The Hoagies are dynamite.. very friendly staff and speedy service... would highly recommend. 👍🏻 If you are looking for a quick fix of Fast Food... this is the place... I'd recommend Hoagies... they are Ace and Quality after a sesh... please be nice and polite to staff because they are cracking. 😁👍🏻

Terrible place. So rude! Will never go again, food was disgusting and gave me the wrong order and REFUSED to refund me. DO NOT eat from here

Awful service and attitude. Ordered meal on their App and was sent a email confirming the order that would be ready asap. Went to collect later and they denied all knowledge of the order despite me showing them the confirmation. Then stated it would be ready in 20min. 40min later it was then brought to the counter and when i complained about the service I was told if I didn’t like it to go elsewhere. ABSOLUTELY disgusting service and attitude. To top it all had to rush to the toilet when i woke up!!

Set meal for 2..all food was cold..heat it up..was ok

Firstly only got half the order, driver called to confirm, said pizza would be sent via another driver. pizza was delivered, but was A not the pizza crust I ordered (ordered stuffed crust but got n normal base) and B wasn't the toppings ordered (ordered chicken and sweetcorn, only received cheese) I get the order was placed late, but if the service cannot be produced it shouldn't be open so late.

Sooooo disappointed with this tonight. We order from Aladdins at least once a week, and the past 2 times have had stuff missing, you phone up and they said ‘replacement has just left the shop and will be with you’ yet I’m still sat here over 2 hours later without it, and still never received it. Shocking service and will now be looking for another takeaway.

Curry was extremely bland which is unusual as I always get from here so hopefully was one off . the naan was very chewy . Chips were good tho

I reviewed this last night on Christmas Eve about a mistake on my order on which I only received half my food. This afternoon though the shops manager personally called the house with an apology and offered a free meal to compensate for the mistake. I want to thank you for him for this and as I said in my original review that I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and I fully accept his apology as I think this is exceptional customer service by him. The food from here is always good as is usually the service - one bad experience for myself shouldn’t spoil my view of this business and God willing I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

This is the first time food arrived cold had to bin the chips and cheese. Paid for extra topping on pizza it never got it. Disappointed as its not cheap

Waited an hour and a half to be told that my order hadn’t been started yet even though the app said it was out for delivery. Was expecting a refund but only got delivery fee refunded.

I was really disappointed with our munchy box tonight. It was luke warm when it arrived but we were so hungry we just ate it because it would have taken too long to get a replacement. And, despite saying in the note for restaurant “no mushroom pakora please” there was actually more mushroom pakora than vegetable pakora tonight. We order from Aladdin’s frequently and look forward to it arriving, but tonight that’s been spoiled with a bad meal and we probably won’t order again for the foreseeable future 😪

Food was excellent but my delivery took very long. I called the restaurant and they apologised and explained it was due to high demand.

It wasnt worth the money it was very poor I paid 25 pound and it was a shambles its suppose to be a grill box there was hardly any meat init it was all filled with chips the sauce was poured all over it very redicouls definitely wont be ordering from there again !!!

Missing items , ordered vegetarian calzone ( stated in description vegetarian kebab) No vegetarian kebab meat just a calzone full of veg , cost the same as a ordinary calzone with meat?

Always get great food from here, the restaurant are happy to swap out pizza toppings when asked and they delivery drivers are pleasant :) Can’t fault the place!

I'll be honest I ordered this food very late (or early...hours of the morning), I fell asleep and woke up 2 hours later to see it still outside my front door. I didn't have a microwave or oven where i was staying for the night and I tell you what this food was still incredible! I demolished it whilst it was stone cold so can't imagine what it's like when it's fresh, I bet it's even better

Didn't get my drink when my order came

3 times now I have ordered their "delight" pizza which is advertised as having a garlic butter base however 3 times it has arrived with no garlic butter and covered in tomato based pizza sauce which I can not eat. Maybe they need to update the ingredients list in this pizza on their menu if they don't or can't have garlic butter on the base as advertised. Just eat have the cheek to give me a 5pounds refund when that doesn't even cover half the pizza.

Fab tasting pizzas not the done pizza I was expecting it was chicken but it was nice x

Was very disappointed with the order I had placed. I asked for the grill box and at £16.95, I expected a whole lot more than x2 bits of Shish and x2 bits of chicken alongside a handful of doner meat. The box was a 10” pizza box and half of it was comprised of fries. Whilst the other the meat. Large nan, no salad. Food quality was okay. Order arrived late although was notified. Not happy with the contents to say the least.

My wife ordered food last night. 1 small pizza 1 medium pizza 1 portion of chips I’ve just looked at the bill. Over £34. Are you having a laugh??? How on earth can you charge this amount of money for so little food? You are well overpriced. Feel totally ripped off Who in gods earth charges over £7 for 3 toppings? Total rip off!!!!!!!!!!!

They actually delivered the food I ordered- hot and earlier than their estimate. This simple fact somehow always manages to prejudice me towards giving a favourable review....Never any trouble from small independent local businesses. Speedy delivery, good service, but the pizzas were NOT Deep Pan like requested which was hugely disappointing. For the cost there should be no error when it comes to that

No inaccuracies with order and was delivered on time. On this occasion the food quality wasn’t great. The chicken and vegetable pakora was dry while I was nearly eating the bottom of the box at the other side where the chips and salad was. A shame, first time I have ordered the munchie box from this place as I usually have the pizzas which are delicious.

Having spend approximately 90 pounds a month give or take I can confirm this mob are usually amazing. However, my order was incorrect. I hate it when sauce is missing, basically ruins something that requires sauce…. Not great from these guys and I feel they do amazing food but can’t help sense a bit of complacency with my regular custom.

If takeaways were awarded mitchelin stars Aladdin would have 3. This was the best takeaway I've ever had (I hadn't been drinking alcohol). One could tell the ingredients were fresh and of good quality and the fragrant flavours were combined to perfection - it was definitely cooked by a professional chef. I had lamb burryani & garlic naan; the lamb tasted grass-fed organic and was really succulent and everything was simply delicious. VERY generous portions too. The delivery driver was also really lovely, thank you.

Hoghee tasted great and was delivered much quicker than estimated. I have had a few meals out of Aladin's and have not been disappointed.

I ordered pizza deal 1. The pizza was a amazing! the chips and garlic bread were a bit soggy, I would suggest piercing a hole in the container in the future to prevent this.

Good Quality food and delivery was done while food was very hot no need to reheat.

Food arrived 20 minutes late which would have been ok usually but the food was cold and the driver had forgotten to give me my bottle of juice, when I called the shop I had to repeat my address 4 times to which they said the driver will drop it off, 20 minutes later there was a chap at the door. There wasn’t even an apology or anything not a word was given from the driver. Have to say the food was not worth the wait in the end. Cold pizza, cold undercooked chips, overcooked pakora & soggy garlic bread! Not in the habit of leaving reviews but as this is now the 3rd time in a row our food has been rank feel it’s appropriate, we will not be ordering again

The quality of the food was OK… which summons up the whole experience. Yes the order was early on the morning but that shouldn’t really matter. Simple stuff really like if you order a burger with ketup it should be on the burger. There was other little bits as well

Absolutely fantastic food and timing was the best

£45 for 2 large pizzas and 2 pakora, usually love alladins but the pizzas weren’t large at all and the chicken pakora was 20% chicken and 80% batter? Just not worth the money in my opinion.

Large mixed kebab had no shish. Hardly any meat. Mostly salad that cost an extra 80p. Very poor. Very disappointed.

Great food, great delivery, so much more reliable than the big franchise McDonalds. When Aladin confirms, they deliver. Excellent service. Love their food, prefer their pizzas to dominoes, plus only pay half the price dominoes charges. Top notch, best in Dumbarton, best in Glasgow, best in Scotland, best in the UK....best in the world. Long time customer and not once disappointed.

Hi I have 2 small dogs & dispute having a sign on my gate for everyone entering stating to please close the gate & your delivery guy just plain ignored this sign & in doing so my 10yr old daughter was almost hit by a car chasing our dogs down the street to get them back into our garden so can you please inform your delivery drivers that this sign has to be taken notice off & not just ignored as I have also reported this incident to the police as like I said my 10yr old daughter was almost hit by a car due to your delivery drivers ignorance? 🤬 Thank you. 😡

Ordered chips and donner meat it came with about 10 bits of meat if lucky, it was rock solid and freezing cold. Will not be ordering anything from here again. Disappointed
