I arrived just before they were closing, and they very kindly put something together for me. Which ended out being the best kebab I’ve ever had! Huge portions with the most delicious kebab. Highly recommended.

Staff are very friendly! Food is delicious. Service is second to none.

Never had a bad takeaway from this place yet, but was laughing to myself after this order, ordered a lamb shish from them. I know I'm going to be corrected by them, but Ive worked in the food industry for over 15 years. It wasn't lamb, it was beef. It wasn't fooling anyone. Tasted alright, but I'd rather be told its not available than get given the wrong thing.

Me and my wife were visiting our daughter. So my daughter suggested a takeaway from Ashford Charcoal Grill. My daughter ordered the mix meat family meal, which had a selection of meats, Such donner meat, chicken shisk, lamb cofta, beef shisk, chicken shawarma, tomatoes, onions amd mushrooms. Along with salads, side dips, houmous and chips. The food was very good indeed, there was plenty of it. I have read a couple of negative reviews for the establishment. But as far as I am concerned. The food was very good, hot on delivery and delivered in the time said. I have no hesitation in recommending Ashford Charcoal Grill to others.

I just bought food from this place tonight from my family and now all my family has critical food poisoning. I just called and complain to them and all they can just tell me is that the food was fresh every day but except tonight my family got food poison tonight now they didn’t even give me my money back I really don’t recommend for anyone to come to try this place

Always order kebab from here. It's delicious and they give us different types. The guys at the counter are very friendly too. Shop is a bit small to sit in and eat though.

I'm very disappointed this evening at Feltham charcoal Kabab...I'm a regular customer but this time you guys surprise me for negatively.... I order o large mix doner, the size looks like small Kabab..the meet was covered full of oil😱😱...also the chicken meet was very dark and out of taste😖😖...For me will be the last Kabab on this place

When I ordered first time from here few weeks ago, I was impressed and honestly even though the waiting time was long that day, it was worth the wait as the kebab was lovely, good portion too and nice salad. When I ordered yesterday however, I was disappointed! The delivery was faster this time, however ordered a chicken wrap and Doner meat and chips to feed a toddler as currently packing and no time to cook, half of the chicken meat in both of them was completely burned! And I'm not talking about a few innocent pieces, there was half of portion plain CHARCOAL which obviously destroyed the taste. I mean doesn't anyone check quality before delivery, or think that these things are accepted and will be un noticed?...

Delivery took an hour and a half on a Wednesday night at 6 pm phoned at 7 pm and he said it was on the grill so basically they forgot the order then the delivery man went the wrong way

Freshly prepared. Very clean. Good customer service. The most decent Place around Ashford (Surrey) for kebabs etc. They also provide home delivery.

Accepted my order over Deliveroo I waited over 50 minutes for my delivery and then I called them too see where it was and they said that they hadn’t even prepared it yet. But they still accepted my £15 I reported them to Deliveroo and they wouldn’t even answer Deliveroo’s call. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. making me wait for 50 minutes for me to find out my foods not even been prepared and they have taken my money. 0/5.

Warning to anyone who eats Halal Food, What a waste of time!!! Drove 25 mins to the shop. States on just eat it is Halal, says on their menu it is halal. Asked the owners and staff and they said non of the food is halal and they don't know why it says Halal. Honestly why state it, and waste peoples time.

Our order took a while to be delivered but the management and delivery driver could not have been more apologetic. They explained it was a busy Friday with a new delivery system so demand was super high. The food was well worth the wait, really nice shish and good chips. Will definitely order from here again.

Very good cheap price for the amount of kebab

Hot and fresh quality kebabs and burgers. Its so good its very hard to choose from the menu board So friendly and take there time no rush at all. Where i see from other kebab shops they do this. Good customer service 👍

We used to order from charcoal a lot, however today will be our last. We were unable to finish the kofta wrap as it was sooo hot (spicy) too much chilli flakes.

They will beat any local fast food delivery time. Top quality customer service & delicious food.

I had a really nice handmade kebab from here. The place was clean and price's were reasonable. The sauce (carrot+chilli) that was provided with the kebab was really nice.

Customer service is great and it`s lovely to have a local fast food outlet. Would definitely recommend the chips and the lamb doner kebab and the hummus too!

After waiting 1hr 20 minutes for my food it arrived missing an item and the dishes were half the size they used to be the chicken shish is less pieces and the lamb downer potion has halved This used to be a lovely takeaway will now be using a different one When I phoned they said it was because they are busy ???

Excellent food quality and taste, very clean hygiene standards, staff are friendly and their chilli sauce is unique. My colleagues from Malaysia take the lamb/chicken doner home for their families as an oversee treat from UK.

We order on a weekly basis for a number of years now and sometimes twice weekly. Todays order was not as placed i.e extra large chicken shish and got a medium shish in a small pitta. When we phoned to complain we were fobbed off and told we had got what we ordered. my husband has had the extra large and the large shish and knows the difference, we do not appreciate paying for something we did not get. Now we would rather go somewhere else

If I could give no stars I would!! Ashford Charchol Grill is an absolutely disgusting place! Waiting on a order for an hour only to be told it's now not coming and I have to reorder! The staff kept cutting me off everytime I spoke then told me 'I'm busy, what do you want from us' so disgusted in the customer service and the way they run a restaurant! Was a mediocre takeaway to begin with but definitely wont be using them again!!

Despite the bad reviews, i would really recommend this place, I've been coming here for 3 years now and they never let me down! If you were to go i would recommend a doner kebab. Very hygienic place. In addition, since this is a kebab shop, the staff speak Turkish i can absolutely guarantee customers that the staff never talk about their customers behind their backs, even open up translator if you want. (I know this since i am half Turkish). Overall, they have very good food with decent prices and good service.

Staff can be rude at times,no please or thank you's.they also stand there taking the piss out of you in there own language..food isn't great for the prices you pay in there!!Sunbury cross one the same but food a slight bit better...

2nd time I have ordered kebab and they have completely ignored my order asked for chicken to be well done but was hardly cooked had to cook it myself also asked for plenty of salad and peppers but there was next to none this is two times won't be going there ever again !!

Top Donner in the whole area!! Go for the lamb donner and cheesy chips (they use proper cheddar cheese). The Lamb is cooked well and tastes delicious, its slightly greasy (which i prefer because the oil coats the chips)

One of the best I've ever been to. Actually going there again today after the Liverpool Watford game. Hope it as nice as last time? Well, where do I begin???? From a 5 stars last time I was there, I'd give it 1 MAX. Ordered small lamb&fries, ate In. Inedible fries and as a previous poster mentioned somewhere very little lamb. If it was a restaurant, I'd have just left it and walked off , oh yes, I did but I paid up front. Staff today were rude and indifferent. If I could change my rating down I would. Totally unimpressed today.

Worst food ever they put chicken beef meat and other meats in 1 box its disgusting like they serve this meal to animals i ask them to seperate them that is not ok they getting rude and hang the phone off, i will report it on monday to food hygenic department. I absolutely love this place. The Chicken and Lamb Shish kebab is flavoursome an filling. I order from here once or twice a month and have never experienced an issue. Delivery is always in reasonable timescales too. Highly recommended

Have ordered from here on several occasions. I will now never order again from here as man on phone was very rude, refusing to deliver my order to an address they said they don't deliver to (despite having done so at least 7 times) food is average here.

The staff was rude and the owner via phone so rude he doesn't know even how to handle customers complaints in professional way,,I order lamp chicha and kofta and come in pita bread plain no mayo no salad nothing when order nice kebab after long day and you got that delivered to your door. inhaled he blamed me for it I don't advice anyone go three, is not nice place if you expect nice dinner after hard day ordered
