I’ve seen families here, couples, friends, and everyone looks comfortable and happy. The seer sausage is INCREDIBLE, the lamb sauté is amazing, masto moosir a lovely lovely dip. I’ve ordered the falafel before and it was up there with the best I’ve ever had. The host is flawless. So thoughtful and helpful, she remembered my husband’s allergy after meeting us once before.

We visited early on a Saturday night and it was reasonably busy, but service was prompt and efficient from the very welcoming staff. The restaurant looks very nice and has a casual and friendly atmosphere, but it was the food that made it amazing. We had complimentary olives to start and they were completely delicious (we had to ask what the marinade was). The seeded flatbread we had was, I think, the nicest I've ever tasted with a lovely toasted flavour. I had the Seer Sausage to start followed by the chicken and lamb Ghafghazi and both were gorgeous. My wife decided to have multiple starters instead of a main course and loved everything. Neither of us have eaten Persian food before but we will be visiting Apadana again and again.

Don't be put off by the scaffolding outside, they are still there! Generous portions and the set-menu is excellent value. We always enjoy a warm welcome here and it is worth the 20-mile trip! My Dad and I enjoyed a grill and a stew, washed down with traditional "dough" (a traditional drink made with yoghurt and mint etc.) Leave room for dessert if you can!

First time visiting this restaurant. The ambiance was extremely welcoming and the staff were so friendly. The presentation of the food was perfect and the taste was amazing . Would definitely recommend and will definitely visit again !!

Amazing variety of authentic Persian dishes! My family ordered the ghorme sabzi stew, the chicken, and beef koobideh’s, along with doogh and baklava - the food was all tasteful and service was amazing for our party! I highly recommend going to Apadana for lunch, dinner, and any type of occasions as the atmosphere and service is incredible👌🏼

Returning visit while staying with friends. The staff here are really friendly they are very attentive with allergies and are so helpful explaining certain dishes when ordering. My husband and I had the sharing platter for 2 which had fabulous flavour and such tender meats.

Went with another couple and all our food was absolutely superb. The staff were friendly and attentive. I’m coeliac (gluten free) and the vast majority of the menu is gluten free so I was spoilt for choice. I had the Ghormeh Sabzi which, despite its dark green appearance, was absolutely delicious. The lamb just fell apart on my plate.

Really love this place. The food is great and the service matches. It’s not the cheapest, but you gets what you pay for. If you want a really good meal with different and authentic flavours, try here.

Our first visit, but we will certainly be back. Never tried Persian food before, but it was absolutely delicious. It was quiet, but we went more or less as soon as they opened (we're not late evening eaters). Staff were very attentive, and we really liked how they described the food to us. Although we were full I was still keen to try a dessert. Taking one home wasn't a problem, and the ones we chose came with a choice of cream or Persian ice cream, which was lovely. Can't recommend this place enough!

Had a lovely valentine meal delivery as this is one of our favourite restaurants to go to (can’t wait for that!). The meat was tender and well marinated. Loved the pickled veg and the hummus is the best hummus anywhere. The only not so good thing was that the salad had a lot of very vinegary dressing on it. Perhaps at the moment for delivery purposes it would be better to serve the dressing in a separate pot like the sauce that comes with the lamb.

Whilst currently closed for dining in, the restaurant has continued to turn out top class food for collection and delivery. The chicken kebab and aubergine stew were really tasty, adn we look forward to getting bac there in person

We hadn't been for a while but were not disappointed! All reasonable precautions for our safety have been taken, I think that they also may have had a refurbishment... The staff are friendly and helpful and explained the features/customs of the various dished we ordered, which were tasty and plentiful. So, no room for dessert but enjoyed a glass of Persian tea, which was an excellent way to finish. Looking forward to the next visit

First visit and it’s my new favourite restaurant! Great food, staff lovely and attentive and efficient, nice “vibe” and fair prices. Complimentary olives on arrival and a shot to finish the meal. The little extra touches made it special. Enjoyed a mix starter which was tasty and enjoyed all 4 elements plus the homemade bread followed by lamb and chicken Kebabs. The chicken literally melted in your mouth. Can’t wait to re-visit and will definitely recommend to friends and family. 10/10

We came to this restaurant for my husband's birthday yesterday. His mother's side of the family is Persian and we wanted some authentic Persian food. We were very happy. We were made to feel welcome and they kept checking everything was alright and that we got what we wanted. The food was great! My husband even commented saying it was pretty close to matching his grandmother's food. Thank you for making his birthday special! We'll be back soon.

I have a very happy pregnant wife. She was craving Apadana as we have enjoyed going there for the last few years now. We ordered a couple of starters and mains (chicken and lamb kebabs) for collection. We were very happy to see it was the same high quality food as normal but to eat at home. All food was well cooked and well wrapped to keep it hot. Highly recommend!

We ordered from here on Friday evening and it was the first time trying this restaurant. We're veggie so we went for the aubergine moussaka and various sides. We loved the food and the service was great! Delivery was 20 minutes earlier than estimated, the food was hot on arrival, portion sizes were good and the food was delicious! Would definitely recommend and we can't wait to visit the restaurant in person!

Due to Covid-19 couldn't eat in. Had take-away. It was lovely just as good as eating in, although we did miss the lovely staff and atmosphere. This is by far one of the best restaurants in the area. This is a smashing grill-style restaurant that deliver wonderfully in terms of flavour, portion sizes and value. The big plus is the friendly and largely efficient service, coupled with great advice on flavour combination. Nothing not to like!

Visited back in Jan with family and we had a fab time. Wine and food was delicious, the waitresses were very helpful, although I dont think they need as many as they have as they seemed to be aimlessly walking around. However we did have a fab time!

So much tastier than bog standard "Mediterranean" style places. Persian is more refined, delicate and packed with flavour.The old owner has sold to his sister but the food and service is still excellent!Highlights.......The aubergine and lamb hot starter, the hummus, the homemade bread, seer sausages, the lamb chops & the olives!!!
