A great experience all-round. Amazing food with a vast variety of delicious food. I would definitely recommend the seafood. Make sure you get an ice cream roll made too! £25 per person and refill soda for £3.

Worst buffet of my life, Unpleasant agressive and disrespectful staff No many choice in terms of food and all that for £28 Pass !!!! it's not worth it at all !!!

I was looking forward to trying this buffet place but I was so disappointed with the quality of the food. Bland, poorly cooked. Some dishes were mushy, other too hard and undercooked. Honestly, don't waste your money. I regret not reading reviews before we went. Also, they told us over the phone that children under 150cm eat free, but once we got there it turned out they'd have to pay £13 each.

Food is kinda boring, and some of the beef was tough. Would really recommend a date but decent for a family meal

I had a delightful experience at the Aroma buffet. Perhaps it was because I was surrounded by my family. The food was okay, although I must admit that I found the dessert to be more pleasurable than the main course.

Really nice Halal all you can eat buffet with mostly asian food, quality price ratio is unbeatable and the food is really tasty and diverse! Huge dessert selection also! Also Booking are not possible, walk ins only!

Delicious food, staff is friendly and very professional, the place is spacious and there is plenty of choice. Go early in the day as it gets busy after 1.30 pm.

I've been to all you can eat buffet before and they were a lot better than this on. Mass production of food, even my grandchildren, didn't like it, and they eat anything. Disappointed as we had travelled a distance to go there with family. We won't be going back again.

In the Chinese buffet, we had a wonderful experience. There were numerous food options to choose from, and the dessert section was particularly impressive, featuring an amazing ice cream roll station. Overall, it was an incredible experience that exceeded our expectations.

Great choice of food but it was all just like warm unfortunately. It should have been much hotter.

My 11 year old grandson had to pay adult price because he was tall. Food tasted awful, and had to wait over 20 minutes for certain foods to be refilled. Not the best mothers day experience! Never again...

We arrived there exactly at 12. So we were the first to enter. The food was really really yummy but there was no steak like other buffets or fresh bread. But the food is definitely a five star apart from the sweets. They really tasted and looked quite old. The outer layer of the cake was hard. You know that look when you leave your cake for days on the table? Yeah that's exactly how it was. Fruits looked and tasted canned. But the main food was so good. Will surely go back again there soon!!

The front-of-house who greeted me was very well-spoken and got a table sorted promptly. The wait for the table was only for a few minutes and soon I was escorted to my table. I was brought to the table which had not been cleaned yet. I knew the floor staff who escorted me would clean it regardless. However, for the few minutes I was waiting for my table, the table should have been cleaned before escorting the customer over. The food was good, nothing extravagant, but nothing bad. However, a few of the options like sushi and sashimi had run out and hadn't been replenished throughout my alloted time. The general sanitation of the buffet area was good, but some very simple misses were spotted. There was a half-empty bowl of soup next to the two soup pots, and it remained for all 2 hours of my dine-in. I can say the same about the counter surface near the sushi, which had a visible amount of sauce, which once again, was not tended to for the entire time. None of these are big problems, but it makes you question the floor staff's attention to detail. Also, I don't have any allergies, and I know that going to a buffet always comes with the risk of indirect contamination. The chances will never be 0%, but regular attention to the cleanliness of the facilities will vastly decrease the chances of a customer having an allergic reaction. In addition, the plates and silverware were running severely low near the end of my dine-in. However, I will give the benefit of the doubt, and assume this was only the case because it was approaching closing time. Aside from the negative, the bar was very pleasant as well as the dessert.

Its buffet food and from a range of cusines so dint expect the best or even close to the best of anything. But the venue is clean and well decorated .. food area seemed clean and food was ok .. which is better than any other buffet ive been to in england defo the best aroma iv been too

Aroma does really well with countering food waste by inviting people from to good to go over in a very friendly way to counter waste. Good vibes from the restaurant and friendly staff

This was really disappointing. We were really hungry and had been looking forward to the buffet. The food standard was very poor. Everything was so dried out. The duck was like sawdust, pancakes snapped (yes snapped) when I tried to roll it as it was so dry. I got the impression everything was bought frozen and just defrosted and dumped in a tray. The chocolate fountain looked unwell... it was dry round the edge. Cakes looked horrible, and the ice cream was like frozen mousse. I was actually embarrassed. Sorry if I appeared rude when I left without saying thank you, but after paying £56 for 2 people and then having to experience that was really REALLY irritating. Rip off.

Food was excellent,a giant variety of what you could eat,I 100% recommend this.The service was great,as soon as me and my friend finished the plates were taken.All of this is good but one thing was that there were people pranking us and putting food in our chairs which I sat on

Had the best meal there recently for Chinese new year. We were spoilt by the choices available. Even kids tried lots of different food and asked to go back again. Highly recommend it.

Came here with my family for my nieces birthday and I was so embarrassed the food was so bad that it made my niece cry. The food is tasteless, dry and limited options! It’s our second time and I can truly say that the food wasn’t like this the first time. Won’t be coming back here again… go elsewhere ie JRC global.

Previously i gave them 5* review, however overtime specially in the last 6 months the restaurant has gone down the drain. We last visited Sunday at around 8:15pm, and as we walked in we noticed hardly anything was available, and whatever was there was old. Price has gone up to £25 adult +£3 for soft drinks and I think £12 for children. Not worth anything. Very disappointed.

Not great, lacks flavour but its cheap fuel. Staff work very hard.

Went to Aroma buffet on Saturday 27th Jan 2024. Food was OK at best, took a long time to refill dishes once they finished. Nothing was terrible but nothing great either. Imo massively over priced! £25pp not including drinks. For that price much better options available.

Aroma Buffet in London deserves 5 stars. The fantastic variety of Chinese cuisine stood out, offering delicious flavors and a delightful experience. Excellent food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere make it a top choice. Highly recommended for Chinese cuisine enthusiasts.

The only disappointed thing was I had to pay full price for the grandchildren but the food was nice.

Can honestly say - the most vile and horrific food I've ever had. Food was freezing cold. Nothing fresh, all frozen oven food. All food is served below room temperature. My steak tasted like a farm, and was prepared by an incompetent waiter, wearing a chefs hat. I saw right through the costume. Don't be deceived by this poor establishment and it's fake reviews

I drove 1 hour to celebrate my husband birthday. We were very excited, but when we went there we got very disappointed. The food was not nice, there were not many choices, the food did have good taste. In other words, good at all for the money we paid. The only good thing it was the music that they were playing during the time we stayed. Compared with the buffet in Wood Green, I recommend the buffet in Wood Green a hundred times. I was very embarrassed with my husband and very sad that I chose that buffet to celebrate his birthday.

This place has never been amazing. However in 2018, when I first came it was good. Since 2022 it's turned into a real dump. Once you notice a certain kind of clientele dining in and loudly talking and you hear "yeah fam" from them. This is a big red flag of uncouth and vile people. With glares from other males on the other table who feel it's ok to ogle at your dinner date. In fact it became so uncomfortable we paid out bill and left after 20 minutes. The staff were unconcerned. One woman who works there is very condescending and was clearly whispering about me to her colleagues. If they want to increase the quality of dining here. Perhaps refusing in street and lounge attire, as well as track suits me deter the kind of undesirable clientele in future. The setting and lighting looks like it could a good ambience if it wasn't for the slum and the scum that visit. Couldn't really pass comment on the food, as wasn't here for very long to try everything.

Chinatown, ou seja, bairro chinês mas também oriental em geral, em Londres, com uma grande variedade de restaurantes chineses mas também da culinária japonesa, vietnamita, e outras do Oriente, foi o nosso último local de passeio pela capital da Inglaterra e do Reino Unido, nas 13 horas de espera para o próximo voo de retorno para São Paulo, tendo como origem Hong Kong/Macau, em dezembro de 2019. Devido ao pouco tempo disponível, pois já tínhamos que pegar o underground (metrô/metro) na estação Piccadilly Circus, a pouca distância, com tempo seguro para retornar ao renovado aeroporto de Heathrow, o passeio foi mais concentrado na via principal, a Gerrard Street, onde foi o início da nova Chinatown de Londres na década de 50, onde tivemos o nosso almoço chinês.

Had a good night at the aroma buffet W12. £25 per head and £3.50 for unlimited soft drinks. A range of Chinese, Indian, pizza, chips and desserts. The pilau rice was a bit crusty and Singapore noodles dry but overall a good atmosphere to eat at.

Rice tastes like plastic 😒 😑 only the ice cream 🍦 was nice.

I went for a dinner buffet with my family, The ambience was nice and the place was clean, The dishes were all halal certified and there were a lot of options as well from Continental to Chinese. Desserts are the highlight, taste wise it was average not the best I would say.

Het eten was echt vreselijk. We hebben 4 dinertjes afgerekend + 2x3,00 (inclusief softdrinks). De softdrinks zijn alleen cola zero, diet pepsi, orange, pepsi max, lemonade (voor de andere drankjes moet je betalen) het eten bestaat vooral uit frituur, het enige wat te eten was, waren de mini loempia’s en de frietjes. We zijn erg teleurgesteld en gewoon in shock hoe dit restaurant nog zoveel positieve recensies heeft ontvangen??!! De kip is hard en ik kon mijn vork er niet door heen prikken.. en de sashimi is gesneden met een verkeerde mes, veelste dikke plakjes en het smaakt naar plaatic, waarschijnlijk hebben ze dit op een plastic snijplank gesneden! Erg onprofessioneel!!! Je kan beter naar de mcdonalds gaan! Goedkoper en dan krijg je tenminste nog wat beters voor je geld!

We came for first time to this restaurant and everything was nice. I really recommend this place. The host was very helpful and cool. He also showed us more 🍰 to eat. Also, we went during the dinner time and we found lot of variety of food and the place was not that full.

Food is ok .. customers service was terrible . 2 members of staff were telling me off for putting too much meat in the takeaway boxes .Im guessing …as a customer it’s my choice what I want to eat especially when I pay for it. Definitely didn’t want 2 boxes of rice for £14 .!!!Very disappointing and I felt offended ..

Went there in November 2023. £24.00 per head for a two hour slot. ( Not including soft drinks which are £3.00 per head) Also no pork dishes were available. Avoid. Much better Chinese restaurants locally.

We found mould on the naan breads that were being served in the buffet, let a member o staff know. She took it to the kitchen and we could see them all laugh about it as if it's a great joke, no apology, no compensation for our meals. Have been a few times, never returning again.

The food is great, and there is a diversity in the types of dishes.

They mean it when they say there's no guarantee that the things they have listed will be available, so tragically, they didn't have the prawn or chicken toasts, which I was particularly looking forward to. As for the things they did have, there was a nice variety and some surprise hits, especially the pizza and sweet and sour chicken. Definitely not all winners like the wings and custard eclairs, so I'd recommend sampling a bit of everything before committing to the ones you like the most. I'd also recommend going off-peak if you can because it can be very crowded, particularly with families letting their kids run around screaming.

Quiet place with good food. Staff is very friendly and cleaning all tables very quickly, the restaurant is very clean, lots of Indian food different curry etc, Loads of sea food and sushi. Everyone can find something for them. For this price it is an amazing deal for London

The place serves a reasonable buffet however the plate warmers are not in use people would like to keep their food hot . So I went round turning them on and I watched the staff go round turning them off obviously you know what happened next yes they went back on again hot food on a cold plate really doesn't work🤣

Most pathetic selection of buffet I have ever been. Dishes are spaced out to make it look like there is a lot on offer; where in actual fact there is very little. One whole section for gummy sweets, 3 whole sections for nuggets/chips/onion rings and the like, seriously?

Came here with great expectation but left disappointed. Majority of the food are deep fried junk food. Very little fresh cooking. Let the pictures speak for themselves: tables upon tables with beautiful pots but very little substantial food, for eg, there is a big table with 8 bowls of gummy sweets of different colour, the dessert section are 2 very sad looking gateau and jelly, fresh fruit section only has fresh melon , the grapes are not fresh, the rest are tin fruit. There are 3 large tables with about 12 types of deep frieds: chips, hash brown, onion rings, etc. There is also a whole table of crisps (prawn crackers, pappadom, Thai crackers) .. of the few fresh 'chinese' food, they look like leftovers..sweetcorn soup taste so vile that I spat it out. You are much better off spending a fraction of the price on Iceland food, probably taste better. Also, the place is unkempt and Staff chat amongst themselves in front of customers. The sushi are basic but ok and is the only saving grace

Went last Sunday at about 7pm. They charged 24 per adult. However, the food are the lowest quality one can expect.. mostly Iceland freezer type of food : chip, hash brown, onion rings, nuggets.. there is only about 10 types of stir fry , mostly vegetables swimming to dubious sauce. What a scam!

What an amazing place! I have never been to a restaurant like this before and I enjoyed the experience very much. So many different food options to choose from. Beautifully cooked and delicious. 😋 A nice desert area complete with a chocolate fountain and plenty of marshmallows and cookies!! 😍 Hard to know what to try first! The staff were friendly and accommodating and the restaurant was very clean with great seating areas. I shall definitely be returning 🙌. Well done Aroma Buffet!

I spent £126 here and the food was terrible and had no flavour, 90% was chicken with not much variation of meat at all.

Lunchtime meal. Standard £16 + £3 (soft drinks) - eat/drink as much as you like Chinese buffet. Escalator or lift to 1st floor and pay on entry. Many dishes to choose from - two soup choices; fish balls/cakes, Chinese lobster claws, onion or squid rings, vegetable rolls, chicken, dumplings, chicken bites, sweet and sour chicken, beef Chinese style, many vegetable dishes, salads, duck and pancakes, curries, various noodles, rice dishes, sushi, chips, pizza. Also desserts - cakes, ice creams, banana fritters.

We go there really often the quality is really good, everything is super clean and the staff is always lovely.

We have been here for lunch few times with friends. We decided to go for dinner and were quite shocked that the price for evening buffet is very expensive. However we did enjoy the food.

Has to have been the biggest waste of money. A lot of the food was frozen things which had been fried/ heated. None of the food was hot and I've had better food elsewhere. The only good thing is that it is in a shopping centre with car parking. The quality of the food does not justify the price at all!

The food was good and it had a kit of variety but one section of the buffet was missing which I would guess is the meat section which left is a bit disappointed.
