Delicious and friendly for all types of visits! Have been coming for around 3 years, staff are very friendly and a great place to bring the kids or come on a date or simply come for some time alone.

Delectable desserts! 🎉🎉🎉I ordered a biscoff cheesecake with a scoop of Ferrero ice cream. The cheesecake was perfect! Not too sweet. The filling was rich, thick and creamy and the biscoff topped it off nicely. The ice cream was very chocolaty. 🍫 The portion sizes were good too. The iced coffee was 🥰🎉

We came for a child's birthday party here. There was a large variety of food to try and the desserts were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The venue felt very spacious. We will be back again!

We frequently use Amore after meeting up. The service is great, and there is a welcoming feel fr the staff. We have a chocolate and cake normally two as they are so rich and tasty. It's difficult to choose a favourite sweet they are all good. It's a lovely place to take family or friends for ice cream as well.

They stopped doing vegan waffles and pancakes, will be going to indulge or treatz from now on.

Always pop by for a quick coffee and cake or dessert with the kids. Crepes are by far the best in the area, cannot fault service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Amore for the last 4 years. My kids love it. The service is great, and the ice creams are great. I’ve got to know the owner over the years, he’s very kind and takes cares of his customers.

Me and my partner have been eating at Amore for a while now and are always impressed particularly with the nachos they sell! The staff are always very friendly. The manger too is lovely and has exceptional customer service which is something we find a lot of places don’t have nowadays so it’s nice to see this. Even when we have had a few queries about the change in ingredients they have always listened to this feedback and done their best to make it the best they can and listen to the customers. Can’t fault this place and will continue to order from them. Would highly recommend :)

We have been ordering or eating st Amore for over 3 years now and have absolutely loved the cakes and desserts. However the past 2 experiences we have had has been nothing short of disgusting. Almost as if there was a change of management or chef Order the chocolate orange cake (absolutely loved it earlier) but I haven't tasted a drier cake than what I received in my last 2 visits. The chocolate fudge cake again the same quite dry from the inside. the waffle we ordered was undercooked It's a shame as we lived this place but now will think twice before going there

Really poor service, staff behaved like they hated interaction and generally being there. I Ordered a hot drink that arrived lukewarm. When I made a staff member aware of it she looked at me as though I had sworn at her.

I Order Nearly £40.00 Stuff with priority delivery by Uber Waiting for nearly 40min Restaurant Staff and Uber Driver was planning over the phone about my order First Uber driver cancel my order because restaurant took too long to prepared my order And next Driver said I m waiting for order for long I don’t know what kind of service they provided to customers

Went on a Friday night. Wasn’t that crowded. They do have street parking. We ordered the red velvet cheesecake and tiramisu. Both tasted really good. They do have a variety of different types of ice-creams and other desserts. Worth trying.

I and my daughter went into the shop and waited for being served. However, a staff behind the counter completely ignored us. She could not see us at all. After the staff left us for over a half an hour, we fed up with the shop and came out. What a helpful and friendly shop it was! I would never come back to the shop again.

Very bad experience. My churros which I ordered were over cooked. The lady I spoke to on the phone claimed it’s not their fault and blamed the driver, I guessed the driver cooked it on the back of his bike. I had to drive to the shop to prove this to them, and they then decided to change them. The second batch weren’t great and also found hair in the food. Utterly disgusted.

I would recommend this place for waffles, ice cream, and milkshakes, Try peanut butter shake and say no more 🥹😉 Not only the menu variety is great for all tastes but the quality is excellent indeed. Friendly staff.

Love this place and order online regularly mostly crepes. But not anymore as amore has pulled crepes from there online services uber, justeat, deliveroo why ?. So sad no more crepes so won't be ordering as much as before.

Decent deserts but staff couldn't have cared less for customers. Didn't bother looking up, saying hello or communicating with people walking through the door.

Since the crew has changed so has the quality. Ordered a Ferraro Roche milkshake but it doesn’t look or taste like one - have been drinking for years. Upon asking was told this is how these are made now - tasted more like vanilla ice cream blended with some chocolate sauce!!!

Customer service at this place leaves a lot to be desired. Sucking your teeth when asking for a receipt and then not smiling through the service of serving ice cream. Good manners do not cost anything and to be honest I will take my business elsewhere in the future from now. If you want to be treated with contempt and disgust then come to Amore and enjoy the bad service

I just ordered waffles through uber eats. Just received the order and it's cold and not cooked properly. I called them to complain and they said "its not possible". Do not order from here.

We come here quite frequently and I have tried many items from the menu including shakes, ice cream, waffles and cheese cakes. I’ve even ordered dessert via Deliveroo to my house when I was craving something sweet one evening. I’ve never been disappointed, all the desserts I’ve tried have been wonderful.

The waitress was unwelcome. I asked if there was a plug to charge my laptop they told me no! There is no plug to charge my laptop!

The most disgusting oreo cheesecake I've ever had. Messy presentation. Bad milkshakes. Called in and spoke to staff they made sure they will call me back for refund once the manager comes. Still haven't heard from them. Worst place for ordering.

The desserts although tasted good, were not amazing. The waffles which we ordered were not done properly and were a little underdone inside. We could feel the batter, which was quite upsetting. Also we wish the coffee and water that we got would've gotten to us before the food or whilst we were still eating, not after we finished which was the case.

Really friendly manager. Always helpful and politem the shakes are amazing..the vibe is nice and chilled. The gelatos and hot desserts are so rich and yummy!!

I have ordered and was a regular. Today my tiny piece of apple pie was broken - very expensive for a substandard product. So they lost a customer - they will care when the are forced to close! So be it - so it is!!!

Really poor ice cream quality. Tried the ferrero rocher(it was more like chocolate ice cream with nuts). Same goes for pistachio and apple crumble flavours.

Didn't expect a better service right from the word go! Wanted gelato for a function, owner recommended flavours and staff were excellent in servicing my requirements.

Wonderful experience celebrating my daughter’s birthday at Amore. We were a large group yet everything was handled wonderfully by the staff who were cheerful, polite and courteous. The food and the desserts were delicious-their ice cream is truly the best I’ve tasted. The restaurant is clean and an open kitchen and prep area is kept immaculate. I highly recommend Amore for a mid week treat or a large birthday party you won’t be disappointed

We had visited you yesterday as kids were excited to have their treats for Father’s Day but after looking long faces of staff especially female staff they were scared. No smiles at all . Looks like they been forcefully ask to work their. The European lady even didn’t bother to say hello while we just standing in front of her waiting our turn. she is the one who attitude made me write this review :( one of your male staff (with Father’s Day tie )helped us in taking order as he might notice us standing there. Orders came in different shifts after 25minutes even one order was only one scope of cone. And I had to go to desk to remind them . Overall food was ok but service is poor, :(

So sorry to say as far as Desserts goes has to be the worst place. Maybe it's a one off or how people like it. But for us definitely a disappointment. We ordered 3 things. Mocha: Usually this is a standard drink. It did look really nice. Very professional. But then the taste was really sickly bitter. Really over poweing. Yes it was without sugar, but that's how we usually order it. Cookie Dough and Ice-cream: Again looked picturesque but that's where it ended. What's that saying? Icing on the cake! Cookie dough was so sweet, it was umedible. Ice cream was ok, but we ordered raspberry sauce on top. What a mistake! No exaggeration but almost like eating raw sugar. Churros: The cinnamon and sugar topping was not there. No cinnamon taste but sickly and sugary. Enough to send your sugar levels high! Churros itself was dense and the oil it was cooked in tasted like the oil was reused. Hate to say in terms of taste, nothing positive to say. The 1 star is for the staff as they were courteous when we told them but were in denial that everyone else enjoyed it🤔 Definitely not worth the price they are expecting to pay for this. Not even worth giving it a second chance. Not in the same league as other Dessert places, not even the ambience.

The portion of pancakes used to be very big and nice. How is tiny. It's not worth the £10 you pay for it on deliverroo. Disappointed. Covid has really hit hard

First time here and such a fantastic experience! Food and service was fantastic! The churros are some of the best I have had locally, freakshake was wicked, waffle was cooked to perfection and the apple pie and custard was too good... Thank you so much Team Amore...

UPDATE!!! Went there today! Not soo busy which is good. Wide selection of ice cream, cakes, and waffles....the list is endless. My kids and I enjoyed this. Fast service. Nice and clean shop with very friendly staff. The only problem is finding parking. Overall fantastic for the family.

Nice food very tasty. Staff on this occasion weren't really interested or warm

The food was good but the customer service was very bad. The two waitresses had a lot of attitude towards us..no smiles just a look of almost hatred towards customers. I suggested at the end that they should try smiling more but their excuse was that they are pregnant. They were happy laughing and smiling at each other but as soon as was in contact with a customer their faces would almost purposely loose their smiles. I have to add it was not a look of tiredness. Manager. Please look at your CCTV and zoom in on their faces.

I really liked this cafe but I came across the really rude worker this time who really needs work on her attitude. My order was really bad quality too and I'm not sure why. Someone needs to investigate this.

I come here frequently for a scoop of one of the many flavours ice cream. My favourites are Strawberry, Cherry and the Malteser Chocolate. I've never yet tried the cakes but they look great. Just trying my first waffle - looks great!

*update* Will definitely not be returning after receiving a rude reply from the owner. Needs to spend more time on their ice-cream consistency & trying to improve then to spending time writing rude replies on Google! Thankfully there’s an alternative in Ruislip!! Icecream Flavours don’t have the taste they’re sold as! Went there pre pandemic and it was not bad, service was good. Went today, service still good but icecream very poor. Threw both tubs away because it either tasted like nothing or it felt like it was the wring texture. Won’t be returning!

We celebrated my son's 6th birthday at Amore where the kids decorated their own waffles and it was served with ice cream. The venue was ideal, and the service we received was superb. Bhaumik was extremely friendly, gave ideas around what they could offer and this made the planning straightforward and stress free. The kids loved indulging in Amore. We would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of doing something different for a celebration. Thank you Bhaumik and team.

Visited after a long time and was highly disappointed. The salted caramel ice cream texture was very grainy as if the ice cream is being stored at the wrong temperature. The malteser ice cream should be sold as chocolate flavoured as there is nothing malteser like in the flavour.

Very busy, good deserts choices

Been there,last night I just want to say big thank you to the blonde lady,although very busy she create delicious desserts, she it’s very professional and helpful and she know how to keep everyone happy. It can be a bit of waiting as they are very busy with delivery orders, but overall we had a good evening out with great desserts !

Ice cream is nice, crepes and waffles were a bit undercooked but still alright I guess, the blonde lady behind the counter was rather impolite but the rest of the staff was very professional and great. The shop is nice and clean.

Nice cozy place, plenty of choice

Went out with my friends for a catch up. Ended up waiting for over 40 mins with bad service, latte served cold, and savoury crepes that caused us a wrecked weekend with cramps and stomach pain! I have been to this place for dessert before but the last visit was totally disappointing. What can be worst, when I've called the cafe today to report my concern a member of staff actually disowned the fact that they even serve fries: when we had ordered curly fries, sweet potato chips, nachos and crepes. So essentially, I was called a liar! By the way, I have attached a screenshot of the menu from your website. I would suggest your staff be trained to know your menu and deal with valid concerns professionally. Never going back!

Absolutely perfect. Lovely place, extremely friendly staff, very clean and the food it’s very good. Definitely perfect for a night out, a date or just to have a perfect dessert. Every time when I am around I have to go inside. You simply cannot resist to the temptation.
