Ordered Lamb shawarma from here before which was nice so thought will try the chicken this time. Both nice but Lamb is better in my opinion. Nice food and service.

Nice Shawarma. I ordered Kunafeh for desert. Restaurant called to say that they ran out and replaced it with something else on my request. Nice service and food

incredibly chewy meat, clearly made from cheap joint tissue, nicely seasoned but never having it again, big thumbs down

A decent portion of food for the athletes with the bigger appetite. Lean flavourful chicken, rice, bread, salad & sauces. Minimal fat, mild spice and great taste. Recommended.

Lovely food. It was tasty. The large lamb shawarma could with a bigger wrap or perhaps portion in two small sizes so that it’s less messy to eat.

Managed to really overcook the rice, to the point that it was stodgy and almost creamy. Apart from that it was decent, nicely cooked meats

Not traditional Lebanese. Taboulé with shredded lettuce and lamb shawarma with salad and garlic instead of tahini, grill comes with rice instead of chips.

Fantastic, delicious food. Eating in the restaurant is much better than ordering online. Had an issue with portion sizes which wasn't explained well at all.

Really disappointed and wont be ordering again. Items missing from our order, told by the restaurant there was nothing they could do. Food is small portions for the price, food was average at best.

Without doubt, if you live within delivery range of this restaurant, get your kebab from here. Really is the best locally. Only snag is the price of the chips. £5 is a bit of a Liberty ESPECIALLY considering the portion size. Having said that i’ll come back again for sure but won’t be ordering the chips

I used to love this restaurant a lot but today it has disappointed me this time. The portion was shockingly small compare to before and some of them were not as described. Ordered the Deep-Fried Crispy Calamari and turns out either pan-fried or boiled. Expecting the mixed grill to have lamb cubes and all we see is chicken cubes. If is not for the chicken liver I wouldn't come back again.

Delicious food delivered hot and in good time

Portions were shocking. The prawn starter for 9.95 was an absolute shower of shi**. Come on guys and girls! Not good.

The meal was not hot enough; a shame as I know the dish is good.

Didn't arrive. Driver lied to the restaurant and said we didn't answer the door. Why would we spend £50 on food and then not answer the door? Meanwhile the justeat website still (2 hours later) says it is on its way. If you aren't good at delivering food, don't deliver food for a living.

Overpriced for the small portions that we received!

It took an hour on just waiting for the driver. The price did not reflect the quantity of the meal - further to this, I didn't know the meal comes with rice. It was not in its description.

I'm Turkish and I've found the dishes quite delightful. Thank you. Not: Ayran was extremely salty.

The driver was lost, and claim that he had the wrong address. Which he show me, but on my app it was my order on my address. I couldn’t see for a while where it was aparently was without signal during is trip to my house. But anyway, was all good ! Just want to let you guys know may be was crush on the system. Thanks

£7.50 for a portion of 5 half wings is a daylight robbery! And £10 for 3 King prawns! Aya get a grip! In these hard times with prices like this, you will have no customers soon

Everything comes covered in garlic sauce but the menu doesn’t say this. The options for sauce relate to a small pot of ADDITIONAL sauce not what they put in the wraps. Be careful ordering if you don’t like garlic mayo

Waste of money .. item missed on delivery.. the way food delivered to us very damaged and salty .. straight away throw in the Bin .. drinks are spoiled already... Actually JustEat useless not helping customers.. waste of time and money .. Useless JUST-Eat.. just showing off in the market but very poor and useless customer support ..

After watching our order get driven around South London for about 25mins, the driver delivered 2/3rds of the order and a random curry belonging to someone else (Soz to Katie D, wherever you are!). Delivery driver comes back 10mins later, rips the receipt off the curry bag, and blames Aya for making up a duff order. Such a shame; Used to love this place but none of my party will order from here again...

Salad with chicken was in low quantity. Only few pieces.

The fattoush (salad) was warm. The falafel were dry and not crispy, the chicken wrap and hummus were quite good. Unfortunately the food arrived well over an hour late, so the kids missed out. Feel a bit sad about it all. Not the family treat we were hoping for.

The juices from one of the boxes leaked everywhere in bag but overall the food was good. Just the mess of the liquid leaking everywhere that was the let down.

Food was just okay it was not that quality which i used to receive . Chilli sauce and salad missing . Food was not hot enough .. really disappointed today. Would i again order from here through just eat? So i guess yes but you guyz should improve your overall service and food quality.

Cold chips, undercooked chicken and cold dry bread made for a poor meal. Pay nearly 30 quid for it is simply not good enough. I will not be coming back

My order was incomplete and they did not include my drink which i paid for.I asked the delivery man and he said this was not included in his bag.I was so upset and this is the second time am using Just Eat and ordering from Aya.

This was the first time we ordered from here and it was so good. I will definitely order again.

It was not the fault of the driver that the food was late. He waited for ages and was very courteous and polite and apologetic

Great food but the driver said it was handed to him in the bad state I received it in- food/sauce spilling out everywhere from the compartments into the bag. It was also half an hour late- would rather I was given a realistic estimate rather than such a quick one

We order mix grill they send us shawarma only when I call lady said it was my mistake will send you girl we waited one hour for our complete order to come and it was very cold very very disappointed

Food was excellent and so was the service

Awful service burgers turned up cold. No chips , no hallumi and was charged £25 on top of that the restaurant shouted at me and told me to contact Just Eat as it wasn’t their problem.

The last 2 times we ordered the forgot part of the order which arrived about 1hour after the first part. Always like the food here and still do, but service is absolutely terrible, I appreciate th bringing the rest of the food, but at that point the meal is ruined. No more Aya 2 for us, shame but it is what it is.

Part of the order arrived 20/25 minutes late, part of the order arrived about 1h after as they forgot some items. Food is ok, but this isn't acceptable, the meal was ruined, as we waited for the second part of the order before we started. When we called we were told the driver was on his way and since we live at literally 5 minutes away we waited, by the time the balance of the order arrived everything was cold. Extremely bad experience.

Good quality shwarma - shocking service from the restaurant - the staff member couldn't even explain if the driver had collected the order - the order turned up 1 hr 45 minutes later - no chance of ordering again and JustEat couldn't help either

I ordered from Aya,but from the Streatham Brunch last week and food was exceptionally good.I Was expecting same quality s level food tonight,but unfortunately it was nothing like last week.Chicken wings were very dry and for half burnt,chicken shawarma was dry as much as wings. I'm gonna stick with the one in Streatham as the food was so really good..sorry..

The food had leaked out of the bag, the restaurant advised they can make another tagine and I could come pick it up but the lady was very defensive on the phone and again in person - I didn’t blame anyone just stated I can’t eat the food if it’s leaked all over the plastic bag. Just eat were helpful, I was refunded and I went to pick up my meal from the restaurant after. Perhaps the driver could have been more careful and the lady in the restaurant less grumpy about the situation... if anyone should’ve been irritated it should be me.

Whole baby chicken was badly burnt from both sides.

Wrong order. Delayed delivery. One of the items was spoilt.

Food taste fresh and amazing will order again

First tins using this service. It was excellent and we will use it again.

The food tasted great but was cold on arrival. Our delivery time was set as 20:11 then changed to 20:34. When looking at the driver's location, they had driven past our property to deliver somewhere else. I was worried the food would be cold on arrival and when it arrived, all of the food was cold. This is very unfortunate as we live 5 minutes from Aya so had hoped it would be very hot on arrival.

Food was good. Everything ordered was present. Quantity was good too.

Freezing cold order had missing item and waited over 2 hours

Slight hiccup with wrong order delivered at first. All resolved quickly though and correct order arrived as per the original advised delivery time. Food was delicious. Would order again.

food arrived after 1h 15 min the food was cold i mean cold, called restaurant to complain not helpful and said there was nothing they could do blamed it on traffic, where there was none. will not order again. bad service ordered mix kebab platter , with chips ( roughly 12 chips in it ) how cheap.

Lamb chop had no spices and was not well cooked. All the sauce had poured out. Chicken soup had no flavour whatsoever, Rice was also dry and tasteless. Definitely wasn’t worth my money.

The food was really good, portions were good to decent sized meals. We ordered the chicken curry and fassulia and had half each. Will DEFINITELY order again thank you so much.

Food was late. Said would be delivered at 7.10pm. Did not receive any notification that the food was on the way. I called restaurant twice and got shouted at saying that it was very busy and that the driver picked up the food long time ago. Food arrived over 40 minutes late and chips were cold and soggy!

No communication via the app to say the food was going to be 45 mins late (took 1 hr 40 mins to arrive). The burger buns were soaking wet, the chips were cold and wet from the steam. I had to remove the buns and the kids wouldn’t eat the chips - they were not happy campers and the baby was screaming his head off as the food was so late we missed his bedtime. That said, my other half and I enjoyed our chicken, hummus and fattoush. They were all delicious. We used to order from Aya on a VERY regular basis and we rarely had any issues. I’m going to put this experience down to bad luck. :(

When the food arrived even though was tasty it was quite cold. I tried to call to tell them but couldn't get through. The food was lovely but they need to improve the temperature.

Consistently bad. You shouldn't send food out in that state

Gave this restaurant 3 chances but food is consistently cold. Chips have cooked, left to go cold and then recooked.

I've ordered 3 times - food is consistently bad. The chips had already been cooked and left to cool before arriving refried & cold. The wrap was cold. No care is put - you shouldn't send meals out in such a poor state

The food arrived over 90 mins late. Never got a proactive communication that the food was getting delayed. we had to continuously follow up to get the status. not good

Ordered food at 5.55, estimated delivery time was 7. Food arrived at 7.40 and was cold. Called for a replacement, that arrived at 8.50 and was also cold. As we had been waiting for 3 hours since we'd ordered we didn't send it back as we were very hungry. Really disappointing as the food is normally good from here but terrible service when we called and cold food is unacceptable.

Speechless.. I should not have had to wait over an hour for what I ordered, essentially bread, sausage and halloumi. I live 0.4 miles away. Was told, when I called it is a extremily busy night. Driver rang the bell once. I was less than 30 seconds answering the door but saw the driver turn to leave. Food came chucked in a bag with oils everywhere. If you want food for next week, order today, it may arrive on time but I will not spend my hard earned money here.

I am disappointed with my order as it was late for half an hour, food is cold and small portion Its a shame as i have visitor. I used to order with Aya/ Lebanese restaurants but was surprised and really disappointed. Will not order again. I order online 18:00 hours & received 19:30 hours
