very good except there was no peperoni on the pizza and no garlic sauce on the kebab both of which were ordered

We order from here regularly and it’s always great, food is always hot and delivery drivers are always friendly 😊

was pretty much cold when we got it. threw away the chips and they were stone cold and it said delivery time was 30 to 45 minutes but as an hour.

food was great, wrong drinks were received, delivery was very quick

Amazing food as always! I’d had a few to drink last night so didn’t want to call and bother but our mozzarella dippers where missing you guys always give us free cake so we’re not upset or anything just wondered if we could have a portion next time:)

used to order from here alot and always used to be great but had alot of very poor order times lately with it taking 2 hours for food to arrive. Im not sure will be using again.

Placed an order for to be delivered at 6:30. Got to 7 so rang up and a very unhelpful man answered and just passed me onto the delivery driver. The driver said he had delivered our food, turns out it went to the wrong address. He went back and replaced our order. It took over an hour to get our food. Not very impressed at all

They make very delicious Turkish kebab. The kebab they made was really delicious. Especially the lamb shish was cooked very well. I think they are a family company and they pay great attention to customer satisfaction. thank you .

absolutely beautiful minted lamb kabab and a lovely chicken kabab. I've never used these guys before and they delivered to our holiday caravan on time. great 👍 service and amazing quality food for the price. Will recommend them to reception. thanks guys.

All good things come to an end. Chips were cold, garlic mushrooms were lukewarm (yuk) and the mayo on my kebab tasted funky. Delivery driver came to my door via my neighbours garden for some reason. Kings you let me down this time. Not good. 2**

The food took ages to arrive and when it did it was cold. Chips were stale and my girlfriend ordered a burger and was left with food poisoning. Im not one to leave 1 star reviews but this is unacceptable.

Chicken burger was burnt to a crisp. Some of the garlic bread with cheese didn’t have cheese on.

Nice pizza, good variety of food options. Quick Delivery and overall happy with the service. Deffo a good option for people in north Walsham/Aylsham area, as we have only a few options of takeaways/restaurants on Just Eat. Cheers Kings will be back again soon I am sure :)

Delayed twice. Then finally delivered over 1hr 20m late. Stone cold burgers. Hard cold reheated chips. Won’t be coming back.

Food ordered on the 19th January 2024 at 17:28, arrived at 19:15. Rang the company twice to chase this both times the lady stated it was out for delivery. I then had to confirm the delivery address again, after doing this the order then arrived!! Food was stone cold and the packaging looked more appertising than the so called food. Would Not Recommend!!

Every time I think I will give them another chance they prove they are completely incapable. Every single time it's either missing food , or it takes so long to get to us it's cold or both! Literally last night was hour and half to get to me (I live 10mins drive away) and they forgot part of my order on top of the food being cold! 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️... Needless to say we are done using them 💯

3rd time trying this place in 12 months, yet to get the order right once. Usually almost an hour wait despite being a 5 minute drive from home and told its because they're busy. Weird as I almost never see anyone in there when I walk past. Wouldn't take the reviews seriously seems to be a suspicious amount of 5 star reviews from accounts with only one review all leaving the same message in the same 2 weeks.

Horrible experience, ordered for delivery and got told would be delivered between 19.55-20.15.Arrived home at 19.40 and waited until 20.25, then rang and asked where the food was, he said they had been to our house but nobody home, told him we were home as we should he said I resend, around 21.00 the delivery arrived, cold, soggy, with some liquid running out of it🤮Chips cold an completely soggy, this food had been driving around for at least 1.5 hour!!!!! Inedible!!! Called to complain and owner said come in next day and we give you another, so we went all the way there from Hainford just to be met by the most rude owner who said it was our fault, food could be delivered much earlier than time given, what?????His attitude was horrendous!!!! We tried a couple of pieces of the kebab before it all went in the bin, those couple of pieces made me so ill for 2 days!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

1Not impressed. Service fast was a plus, no customer interaction. Walked in, nobody acknowledged me even though I was the only customer in the shop. Gave my name, charged £19 for two kebabs (bit steep for what you get compared to other shops) had my change thrown at me, chicken not properly cooked and what I can only describe as chicken juice (or blood) in the bottom of the box. Very little salad, pitta bread on top so not actually used and tasted strange. Stomach upset 3 hours after eating and been on the loo all night off and on and same today. Won't go back, cannot recommend. Used to be nice a few years back, all about money now.

Never again 31.00 for three kebabs the bread came on top like biscuits funnily enough same size as tesco kebab bread awful

I was very nearly put off by the low score on Google reviews but ordered anyway... Kebabs were delivered. They were hot when they arrived, tasted delicious, and very nice salad alongside. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning. Thank you.

Unfriendly greeting? Should have realised that this was the high point! Portion size was very small. The smallest pitta bread in the world, hardly any meat. Meat was nice. Sauce was cheap bottled stuff and tasted horrible. All 3 meals almost made inedible due to their disgusting sauce that the meal was flooded in. Chips were ok but a very small portion again. Salad was the high point! I won't ever go back. Wate of money, very poor! Don't bother.

Kebab was nice and tasty although not impressed with the portion size for the money. Chips were cold and limp. Staff seemed friendly enough and delivery time was good.

Normally live/eat in London but had to say this place has tasty food for an affordable price. Good job lads!

Terrible customer service. Always a loyal user of this place, tonight ordered through just eat. Food arrived 25 mins late... Cold and soggy... Called kings to be told impossible, can't be cold.. sent out as a priority.... then when I asked about what can be done?? Told to call just eat, that's where I .made the order ....they did t cook it though did they... Attitude adjustment needed

Absolutely disgusting food that was thrown in the bin.

miserable / unfriendly service.Had to wait for a long time in the freezing cold as door propped open & was not to be shut.My kebab seemed to be prepared in a backroom out of plain sight & was lacking in salad ; also lamb quite tepid.The pizza Margeurita was thoroughly enjoyed by hungry boys.I won't be returning as overpriced & not a great experience overall !!

This is rubbish we have been waiting now nearly 4 hours for our food!! Then to be told that they have canclled our order!! Yet when we ring them they say they are up the road?! This place is rubbish!!

Very poor service not the first time either often missing pieces of home delivery orders . This time wait time nearly 2 hours and then one of the kebabs ordered came with no sauce or salad !! And no free item even though leaflet stipulates orders over £20 receive free garlic bread or bottle of Coke !!

Phoned them to ask for delivery to same post code and got told "too far, no money, bye" and then the phone was put down. Disgusting service. Don't even bother.
