Ate in, chicken kebab ....lovely

I placed my telephone order to be delivered but the gentleman delivering did not want to take the £16.00 I was told it would cost??? I had the right money and if I hadn’t of said I’d more cash he maybe would have not been rude to me and not want to take my £16?? Because a pound was in change?? Sorry Aydins but you are not the only takeaway and call the shots…I jyst wanted to eat asap the food I’d order Fred but the delivery guy wanted a £20 pound nite which he got and then proceeded to give me more change running back to your vehicle to get it!!!! You know who you are…don’t bother people it’s fast food and poor quality at that, we all know what we’re paying for but when they can’t even manage that??? Joke!!!

My family and I have been eating here for about 15 years. Unfortunately, the service and quality of food here has decreased heavily in just this past year. You now have to pay for salad with meat & chips meals, and the portion sizes have been shrunk as the prices have remained high. If they could solve these issues then I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Try to improve your customer service, food quality is decent but the staff behaviour and service are poor , it is not the first time I had bad experience after placing an order, hope the owner will read this comment and looking forward to see some positive changes.

Dont eat here unless you want food poisoning we had kebab that tasted like it had been there all week and was full of gistle now the whole family are very ill if i could give 0 stars i would! This has ruined our holiday with family & i am furious! Also the one guy is very very rude i think it may be the owner he does not speak to people with respect in the slightest…the place needs shutting down!

Im a regular.... I went today, asked for garlic Mayo on my chicken donner...... I maybe got a teaspoon of garlic mayo and I walked 30 minutes looking forward to eating it...... served by former Jackie's employee..... really disappointed, you need to train the Jackie's guy to serve aydins sizes, feel bad but need to be honest

Nice enough staff, but the food standards have really declined, Had a pizza from there Monday night , tasted just of Tomato and cheese very little toppings, for a meat feast. Tried again last night and same again, not impressed . Plus any topping slides off , on first bite. To much tomato on base, not enough topping, plus 25% of the pizza is now just unflavoured crust.. Looks like ill have to eat elsewhere, shame new owners cant keep up the standards ..

Just went in to order a couple of Kebabs. I asked if I could get the garlic sauce in the corner of the box and the reception I got for this simple request was awful. It was if I'd just asked for the meal for free. I said I didn't want it all over the meat in the corner but was told I didn't know what I wanted because the sauce will move about. I paid extra to have it separate. I'm not sure how a simple request to have the garlic sauce on the side could be met with such hostility. I've been going here for years, travelling from Dolgarrog before these new owners took over , I'll not be going back again. Terrible customer service.

Food is great but the service is bad. The little guy with short hair is incredibly condescending, even when there are no customers. This isn’t the first time either. Last time, he misheard me ordering and was then very rude when correcting my order, giving me cold food because he rushed to use what was already cooked.

Never in my life have I paid 18 pound for a delivery of a 10 inch pizza and chips.. I spent over the minimum delivery charge.. which is 13 pound.. why is there and added 1.50 charge.. for delivery. Not understanding it, I questioned it.. to be met with a foul mouthed little boy from colwyn bay.. with bad attertude and bad customer service talking to me like I'm not aloud to question thieving conmen like aydens. I've been coming here for years.. the last owners ran this shop like it should be.. And the food was the talk of the town.. The new owners havent a clue on how to cook.. managed or staff a restaurant. This isnt the first issue too.. every single time I order the food is conpletely wrong... And when you confront them your met with violent romanian men. Do not bother wasting your money better off going to Jackie's. Where you get food food poisoning.

Since the new people have taken over I have used this takeaway 4 times and when I taken it home 3 times now they have the order wrong ……. Not good enough …… plenty of other options to go too , and other takeaways…. Just not good enough…… very poor service….

To be fair there food is better quality than the rest of the takeaways in the bay and old Colwyn .

Had a lamb cofca kebab last night ,the worse 1 I've in in all my years I'm 72 ,lived in London had them around t6 world, it was days old could not eat it ,if I was near I would have taken it back ddscusting to sell old days old meat

Order placed guaranteed when delivered half the order is missing cold or wrong ..gone down hill service is absolutely awful lady on phone who takes orders is lovely and has good customer service...shame used to be the one of the best kebab places to g0

Absolutely disgusting , we ordered a special burger and a mixed kebab and all the meat was full of grissle and the chicken was burnt and the pitta bread was rock solid and the whole meal went straight into the bin !!!

Pretty decent chicken kebab. Nice fresh salad but the chips were a bit soggy so I've docked a star.

So ordered food at 2049pm told food would come in 45 mins so 55 mins later rang was told few mins away 20 mins later rang be a few mins great right I was thinking ok we see 10 mins later the food come so at 1027pm the man handed me the food and said don't blame me I am just the driver 😀 yes you are no worries with him nice guy I passed it him right back it was cold so cold like made 40 mins ago cold take that back rand got a refund was 5 mins from driving down what is going there phone staff feel sorry for DO NOT ORDER FOR HERE

Very dry the koftas and the sauce I requested was not in the bag or on the salad. No salt and sauces on the chips either. Very disappointing

My wife called in while passing one day and the food was good. We decided to order from our accommodation at a later date and l went to pick it up. About 6 men behind the counter working and not one acknowledged me, a lady came in while l was busy being blanked and they spoke to her straight away, she even got served before me while my food was at the back in a bag waiting for someone to give it to me. Food is good, customer service if you're a man is atrocious.

Gave it a chance since owner changed....never again will I order from this place the food was cold, pitta was like cardboard one side and wet mush the other as the delivery was not taken care of or stored correctly so the juices from the kebabs and water soaked brown salad as was old leaked allover the rest of the food. No salt and vinegar or mayo as ordered on all the fries...Such a shame it changed hands do us all a favour and close your doors don't open again until you can improve massively

My boyfriend ordered chicken kebab and chips for dinner last night, and oh my GOD, the food poisoning he got from it is HORRIBLE. He has been throwing up and has been suffering with severe diarrhea all day today, and is feeling weak with fever. We'll never get food from there again, horrible horrible experience.

Rip off 13£ for a 10 inch veggie pizza salad pot of mayo and a fanta nice staff to our faces but pretty sure we got ripped off because we were tourists

Ridiculous, took over an hour and a half to arrive, on arrival there were 4 missing items including a drink, driver said he would bring them back then blocked our number. Food was stone cold and nuggets tasted like they had been boiled for 3 hours absolutely tasteless.

Aydins used to be the best around but recently the portion sizes are very small!

Got my order wrong and drenched everything in garlic mayo to the point it was inedible. Replacement took 40mins and was just as bad. No ones fault apparently, "I only take the orders I don't make the food" and "not the driver fault" Won't be ordering again, far better available in Colwyn Bay.

Used to be excellent but it seems to be in decline. Ordered a kebab a few weeks ago to collect, got home and it turned out I had to build it myself. This week asked for chips cheese and mayonnaise, but they forgot the mayonaise. Not ideal when you realise when you get home

So helpful wasnt sure of the menu but they asked me what I like and pointed me in the right direction and the delivery guy was brilliant my food was still hot and very polite would definately recommend

Just had Aydins chef special, I was shocked its risen in price by £3 which is extortionate, also no free garlic bread on the order. I was a regular and love the food, but today it was dry and overcooked and not very appetizing

Joke of a service took nearly 2 hrs to arrive. When food came it was cold chips chewy absolutely disgusting. When I rang to complain the guy on the phone told me they do not give refunds and did not even apologise. Was offered an exchange however not prepared ti wait another 2 hours. He tried to fob me of with a pathetic excuse that when I order im in a que. Well yeah of course but I do not expect to to pay nearly 20 pound for cold chewy food if you can call it that. Think ill take my custom somewhere else from now on. Used to be good what a difference in service

Ok, I was sceptical about ordering from Aydin's Eatery with some of the poor reviews they have received lately. However, I have eaten from here in the past & found the food to be fine. So two hungry carers last night wanted feeding during a busy shift. So we took a chance & ordered our food, fingers crossed the food would be at least edible. The person who took our order was helpful & kind. He informed us our food would be delivered within the hour which worked perfectly for us. Food arrived hot plentiful, so much so we couldn't finish it as we were stuffed. More importantly, it was absolutely delicious my colleague is on shift tonight & is looking forward to tucking into the leftovers tonight So a great thumbs up from us!

This place has taken a nose dive recently. Which is a shame considering it used to be the best place in town. Deliveries take hours Food is uasually wrong Food ice cold. Willing to correct the situation is poor.

Really gone down hill. I use to like Aydins the service and good was always good so I have used them for a number of years but I ordered a pizza and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive, and it was not fully cooked. The time before that they missed half the order. I can't remember the last time my order was correct or on time. I did not receive any apology.

I wouldn’t recommend this I orders 1chips and cheese and 1 chips and 2 7inc pizza and they was cold I couldn’t eat it I only waited 1h 30mins for cold food I never leave a review but this is bad 🤮🤬🤬

Best kebab and pizza place in colwyn Bay and the surrounding area. I don't want to let you all in on my secret, but they do the best home made chilli sauce. 😋😍

Popped in to order a late night snack and ended up chatting to the owner about his food and he took the time to explain how all the kebabs except the donner meat ones are made by hand using his own recipe. The food is amazing especially the mixed kebab. 😋

Great takeaway. Plus they deliver. Reasonable prices.

9 out of 10 times I order, they forget my sauce always takes an hour plus to arrive ,granted they always willing to send a replacement, but you just want to eat it after an hour plus waiting if it wasn't for such good food would never order again, will include house number so you know who I am 77, please start getting it right to keep a good customer

pengest munch, meat feast is top notch

The food is good but it's getting beyond a joke now 6 times I have insisted they put salt and vinegar on my chips. And six times they have said they have, its salt and vin I dont understand the reasons for it. All I know is I am done with this takeaway. Spend 30+ quid a week here. But no more.

Don't bother, Regular with this place, ordered back to back on a weekend, recieved my last one 1h and 40 mins later burnt. Rang up to say why so late and they didn't offer an excuse, "sometimes it gets busy" no sorry, felt uncomfortable. A regular but I won't order from here again

Edited 16.09.2020, so these have put there prices up and dropped the portion size. Food is not as nice as it has been in the past.. They have definitely changed suppliers. Won't be ordering again. Used to be one of the top kebab houses in the town.

We all had a kebab from here and it was amazing . Fresh & tasty . Super friendly & helpful service. Would highly recommend

Aydins gone down hill, takes you just as long to get through to the phone as it does to have food delivered. Small portions for a heavy price, not enjoyable anymore, chicken burger falls to bits when eating and undercooked on alot of other items. Shame use to be the best in town. Robertos west end puts them to shame.

The guy on the phone was so nice and polite and i said love you and he was really caring and its also a family business so its FRINGING MINT

Standard chicken and chips, Garlic bread was burnt. However Pizza was pretty good!!

After a day at Colwyn Bay beach, we fancied a kebab. We headed to the nearest takeaway in town. The large kebabs were indeed large and cooked to perfection, moist and juicy but cooked through. Our son's was very happy with his Margherita pizza too. The complimentary garlic bread was a lovely extra and the leftovers will make a great snack tomorrow.

Ordered chips and cheese came like a brick! Chips were hard and dry! Food was awful!!! Curry sauce was ok but then found a hair in my food! Ordered from here a few months ago and the food was terrible decided to give it another go and it’s safe to say I will never be ordering from here again!

All time favourite place to get a takeout from! Never had a problem and the food always tastes amazing! The Staff are also always friendly and polite!:)

Amazingly friendly staff! Prompt delivery, and excellent food!! Had a busy day acne home and realised oven was broken, rang for home delivery, staff were brilliant and really helpful.

shocking service and food is up and down. shame, used to be nice, hopefully will get rid of some of the staff as some of them are nice, but 1 or 2 are nasty pieces of work. if i was to recommend anything here it would be the burgers.

Wrap was disgusting and soggy, the wrap looked like golem off the hobbit and took nearly an hour and a half to arrive it was disgusting!

Tbh as someone who Lives in a very populated city full of food services. It was a change to taste something so good that isnt close to home. Well done great food would definetly go again if i am ever in the area

Nice staff good food great salad very fresh cant beat it

Ordered a pizza on 20th of July with Salami and garlic. When i first got it there was slight confusion about salami being uner the cheese but they showed me where it was. Sorry again about that :D. When i got home i was surprised. This is the closest to italian style pizza i have found for a good while. I have also ordered smaller 7 inch pizzas with fresh garlic. I can taste the garlic for hours afterwards. Thanks for the great pizza!

Service is always friendly and quick, store is always clean. Pizza and donner meat are all excellent however sometimes the quality is inconsistent as the pizza doesn't always have enough sauce on it. Favourite takeout place for sure.

Ordered from here EVERY week, sometimes twice a week. On the whole they got the orders correct but recently they seemed to be getting it wrong more and more regularly- Not drastically wrong but no sauce on certain items etc!! Whenever we mentioned it they would send out the correct order but then youre all eating separately and there is never any kind of compensation offered.
