One of the very few authentic Italian restaurants in this part of UK. Came to Spalding on a business trip and my team ended up dining here consecutively for 3-4 days.

Took my mum to Amici for her birthday last weekend and had a fantastic meal. Service was brilliant. Only disappointment was the barolo wasn't available. Highly recommend

Me second trip to Amici and I have been desperate to get back to make sure the food really is as fabulous as I remembered. And guess what, it absolutely is!! Genuinely authentic Italian food cooked with care by a really passionate team. Went with my partner, Mum and son. We shared starters so we’re brought extra side plates and shared desserts so we’re brought extra spoons - all made so easy (and the portions are so generous that sharing makes sense). My main was from the Specials board - pasta with sausage, pancetta and broccoli rabe. Really savoury and delicious. This is going to be on the new permanent menu we were told and it should be. We also had a risotto, melanzane, and pasta with meatballs. Familiar dishes but nothing like the bland food of high street chains. We were at a corner table but were not forgotten - well looked after by attentive staff. I really love this place and highly recommend it.

First time I’ve been to Amici and I loved it. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Ivone is a lovely hostess and made us feel really welcomed. Food was delicious, kids loved it. It felt like being in Italy for a couple of hours. Will be definitely coming back.

possibly the best meal I've eaten in some time. I had the prawn gamberoni and the short rib special.....no disappointment whatsoever. Service was fantastic - exactly the right amount of attention. And the food came out perfect intervals AND was very good. See you again soon!

Not the first time we have been, and there's a reason for that! Extremely consistent food of a very high standard, very attentive and friendly staff, and fair prices. Can't really ask for more than that. On this occasion, a very special thank you to Ivan for fitting us in at late notice, as it was a last minute request from my Son who loves it here and with whom I don't often get to go out with - we had a brilliant evening. Note to everyone though - book in advance!

It's not the biggest restaurant you will ever visit but because of this, it could well be the better restaurant... The food was amazing, and the environment was cosy, making you feel doted upon by the staff who had the perfect amount of attentiveness. If you are looking for top-quality food, great service and an awesome environment for a easy win date night, then Amici's it is!

Our visit was- Excellent quality of food. Exceptional service and good understanding of consumer needs. Lovely to see a dressed table with tablecloths. A rarity! Our group was catered for well. Food was delicious. Only criticism was pork belly was dry and slightly overcooked. The cannoli, although delicious, was very hard and difficult to eat with a spoon. One member tried to cut into it and went a piece of it flying off the table. Otherwise everything was very nice. Service was good and attentive.

The food was amazing, especially the pizzas they do there. Prosciutto is also lovely. The service was quick and polite, how it should be, and the place was clean, smelled nice, and looked nice. This is how restaurants should be.

Food was unreal. Busy atomosphere which is great for drinks with friends/date night. Waitress/waiter staff very fast with collecting empty glasses/finished food! Asking if we needed anything else, very attentive. Will be back 🇮🇹🍝

A restaurant with a beautiful, warm atmosphere, very kind staff, good food.

Everything in regards to this restaurant is amazing. For starters, you can park beside it and depending on the hour you don’t need to pay for it. The menu is outstanding, it offers a wide range of options and they are happy to accommodate any personal request. Quality of the food is top notch, authentic Italian, however we’ve only been once so looking forward to try other options too. Staff was really polite and very accommodating. Now, it’s a bit more costly than the average place but only because it’s not an average quality of food, in other words, you get what you pay for, essentially.

We all had a wonderful meal and even though the restaurant was busy the attention and service that we required was really first class. I can thoroughly recommend the seafood spaghetti (sorry can’t recall the Italian !) A truly enjoyable evening with a great atmosphere, we will certainly be returning!!!!

Amici never disappoints. It’s our favourite restaurant and we always try to visit on my wife’s birthday which we did. The food service and ambiance second to none. Three courses plus extras in an hour and a half on a Saturday night and the chef coming into the dining room at the end of the service to speak to diners the final treat. Bravo to the Amici family you’ve excelled yourselves again.

My wife and I had dinner at Amici’s this evening to celebrate an anniversary. We chose Amici for the full vegan menu and we weren’t disappointed. The food was amazing, the service was top class and it was very reasonably priced. Such a pleasant surprise to find such an excellent restaurant packed full on a Saturday night. Always a pleasure to write a review for this restaurant. The food is amazing Ivan and his kitchen team are fantastic chefs. I would highly recommend the mussels to start and then the Steak which as always is cooked to perfection. The front of house team also do an amazing job and are very attentive and making sure your glasses are always full. You must make sure you book well in advance as this place is always full.

We have been eating here since it opened many years ago. The food and service was excellent as usual. The pasta dish was the best ever and the afragato is my favourite dessert. Thoroughly recommend anyone to dine here for an authentic Italian experience.

We are at there tonight. We thought it was Really good food. Also the service was great. Chef came out to check if we were happy which was nice. Slightly chilly in there but is was cold outside. We will be back again definitely. !!!!!!

This was our first rendezvous with Amici and a very pleasant one! I had been told by a barber I normally do my hair ( he regularly travels to Italy) that Amici serves real Italian food, after having a meal I can believe him in full. Service, room, decorations, lights, atmosphere and finally staff at the Top level. I don't think there will be a single person who could complain about anything really.

First time here.Great to have parking next to restaurant.Food is great and very generous portions for starters.If I had to pick fault our nibbles arrived with starters and service a bit slow although it was busy. It's also a bit noisy due to numerous of tables in a fairly small space. Worth it though for the food.

Great dinner here with work colleagues. The service was fabulous, the staff friendly and the food delicious.

Had another excellent dinner. I had the mussels to start with tasted so fresh and the tomato sauce was perfect. I had the fillet steak for my main course it was cooked to perfection and the knife just slipped through. The other 3 people in the party said there food was equally as delicious 2 of them having the lamb chops and 1 chicken. Would highly recommend this great restaurant with fresh food and good wine and all home cooked. We thoroughly enjoy ourselves everytime we go. Remember to book early as it is very popular.

Wow! What an amazing restaurant. Such a friendly atmosphere, Ivan and the team couldn’t have been better or done any more for us. We needed some help with the menu due to one of our party having some dietary requirements and let me tell you there isn’t an Italian restaurant that caters for this as much as Amici’s! I haven’t tasted food as good as this in a long time. Highly recommend the risotto, the gluten and dairy free option was amazing. If you want authentic Italian then get yourself booked in you won’t go home hungry and you’ll need more than one visit to try everything you fancy. See you soon guys.

My wife and I found this restaurant five years ago and we’ve been coming here as often as possible ever since. We are exceedingly happy to be able to take friends and family to different me at Amici’s. The food is authentic Italian run by a husband and wife and their family. There is always a lovely atmosphere and the food and hospitality are exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending Amici’s for small intimate dinners for two or special occasions that may be for larger numbers.

What a lovely restaurant the food was wonderful and the staff go out of there way to make your time there special we were there celebrating a friend's birthday.i would highly recommend this restaurant.

Great night food and lovely friendly service

Over the past 5 years i have visited this restaurant a good amount of times with both my fiancé and members of/my family. I hadn’t visited since 2021 so my fiancé and I decided to visit for my birthday today. Perfect evening. I started with the “meaty bruschetta” it was beautiful steak with cheese and honey mustard on bruschetta bread.. possibly the best starter I have ever had. Damn. I usually always have pizza. As I did tonight. Absolutely perfect… It’s the best pizza you’ll get in a restaurant in the UK. Tonight i shared half of my partners pasta with meatballs and it was beautiful. The sauce was so thick. Portions are great, just the right amount. I have never had a bad dish, let alone meal here. Also, the owner always comes around at the end of the night to speak briefly with each table, ensuring your meal was to expectations, which is so lovely. He’s a Valentino Rossi fan, which is also a bonus, and although I didn’t get to ask him about it today, he used to have a pretty awesome motorbike 😉 lovely family run restaurant. Cant recommend enough.

Hands down the best Italian food I’ve ever had. Service is always so friendly, atmosphere is really warm and food is impeccable. Really good value for money considering how high the standard of food is. Can tell everything is cooked fresh and is made from quality ingredients. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a date night or special occasion restaurant. Looking forward to going back already

I was pleasantly surprised to find a separate vegan menu with a huge section of vegan used dishes. I had the broccoli gnocchi, it was huge and baked to perfection. Even a little bowl of vegan Parmesan on the side ! The chocolate and cherry slice for desert came with both vegan ice cream and custard. I wasn’t drinking this evening, but the cocktails looked amazing coming out. The young waiter was so polite and focused. I was welcomed by a lovely lady. Wish I lived closer to this place !

This has to be one of the best if not THE best Italian restaurant in Lincolnshire. Situated in the Crescent SPALDING ..with car parking right next door.. The staff are so friendly and the food stunning! Our most recent meal was amazing …delicous! We love it…can’t wait to return

Looks a nice place , but staff appear to have no training, on the food or wine they serve, also burnt veg and soft belly of pork , and meatballs cut in half to look like more than there are and boring sauce in the pata dish too tastes like microwave dinner from supermarket will not go back ever ,

As a vegan, eating out has limited choices, often consisting of something very spicy, or a burger. However , I have to say, amici has surpassed all our expectations - so many options and for someone who enjoys quality food , I have to say, the vegan lasagne was the best lasagne I have ever tasted This has to be our favourite restaurant ever!

My husband said he wanted to have a good Italian meal on his birthday, so I did some research on line and came up with Amici, even though we live 23 miles away and hadn’t been before.The car park next door was very convenient, as my husband isn’t very able bodied. The staff were excellent and very attentive. Our shared starter of ciabatta with dips was delicious - such fresh flavours and I had rigatoni with smoked salmon etc, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Husband had rigatoni carbonara. Both delicious. Hardly any room for pudding but my husband can’t resist an affogata, which he said was perfect. If I have any complaint, it was that as the restaurant filled up, it became very noisy and it was difficult to converse. The tables are quite close together and it was a Friday night, so it quickly filled up completely. You do need to book! This restaurant is quite rightly popular and we would certainly visit again.

My family and I went there last night 11/08 to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday, and also for my birthday next week, we all had a fabulous meal, food was fantastic and also 2 fussy young eaters enjoyed. Thank you one and all, we look forward to the next time.

We ate in this restaurant recently, there were 7 of us, the food is excellent, however it is definitely overpriced a fillet steak is £27 and comes with three onion rings if you want fries these are extra.... The other issue we had was we arrived at 19.20 for our 19.30 booking, sat down right away which was great, we then waited 30 mins for drinks, then another 30 mins for starters, our mains came out at 21.20, our puddings came out at 22.00 we left around 22.30. 3 hours from start to finish is way too long in my opinion 2 hours for any meal should be perfectly adequate. A couple came in after us, they had their starters and mains and had left before we received our main course!!! Overall good quality food, incredibly overpriced, unnecessarily long wait times if there is a group of you.

We were in the area so used Google maps to find a good restaurant, phoned up to see if there were any free tables and they did. It was well busy which was a good sign the reviews must be right, service was a little slow but the guys were flat out so to be expected. The food was lovely well done guys.

Came here as a group of 5 (2 adults and 3 fussy eater kids) for a 14th birthday 🎂. Really good tasty food. Very friendly service, great to talk to the chef as well. We will definitely be coming back here again.

One of the best restaurants we have been to. The vegan menu has lots of options and the ones we chose were delicious! We 100% recommend the lasagne! Service was fast and the staff were so accomodating. Portions were huge too (especially the lasagne). We will definitely be back!

We went on the first night of our stay in Spalding and returned for the next night. Excellent meal and service.

Popped in without a reservation on the evening of the resurrected tulip parade. A table was found for us. Thank you. We had three courses and a pint of peroni each. The polpette was ace. All super reasonably priced. A gem of a family restaurant.

Every course for all six diners was superb. We were not expecting such fabulous food at 6 o'clock on a Thursday evening in Spalding. We will be returning for special occasions in the future.

We all had a great meal tonight. My wife had the pork belly which she loved and kept saying during the meal how delicious it was. Mother had the lemon sole she says it was the best she's had in a long time. The fish was cooked perfectly and for a woman of 86 who has ate a lot of lemon sole was quite some praise. A friendly family restaurant , Ivan the chef/owner took the time to visit the table and chat to us, the waitresses were all super friendly with smiles on their faces. Top marks for service, food and a great atmosphere. Next time we visit Spalding we will be going back to have another enjoyable evening. Maybe we will see you there!

My husband and I were here on Wednesday 22nd of March for the first time and we were so impressed with everything, the food was first class and we ended up eating more than we usually do 😋 it was so delicious and as my husband is disabled the staff were so friendly and helpful.
