Anatolia Kebab in Epsom and Ewell

Anatolla Kebab is our go to pretty much every Friday. We have always had a great experience, friendly staff, good portions, reasonably prices and yummy food full of flavour. Most kebabs we have had in the past from other take aways are quite greasy and the doner meat is quite thick but this meat is always perfectly cooked and cut.

Ordered a lamb kebab for takeaway. It's really fulfilling and the portion is quite generous but with the quality I guess it's worth it. It is a little bit pricey though for a kebab but if someone would ask if I'd go back and order there again then I would.

Firstly I’m going to say the food that arrived was fantastic. Lamb doner juicy and full of flavour and not greasy in the slightest!! So that’s the good! They have a section for combination kebabs and one of the options says “chicken and lamb doner” now I’m no English teacher but even those with a basic grasp of our fine language will read that as a mix of both chicken and lamb doner meats......oh no. Not these clowns!! Apparently it means chicken SHISH and lamb DONER!! I know I know how thick can they be!! That’s the bad!!! I called them to explain that what had arrived wasn’t what we ordered and the obnoxious little punk on the other end of the phone tried to tell me that it DOESNT say chicken and lamb doner!! Erm, excuse me my little Turkish mouth piece but in fact it DOES!! I told him it didn’t say shish either and he said it didn’t have to! And if I wanted the wording changed that I should call just eat!! Then told me I got what I ordered and he was going to do nothing about it!! That’s the ugly! What a shame that a restaurant can offer top drawer food yet employ worthless individuals that clearly need to go back to school to get perhaps a key stage 3 level grasp of our fine language!! Will NEVER go back in a million years!! If I could give zero rating I would!!!!

Second time ordering food, both times delayed. Second time of ordering we was told the food would be “around an hour”. 1 hour 30 minutes later and nothing, called up and was willing to collect and was told “no need as its gone out with the driver and will be with you shortly”. Over 2 hours later and still nothing. Shambles of a service and poor customer service, not sure how as a takeaway food service we can be told your busy and that it appears you dont deliver to when the order comes in but on what is convienent for you as you said you werent busy at the time we called our order in. Spinning another lie was being told it would be delivered warm, Ive had glasses of milk warmer than what the food was.

We have used this takeaway delivery several times food is good. However, last time they took over an hour and the food wasn't very hot. Used them tonight. Placed order by phone at 7.10pm. Was told delivery about an hour. Called again at 8.35pm was told food was just being boxed up and they were waiting for driver. Delay because they got busy just after we called with phone and just eat òrders. Called again 5 mins later as decided to go and collect. We told driver had just taken the food. 9.10pm. Still no food. They kept saying that they got busy after I called and the driver was new and had trouble finding us. Food turned up 5 mins later. Cold. Complained and was offered £5 off next order. Told them not sure I'd want to order again. Very disappointed. If you are told it's gonna be an hour for your delivery my advice would be don't order.

This is my 2nd purchase from here. 1st time they forgot to provide the salad with the meal. 2nd purchase everything arrived but it's an ok standard compared to the kebabs in central.

My husband and I haven't had a kebab in a long time as we have been put off by our local kebab shops recently. We took a gamble by Googling and Anatolia came up. We're so glad it did, as they were superb. We ordered a delivery, with everything coming separate and scampi and chips, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We're real foodies, and know what we like and how we like it to be presented. Delivery was exceptionally speedy and the delivery guy was very friendly. The food was outstanding and knocked spots off our local kebab shops. Will definitely use them at some point in the future. Thank you Anatolia for a great experience.

This is my go-to kebab restaurant in the area. Tasty food and generous portions coupled with the friendly staff keep me coming back.

I would not like to see what the small portion looks like as we orderd two large and they was extremely small! chips were okayish. meat was cooked good but not enough meat and salad!

The food was perfect, wasn't greasy at all. Full of flavour and not OTT. Great value for money as well.

Great tasty kebabs with large portions. The large mixed special kebab I had was one of the best I've ever tasted and everything else ordered was perfect. Delivered 15 mins early too!

Food was not fresh at all and not as i expected

£20.20 for basically pathetic portions. large kebab was more like a small and the small kebab was more like a side salad. bad customer service no oppollogies. sent food back to restaurant the driver just snatched food without even saying a word let alone an oppollogy. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

Food was well made, good quality and in good portions. My requests were followed and food was delivered quickly. I have been a regular customer of Anatolia for a long time and their food constantly impresses! keep up the good work guys.

I must admit I'm a regular if I order kebab it has. to be from here as they are the best around me. but I do admit they did get it slightly wrong today as the kids meal didn't have any chilli sauce and I don't like a kebab without chilli sauce, and my cheese burger had no cheese in it but I can accept that so I rang up and told them and I said I accept the burger without cheese as long as u can get chilli sauce to me and they said yes, and hung up. meanwhile I worried it was getting cold but to my surprise they turnt up with a new kids meal correctly. done and a pot of chilli sauce so great there still my favourite.

think they put mushrooms in the chilli sauce for some reason, but other than that it is a quality kebab!!

We got charged for drinks but we were never given them...disappointing.

It took very long 1 hour 20mins and i payed and ordered for 2 pots of chilli sauce but only got 1 which was very annoying. However i cant moan about the food coz it was very nice. So if u want good food and dont mind waiting and losing 50p then order from here

Asked for no salad in the chicken wrap and salad was still put in it

Long delivery time. Though food did arrive when they said it would on the app. I phoned the restaurant and they promised shorter which didn't happen. Salad was predominantly lettuce and the meat was very salty. On the plus side they threw in a free 1.5l bottle of Tango.

Order was wrong and they couldn't change it. Clearly couldn't put customers first . Only wanted an order change and was trying to charge £20 . Never again poor service

Food always consistently good, we always have shish and chicken kebab. Delivery took just over an hour but the restaurant did set out that time after I placed the order so must have been super busy. Normally it only takes 25 mins tho.

Very rude, clearly wrote a comment which was ignored. When I called they refused to take responsibility and told me it was my own fault. Even when just eat called they still refused. Nice food 1st time I ordered but this time, I would never use again as whoever I spoke to was so very rude to me! Delivery came on time

Nice food just takes a while for delivery.

Portion was very small. The chips were stale too. Not impressed.

Asked for chilli sauce on my order...wasn't put on...chicken a little dry.

I ordered 2 kebabs to a pubs accommodation while visiting a friend. The order was expected to arrive at 00:00 but the guy showed up 25 min earlier than that while I was out having a cigarette. The whole pub was just refurbished 1 day before the grand opening. Aparently the delivery guy was banging on the pubs door while we was away for 7 mins and the manager wanted to call the police. Ofc the guy said he's waiting for 15 min and we tipped him. Later we checked the call log it was 7 mins from when he called to the time when we picked up the food. Bad service good timing good food. Pitty I had to write a bad review.

Came really quickly and I loved the lamb chops. They were absolutely delicious.

All though it tasted good they did get my order wrong. I wanted and ordered online chicken and shish kebab ended up with a doner and shish. If they got it right would have scored more 😊

Lovely fresh burgers packed full of sauce and salad

Have collected from here before and remembered it being good. Order 2 donner kebabs and chips tonight and arrived in about 10 minutes. Was very impressed. Their chips are top notch and their was a very very tasty kebab. The garlic sauce is some of the best I have tasted. Will order from here again next time I fancy a kebab.

Phoned as the delivery time had been extended. Said they would try to speed up for us, and arrived 25 minutes before the estimate. Great customer service.

What appalling customer service. My delivery arrived in good time, but it was missing a portion of chips. I phoned the shop asking if they can send the missing item and they said they were too busy and they would give me a free portion next time. I said I'm happy to wait up to an hour to get my missing item, but they refused and said it will effect other deliveries. They said the only thing they could do is give me a free portion next time. I then asked for a refund and they said you'll have to contact Just Eat. Totally unhelpful and not even an apology. Will not be returning.

Wont be ordering from these amateurs again forgot my chips so rang up and the idiot manning the phone couldnt understand the simplest of things had to keep repeating myself to be told they will talk to chef and ring me back.. 10 minutes later get a call and i definitely ordered chips but chef remembers putting them in but must be a mistake and will resend but will take some time.. why would i want chips an hour after i have finished my burger? Joke of a service

kebab was well made and it good quantities and chips were fresh and hot. Delivery was relatively quick for a Saturday night too! Cheers guys

The longest I have ever had to wait for a takeaway took over 90 minutes, will not be ordering from them again.

Disappointing. The order took well over an hour. Called to see what was going on and was told that I would need to phone just eat and ask for a refund, meanwhile the order arrives at the door while I'm on the phone.... hmm. Too much stress for a takeaway if you ask me. When food elarrived it was substandard. Falafel humus and pita came with only 4 small pieces of Falafel and the chicken dona was fatty even for a chicken dona. All in all it was not worth it and won't be ordering from here again.

Great kebab, best in the area by a long way

Wanted a Chicken shish wrap but got lamb, this was not specified? - chips were soggy, although collection time was good and quick.. definitely better in the area for the money

As always good quality and service. Used several times does what it says on the tin.

Asked for no salad in one of the wraps but all of them came with salad which consisted of mainly onions. Also no chilli sauce either. Usually very nice but disappointed on this occasion.

Need to add burger sauce to the kebab options for sauces 😉

Food was excellent as always. However we ordered it for a specific time, so that I could get home. The delivery turned up almost 30 mins early. Which in normal circumstances, I would like; But as I had to get home for it, I wasn't happy about it coming so early.
