Good pies, filled rolls and cakes at reasonable prices with quick but slightly brusque service.

Very helpful and friendly assistant coping with my changes of mind. Service excellent. Discovered the Aulds view shop next door must visit very soon. Very good selection of savoury snacks, pies and cake take aways.

Always grab a coffee when I'm passing by.

Love aulds especially fudge donuts

Same as most places pricey! Staff take forever to serve you they just ain't in a hurry since before the minimum wage was even implemented. The pies are used as grease traps before they are sold so take extreme care when you take that first bite! All the hot food is greasy. Everyone who has worked at the bakers doesn't eat a thing from the place. Used to buy from here most days but due the huge silly price rises don't go near the place anymore. Not really a specialist bakery either and value for money is pathetic. MOST OF THEIR BAKERY SHOP OUTLETS HAVE CLOSED DOWN BECAUSE OF POOR QUALITY PRODUCE AND SEPTIC HIGH PRICES.

No longer sells fried food, like eggs on rolls. Still sell hot drinks and cold sandwiches and of course their yummy cakes.

The staff are incredibly rude, they don't know how to butter both sides of a roll, and asking them to do it properly will incur an additional 15p charge! Comes to Aulds if you want to be ripped off and be served by a couple of miserable cretins!

I am fortunate enough to have a scotmid shop near me in Clarkston which has a hot cabinet with Aulds products.The scotch pie is up there with the best I've ever tasted as is the curry pie,not forgetting the steak stoater which is superb.😍

Cakes dry very disappointed. Spent over £6 on cakes for a nice surprise for my grandmother and grandpa scones pancakes cakes . All was sooooo dry think it was the the days before Bake . Never had such a Poor quality . From a so called Brand name . Aulds standards are very down hill these days .

Paid for portion of chips Got them b4 were gd never afain had go bk in half a portion then get hame pre heats expect that from a chippy at closing time and it's x pensive com on Aulds get a grip its greenock not noting hill

Brilliant place which was strangely busy during The day. Very cheap and great value for great rolls and sausage. They didn't even charge me for the sachets of sauce Food was brought to us as part of the price and frankly was really just what we needed My client a director of a huge South Korean company was so impressed he photographed everything Nothing was to much trouble for the staff No wonder it's so busy

This small coffee shop sells excellent coffee and the usual range of cakes, scones, filled rolls etc. Service was excellent and the coffee and scones delicious.

Staff are pleasant, the shop is clean but the prices are ridiculous. Way overpriced for what you get. I'm not surprised they are closing some of their shops, compared to Greggs, they dont stand a chance.

Very sad to read the news about Auld's Bakery. We loved our visit to the Bakery in 2016 and very much enjoyed the cakes we purchased.

My son (4yr old) loves this shop. The staff are so friendly & always goout of their way to make him feel welcome & chat away. He is partically fond of their fudge doughnuts & sausage rolls. I have never had any issues while visiting this store. Great service everytime

Why is staff being changed? on behave of regulars, we will be thinkig twice of returning after change. Staff at present are friendly and cheery. So think again Aulds !!!!

After visiting auld in brisbane Street greenock I was shocked to hear when asking for rolls they said that they had none for a bakery that serves the communities I think it a total lie.... Aulds get a crip off urself a bakery with no rolls definitely a waste off a travel on a snowy day look around use could have made good money and help ur communities I won't be seeing ur shops again.......... It'll be asda from now on and I think its ur staff that tell use how to run ur company use need a over haul

If the prices were a bit lower the this would be an excellent instead of very good. The staff and service as well as the tasty food was excellent.

First class service very friendly and helpful and professional

The food is very good, but it is expensive! A slice and tottie scone roll is £3.66, AND, they then charge you 7p extra if you want a sachet of sauce!!! At least the toilets were very clean and free to use, and, the assistant didn't charge to bring our meal to our table (oops, perhaps I've now given them ideas). It was very quiet at lunchtime, there were only 2 other people in (now we know why). The place has a strangely sterile atmosphere.

We had a short Lunch stop here whilst attending a family function. I have fond memories of Aulds and indeed better than most of their employees now, I suppose.... of superb products long since stopped. These changes do not detract from the current range. Aulds is cast in stone with me and their Pies and Morning Rolls classics! Give this small Coffee Shop a try. Plenty of Parking around the area. Prices good; great staff, excellent products....and for those visiting food to take home with fond memories! It is a Bakers Shop Coffee Shop and claims to be no more...but it is!
