Absolutely FANTASTIC food, beers and service! Chicken Katsu sandwich was really good and had great spice. Smash burger was also super tasty and better than "Smash Burger"! My daughter had the Hawaiian bowl which she thought was good but felt it needed more spices However the server brought us some type of homemade hot sauce and it was so good!! Along with the Katsu sandwich we had the house Ceasar salad and it was also amazing!! Poutine on the side was good but not sure we'd have it again. It's very rich and more mushroom flavor than we like. Beers were excellent

These burgers are unbelievable. Idk if I was just really hungry or already tipsy but the bacon smash burger I had was one of the best I’ve every tasted. And when my group ordered poutine it was gone in seconds. I would eat here everyday if I lived nearby. I’d die of heart disease but it would be totally worth it. Too bad I live in Chicago so I guess I’m gonna live.

Sat in my chair with a menu in my hand. Two waitresses walked by us MANY times and NEVER stopped to ask if we wanted anything! Poor, poor service!

We wanted to try a new brewery so, we went for a beer and lunch on a Thursday afternoon. We entered Aslan via the side entrance ( apparently this is the wrong way). We ordered a pint of beer at the bar ( only got 2/3 of a pint and rest was foam for $8 ) and then sat in an area that they considered dining cause we wanted to order food. We had menus and wanted to order, but the wait staff completely ignored us until our beers were almost gone. All the staff seemed very unhappy and had an unhelpful attitude. The beer was average and I don't know about the food cause we never got any. We won't be going back to that place as there are so many better options in Bellingham to spend your money.

Good beer selection. Simple decor and decent food. Poutine and pork belly were awesome the squash soup was okay.

They replaced the bison burger with a smaller bison pork mix patty... Very disappointing

Veronica was such a sweet server! My girlfriend and I visited last night and we ended up moving over to her section. She was super graceful about us moving and she went on to be super attentive and just really hospitable while we were there. I wish I could give more stars for service because it was really great and she definitely made our night! Thank you! Sam and Erika

The beer here is phenomenal. My personal favorites being the dawn patrol, and the jetski referee. The service is very quick, and everyone here is super friendly! The food is amazing as well, would highly recommend the smash burger. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at aslan, I’ve never tried something here I haven’t liked, and their prices are very reasonable. Absolutely check it out if you are in bham!

Really yummy salads and vegetarian dishes! Hipster location with a beautiful space. There are some Asian-inspired dishes which was surprising to see!

We have eaten here many times and we're very happy with the number and quality of the many vegetarian options on the menu. Vegetarian poutine - what a wonderful surprise! The in-person dining was always very good except for one occasion when the fries were soggy. Some items, like the grilled cheese and poutine, are not suited for a to-go meal. Eat there in person if you can. The service was friendly and professional as well. Also very highly recommend the tofu katsu sandwich!

As someone who tries to not eat at the same place over and over again… I stand no chance against Aslan. Consistently delivering the perfect hit of exceptional food quality, healthy options (when a metric ton of artfully crafted cheese iterations isn’t in the cards for your day) and tasty spins on classics. Order the grilled cheese if you don’t believe me and hold on to your PANTS. Though it has prevented me from dabbling with much other Bellingham food, Aslan is the magnetic vortex i am never sad to get sucked into as I pass by. Do it.

My absolute favourite lunch spot! The food is amazing and very vegetarian friendly. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu, going above and beyond to accommodate my mothers gluten allergy. Love bringing my puppy here too! Overall great vibe, good people, and delicious food. Highly recommend

The Aslan Bitburg Pilsner is the most authentic, tastiest Pils I've had in North America!

Their food is consistently good, however this is offset by service. For example ,we were seated waited 10 minutes for a server and walked out without anyone noticing, wait staff was too busy palling around to serve us.

Great and friendly service. Lunch was fantastic and very quick, would recommend the smash burger with fries and the grilled cheese with tomato soup. Lots of beer selection and they have flights which makes picking easier. Lots of glass and a nice open space, the merch selection is pretty sweet too

We stopped by for lunch and beer. The food was such a pleasant surprise! Everything on the menu looks so good. I ended up getting the Hawaiian bowl, which turned out to be the perfect combination of flavors, texture, and nutrients. If you are in the area, give this place a try! Service was also fantastic.

Came by this place by chance. It looked promising from the outside, and did not disappoint. Food and drinks were delicious and servers were great. Wish we had this place in Canada!!

Wasn’t expecting much more than bar food to go with drinks, but it failed to do even this competently.

This is the best place for a drink and delicious food! The servers, food, and drink selection is amazing! My boyfriend and I came here three years ago for our first date and continue returning. It’s a comfortable and personable place to go to. I highly recommend! Nick has been our server the last two times we have gone and he is great! That man deserves a raise for his amazing customer service

Good drink, horrible music. Music so loud you have to shout at each other. Not even music to sing to, this is background music that should be turned down 80% so people can't be social. You pay a higher amount for drinks at bars for the social environment, not this anti-social environment.

Great variety of beers and a lot to choose from on the menu. Lots of veggie options too. We sat outside but I wouldn't want that during the winter. This place can get really busy.

My wife and I have been getting takeout from Aslan regularly since the pandemic began. We have small children who are too young to be vaccinated so we don't feel comfortable eating there. Recently, they made it harder to order takeout by not letting you order online on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Lame but whatever. Tonight (a Saturday), my son and I went and tried to order takeout. We were simply told that they were too busy and wouldn't take our order despite their website clearing stating they do to go orders every day of the week and their social media saying nothing about not doing to go orders. We won't be ordering takeout from Aslan any more, which is a shame because their food is quite good (their beer is so so). If you want to order takeout, I'd suggest giving them a call to confirm they will do it. Or better yet, just get takeout from one of the other great options downtown.

As good as everyone says it is. Got a table on a busy Sunday with a minimal wait. Great food, drinks and service. Easy with kids.

This isn't your average brewery food! So good and very vegetarian friendly! Loved the carrot soup and poutine. Good beer and cider. Dog friendly patio in the back.

The menu here is fairly limited, but I wanted to try all of it, so it could be said it is well-curated. What I ended up with was pretty good, and our overall experience was nice. I'd like to go back and try most of the rest of the menu.

Revisited Allan Brewing Company, the classic bison burger is still the go to when I have a hankering for a burger! Totally delicious! The waffle fries or sweet potato are also excellent. Organic beer tops everything off! Gotta try this, Bellingham’s best!

Lovely environment with good indoor and outdoor seating. The beers were not good. My beer was a color I didn’t know a beer could be (maybe the tap was dirty). It tasted terrible- a hazy IPA. The service was subpar…we waited at our table about 10 minutes then we were intercepted by a waitress when we went to order from the bar. The menu looked like the best thing they had going. The Mac n cheese bites were tasty…a bit overdone. Would return before exploring the many other options around Bellingham. Cheers 🍻

Visiting friends in a nearby town, we decided to come to Bellingham for lunch. The service was friendly, efficient, and engaged. Everyone enjoyed their food - very good quality and original. My dark beer was really good. All around great lunch.

Such a fun place to grab a beer and bite in-between meetings or after work! They have great dishes and locally brewed beers right out of the back of the building! They have a great staff and are always helpful with food and drink selections! A great local spot in Bellingham to meet, greet and hangout!

I’m new to the area and this was one of the first restaurants I’ve gone to. It’s clean, hip, and seems to be really popular. The grilled cheese was AMAZING, just a little pricy. Definitely recommend!

When it comes to beer, you have to drink what you like; and, try some new ones. I asked the bartender for the flagship beers and ordered a Dawn Patrol Pacific Ale. It checks in at 5.4%, so a neutral choice for me. I had just finished a longer trail run and it was perfect; hit the palate just right and totally refreshing. I did not order food. Seating inside/outside and the staff were friendly. It was fairly busy when I stopped in. Also bought two 6packs to take back to Seattle. Great brewery!

Literally the best burger I've ever had. (Bison Burger)

Great place, great service. Tried the strawberry habanero lemonade beer, its amazing. Crisp and spicy (as the name suggests), its very tasty! Something I had never had before. The makhani curry bowl is full of flavors and spices and is delicious! Highly recommend this place! Lots of options for vegans/vegetarians.

I appreciate the great service, vegetarian options, and how easy their pick-up/online ordering is. The waffle fries, mac bites, sandwiches, and stout float are delicious. I tend to avoid going here on Friday evenings and the weekend cause it gets pretty packed.

Went to Asian to round out dinner after an awful experience elsewhere. Wasn’t sure about the patio on a busy road, but the combination of really good beer, solid pub food, friendly dogs and guests, and EXCEPTIONAL (and chill) customer service from every person we interacted with makes this a solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Next time will just have the whole meal there.

I've been here twice in visits to Bellingham, and I've been pleased both times. The food and service are great. The beer is even better. This trip they had a ginger rye ale that was amazing. I highly recommend a stop here, if you're in Bellingham.
