This place is fantastic - from the mouth watering, selection of tasty food to the top class atmosphere. The staff always go out of their way and ensure our evening is as pleasant as can be. Definitely the best Greek restaurant around and we can’t wait to go back.

Came for the meze, fantastic food and very authentic restaurant. The fish was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Very authentic Greek restaurant, also has a terrace outside for smokers. 9/10 would strongly recommend.

Proper Greek restuarant with proper Greek food & hospitality, best in London by far. Live in Hertford now but went there loads when we lived in London 25 years ago and now still make the trip back when we want Greek food cause nowhere else beats it. Go if you you can, hospitality and food the tops

Me and my son visited and wasn't disappointed... We chose Greek sausages (loukanika) also halloumi for stated with pita and tzakziki... For mains we had stifado which was amazing, my son had chicken souvlaki which he said was superb.we will definitely return..

The food and service were excellant everything was reasonably priced atmosphere was great very authentic Greek, I loved it and will go again.

We ate here as a party of four on a Saturday night around 7.30pm. The restaurant was busy, lots of large groups of 7 -10 people and ourselves as a group of four. We chose the Meze £28.50 per person and certainly there was no shortage of food. Waiting staff were rushed at times but never stressed and the pace between courses was just about right. By the time we got to the grilled meat course everyone was full and my only critiscism was that we could have done with some grilled vegetables to accompany the chips served at this point. Plently of salad but no other vegetable accompaniement. What we had was good and served fresh at the correct temperature - I would however concur with a previous comment that feta cheese would have been nice in the Greek salad, and the calamari was disappointingly rubbery. We had a great evening however and finished it off with a complimentary shot of Limoncello.

We were sat at the very back of the restaurant and every now and then swore we could smell someone smoking but looking around, no-one was. This happened a few times. On leaving, we passed someone smoking at their table, which was situated in the front part of the restaurant, still inside! The front door was closed and there were a number of people in that part. Clearly the smoke travelled all the way to the back. The staff were very friendly and nice. The food was not as nice as the staff. Won't be going back.

We always have the best time at this local gem! Fantastic service, delicious food & unbeatable atmosphere. My friends & I feel very fortunate to have this place as it’s guaranteed to be a good night.

We went here on a Sunday for dinner. The staff were not wearing face masks. We ordered lamb shanks, which we were told had been cooking for 4 hours. This was served with rice. It was a poor tasting meal. I was glad to leave this restaurant.

VILE!!!! This literally has to be the worst restaurant that I have EVER dined at in my whole entire life ! How is this place still going? Why do people eat here??! Im not joking when I say this, I’ve had better food out of the food van in Hainault industrial park. I just don’t know where to start! We ordered the Meze.. £27.50 for bottom of the barrel food. The Greek salad had no olives or feta? Seriously! Just a bunch of wilted leaves and old tomatoes! I mean this is sacrilege ! It’s like serving hummus without the chickpeas!! The potato salad in the Meze was pathetic. The saddest , softest , most tasteless potatoes I have ever eaten. It gets worse, the Calmari , no - wait, I can’t even call it calamari … the rubbery squid deep fried in Oil they borrowed from Dixie Chicken down the road! Rubbery , oily , tasteless! Just thinking of the Calamari in my mouth gives me anxiety. The meat platter was embarrassing! Food i actually wouldn’t even give to my dog! I don’t even have a dog but this is how I feel. Im really sorry I know this is brutal but the disappointment is real. The whole dining experience has given me post traumatic stress! Im Greek , I love food, I respect Greek cuisine and I feel ashamed that this is what people dining here think Greek food is! It isn’t ! I assure you!!! A while ago I dined at Deserie in Cockfosters and honestly I thought it couldn’t get worse than that BUT MY GOD IT DID! It’s really did! As i write this review , two people who are with me and had the Meze are suffering with severe diarrhoea. For £7.50 more you can go down the road to Nissi Mezadaki and experience their incredible Greek Meze. A real taste of Greece. Authentic Greek food , a proper Greek salad! Meat that melts in your mouth. Calamari that makes you feel like you are on a Greek Island! I speak the truth , it hurts , I know but not as much as my stomach after that awful food at Babynondas…. Babynondas, more like BabyVOMdas!

What has happened to this lovely Greek restaurant We had not been for some time due to COVID, but unfortunately after last weekend we will not return. Our food was bland and tasteless, beef stifado not even edible, female Waitress took our plates away before we had even finished our first course. Such a shame because the lovely owner would always make you feel so welcome. The food was always so delicious, big disappointment.

A booking made several weeks ago was lost apparently. Only two exceedingly small tables poorly located offered. Much of the initial meze courses were superflous. The main was satisfactory. Drinks outrageously priced. Avoid. Narrow, tables and people packed in to a very confined space. No ventilation.No attempt to meet legal COVID regulations. Considering reporting this establishment to the authorities.

Babinodas has been a mainstay of this area for years. Its had its ups & downs but the owner and his staff have always been great. The food if homely and good. We had a lunch on a Sunday and the atmosphere was nice as was the food. Have the meze if you're hungry but I would also recommend the stifadon (beef if onion stew) and kelfticon (Slow cooked lamb shank). It could do with a lick of paint but don't ley that put you off.

Fantastic food with first class service. Always celebrate special occasions with family at this restaurant and it never disappoints. Five stars!

Great value and wonderful atmosphere. A little bit of Cyprus in North London! Had the meze and the dishes kept coming and coming. Lovely sea food platter and a great plate of fruit to finish a lovely meal.

Party of four late on Saturday night. Arrived at the restaurant which looked very busy and not much space between tables especially considering Covid measures. None of the staff were wearing any masks or visors and not keeping their distance as it is a squeeze between some of the tables. Food I would say was okay , all standard stuff. Chicken kebabs were a dry but the lamb was good. Overall an average experience but very good value. They just need some Covid measures in place please.

Tenía Meze para 2 personas, muchos platos pequeños de varios alimentos poco apetitosos y de sabor insípido, los calamares estaban poco cocidos, tenían un sabor crudo, la ensalada era muy suave, el hueso de aceituna en un Meze después de morderlo, no nos proporcionaron información sobre los tipos de carne que se estaban comiendo. siempre que no coma algunos tipos. nos dieron carnes que no queríamos comer. Los postres Baklavas se calentaron como deberían haberse servido fríos o se les preguntó si los queríamos calientes. Atosphere era aburrida, la música era desagradable, no era un estilo apropiado. El valor era demasiado caro.

Haciéndolo breve y dulce, nos encanta todo sobre este lugar.Siendo griego y probando muchos mezes a lo largo de los años, ¡este tiene que estar entre nuestros tres primeros!Comida de calidad, servicio impecable y amable y sin olvidar sacar el máximo provecho de su dinero. También destacaría recomendar el kleftico, chuletas de cordero y pulpo a la plancha! ¡Obtienes abundantes porciones por las que sinceramente y felizmente pagaría más!Definitivamente prueba este auténtico restaurante griego si estás en la zona. Lovely little restaurant a little tired could do with a refurb but staff was polite and attentive, chicken kebab I ordered was a little dry but it hasn't left me disappointed I will return again.

I think I last went to this restaurant about 15 years ago and thankfully was persuaded by a friend to try it again. We sent Sunday lunch in a party of five and all of us were delighted with not only the food but also the staff and the atmosphere. We shall definitely return and have already booked for an evening meal on the 10th December.

A lovely local restaurant with lots of character, you feel you've stepped onto the set of my big fat Greek wedding - warm, authentic, very lively and welcoming. Food is fresh, yummy and plentiful. I've eaten here many times with family and friends and we have never been disappointed. The sea bream and hand cut chips are gorgeous as is everything else. Wine and beer is very reasonably priced. Would highly recomend for a birthday, family and friends get together or just a nice evening out. Go in hungry!

We visited Babinondas last Thursday and as always received excellent service. We have been coming here since its opening about 24 years ago. The food is always enjoyable and the welcome warm. We like to try different dishes and they are always obliging.

We were part of a group celebrating an 80th birthday party.Everything went smoothly with good service and delicious food staring with meze selections.Each course was really tasty and everyone enjoyed it. Service was quietly good and friendly. The restaurant concentrates on food rather more than decor.

I use to go to other various Greek restaurants and I thought lets give this place a go as the decor from the outside seems a bit dated...but dont be fooled !!! The food is delicious and has that homely Cypriot feel to it along with the restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. Kiri is usually our waiter and is always attentive and polite.Furthermore the prices aren't rocket high like most other restaurants and you get value for your money, something that most of these restaurants do not longer offer

Just go... it’s brilliant! Enjoyed every bite; very authentic and great service from everyone working there! We went today (a Sunday) and was fairly quiet up until around 4:30pm when lots of families started to arrive. Great value for money too for all the food we had; will definitely be going back here!

Era hora de que los hermanos y hermanas (y sus parejas) se reunieran y comieran algo de comida tradicional, la cuñada vive cerca y conoce el lugar, por lo que parecía el lugar perfecto para pasar una calurosa noche de verano. El saludo fue amable y jarras de agua y aceitunas suministrados mientras esperamos. No nos molestamos con los menús y fuimos por el mini meze con pescado para nuestro pescatarian la comida era excelente, el vino de la casa bueno, las cervezas frías y la compañía especial. No pudimos decidirnos por todos los maravillosos desiertos, así que elegimos una selección para compartir mmmmmmmm. No estábamos apurados a pesar de que el lugar estaba ocupado y nos ofrecieron una bebida gratis al final de la comida. Es una pena que no vivamos más cerca o seríamos habituales.

Fue invitado a asistir por primera vez en su noche griega de junio y estaba encantado (se fue con inquietud después de leer críticas negativas) pero en cambio experimentó una comida maravillosa: tuve su lubina (en el hueso) y una hospitalidad maravillosa. Elena, su jefa del bar, se aseguró de que se recibiera una cálida bienvenida a su llegada y cualquier problema fuera rápidamente resuelto por su rol y el del propietario, que era muy visible, y sin duda garantiza que él y su personal van más allá del deber para asegurarse de que todos los huéspedes tienen una experiencia memorable - ¡el entretenimiento también fue genial! ! Casi me sorprendí cuando salí fuera, ¡en realidad aún estaba en Palmers Green:)! ! Sin duda volveré a visitarlo y solo puedo sugerirle que sea su propio juez para evitar perderse, y recuerde que errar es humano. . . así que si no estás contento con algo, harán todo lo posible para asegurarnos de que todos salgamos sonrientes. ! ¡Y ya estoy deseando que llegue mi próxima visita! !

Muy buen restaurante, especialmente si te gusta la comida grecochipriota. No estoy seguro de que el exterior le haga justicia al interior. Es un gran ambiente. Muy buenos productos frescos. El personal es excelente en términos de servicio y simplemente amable. Ha estado allí por mucho tiempo, y lo hemos visto muchas veces, por fin decidimos probarlo. Me alegro de haberlo hecho. Realmente de primera clase. Quiero llevar amigo allí. Oh, yo dije que había un problema. Pues hay que engordar.

Platos grecochipriotas de la vieja escuela. Este restaurante ha cambiado de manos un par de veces. Fui después de una oficina, fue como lo recordaba, con la excepción del exterior de estilo de marquesina. La comida está bien ejecutada y entregada, han estado haciendo los mismos platos durante muchos años y saben lo que están haciendo. Por alguna extraña razón, hay verduras semi bolied servidas con la mayoría de los platos principales que no son muy mediterráneos. Teníamos una selección de entrantes y compartimos algunos platos principales y entre los cursos, el servicio fue muy bueno y se come a corta distancia, las mesas están bastante juntas.

I have been regularly to babinondas and as a family we went there for my sons birthday. I and my son's had the fish meze and my wife and guest had the lamb and sheftalia kebab. Overall the food was lovely and the staff were very pleasant. For me the portion s in the fish were a little small for my liking so I ordered more octopus which was lovely.

Very friendly staff in a traditional Greek homely setting. We opted for the mid week meze special at a most reasonable £14.95. A selection of 7 dips, large cooked mushrooms, main dish, we had Sea bream which came with a huge portion of chips and Greek salad. We got a fresh fruit platter and an after drink included in the price. All the food was tasty, the fish was cooked to perfection and the chips were just as chips should be. Good attentive service, would revisit.

I went with a few members of the family after my mum recommended it. I can't believe I've never been here before! The food was Yummy, the service was great and the staff were AMAZING!

Not the best location, and you're unlikely to wander in off the street. But the place is lovely - clearly a family run place, and the owners/staff are really welcoming and cheerful.

Friends and I were in London for the weekend and called in on Friday night without booking,the place was packed and had an amazing friendly and warm atmosphere.The staff were very accommodating,in particular a lovely waitress called Maria who really went above and beyond to make us comfortable! tried their best to find us a table and most of us had the mini meze which was delicious and surprisingly filling!After declining desserts,we were brought fresh fruit and liquors on the house!Little confusion over why a Greek restaurant would call themselves Cypriot but all in all a wonderful,refreshing and satisfying find

A very good Greek restaurant located in Winchmore Hill, North London, offering a good varied menu. Food is plentiful and fresh. Staff are warm and friendly without being intrusive. No hesitation in recommending if you haven't already visited.

I admit I was sceptical at first as the outside of the restaurant looks a little run down but I'm so glad we tried it. Nothing pretentious; lovely Greek home cooking, warm welcome, well priced and good food! We have been a few times now with friends and family and have not been disappointed.

Fantastic Meze and the lamb chops are to die for!

He estado aquí tres veces cuando estoy en la zona, y no nos decepcionó. Tuve el cordero esta vez - entrante maravilloso, sólo 4 mejillones, pero grandes y jugosos. Como siempre el lugar estaba lleno, pero el personal que nunca y el tiempo apresurado hablar contigo y ser amable. El cordero se evapora en su boca, y mis amigos de cerdo era el mismo que me dio algunas para probarlas. Te dan frutas al final de la comida, pero aún así tuvimos uno de los postres también-, pasamos dos horas para comer y a la izquierda a unos 10. 00 - así que no es bueno para la cintura, pero a quién le importa - maravillosa noche. están abiertos de lunes a sábado 6. 00 a medianoche y el domingo 12. 00 a 10. 00. Sólo el almuerzo de domingo

5 de nosotros compartimos un pescado y carne meze para 4, un montón de comida, algunas no dan de comer. La única crítica es que las mesas demasiado cerca, estaba sentado en el paso de personas y salir.

some freinds of ours are regulars and took us there for a meal. the food was amazing and the staff kept bringing it. we had the meze and there was more than enough to go around. all very freshly cooked and full of flavor .

Let's start with the good thing : the staffThe smell in the dining area is terrible, the reception guys made our way to the back of the restaurant, the smell of mould was unbelievable. how can you eat with a smell of mould all around you? Eating in that condition was absolutely disgusting.I've found a bit of bone inside my salad, the chicken with rice was covered with cinnamon . seriously?The only reason of the two star is because of the staff, the guys were nice at all time.The bill was definitely proportioned to the quality of the foodUnfortunately I will not go to this restaurant again, sorry!

The starters, main dishes and meze were of excellent quality and competitively priced. Lovely atmosphere and great service. We went on a lively Greek music night which was most enjoyable.

I Don't Ever leave reviews but had to for this place. I don't think iv ever been to a place where the service as been Top Noch. The Main Man Babs was just the best from i booked over the phone right to when we left the door. lovely family place lovely staff. they catered to us all (big group) and my partner really enjoyed it. food was amazing and most of all was the service, you can't find great service in london these days it doesn't exist but this one defiantly did. would highly recommend and definitely be back soon.

We visited this restaurant for the first time on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant was quiet with 4 – 5 other parties dining. This is an authentic Greek restaurant. The food was good. I had a lamb joint with a salad. We were given some fresh fruit after our chocolate ice cream desert. The service was good, but tended to be a bit over bearing by the owner.Cost of our meal – including 1 glass of wine and a bottle of water - £ 41.00However, I would eat here again.

The staff were lovely and attentive. I found all the food came with chips and it wasnt as authentic as I expected it to be.

Nothing special. Great service, lovely welcome. Cramped seating areas, loud and noisy.Food a big let down, Meze not the best. Starters fine, fish just ok, but the rest not good. Mushrooms burnt, meat balls again burnt, sent these back as inedible. Meat course not much better small portion, and well over cooked, dry and bland. Served with only a very small onion filled salad. No rice, no potatoes a very poor Meze we all left hungry. If like good Greek quality food this is not the place. As nothing fresh or quality. Just frozen or bought in.Not going again.

I've been here for both large get togethers and quiet dinners for two.Service is excellent, friendly and best of all not rushed.The food is excellent. I would certainly recommend the chicken solouvake (kebabs) served with rice and and delicious chunky chips. If you are on a health binge swap the chips for a salad.You get pickled vegetables and a couple of dips on the house with lovely warm pitta bread.Greek restaurants aren't renowned for their desserts but Babinodas does have the usual ice creams and sweet honey cakes. I love their baklava which I have with a Greek coffee (slurp it up to get that real Greek taste). They will usually offer a glass of Greek liqueur on the house.If your in the mood for a Greek meal then Babinodas defiantly hits the sopt

12 of the family met there on a Saturday evening for a birthday celebration. The place was full, the serving staff were flat out but still cheerful and helpful.We had a mezes mix for starters - hot and cold - good food, enough choice for the vegan amongst us. And we then ordered individual main courses - some great slow-cooked lamb and beef dishes and souvlaki so. Accompanied by 3 bottles of wine and various other drinks.No room for puddings, but we still managed the complimentary fruit.Excellent food, great value at around £25 a head. Will be back.

Have been to this restaurant more than once recently and this once great restaurant has been well and truly reduced to being unrecognisable. The food is far from fresh, it does not taste like traditional greek dishes and is incomparable to that of other Greek restaurants in this part of London. The pricing was disproportionately high and the level of service was mediocre. Completely different experience to what I was used to a few years ago. Would not recommend in light of vast number of alternatives out there...

I don't usually write poor reviews, it has taken a lot for me to do this, but my visit to Babinodas last night was less than great. We were there for a birthday, which took up the majority of the restaurant, so I appreciate how hard the staff had to work and how it's not easy to please everyone. But we were requested to let them know in advance if we were vegetarian so they could cater. Well they have a different idea of vegetarian food to me.It was a meze meal, so I was fairly hopeful from other Greek restaurants there would something in each course for me to eat, however the first bit of food they brought out was a seafood platter. I asked if they were bringing anything vegetarian out and was told that was vegetarian. Yes, having a Greek partner, I know the joke, but seriously shellfish is not vegetarian. Ok yes, they then brought out pitta and dips, so I was a little happier.Next they brought out meatballs and spanikopita (Spinach and cheese pastries), so I thought this is an improvement, something I can eat. Not the best spanikopita, but edible and I was hungry.Then they brought out more fish and meat. Again, I asked if they were bringing anything vegetarian and they replied hallumi and mushrooms. Well the mushrooms were dripping in oil, there was no flavour to the sauce, just oil and the hallumi was laying on pork. I had no idea if they had been cooked together or not, so I didn't risk it. Then they brought out a cracked wheat dish, which tasted like they had emptied a tomato ketchup bottle onto it and added some sugar for good measure. But as a special favour to me, the vegetarian they brought out a plate just for me, with more of the cracked wheat in tomato sauce, some unseasoned chips and then some greasy aubergine with halloumi. Finally some halloumi, shame there was nothing else on the plate that was tasty.The thing is there vegetarian Greek food is possible, they could have brought me a plate of grilled vegetable skewers with rice and or salad, or a rice and herb stuffed pepper just to name 2 example. Neither things are taxing or difficult to make or prepare but would have been tasty and acceptable.So for me, if you are vegetarian, avoid this restaurant, they don't know how to cater.

I took my girlfriend here for Meze. I have eaten here previously and had other main dishes but I think if you come here the only thing to have is the Meze. There is always too much to eat so invariably I take some home to finish off later. The kalmari is very good of all the many dishes that arrive at your table during the Meze feast. Good atmosphere here the waiting staff are always friendly and accommodating.

Just been to this little gem tonight, I rarely write a review after a first visit but this place is special, we were served by a relatively new, but very attentive waitress and then unknowingly by babinodas himself, had salad for two, dip selection with bread and dolmades as starters... Beware they do not stint, for average or small eaters you could find yourself only eating half your main course!. I had kleftico lamb and my wife pork souvlaki, washed away with a reasonable bottle of rosé and a bottle of water.We had coffee and were shown desserts on a platter, which although not spectacular were still competent for the menu, let's be honest here Greek food is not about desserts, before leaving I was offered a free brandy which I would never refuse, except I did, why? As a foodie the meal really was THAT good and I didn't want to spoil it, considering we had a bottle of wine, 2 coffees and a bottle of water (more food than we needed) to get that into £58 was an absolute bargain and I very much look forward to going back and recommend anyone reading this seriously consider a visit!

Visited for a family meal, was nice food and a great atmosphere. Didn't even know this place existed and have probably driven past it many times. Reasonably priced.

Four of us dined at this Cypriot Restaurant and found the food excellent. We went for the Meze which was too much to finish.Nice place, price is a little high compared to other Greek Restaurants.

Visited Babinondas on a whim with a group of friends on a Saturday evening after a day out. In all seriousness, I have NEVER been to a Greek reasturant this bad in all my life. Me and the family used to be regulars at Babinondas a good 12+ years ago when the food was amazing and thought maybe we should revisit.... HUGE MISTAKE. The meze (if you can even call it that) was atrocious. Being Greek, we know what a good meze should be and what it should consist of. This meze lacked EVERYTHING. The food was horrible and there simply wasn't enough of it. And the price? How dare they charge £23pp for what exactly? Everything about our experience was terrible and I would honestly advise anyone to avoid going. I really don't understand how or why there are good reviews on this place. Words can't describe how bad it was. Appalled.

First time I have ever been to this restaurant, it has been around for a while. There is a reason for that. It's because it is brilliant.We had a Meze. The amount of food was over whelming and quality was superb. The fish dish was fantastic. I don't normally like fish, but this stuff was great.The service was excellent as well.I would highly recommend this place. Excellent!

I loved this restaurant.. we sat by the fireplace and the traditional décor was the perfect setting. we ordered a mix and the Calamari was scrumptious. The staff were attentive and we were made to feel like family. The music was traditional Greek music and the volume was perfect.. not too loud!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.;.. Enjoy!! xx

I have eaten Greek food all my life and know what a Greek food should look and taste like and here it is average. Nothing to jump and down for.I had the meze here with a friend and felt the food was okay the quantity and quality would be something I'd expect to receive from a Bouzoukia night (Greek night). Saying that ordering a main course like souvlakia or something other than meze is a better quality.... Service was good spoke to the owner nice approach.Don't get me wrong you will have a nice time when you come here for an occasion. I wouldn't class as the best places to go to and not the worse. It's okay here. And most importantly its clean.

I'm a regular here, love the food, excellent chicken souvlaki! And the staff are so friendly. I definitely recommend going to Babinondas and order the mini meze....very filling! :)

Is it because its Saturday night and babs is really busy I hope not. As a chef myself I like to eat at restaurants that I know well or have worked at. Tonights food wasn't great lamb souvlaki very chewy and fatty. I ate because I was hungry the calamari was excellent you can tell it's fresh and not frozen. It's so so hard to find proper traditional greek cuisine. Maybe you should change butchers I'll be in to speak with the chefs soon. Need yo up your game boys

Octopus was really nice and tender, calamari was on the bit of hard side but still tasty, mussels were nice and portion was ok for its price. Cold meze was ok, we liked the Greek salad too. Staff was very friendly - the place was packed, they did whatever they can to keep us happy. Everyone in our party enjoyed the meal but I've eaten better sea food in other places for similar price/setup.

Normally I go here with my partner and we have always had an immense evening, the food is always excellent! Recently we went in a large group and it was brilliant... The service, atmosphere and food was so good, can't wait to go back!

Used to be regulars in this restaurant years ago but haven't been for a number of years now, decided to visit it again last night with the family as most other local greek restaurants were fully booked. BIG BIG mistake.... I woke up at 3am and spent the rest of the night being sick and now 2 others from our group of 4 have stomach pains. Decided to have their infamous Meze's. First few courses were ok but in quality they have gone down since we was last there. But when the final meat dishes was served, the chicken souvlaki looked delicious and tender along with the lamb souvla, few bits of pork souvlakia and a few Sheftalia. Took a bite of the chicken souvlaki and found it 'raw' and pink in the middle, it wasn't just one piece either, they was all under cooked (shame though as it did look lovely) the lamb souvla (not the normal pieces of souvla Greeks choose to cook, these ones are normally found in the Turkish Halal places) was also under cooked and chewy. The pork souvlaki was OVER cooked and tuff, and the Sheftalia..... Well.... Tasteless is being quite mild about the quality. Needless to say, when the waiters collected our plates no one even questioned why everything was left and untouched, and all the pieces of meat we cut open to show how undercooked it was, yet not one person questioned why we didn't eat it. They offered us free fruit, but we declined and just asked for the bill, paid and left. Not even escorted to the door and thanked for coming by the waiters or manager. MOST CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK ANY TIME SOON. Oh and before I forget, try and stay clear of the prawn/shrimp cocktail they serve in the scallop shells as in pretty sure this was the cause of the stomach pains. #foodpoisoning #avoid

I can't say I agree with people and I don't understand but i find it a little lack lustre and over priced. The service isn't great and midway through our meal our waiter sat down to eat his dinner. The coke was hot and tasted flat. I've come here twice now and have always felt robbed. The meze portions are small for what you pay and the potatoes in my Kleftiko tasted reheated. The worst part is the fruit at the end which is tiny pieces of melon and bruised apple and peach. I have nothing to gain by leaving a bad review but this is honestly my experience. The waiters are friendly but you do at times feel alienated. I have visited both times on a Sunday evening and usually there is only one other table occupied. I've heard great things about it from others but I'm sorry to say that I don't feel the same. Maybe on a Friday evening a few drinks and a table full of friends or family you don't really realise the food that much....sorry

Travelled a long way just for a Sunday lunch, but it was worth it. A club my husband belongs to took over the whole restaurant today. We had a set menu to choose from, so didn't experience the full menu. Starters were very tasty. The best pitta bread I've ever tasted along with hummus, tsatziki and taramasalata, all went down very nicely. Mains were from a choice of lamb, chicken, sea bass or vegetarian. Our small group of six had the first three, me personally the sea bass. All were cooked beautifully. Dessert was a sharing platter of fresh fruits. If I'm ever that way again, trying the full menu will be a must! I have only dropped one mark off because the tables were very cramped, that may have been to squeeze us all in, another reason to check it out again.

I had a good meze here, the positives were that it came in very good quantities and the service was very nice, I still think there is room for improvement with the food though. A nice place with good atmosphere though.
