!!!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Ordered a kids nugget meal as well as peri chicken, chicken was raw and chips super over cooked. Worst of all my 6 year old food was full of pepper, I called the restaurant and ask if they mistakenly added pepper to the kids meal, the guy who answered was extremely rude and defensive, suggesting I was blind and when I replied he continued to be rude and seer at me constantly. Terrible service , terrible food never ordering from here again!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

I got food poisoning from the chicken. DO NOT eat here. I spoke to my friends and all who said they've eaten here had the same experience. I read the reviews and ignored them. Please, for your sake, don't ignore mine.

Food is always great and the people that work there are always lovely. Today I ordered a burger and it was really nice, not chewy like you get in some places. I always love their Mac and cheese on Tuesday night. The picture is from my last order and everything was delicious

Food was late, but wasn't the restaurant or drivers fault, I have a lot of road works outside and near my house (which is causing a lot of traffic buildup). . But the driver was very apologetic, and friendly. The only reason I mentioned being late was to say the driver was very sorry. He even wished me a merry Christmas. Which was nice. Food was lovely! Arrived wrapped up and piping hot. Had half and half pizza, not greasy and very tasty, mozarella sticks and breaded chicken . Good size portions. I think I've found my new favorite pizza place. Have had some bad exleriences in the past with rude staff and poor quality of food but have started to use them again recently and has definately improved. Pizza is decent and reasonable price. Looks a lot cleaner too. Sometimes can still be hit or miss hence the 4*

Asked whether I like the chicken wings mild or hot. Specified mild. Bosman confirmed this. And then I was served ultra hot wings. Can’t even enjoy them there so overly hot. Chips are bang average. And so is the meat.

Food is really nice and the staff are friendly I'm always happy with the quality. My only small issue is with the delivery/ordering online for collection it's always late or not ready by the time you go to collect. Just make you sure you order in plenty of time and your not starving. Food is always hot and really tasty.

Ordered, waited 2 hours, called for an update he finally answered after an hour. The first time he hung up on me and the second time he told me to cancel the order so he wouldn't have to bother sending the food.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered through Uber eats an hour went by and still hadn’t received our food, when we called to ask how much longer the guy was so rude and kept saying he updated the delivery time on Uber and then hung up the phone! Avoid this place!

The garlic mushrooms didn’t taste of garlic and there didn’t seem to be any bbq sauce in the bbq chicken pizza, very dry and hard on the edge. Disappointed 😕

Ordered a delivery today, the pizza had a black hair within it. I called to speak to the manager who was extremely rude and stated “boss is not here, I can’t do anything with your order and to not call the restaurant again”. I have reported this concern to the council and I HIGHLY suggest to not order from this restaurant as the service and food is unhygienic and horrible!!!!

The pizza is not cooked…. And the Customer service is very very very bad… The needs to get more training about how to cook pizza… please Don’t buy pizza…from this shop…Rubbish…

My food was left on the door step which was ok. Except, the milkshake was left on its side and there was milkshake everywhere even though it was wrapped in cling film. Also, the cookie and cream milkshake basically tasted like milk. The edges of the garlic bread were a bit burnt.

Ordered the amore feast with extra pepperoni bearing in mind it comes with pepperoni on it we had a total of 9 slices. Pizza and corn on the cob were both cold and we live about 5 minutes away if that also got the wrong dips we asked for

Had numerous conversations then 2 days later found my food in my post box! Will never order from here again!!! Disgusting!!!

I ordered at 8:15pm, by 10pm we hadn’t received anything, no text update and no response when we called. I drove down to collect our order and waited an extra 10mins. We got some free sides but my order had the wrong toppings. It was just one guy on his own prepping and (I think) delivering!! The restaurant needs to employ more people, especially to cover busy Saturday nights. Opt for collection instead of delivery.

Lovely food, arrived on time with a smile and polite service.

Food arrived in good time but one of the pizzas was a small instead of the large we ordered. Not the best pizza I've eaten, it was dry, only luke warm when it arrived and didn't have all the ingredients of a meat feast, toppings were dry and burnt looking. Wedges weren't fresh tasting either. Still yet to find a decent pizza takeaway in the area.

Delivery driver was extremely rude and made me wait 5 minutes outside even though he said he was already here. Also made me come out and refused to come up even though I was isolating. Some of my food was cold, the pizza was very dry and the Mac and Cheese wasn't nice at all.

I ordered boneless chicken strips but got chicken on the bone. Not happy but as I'm unwell couldn't be bothered with the hassle of calling them

The food was over an hour late (after veing told.it wpuld be 45 to 55 minutes in the first place!) I had two very hungry and grouchy children who wanted their dinner! I called the restaurant 4 times and when i finally got through they said the order had just left. However we still waited another 30 mins for our order. The food wasnt very warm either when delivered and it the pizzas were ok but the chicken topping was very dry and the margarita pizza was burnt.

Late told me on more than once it would be with me within 5 minutes it was half ahour late not happy the restaurant is only a 5 minutes walk away and from ordering it was 2hours before I got my family's food not great

Despite leaving instructions not to knock on the door as would wake young children, delivery driver bashed on the door really loudly. Will never use them again.

Lovely pizzas every time, hot, tasty, not as greasy as other pizza places. It’s our go to pizza shop now.

Bad service and delivers the wrong pizza

I have ordered food though Uber Eats, 15 min later received the messages that it has been cancelled but I have been charged for the order as restaurant started preparing my food. When I called I was told that they tried to contact me plenty of times and I didn’t answer. The operator was extremely rude, raising his voice and constantly over talking me. Initially I was told I didn’t provide enough delivery details, then that the driver was waiting outside and I didn’t open the door. In the end he just hang up on me. Very poor customer service!!! Shame as food is nice.

Order was 20 mins late……. I called twice to be told ‘oh 5 mins’ driver called to say he was outside and refused to walk up a flight of stairs. Said he would get a parking ticket. I have had plenty of food deliveries and they have always managed to deliver. Won’t order from you again!

Horrible service, my food was never delivered! The driver stated they could not find my place and then I had to call the restaurant where they told me I had provided the wrong postcode which was not true at all! They kept me waiting on the phone and did not do anything to solve the problem, instead they just cancelled my order.

Food is lovely fast delivery but the last 2 orders they have forgotten the dips we have paid for.
