Store open till 12am????? It was closed when I arrived 20:00hrs. Really bad for Asda 3 different occasions I’ve been to your Coby store as newly moved to the area and bad experience on all occasions, I’ve done your survey hoping you would improve as other Asda’s were never a let down Corby Asda 👎 Reverting back to Tesco’s

You guys need to hire more people for the pick up bit outside because orders take way to long and it’s not because the people are moving slow it’s because there are 2-3 workers or even sometimes just 1 and it is ALWAYS so busy on Sunday and I usually wait like 1 hour for my order. So please listen and get more workers.

Yesterday I had to leave my trolley with groceries behind and leave the shop. The store was filthy and shelves bare - especially the fruit and veg section. Spoiled food that should have been binned decorated the reduced section. I completed a scan as you go shop. I just needed to weigh loose carrots. Machine had a notice to ask staff. Staff clearly not coping and under staffed. One employee looking very unkempt. They couldn’t get the label printed for the carrots; and I told them to leave it. As I had told the computer that something hadn’t scanned because I then didn’t scan anything else it asked for staff log in. Instead of being provided with this log in I waited and waited and waited and in the end decided I could not give ASDA a single pound of my money. I left with no groceries and drove to the Tesco. Shocking state of this Asda supermarket Corby.

Good product price, excellent quality, excellent service.

Store open at 7am ,spent £150 after travelling from stamford only to be told no tills open until 8 am so do it yourself. The self service assistant was rude unhelpful and down right ignorant, aunt Sally look alike. Grantham from now on .

Click and collect queuing is crazy! No movement and backing up all through the car park! Not good at all

A reasonably clean store despite a clear Christmas rush. The security gates are a bit of a faff and make getting to the cigarette counter a tad annoying but otherwise a fine place to shop with kind staff and reasonable prices

Meny empty boxes gran turismo 7 for playstation 5 but in the till don't have cd"s for sell? So who still this all CDs from storage? Should be some information on the shelf than is out of stock.

Only two tills open on a busy Thursday afternoon. Not good.

Firstly hardly any ready made sandwiches to choose from, despite only being 12pm. My main issue is yet again lack of manned tills. There were TWO! The queues for these extended down the isles all full of disgruntled looking shoppers. Despite having around 18 items I was forced to use the scan and (save money in staff wages). I'm not a technophobe but at least three times it freaked out on me and I had to wait for assistance. Then I was made to feel like I was the one who was at fault. I have shopped at asda for years but seriously thinking of going elsewhere. At least Tesco usually have around five checkouts open. Please get more tills open!!

I wasn't allowed to enter due to the dress code. Only Kappa tracksuits allowed.

I have just had the 60s and over deal for just £1:00 and it was perfect, the staff are very busy, thanks to all behind the counter you are doing a great job.

Would like to say a massive thankyou to Norbert who works at the corby branch. When checking out he informed us of the buy 3 drinks and get the cheapest free. He then proceeded to go over to the fridge to pick up another drink. He really went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Asda Corby Superstore is a mega-sized shop that is situated right in Phoenix Park Way. It used to be a place where I would visit to get my food shopping done but I just felt that this was no longer accessible for me especially since I take public transportation. The selection of goods they have is wonderful and the staff are always happy to help however I have found that as time goes by, it seems that the shop is getting more and more out of date and it is in desperate need of renovation. Everything seems dated and dark, I'd love to see this place be renovated but it just doesn't seem to ever improve. The self-checkouts are one of the worst I've used with it pinging up an alert every couple of scans and having to wait for the staff to get here to get it sorted. They always seem to be understaffed and while they are lovely, it's frustrating having to wait. They also seem to do this thing where they try to deceive you into downloading their app to get access to the 'cheaper' prices even though it gets discounted to what the price would be had they not inflated this. Having said that, this is no longer my choice of a shop.

Absolutely dreadful experience in the self serve area (all tills had queues back into the aisles) - had to get help 5 times. There were as many staff as would have been if the other tills were open - won’t be going back

Dont bother scan and shop,they re-scan EVERY item and squash all of your fruit and veg while doing,so unimpressed i left the whole trolley for them to put back,thanks for saving me no time or stress,wont go here again,very rude staff when store is busy

It's alright.. much cheaper elsewhere though. I go here for variety but the value is ridiculous..used to get offers but I rarely see any decent ones. I'm forever almost getting rammed by your online order pickers, who don't like to move out of your way or they are plain rude. Staff pretend they don't notice you waiting for help on the self scans.. just stand about yapping. Generally clean here. Had an instance when covid was at the peak. Where a male and female were standing on either side of my partner with their masks under their chins and talking to each other. My partner had a go at the man (I was heavily pregnant) because he trying to keep his family safe. The man didn't care, my partner told the member of staff serving and they told him to raise his mask..again he did not. My partner went over to the security female on the door who said that it was bad but shrugged it off.. this was shocking as no one wanted to intervene and say, raise the mask or you will not be served.

Whilst I fully appreciate staff are under huge pressures it simply doesn't excuse poor customer service. Yesterday, whilst visiting your store I went to customer services & asked to collect an item I had ordered on line. I was greeted with you need to go over there pointing to the collection point. Another customer was already using the machine she had been told the same thing. There are limited instructions on how to use this machine. She was looking for the 'help' button which we found eventually. I entered my order number & waited for a response. Ten minutes later we were both still waiting. I politely asked another colleague if she could help & was rudely told I'm serving here. In other words she couldn't be bothered to be courteous to a customer which is the second time she's done this when I've been in the store. Eventually, after approx 13mins waiting an assistant came to help. Asda, you need to put a better process in place for your collection point as the current one doesn't work. I'm not a person who would normally complain but some of your customer service teams also need retraining. After all your strap-line is 'Here to help'

Although there are some areas that were not fully stocked.. no empty shelves it was late in the day and staff were restocking already. One of the larger Asda stores in this area and possibly the best for non food items.. including George.👍🏼👍🏼

Your delivery drivers cannot follow simple instruction on the delivery notes. I have continual issues with them driving off without following the instructions on the notes, despite the clear signage which should tell them where to go anyway. I feel bad for the same lad that has to come and pick up the pieces after them later in the day after I call the store and report that our order hasn't turned up. He even said he follows the instruction on our note and finds it clear to follow so doesn't know why we have so many issues. One question I need to ask is why you do not have an option on your phone line to talk to someone regarding deliveries?!! When you wait for options there is one for customers, but when you press this a voice note comes on stating 'due to unprecedented demand there is nobody to accept your call'. It has been like this for well over 2 months now. Every time we have had delivery issues I have had to go through the staff/colleagues option, then customer service, wait for them to pick up and then ask them to transfer me through to deliveries department. It's not very professional and I find it a bit weird that a superstore would not think of this. I know there is a shortage of drivers but sorting the phone line would be fab!

i got pokemon cards from this asda. asda is brilliant. its like tesco but green.

Drove past the Asda petrol station today, in Corby. I was shocked to many plastic gloves strewn all over the place and blowing down the road.

Used to love this shop. Now you can find same products with 1 pound mote expensive than lidl or aldi. Its a large shop however . Free 4.5 hours parking and other shops to waste time here. Fresh fruits and veggies and plenty of other different products. Far better than tesco in corby for so many products. Voted 3 stars only because its always busy waiting in queue. They add some self checkouts and people with large baskets are forced to go there plus very little deals

Cafe is an absolute joke! One member of staff on a Saturday, to serve, cook meals, etc. Waited and waited for someone to serve me, gave up and walked off, went to get a meal deal instead, and guess what, no forks for the salads ! Don't recommend this place !

Huge hipermarket really have averting is need:lots of meats, frozen foods, food cans, sweets, fishes, bakery, soft and alcohol drinks, clothes, kitchen and household things, electric devices, DVDs, game consules and games, have more discount things. Have a normal and automatic self cashier. BUT in here the first time problem make some pictures in the place around the world. The manager send to me the worker and why make a photos, I tell I upload to Google map and write feedback and this help the people and not crime. But say for me this not good to the shop policies so need finish fast the shopping and leave the supermarket area. Big surprise for me.

Easy to find. Free parking. One way entrance and exit system in place at the store. Prices are fair. No queuing on entrance. Baskets and trolley handles are disinfected and coated with antibacterial film to reduce the spread of viruses. There are sanitisers by the entrance for public use. The store is not crowded. All in all a good place to shop.

We had an hour to fill so did some shopping for half an hour then went for a cup of tea one afternoon recently.The place was deserted. No staff and no customers. I lady appear and I asked her politely if she was serving. She was extremely abrupt and unwelcoming. I had checked in with my NHS app on my phone which surprised her but she informed me it wasn’t enough to cover my husband as well so he had a paper form to complete.My husband had a cold during of Orange and I had tea. We took our drinks and sat in one of the comfortable tub chair and endured the rest of the half an hour.This was mid afternoon (about 3:30pm) so not time for clocking off! A smile and a cheery word cost nothing, it will be a long time before we go back there! ASDA where is your caring image? Don’t you want customers?

On many occasions iv checked the website for opening times to arrive at the stored and its closed. Slightly disappointed I won't lie.

Before 1st lockdown, price of own brand lime cordial was 54p. Now it is £1.09 !! How can they justify that !?

With the layout. entrance and exist system is currently crossed so exiting customers are having a gridlock crossing to entering customers. Could quite easily be resolved with swapping over

Zero social distancing, is it any wonder Corby has the highest Covid rates in the country?! Staff too interested in having a chat amongst themselves instead of helping customers asking for help. The women I spoke to regarding having issues with scan as you shop checkout had a serious attitude problem. My apologies for disturbing their little gathering I guess.

Most of shoppers have no idea if social distancing rules and self scan checkouts too narrow as impossible to keep 1 meter distancing when walking through them

Very nice store where i live. Reasonable prices and there's a lot more variety of vegan foods but they can be quite costly. The staff are very helpful. 😊

This is supposedly fresh fruit so why is it already so mouldy?

Normally I'm a big fan of ASDA but during these trying times where funds are limited due to lockdown and some families are grieving, i find it in bad taste that the chain has chosen to be less than clear in representing a service. I'm referring to the "Kids eat free meals" project for the month of December 2020. Terms and Conditions for this deal clearly states no purchases necessary. Unfortunately, ASDA's on-site staff (Corby & Rushden) require purchases which is contradictory to the deal. ASDA needs to be honest and clear that the meals are ONLY free on adults purchasing something. Surprising customers right infront of their kids and the general public by stating they now have to make a purchase is unethical to say the least. Please address this issue in all ASDA branches so people don't begin to look at ASDA as an uncouth organization.

I love Asda but it has to be a 3 star. I really don’t like the veg and fruits. They taste really nasty. And once I got a pack of 4 donuts from Asda and one of the donuts was raw dough. But the bread and snacks are delicious so yeh.

Went to til number 13 a woman called Margaret served us , someone was at the checkout before us so while they were packing their stuff I asked her a question and she very rudely said I'm dealing with a customer , although she wasn't at the time because he was packing his stuff, she basically told me to wait , I won't be going back to the Corby store anymore, we spend about£80-£100 a wk on shopping so that's their loss ! Horrible rude woman she was

A supermarket to get your food from meats, fish bakery goods and much more. Friendly staff, prices are a little higher than other competitve supermarkets but overall there is a vast selection to choose from. One of the biggest Supermarkets in Corby. They provide great parking and you shouldn't have any issue getting a parking space since the carpark is ver large. They provide disabled parking spaces too. They also accomodate disabled access to their store which is a big plus. Overall excellent variety of goods, great parking and friendly staff.

This was the second time iv took my nan shopping and tryed to use the cafe last week at 12.05 they had nothing ready for lunch menu so only had tea and toast this week at 11.20 they shut it as needed to catch up there was only 6 people in cafe seating area and 2 people at till the lady was rude and just shouted shut as need to catch up think u need to look at ur staffing management

Well done Asda you have managed to really boil my blood! I'm glad that only half of your staff had face coverings on whilst walking alongside us in the isles... I'm also super happy that the one way system has been forgotten about. Also I appreciate that you really don't stick to 2 meters away whilst wearing a 2 meter promotion shirt... Well done.. I'm sure the NHS will appreciate the extra covid patients you may possibly be providing! I feel really unsafe at asda... do not recommend going!!

No clear instructions on the current restrictions, bit of a free for all in the aisles and why does the self service checkouts thank you for shopping at Tesco? Had to check I was in the right shop and not going mad 🤯

10 out of 10 for asda Corby counting people in and out on a busy Saturday Staff looking after customers and management looking after staff Couldn't have done anything more Maybe other asda management should visit this store WELL DONE 👍

Nightmare shop . Trolleys stored opposite side of building from entrance . sanitizer placed in store .so need to collect trolly ,push around building to queue finally get to sanitizer after you have had to handle trolley for several minutes !!! Very small directional chevrons on floor which majority of customers ignoring . Left store as soon as possible

I cannot dispute that the shop is a great shop. We shop every week for our main shop. Staff are always courteous and helpful. But I have big issue. Today thursday 18th June 2020 during this social distancing era that we all have to abide by to survive this pandemic. There was no queue, no security allowing people to enter safely people entering in a group. Entering via the exit route and no order within the shop. I am concerned about what is happening in our great Asda store.. you can see by my 4 stars that I do love this shop Please return to the way it was with the correct distancing etc this pandemic is not over. Please do.not think of this as a negative review think of it as a reminder. If asda want to message me with their thoughts or decisions. I will happily remove this review. This VIRUS KILLS people let's not forget this.

No social distancing here at all at the moment compared to other supermarkets. They have one way signs on the floor with no one following the rules, and staff not instructing people to follow them despite clearly not being that busy. Way way to many people in close proximity in here coughing near you at the moment, give this place a wide berth until corona has cleared up . You have to walk the long way round to get in, they have hand sanitizer on the way in , but not way out, that's it. Asda sort this out before you get told to close .

It was the worse experience of shopping ive had as nobody was social distancing and although signs on floor telling you which way to go nobody brothered with this either i wont be going back there until its safe to do so

The shame of Corby! No sense people sitting behind the cashier, asking ID from a 53 year old man and refused to sell 1 bottle of alcohol because I (30y) had no ID with me however we were just queing together - even the store supervisor didnt show any sign of common sense. I understand "25 year" policy but wake up employers don't hire machines, the public need humans and common sense.

Went yesterday to asda corby like i usually do a normal routine from finishing work been doing this way over a year. Everytime i Always enter the store it has a nice atmosphere and seeing staff stack away items at 1030pm at night. Bought my items went to the checkout and only 2 self service checkouts was with a rude arrogant woman staff member who thought everyone was a thief even my parents who struggle with there eye sight and made my mum flustered :)but thank you asda yet again 3rd time lucky i might just boycott all your stores. Don't want to feel like a criminal like i did at the milton keynes and kettering. But thank you and good look with the remaining customers you have. Might make morrions my local store again because they don't discriminate 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Not fresh food.... Disappointed 😞

I was very impressed with how this store was presented, from the floor displays as you enter to the appearance of the shelves which were tidy and well stocked. I enquired about an item and was taken to the appropriate isle reflecting good training not always apparent in other asda stores eg my convenient though not liked local asda at Wigmore Place Luton. I was visiting my daughter in Oundle and have decided to try and do the bulk of my shopping at this store and especially towards Christmas when visiting my daughter. I would have liked a better range and choice of women's clothes which surprisingly was limited.

I am very unhappy that the air machine is £1 how can this be as it was 20p feel like im been ripped off i will not be coming for diesel or using the air machine ever again.

Click and collect- what an absolute shambles! 45 minutes waiting for shopping to arrive. When the shopping finally arrived the large chicken was substituted for a medium size, if I wanted a medium sized chicken, I would have ordered a medium sized chicken. Thankfully Tesco is round the corner! Wont be using again!

Almost everything you need under one roof

Even though a very large store limited lines. Some items very expensive. Self service scanners dirty so difficult to use.

Food collection: if anything is missing don't believe them when they tell you they will knock out of the bill. Stay where you are until you can see they have done it.

Always a joy to go to ASDA in corby. Staff are always helpful and friendly and it's good to see that they employ people from all backgrounds and abilities. Always clean and tidy. The food court is ok and there pizza deli is too die for. Keep up the good work guys.

Cafe food was microwaved and overpriced, I could've served the same quality food for £1 and instead I paid £5 (implying that the service was worth £4, which it was not since the staff were clearly unmotivated)

My husband travels for work every morning from Nottingham to Corby. He often visits Asda corby superstore to buy a lottery ticket and some lunch for his break. Again this morning and few times before, once he tried to get a lottery ticket. Staff didn't know how to print one. Made him wait in the que for 15 mins and instead of apologising, he got accused for not paying for his food, when he already paid while waiting for the lottery ticket. So unprofessional and so dissapointing, that staff not doing there job right. I mean, how hard is it to teach someone to print a ticket or find someone who do their job right. We are very upset because it happened way to many times at the Asda Corby superstore (Cigarettes Station ). Please Asda, try to sort this out. Cafe. Food was good; however, service was awful and the staff were very abrupt and miserable. Also, we asked if they could serve us at the pizza cabinet and they refused. When they finally served us we were at the other end of the queue and we had no idea what pizza was left. Altogether, I would not recommend this cafe for service but the food was of a good standard.

Cafe 101 what a joke. Visited at 14:30 to enjoy a bite to eat. They had run out of food in a supermarket!!! They didn't even have an all day breakfast available. Definitely wouldn't visit this so called cafe again. Coffee tasted like dish water and the "hot" chocolate was cold Avoid Avoid Avoid

My husband & I bought some extremely heavy bags of garden stones from Asda store in Corby today. The lady at customer services was very helpful & called upon a tall gentleman that worked at the store, We are very grateful for him transferring the goods to a suitable trolley & lifting them into the boot of our car. As my husband is disabled it was very refreshing to meet such courteous staff. Many thanks

Good variety staff not to helpful but all around good

Plus point, the coffee was hot and so was the egg, in our breakfasts. The baked beans had been sitting and were stodgy and cold. Bacon was not the best quality and cold. Sausages were pretty good but still cheapies. Service was much quicker than Morrisons

ASDA. what a place. went here to do my weekly shop and it was nothing but amazing. Gordon Ramsey would be proud. There was endless selection and would defo recommended. I will continue to come every Sunday.

Always light and airy with wide aisles.Thankfully they dont swap items and aisles about too much!Easy parking but kids and disabled spots abused by lazy as*holes who cant walk more than 10ft or park right out the cash points where it clearly says no parking!

Careful while using car-wash in this parking. They are not true to their word and if you question entire team of car wash (nearly 10 people) gangup on you to intimidate. Best to avoid.

We went boxing day shopping at the retail park and decided as we were all hungry to go to asda café. Mum wanted to order fish and chips but got told they couldn't do it as they were still doing Christmas lunches but they could do her scampi and chips?. Then she went to use the drinks machine to find it was empty so went to the fridge and there was no cokes in it. The meals we ordered all came out at different times, but I will say that the cheesy omelete I had was nice. The table was wonky but soon solved by placing some napkins under the foot of it.

More choices for gluten free.especilly Xmas .start Dee's gluten free page so I spread the news around Corby . We can eat this festive food and not suffer afterwards. Well done

Last 2 home deliveries from this store had 11 and 12 items missing. When I tried to ring the store on numerous ocassions to speak to the manager I was hung up on, greeted by someone on the other end who pretended he couldn't hear or left being transferred and it ringing out. Either way, you don't get to talk to the manager... Very dodgy!!!

I bring my daughter here after ballet every Tuesday for lunch. The service is always great and the food is brilliant value.

Asked a simple question and got sarcastic answer with the woman having a go at me before I could finish asking
