The food, service and the price were really good. The girl did her best possible service. Tasted fine. Ordered a half grill chicken, fried rice, naan and a chicken madras

Asked for food medium spice level, however, food was way too spicey! Service was terrible, had to keep asking for food, which was ordered but hadn't arrived, asked for cutlery and glasses on numerous occasions..... not good!

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, I ordered a Lamb Biryani and Keema Karahi, and my gosh was it lovely. Tasted great and very authentic, will be visiting again soon.

Amazing authentic Pakistani food, chai was perfect. Decor and service were fantastic too.

Food price has raised too much , portion has got smaller too The most disappointing thing is they do not serve tap water . Their excuses were tap water is too dirty to serve . What the????? Food average . Will not come back again.

I have been visiting them for a number of years. At some point, this was my daily dinner place. Great food and friendly atmosphere.

We had food from Al Fairoz yesterday and had a very bad experience. The four of us had dinner there, and all of us got food poisoning. We noticed some red flags regarding the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant when the plates were served to us; one of the plates was unwashed and had food remains on it. They changed the plates when we pointed this out. I am attaching a photo for reference. Avoid this restaurant if you have concerns about your health.

It's amazing place with a lot of Asian food especially from Pakistan the workers are easily to communicate and most importantly all get fresh food because they make all the food fresh from back to front

I visited their 1st time for Dinner. Great atmosphere, delicious food, Service was really good and staff very friendly. I'll definitely visit again to this place. 💯 % Recommend.

Absolutely disgusting service. One hour and 30 minutes and food to come and I’m sitting with children.Can’t get tap water, just shocking service. No apologies at all. One waitress running the entire restaurant. Poor girl. Should be shut down. Never again.

I was visiting some friends in Northampton, so we went here for a meal. The food is decent but there’s improvements which can be made. We opted for the mixed grill. The doner kebab had the right it salt-to-fat ratio but some of the other items could’ve been improved. The chicken / lamb tikka was good but abit on the overcooked side. Grilled chicken was nice but it could’ve been marinated better. Decor and overall ambience was nice. The service was excellent and the lady that served us was attentive to our needs. Overall, a decent restaurant which could be even better if they improve/tweak some of their food recipes.

.well went back yesterday 17.10.23 at noon very disappointing food was old not fresh, when we walked in there was a distinct smell of gone off meat but we were told it was the fish tank that should have been a warning and we should of left but because we had a good time last time we stayed what a massive mistake service was bad food gave us an upset tummy will not be back sad as was a good place standard's have dropped.

Drove to Northampton for business trip. Stopped at this restaurant on main. Parking nearby. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with umbrellas and filles with colours 😍 We went inside and seated. Staff came over and handed menu. The atmosphere is family friendly. So we ordered Grill chicken and chips. Lamb Vindaloo and 2 x naan. 2 x drinks. Food came within 20 mins. It was hot and tasty. Decent portion size and i was happy and will highly recommend this place to everyone.

Disgraceful. Bought Haleem. It was cooked on spot in front of me in 20 mins which in itself tells you the restaurant has no clue how to cook haleem. They put in a can of chickpeas into the haleem in front of me. There were tons of chopped onions mixed in. OMG, even a kid could cook better than what I was given. Wouldn't buy snything again from here even if the restaurant paid me!

THE STAFF ARE SO RUDE . They did not get my order correct so I took it back and I was threatened . I call police and the gentleman was arrested and taken away . They need to respect customers or they might as well close down simple

Overpriced. Food is so so. It used to be good, but not anymore. Recently, I ordered a too good to go bag. And they gave me a tiny one. Just didn't justify the price.

We brought a mixed grill and it was completely burned. Plus the naan breads were all mixed in one packet with all the different flavours ordered. I will not be returning anymore

We visit first time after refurbishing. The place absolutelly nice and warm. Tables and seats enought for a family. We loved the pictures on the wall and umbrellas on the top. Inside smell a bit smoke but we love it :) Food: best peri-peri and curry dishes in the town Salad and the sauces amazing before the main. Dishes are freshly made, naans are hot and fresh. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

My go to place whenever I get cravings for Indian, mughlai food. The food is delicious and they adjust the spice levels as per your liking. The staff is friendly and the location is the central town center

Food is always good, only reason for 3 star is they don’t give jug of water or tap water with glasses, I mean which restaurant say no to water ? And they will make you pay £1.49 for 500ml water bottle which will cost them only around 20p. And the funny part is when I asked the cashier that why don’t they provide water ? He replied “Don’t know” and he mention manager said “No”. Really ?

Avoid avoid avoid. Third class food and 5 star hotel prices. Absolutely disgusting and taste less food. Rude staff and very bad customer service. If you complain about the food they get more rude with you and things get worst in term of service. Very dirty place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and I would definitely never go there ever again.

Pakistani restaurant, we ordered karhai and it was very good. The menu seems very good. If we go to northampton next time, it will be a definite visit to taste more cuisines

Love there food. Place is little busy usually, but I Do give them a call with the order sometimes so the food is ready by the time I will get seated, or I just order a take away from there and collect. Which usually is ready in 15 to 20 mins. Try their grill food and u will love it. If you don't eat that spicy, tell them before hand otherwise it could be very spicy.

I had lamb biryani. It is really good and full of spices. I also had lamb tikka before, so if you are bit sensitive with the spices go for lamb tikka with rice pilau.

I always try the lamb biriyani from the place. I love the flavor aroma everything. The biriyani tastes so good. This place serves one of the best lamb biriyanis in town. Never tried any other biriyani though as I always fall for the LB

I’ve been coming here for 2 weeks and ordered many foods like Chicken Vindaloo with tandori naan, chicken Biryani, lamb biryani and vegetarian foods like Paneer jalfrazi, tadka daal and many more. I ate many of them and it was absolutely delicious. You only have to wait 10 mins and your orders ready. You must try Al Fairoz. They will offer you spicy, non spicy and the food of choice.

Best kashmir tea n biryani rice. Sheek kabab was really good

If you enjoy Pakistani cuisine then Al-Fairoz Kebabish will not disappoint. We read some reviews and arrived to be welcomed to our seats by pleasant staff. We ordered a mix donner and Lamb Karahi with Rogni, chilli naan and Tandoori roti. We had to wait a bit but when we told staff that we were quite hungry the food arrived within 5 minutes. The donner kebab and chips were just what they always are but the karahi was pretty good. The roghni naan could have been improved but I'd say all 3 breads were alright. Uploading photos as the decor is different and my favorite backdrop was the board that said: 'Life is so daal without you' and 'Janni where's my biryani' -Jaani means 'beloved'. Just made my night.

Very good food but every time I order they add ingredients that i don't want in my curry, or they forget to bring certain things.

I had a Nihari and tarka dal for main course both very super yummy... staff was helpful and cheerful. Ended up getting more food to bring home for later.

The dishes I love most at Al Fairoz is their Nihari and Mixed Grill .. but they shouldn’t mean I don’t like the rest :-). Worth an hour’s drive from Oxford.

Owners are lovely, they’re always welcoming and have smiles on their faces. Bit slow on the wait for food though. Would recommend to get new waiters for service as the two guys are always forgetting some of your order.

Always I ate Desi Murgh in their restaurant and very delicious and due to previous experience Yesterday I ordered Dasi Murgh for emergency party. They charge for Desi murgh but give very ordinary chicken karahi and smell was coming from few pieces as well. I was so shamed infront of my guest. And decided never to order for take away.

I guess with the new updated look the food is gone down the drain . The special biryani no longer special , the grilled food dry and rubbery . They no longer use enough spice and flavour . Northampton desperately needs another place for pakistani food, as kebabish is no longer filling the gap , over priced and disgusting .

Authentic cuisine and good options; food was good with good portions; it's usually crowded so be prepared for a queue.

Amazing food. Our first discovery since we moved to Northampton, and we have not wavered. We have tried haleem, dal gosht, chicken karahi, fish curry, mutton biryani and plenty more and every dish is superb. Finding a seat can be tricky, but guess its busy because its so good. Helps that we live nearby and can count on Al Fairoz to give us atleast one great meal a week.

Okay for first time explorers, but if you are used to food from Indian subcontinent, then you might be disappointed. Been there 2 times, the food experience during the second visit was not good even though there were hardly any customers.
