Very average food. Fish and chips were cold when they arrived and very little seafood in the cioppino. The surprise you get at the end is a 6% kitchen service charge that is not listed anywhere.

My husband and I ate dinner at Andy's last night, been there many times and I was very disappointed. I ordered grilled cod tacos that I thought was coming with a pick de gallo, they were covered in marinated red peppers, too much, couldn't taste the fish. I also ordered a glass of prosecco that was almost flat. I've always enjoyed going to Andy's, last night was not enjoyable.

I am now officially an Andy's C4L...the halibut taquitos were super good and the staff is great...Im going to enjoy eating here often with my wife...

Food and service are amazing. So nice to sit and eat while watching the beautiful landscape and water. The fish is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was above and beyond what one might expect for the middle of the day on a random Wednesday. Only giving 4 stars because of the kitchen fee charge.

Sat outside in the beautiful sun. Loved the avocado shrimp. Soooo good...this will be my new "go to" item on the menu. The clam chowder is probably the best clam chowder I've had in a while.

The panko fried fish and beer battered prawns were great, but the fries were a bit lackluster. The cider selection was good, I had a delightful vanilla bean cider and it was delicious. Overall it was a good experience.

Very friendly service and a wonderful meal

Incredibly overrated and overpriced for a typical restaurant experience and mediocre food.

Husband and I have been here before in the summer time and their busiest time. The food and service was amazing at the time. This time husband and I went on a Saturday in winter time, slower time but no complaints. Our server Jay B was amazing! Husband ordered the Fish-swinch, I got their 3 tacos and a bowl of calm chowder to share. All 3 dishes are delicious. Food came out quick and hot. Jay B was also amazing for helping us out by providing us with an extra bowl for me to have the calm chowder. I have breast cancer and in active treatment and we try to avoid sharing. I honestly would recommend this place to anyone wanting a good fish and chip or just in the mood for seafood.

I would expect that a nice funky little place like this that specializes in seafood would be more....I dunno.... in house? I ordered clam and chips(handcut, whatever that means- certainly nothing special about these) with a double order of "beer batter clams". They were just average at best. Likely from the same vendor that supplies a thousand other places. Then I saw on the check that there is a "kitchen service charge of 6% so the tip should be adjusted accordingly. " Well, the waitress was top notch, so I did tip accordingly. The food though- and much of the clam strips were in fact just a lot of schniblets. One would think that if they are getting tipped on top of wages then they would be more conscientious of the product put out. It was after 1pm on Wednesday BTW, not a busy rush time. Maybe if Andy paid his staff decent, they would not only be justly compensated, but an automatic tip would not be required. I should've taken a photo of my plate as it arrived. Highly disappointed.

Was disappointed in the food this visit. Pan fried oysters had a thick breading that overpowered the oysters. I am personally not a fan of the chowder asi it is the thick doey type and the bowl I got had few clams.

Nice friendly place for a quick bite to eat

I am absolutely blown away by this place. Tonight was our first time there. Fresh oysters on the half shell for $18 is an absolute steal, they were huge and delicious. They had a great beer selection as well. The fish and chips my husband got were incredible. Not sure if the fries are hand cut but they surely tasted like they were. I got the linguine and got blackened catfish as my protein (not on the menu). As a New Orleans native I was hoping so bad that they would let me sub out the protein for some delicious blackened catfish, and the chefs obliged. I am not exaggerating when I say that this was the best pasta I have had in my 6.5 years of living in the Pacific Northwest. It was exactly what I wanted. The staff was extremely polite, personable, and attentive. We never wanted for anything. All around fantastic experience and we will absolutely be back. Side note, I LOVE that there is a separate gratuity for the kitchen staff and your tip goes directly to the server in totality. These owners obviously have been in the service industry for a long time, and with prices like theirs, I am more than happy to tip 20% on top of what goes to the kitchen.

I have to say this place is soooo good for both the food taste and the price! I order a bowl of chowder soup with bread and it is only $11. The bread is big as my hand and the soup is good!

I’ve been here twice now and then tell me how great this place is paying $20 for halibut and chips and the fish is dried out again the fish looks like fish sticks are usually don’t come here because of that I know what everyone is raving about my good fish I just go to Pilchuck driving or Ray’s I got the best fish I don’t know how to get away with this, but everybody’s read about their food. Unbelievable.

The food’s always amazing, the servers are super sweet and I’m always in and out super fast when I get takeout. :) Also I don’t know the girl’s name but I want to thank her for drawing the cutest little *almost a whole* shark on my chowder box it was awesome😂.

It was just OK. We had fish & chips, clam chowder, green salad, and oysters. Everything was good but nothing was special.

One of my favorite spots to get a hot lunch on a rainy day. The fish and chips are breaded and fried perfectly, every time. The hand cut fries are also excellent and I'd definitely recommend a bowl of chowder too if you've got the room for it. Always friendly and engaging staff and a wide assortment of taps to choose from if local beers are your thing. Love this place!

Fish and chips are always on point. Great food.

The panko breaded cod was very good. The breading was crunchy and the filet was not dry. The popcorn shrimp I believe is better than Ivar's baby prawns. Rhe breading does fall apart but it's still good. The portions were perfect.

By far the my favorite clam chowder! The crab and prawn cocktail are also delicious. Their cocktail sauce had a nice kick.

It's been a week since ate here with my family, and we still talk about it. Parking is a bit hard to find, but when you get there youll see why. The neighborhood is super cute, and reminded us of a Hallmark movie. When walking in the wait was quick for a party of6 +1 high chair. They pulled some tables together, the 4 top was a regular table but the 2 top was more of an outside table, as it had holes in it. Not that big of a deal, but since the high chair was there, the crayons kept falling through. The servers were nice, and our food came fairly quick. The food was SO good. We all got clam chowder, my Dad a bowl, my sister a cup, and me a bread bowl. Everyone wished they got the bread bowl. The chowder perfectly heated the bread, but I do wish they at least toasted the top bread slice since that was just cold. Some items we ordered didn't geta photo of, but the fish taco and pasta were also great. My favorite item, by far, were their fish and chips. Now, get this dish a lot, and unfortunately, I started to give up hope as 90% of those times the batter is mushy/milky, the fish is obviously frozen, there's no flavor, etc. However the fish and chips at Arndy's checked all the boxes. The batter was light and crispy, the fish was super flaky and had that perfect fresh taste. Every last fry was crispy. The tarter sauce was addicting. I'm pregnant and all have been craving is a plate of Andy's fish and chips. Until we're back in WA again, guess have to continue my search for fish and chips at a local spot.

First time here today and I absolutely enjoyed the environment, the service, and the food. I recommend.

Great restaurant in downtown Snohomish! Food was good overall. Soup was perfect and well balanced flavor. Blackened halibut was a bit over cooked so was chewy. Our tacos were delicious. Server was very friendly and attentive. I'd definitely come again when in the area and maybe order grilled fish instead of blackened :).

This place is a long standing great seafood restaurants in Snohomish. It has been consistently good service and food over the years! Love the energy and feel! It does tend to get a little chilly during the colder months so I'd layer up!

Food was excellent, fast, and hot.

Bummed that the ciopinno was the price is was and only had one scallop and 2 mussles. Otherwise just a ton of low grade cod in a tomato sauce. Our lunch bill came to 100 bucks with that, a starter, and two drinks. I will not be recommending this place.

Horrible customer service. Server and owners was a complete jerk to us. They absolutely were so mean to us.

This was a great spot I stopped at with my friend. We had the gumbo and the cod and prawn tacos! Went for a little walk along the river after we ate and walked around to check out the shops. Would Def recommend!!!

Had two kinds of fish and chips, bear battered and panko and they both were great. Parking is hard to find but worth looking for.

Best seafood we have had since we moved here!! We were just talking about when we would come back and bring the kids with us. Everything was cooked to perfection!!

The clam chowder is amazing. I always come here when I visit Snohomish. The fish is amazing in how it's prepared. Definitely a must. I really enjoyed the shrimp on a half avocado. Yummy! Do it.

We were visiting the area and looking for local seafood. Dungeness Crab, oysters, etc. It was very difficult to find outside of downtown Seattle. So glad we came across this place. We split a dozen local oysters and the seafood sampler. So yummy. The only reason for 4 stars is it was chilly inside. If you're prepared for our and know to dress warmer you'll be fine. We recommend.

Clam chowder!! Seafood stew!! Tacos are spicy. Would pass. But worth a try

Food was really good, prices were fair but I really dislike when pricing upfront is not transparent. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth (pun intended). They tack on a 6 percent kitchen staff fee that was not clear until I got the bill. Shouldn't that be taken into account when they set their menu pricing?

Cool place right on the corner in Downtown Snohomish. Staff was friendly. The food was pretty disappointing. We had Cod and chips and a side of onion rings. The rings were great, Fries were just ok and the fish was disappointing. Most likely will not return

It had been awhile since I have been to Andys, I remember really loving the fish tacos, but today I was pretty disappointed. The oysters on the half shell tasted fishy and weren't cleaned very well(gritty). The shrimp cocktail was not fresh shrimp, pretty sure it was canned. We also ordered the steamed medley, clams were gooey and super chewy and the bread that came with it was not toasted(very odd). Our waitress kept forgetting to bring our drinks or check on us and seemed very stressed out. Also, noticed a lot of flies and was bothered by them when eating.

Looks like an awesome place. Have wanted to try for years. Finally came today and the service was friendly, but the food is about the middle of the road, expensive, and the little clam strips we got were basically little dog kibble sized bites of fried batter. Not sure where the clams were. The cod was pretty good, but certainly not exceptional batter, and the fries were downright terrible. Hot and fresh, but absolutely no flavor and probably the worst fries we’ve ever had. Speaking of dogs, even though half of the property is basically a parking lot (the patio), they don’t allow dogs out there, like almost every other patio at every restaurant in the state. Todo Mexico right down the street gets it, and we go there all the time. I understand the state law, but the interpretation for patios is one of those “there is how things are written, and how things are done”. There is absolutely no reason they can’t allow well-behaved dogs outside on the patio, yet they don’t. Massive fail, and not at all with the times. The root beer was also strangely flavored like it didn’t have enough syrup or something. Since we couldn’t eat there and had to take it all to go, we couldn’t come back for something else. We won’t be back.

Moved up here from New Orleans about 2 years ago....no good food to be found...but Andy's Fidh House , you guys come pretty close my friend!......being a cajun out of water looking for some good food ...I would recommend you guys for sure!

Fun country restaurant. It seems no man works in here. As far as I saw it is run by females, which is nice. My server was fun. I ordered clam chowder bread bowl and fish tacos (halibut) . Chowder was 8/10 and fish taco 7/10 . So I am very satisfied. Prices are also very fair. RECOMMEND

Don't bother with anything other than the fish and chips. It's the best thing on the menu. Make sure to check out the local rotation of brews- always fantastic.

Very good chowder, tasty fried oysters and good fries. On the other hand the beer battered fish could use some improvement— doughy with no crunch that you’d typically expect.

Ate the blackened catfish taco and Alaskan cod fish taco. Both had fantastic flavor. But the catfish taco sauce had me wanting to lick the plate.

We love this restaurant. With many choices for fish in the greater Seattle area, we choose this location everytime. The menu, though not huge has offerings for every taste. They serve great food, have quick service and offer a friendly neighborhood location. Parking can be difficult at times, but that has never deterred us!

The best fish and chips I've ever tasted.

I must say, some of the best fish n chips I’ve ever had. By far the best chowder in years. However, there’s always room for improvement right? Had the 3 piece cod, curbside delivery order, asked for “extra crispy” fries (they were soggy) told it’d be ready at 726, at 736 I get the message “your order is ready “ Another 10 minutes it’s delivered to my car, might explain the soggy fries. Overall, thank you for an awesome dinner.

The food: it’s amazing, great portion to price ratio. The staff are quite attentive, and friendly as well! Definitely coming back again in the future. P.S. The clam chowder is excellent, please give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

For $50+ (2 orders for $27ea. plus $10 tip) dollars you would think they could do better than give you 3 small pieces of fish!! Bland and undercooked fries....truly sad! (To the owner, is this a more HONEST review??)

I loved the gumbo and cider to start. The staff was so laid back I was able to grab a coloring sheet and crayons for my son followed by some chowder crackers and tootsie rolls. The manilla class were amazing and the seafood linguine was amazing. I wish they would have brought out like six slices of bread for everything. Also if they had a happy hour I would really be more likely to try more of the starters. That being said I think they are better than ivars so I rated them accordingly.

I've been here several times, and all times were great. The first time I got salmon fish & chips (which were tasty) and the second time I got Alaskan Cod fish & chips (which were INCREDIBLE!). Most recently I got the halibut taquitos and they were incredible. Andy's hits it out of the park every time with their food and their tap list!

We went here for our ann iversary dinner. The caesar salad had old lettuce. We ordered the platter and we think it was fried and fried again. No flaky batter. The speaker was in our ears and we couldn't have a conversation and was quite noisy with drive home traffic. Won't be going back.

Seafood was good. However, our service was not. We’re we told we could sit anywhere we like. It was right at opening and we were the only customers there. The server came to us and said “We get slammed usually, so I might have to ask you to move”. Again, we were the ONLY customers in the whole restaurant. Once we left by noon, one other table had been sat. Waitress had a bad attitude for our entire dining experience. Once we got our bill, we found the kitchen service fee. This coupled with their high prices makes us not want to return or recommend to anyone. For a restaurant to be charging these prices, I would expect a finer dining experience. Instead we were treated as if we were unimportant and not customers.

Had a small clam chowder, bla kened cod taco, some bbq oysters on the half shell. Very tasty.

Inconsistent cooking. We ordered the Captain's platter, which is a major splurge these days, but for the past few times the platter order is half burned / half not, and it has so much oil we need to wring it out before we can eat it. Huge disappointment considering the platter is $60 This place used to be really good but not a fan of inconsistent cooking that is super expensive.

Clean, bright and busy restaurant with reasonably good service worthy of 4+ stars. The Pacific NW oysters, however, are risky: the lukewarm oyster stew kept me in my bathroom for an hour with moderate food poisoning. You can assume that I was simply unlucky, but you may want to ask your server where the shellfish is from.

Food was not good. Ordered the 6 piece prawns and out of the first 3 2 smelled like iodine. I left the rest untouched. Husband had Famous clam chowder with no clams in it. They add a 6% service charge onto your bill for kitchen service charge. As if the food isnt priced high enough...... if you want Seafood I'd go to Anthonys.

We had fish and chips and some appetizers. The food was ok, grease and don't know how often they change their grease. I don't think it was worth 125 dollars for two. The staff was good and it seemed to run well

Consistently good food and friendly service

Lots of cool things here: you can order from your boat and they will drop a bucket down from the bridge to get lunch! Live music in the summer, nice outdoor seating. The service is really slow, the food is average and it is kind of pricey. I am not a huge fan HOWEVER the clam chowder in the bread bowl $9 is EPIC!!!! Update, fast service today!!!! Delicious clam chowder!

Every time we go, we order clam chowder. So yummy! I have to say, that I never had something that I didn't like. Crab cakes, gumbo, captain's platter, fresh oysters, are some of the dishes we tried and it was always delicious. Great spot in Snoshomish!

My wife and I celebrated her birthday at Andy's Fish House last night. We shared the true cod fish tacos and oyster po' boy. They were the best fish tacos and po' boy we've ever had in our entire lives, period. Amazingly good. I think I could have eaten 10 of the fish tacos. Amazing flavors, great service, great atmosphere, great date night!

Friendly staff Great food A bit pricey, but worth it

Not as great as we hoped. We came for dinner and it was busy but we found a table outside immediately although service was much slower. The outdoor seating area is pretty cool, and surprisingly warm so we liked it out there. We ordered the catfish and chips, onion rings and received a complimentary cup of clam chowder for checking in with Yelp. Huge plus and our favorite item of the night. The hearty potatoes and creamy taste really surprised us and it was perfect for a cold night. As for the catfish, perhaps it was just us be we had expected catfish strips and chips, but it's a fried fish entree with some spinach and fries for $17. It was really good though, the crispiness of the batter was there and the inside was nice and flaky. The fries were also good, I would sprinkle some extra salt and pepper since there's light/no seasoning. Unfortunately the onion rings were a let down. No seasoning and bland batter but they were cooked nicely with a yellow crunchy exterior so that saved them. All in all an OK experience.

Nice fish and chips and the clam chowder poutine was something we hadn't tried before. Tasted amazing.
