Ordered pizza twice and was raw twice my chicken kebab was sour taste like the garlic mayo was old was food position next view hour

Great food but looks run down outside.

I ordered for delivery to our caravan, come right to our door and was absolutely amazing. Could not fault the food and if we come to primrose valley again I will 100% order again. Much cheaper than food on site (even with del fee), you get much much more for price and they even do deals for multiple people. myself and my partner got a calzone and pizza.

Been using for about 8 years only issue is delivery during busy caravan season

Ordered a takeaway last night, was told it could take 70mins to arrive. 85minutes later it arrived. Pizza was cold, nice base but it really wasn't good. Sorry folks but I won't be coming back. I would have complained last night but as we had waited so long I just gave up £10 wasted.

Fantastic Burgers especially the Alabama Burger 1/2 llb er

Absolute nightmare of a place. Rang up and placed order for collection. Turned up half hour later and they hadn't even started so had to give order again. Came back fifteen mins later they still hadn't started!!! Gave the order for the third time and they still got it wrong!! Pizza was 10 inch but paid for 12 inch and the pizza was wrong!! How hard can it be to write an order down and make it? Can't speak English either. Might aswel throw towel in lads.

Very helpfull young lady on the phone. Food was delivered straight to our caravan was value for money and food was piping hot 🔥 will be ordering next year when we visit many thanks

The worsed pizza ive ever had was ment to be spicy beef no spice beef tasted of ther was no tomato under cheese dint not taste of enything never order from here plz

Ordered at 9pm and after 3 phone calls wondering where our order was we got it at 10.40pm. The chips were like rubber but the meats were good.

Fed me my missus & our 7 kids' decent pricing and great food.

We were staying at Primrose Valley, got a leaflet hand delivered, so thought we’d give it a try, I wish we hadn’t. We ordered 2 kebabs and a large portion of cheesy chips. Firstly, the chips were a really poor portion size, and barely had any cheese (the picture does them more justice than they deserve) The doner kebab tasted like cardboard, and the pitta was hard and tasteless. Really disappointed that we waisted £18 here. Wouldn’t recommend at all!! We have binned the takeaway flyer so the next holiday makers after us can avoid wasting their money.

I will give 5 star for atmosphere as its a take away and won't slate that. Food was horrid got it when I came to filey on holiday. Missed the drinks even tho got told there were in the bag. Chips soggy and cold. Just the whole food in generally not nice. Might Have been a one off and busy but still

Visited 5 times now and been great. Had chicken kebab, pizza and burger. All well cooked and tasty. Had a delivery to camp site too. Recommended.

Here on holiday. Ordered twice. Had to wait almost 2 hours for 1st order (they said 1.5 hour wait which was fine but ended up just over 2 hours). Didn't bring my child's chicken wrap on delivery so she had to wait over another hour for that. Also we asked for plain mayo on one part of the order but didnt get that either(3.5hrs for a child's tea 😪, also missed out 2 extra pitta breads we ordered to go with our kebabs so we had eaten those before they came an hour later with the wraps). Ordered again tonight. Didn't get plain mayo again even though was told again that it was no problem. Ordered 2 cheesey chips but got 1cheesey and 1 curley fries. Apart from that the chicken kebab is the best we have ever had, the salad is lovely and the garlic sauce is beautiful. The food is 10 out of 10, but the staff need to get the orders right. This place could be 100% if that was done. The delivery driver has been the same both times and he was great too. Such a shame that errors taking the orders let you down. Hopefully you can improve on this and be as excellent as you should be as your food is so good.

Ordered food for delivery. Overall hour wait and they didn't deliver 2 persons order. Wrang back and said it woukd be upto another hour fir the rest of the food. Disgusting service. Burger was soggy, pizza was ok. Lasagne didn't come. Chicken burger didn't come

Got a 12in meatfeast pizza and chips, pizza was just pepperoni. Chips were salty and soggy. 13quid for a absolute rank meal. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Would give zero if allowed.

The chicken burgers were lovely so was the 1/4 pounder cheese burger & my 2 yr old had the kids chicken nugget meal & loved it, great value, lovely staff & the 4 meals were under £20

Tasteless cardboard at best. I should have listened to the other comments, it really must take alot of effort to consistently make pizza's this bad.

Decent pizza, not like Italian of course, but taste amazing, right quantity of topping perfect base and probably it is not for the English taste 🤣, they actually have flavor, not spice! If you are an open minded English or a foreigner will love it

Took forever for food as walked in and waited asked what took so long and mixed kebab was fresh it came hard and tasting of cardboard was definitely not fresh never again.

Ordered a garlic bread with mushrooms and onion and 2 pepperoni pizza.now if you want to eat greasy cardboard go here.Even the kids left it

You have to decide yourself realistically. I had read good and poor reviews but still thought go for it. My views where the order was exactly as ordered very reasonably priced excellent quantity and quality plus speedyly delivery to the Primrose Valley Haven Park.

Very bad restaurant, I regret it. Unripe chicken shish I got poisoned because of this restaurant. It was a very terrifying experience🥵

Ordered to primrose valley caravan park. Food was ok, but not amazing. Order came hot and arrived around the time they quoted on the phone.

Really tasty food great price only thing is when we got our food it was luke warm (but we are on a holiday park so would say we weren't first delivery) would deffo use again

This place is a total waste of time. Only half of order arrived they said it would be straight out 2 hours and numerous calls later nothing! Then they stopped answering calls. Avoid at all cost!

Pointless even trying to call. Do not call. Got menu on my caravan earlier today. Said deliveries till 12. called at half 10 repeatedly for 7 hungry kids. Ended up getting hung up on. Ignored. Having seen a number of very poor reviews we ordered our pizza and fries with some trepidation. However, the food was delivered to our apartment at The Bay within the hour quoted. The pizza was well loaded and tasted freshly made as did the curly fries. Good value as well.

Terrible Pizza. Hawaiian tasted like pure fat. Would not recommend. Pepperoni TBF was ok ish. Best part was the prices were up on a massive menu, then after ordering a small paper menu was produced with higher ( not by much ) prices displayed.

Please don't ever use this Takeaway. Food ordered at 6 for delivery at 9:30 and it arrived at 6:45. Told the driver what time we had ordered it for and he returned to the shop. I contacted the shop and was promised a fresh meal would be delivered for 9:30. Food arrived at 10:00 only to be the wrong order and everything was stone cold. Contacted the shop and found them very unhelpful and ignorant. We ended up with no food and payed £19 for the pleasure. Will never ever use this outlet again.

Great food, possibly the best Parmo I've ever had, kebab was also nice as were the pizzas! Shop looked clean and had a good hygiene rating, and all the staff were polite and friendly! Will order from these guys again next time I'm up that way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Looking for a quick meal I ordered a 14 inch pizza for me & my daughter and a side salad. The pizza was ok not the best I’ve ever had or the worst but the side salad was just awful! Loads of big pieces of onions, red cabbage, green pepper and something else - not the kind of salad I was expecting! Should’ve just bought salad from Tesco next door.

As usual hot tastey food delivered earlier than expected which was great considering I ordered peak time on a Saturday evening and once again cooked my pizza well done as asked for, thanks guys x

Bought a chicken burger meal, Meal came with no drinks. There wasn't any sauce or salad on burgers dry. Poor customer service.

Estimated arrival time was 45 minutes. After waiting 1hr 15 I called to get an update. After a chat between themselves they told me it had been left in the back of the car by the delivery driver. Said it should still be warm so agreed to have it delivered. It was luke warm/cold when it arrived, and soggy. Called back, chatted between themselves, said they'd call back. 5 mins later they called back and asked me what the problem was...(seriously?). Explained, and they wouldn't give me a refund. Told me I needed to speak to Food Hub (an affiliate like Just Eat), but I ordered direct. No refund and no food = sad person.

Food arrived in good time and was hot and tasty, delivery driver was polite and apologised for the delay in getting our order. Now for the bad bit.. the 2 portions of chips that were ordered and paid for were missing. I called straight away and was informed they would be sent in the next 10 mins. 3 hours later, no chips!! Totally let down by false promises, which is a shame as would have given a 5 star review.

I could not comment about the food as this time it never arrived.Having worked for the past 8 days I needed a break from cooking along with my wife... Ordered pepperoni pizza got a parmesan instead which my daughter couldn't understand what it was..she took a bite said it was awful..also Ordered two mixed kebabs chicken like rubber donner meat not much better..pitta bread burnt never going to order from here again dont no how its still in business

Good ordering, quick and flexible delivery to our caravan park. Good communication. The mixed kebab was good and not too greasy but salad minimal (no tomatoes!!) . My hubby ordered just chicken and chips which was bland, a bit overdone and nothing special. The biggest horror find was when he found not just a hair but a big bit of clumped up matted long hair on his chicken. Our meal stopped there and went in the bin as it was as you can imagine it was mega off putting. No idea why this wasn't spotted. We didn't call to complain so no idea how this would be rectified as we were only staying for couple of days and it was later in the evening. Disappointing to say the least.

Good service, friendly. Quick delivery. Nice kebabs, pizza OK, crust could be better, ask for well done to. I saw this in a earlier review, he was right. Plenty of toppings. Special kebab was very nice, cabbage salad n sauces, with pitta bread, would be better on a nice flat bread.

Would not even rate 1 star before eating. 3 hours of waiting and the waiting time we were given a 1 hour and 48 minutes for it to be delivered we had two diabetics waitin on a hypo for the food to be delivered. Appalling

One star is way too high for this service and that is before we even eat this food. After 3 hours of waiting for this food to arrive even though it said 1hr and 45mins. While there was 2 diabetic waiting upon this food, blood sugars dropping several times. The shop wouldn't even response to our phone calls, had to use someone else's for them to answer. The food is freezing upon arrival. Absolutely disgusting stay away from this establishment.

We consider ourselves quite picky with pizza. We have used Alabama for 2yrs and love their food. One thing doesn't suit another, but take no notice of bad feedback. We find food good , polite service, and prompt delivery.

Tried to place on order the past couple of weekends and everytime you call it says user is busy. When you finally get a call that goes through it rings and rings and no-one bothers to pick up until you eventually get cut off and the whole process starts again. You never end up getting through. Save your time, don't waste you're night by trying to call, just go somewhere else.

Enjoyed my kebab very good my kids enjoyed their pizza on our first night in filey so decided to order again.come on guys if I order a mushroom pizza put some mushrooms on it one mushroom per slice :( come on .

Terrible service and cold food. Ordered tonight 2 calzones, onion rings and curly fries with cheese. Order came after 2 hours from placing it only to be greeted with a rude driver who handed us stone cold food. Cheese was missing off the curly fries so rang up complained and they sent out a bottle of pepsi and curly fries without cheese no calzones. Called again and guy I spoke to didn't seem to care about the quality of the food he was sending out. Will not order from here again and I urge anyone to avoid this place.

Worst fried chicken I have ever had. Overcooked and burnt. Chicken Wrap was also awful, Even though I was their first customer of the day it definitely wasn't fresh. Definitely not worth trying.

Well what can I say that was absolutely diabolical and a complete waste of money all of the food was freezing cold the pizzas looked like they had gone 10 rounds with Tyson fury and lost and the chicken was more salty than the north sea. So looks like I best get in the kitchen and cook 😡😡😡😡

my son jamal was NOT happy. we paid 80 pound for a box of finest chicken selects. I was in tears is all I can say. there was not enough seasoning and felt dry. my lips are flaking. 1/10 would not do again. im a poet and I don't even know it lol.

Best pizza I've had all year, I asked for it to be super well done as I Hate a sloppy base and they didn't disappoint, everything was perfect, even tho my pepperoni and pineapple combo might have been weird for some it was perfection for me, I usually leave a slice or two but not tonite, thankyou alabama for listening to your customers, not many businesses do that, 5 stars well deserved

Vile £9 for a special kebab and there was a fly in it ! Absolutely disgusting! Spent £30 to chuck it all away ! Rung the takeaway and they was rude ! Said they send another kebab ! No thank you ! Place should be shut down ! Owners need locking up ! Should not be aloud to trade ! Dirty place to eat ! Never again ! Try somewhere else cos this place is horrible !

Tried whilst staying at Blue Dolphin. We had a takeaway from another near by takeaway earlier in our stay that was beyond horrific - Alabama changed our opinion that Yorkshire made manky food. It was amazing value for money, super tasty and ready for collection. Will definitely try again if staying near by!

Ordered a takeaway for £33, 3 hours ago. I was told the wait was 1 hour. Nothing arrived. I have phoned back 81 times with the phone either being hung up, engaged or not answering. They have wasted a night of our family holiday. Please do not waste your money or time ordering from this Takeaway. Appalling service!

Lady who took the order very helpful and friendly, we were staying at primrose valley, ordered the food and before we knew, there was a guy walking up to the caravan. Never had such a laugh with the delivery driver, he was quite friendliest guy you would wish to meet. Perfect pizza, perfect burger, next time we are here your getting my order. Until next time, keep on cooking a good order.

Reasonable prices, decent portion size and loads of choice. Sometimes slow delivery (they do get busy) but usually worth the wait.

Was camping down the road. Past and popped in. Ordered pizza first night. Was lovely and reasonable price. Staff friendly. Went back few nights later. Ordered meal for 2. Pizzas were lovely so were the curly fries. Would go back next time in filey

Throughly enjoyed everything we ordered. The lady who answered the phone was really helpful and polite and the delivery drivers were friendly and polite definetly will go again next yesr when we go on holiday as you get far more for your money than going papa John's on site. Also the salad was fabulous

My partner had a chicken kebab and I had a doner kebab. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved how everything came as separates so you could assemble yourself. The lady and delivery man were both extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend

Ordered kebab meat, cheesy chips and a pizza. Taken 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. Kebab was dripping with grease and had next to no taste. Pita bread for the kebab was stale and not fresh, same story with the salad. Chips were stone cold and stale! Cheese was cold like it had just come out of the fridge and didn't melt. Pizza was vile... Rather go hungry than eat here again.
