I love this place - ate here for a friends birthday twice in the lead up to Christmas. Then returned for a house mates send off on Dec 18th 💥💥

Well the name says it all really. For those who don't understand. It's Asian and spicy. With a name like that it's hard to be disappointed and I'm happy to report that disappointment didn't cross my mind once during the experience. A quick phone call and cash withdrawal later there I am with a curry in my lap. A truly epic evening commenced.

Asian spicy is the best curry house in Bristol. I have been going for 4.5years and it has never disappointed. Mr Asian Spicy is an excellent host and always greets you with a gorgeous grin. He is the king of customer service! The food alone is exceptional, but the charming service always goes above and beyond. Don't sleep on this spicy experience 12/10!!

We love asian spicy!!! I was introduced here by housemates and have never looked back - we don't go anywhere else for an Indian in Bristol. Mr Spicy is a legend, he is very kind and welcoming and goes the extra mile. I'm veggie and am never short of options, so much to try. SPICY 4 LYF 💘

Been waiting two hours for delivery called multiple times to be told ten minutes each time. Have offered to pick it up and everything.

Delivery was 30 minutes late and then showed up as delivered (when it wasn’t). I called the restaurant who told me had been delivered which I had to argue that it hadn’t. They then said it would be 10 mins, on delivery, the driver did not ask for the code and did not apologise for delay. However food was delicious and great quality just a shame about the awful delivery.

Really terrible meal. The poppadoms tasted like chemicals/cleaning products- inedible. The curries were tasteless, most of the food was binned. Delivery was super late and when we called the restaurant they were just rude. Not coming back here.

Ordered takeaway, took over 1.5 hours to arrive. When we called to enquire, the staff member was super rude. Once arrived, the meal was terrible. the poppadoms tasted like chemicals/ cleaning products. Curries were tasteless. most of the food was binned. Completely waste of time and money. not coming back

took 1 hour on a Tuesday evening. the bhajis were poor crispy examples and the lamb was chewy.

First time ordered takeaway from here. Arrived ahead of estimate. Pilau rice and Sag Aloo beautifully cooked. Chicken tender and enough of it. The sauce with it was lovely - tangy, just the right consistency (not sludgy like some places) and plenty of it. The Peshwari Naan also was great - some places they're overly sweet n just crumble everywhere. Very happy.

Just eat said the order arrived. I rung at the latest point 8:40, the restaurant said it would be at the house at 9. I rung at 9 again, the food finally arrived at 9:25. Very disappointed, the order was nice but very late into our evening. Not what we expected

A very traditional and authentic restaurant. Food was excellent as well as portion. Went for the £10 meal deal. Not a fan of side dish so the owner was happy to swap it for a naan bread.

Haven't been to eat in the restaurant but not the best vibe but okay, I usually go for the £10 (cash) collection deal which consists of 2 onion bhaji, sag/Bombay aloo, naan/rice and main. Insane value and is my regular order, I recommend the lamb guwamori.

Good late night curry option. Food was on the spicier side as the establishment's name suggests which I prefer. Driver forgot to read my delivery note which caused a minor disturbance but appreciate his efforts nonetheless!

Asian Spicy is the tastiest Indian food in Bristol, get involved! It's absolutely delicious so I've been going for years and it's always my first choice. Fantastic price considering it's excellent food and it's such a well established, lovely family run business! This gem of an establishment is seriously underrated. Good dish choice for pescatarians - Fish Garlic Masala!

A friend has recommended this place, saying that it is "a hidden gem." I agree. The food was delicious. I tried aubergine curry with Naan. The owner is also very friendly. I would recommend this place, especially for its high quality/price ratio. Starters are below 3 pounds, and curries are between 5-8 pounds in general. This is the cheapest I have seen so far. If you are looking for an authentic vibe without straining your budget, Asian spicy is the spot!

Asain spicy is a really great, affordable restaurant. The food is delicious and I really value all that this restaurant provides. Perfect spot for a cheep date or to bring your friends for a big get together.

Through JustEat I ordered a curry that clearly started on the app that it came with pilau rice. Surprise surprise, it did not arrive with pilau rice. I called the restaurant and despite clearly explaining the issue, the person I spoke with appeared to be confused and could not understand what I was trying to explain. The naan bread I had was very tough and difficult to tear. The curry itself was not very hot (temperature) and the same for the Bombay aloo. I had to wait over an hour for this order to arrive and when it did, it was incorrect and disappointing.

Ordered online. Wasn’t packed properly and I couldn’t eat my vegetarian dish as the meat had cross contaminated. I had rang the store and asked for either the food to be resent or a refund and the guy was super rude and not helpful. I understand it’s the responsibility of the delivery driver. But the shop had clearly not packaged it properly. Ordered from them a few times and not happy with the standard of their food. Don’t recommend

Best authentic food I’ve had in the area+ fantastic staff

My sister, partner, and I went to Asian Spicy after seeing their great ratings on TripAdvisor, and we were so impressed with the love and attention Miah put into making our visit special! From the moment we walked through the door, the lovely owner made sure that everything we wanted was taken care of. The selection on the menu is brilliant, there's honestly something for everyone. We had poppadoms and pickles, then a round of onion bhajis and some of the absolute best samosas I've ever had. My sister was served a lovely vegan dish, and I chose the Tandoori chicken - it's a real showstopper and everyone's heads turned when it was brought out. Last but not least, we had extra helpings of mango lassi with complementary hot towellettes and chocolates before collecting the very reasonable bill. The value for money is incredible and we felt like royalty through the whole meal, I can't thank Miah enough for a memorable evening meal with my family. I would recommend Asian Spicy to everyone, it's a five star experience.

Food was out for delivery for a hour rung restaurant 2 times to be told its on way when received was very cold man who answered phone both times was very abrupt and just hung up

Took 2 hours to get to us and they got the order a bit wrong and pretended they delivered it on here and we had to ring up- but fair play to them it was really tasty.

We are huge foodies and just fancied a typical Indian takeaway whilst staying in a hotel in Bristol. This was one of the yunmiest Indian takeaways we have had in a long long time. Everything was fresh and delicious and the food was delivered in record time which meant everything was still hot. We couldn’t believe how good it was, given the fact it was so cheaply priced - this did not reflect on the quality of the food. My partner and I have been talking about it every day since we had it. Will definitely order from here again when in Bristol. 100% recommended.

Nice BYOB place. Came here for a stag last month, and it was all so amazing. Had a lot of banter with the table opposite us as well. Food was really good as well.
