the same curry and try to change the colour. We had our dinner to the tunes of Pink Floyd who last time I checked were not Thai. I might seem harsh but I’ve been to many Thai restaurants in the UK and must compare equally to each other. This is one of the worst I have eaten in.

First time for us to visit this restaurant but definitely not the last! We had the set menu for 2 people and all of the dishes were freshly cooked and delicious. Excellent value and very friendly staff - looking forward to returning again soon.

This was nice and fresh and lovingly compared. It made me realise what a rip-off Indian restaurants are as nothing they served is fresh compared to this little place.

Visited here with 2 of my friends. The food was very good, staff ... the owner ... was very hospitable and showed a lot of pride in her Thai background. She showed a lot of knowledge about the preparation of the meal we had. On a negative note it is a bit dark inside with regards to the decor but nevertheless I would definitely reccommend this restaurant.

Unbelievable food. Sauces were so so good. Great restaurant. Great all round. The woman was so helpful(probably the owner). The beer Chang is so good and the prices are very low. Massive menu.

Food was nothing special. To be honest you can find better out of a jar. Watery tasteless, expensive food. Place looks run down. I won't be going again.

Wonderful little place that serves many beautiful tasting Thai dishes. I have eaten here many times, both seated and takeaway, and I always enjoy what I order. The lady serving is cute, and always pleasant to chat with. I recommend parking around the corner on Inkerman Street, it’s much easier than parking directly outside. Overall, a lovely restaurant with delicious food, one of my favourites!
