The worst and poorest service I ever had. The personnel are disgusting, especially the short lady and the man who serves people, they are very rude and unpolite. I do not recommend this restaurant, very poor service.

We asked for 5 trotters, they arrived cold, we left them without eating, I wouldn't recommend them, it's a shame for the money we paid, it's very bad.

Nice meals. The iskembe soup was especially wonderful.

It was a very bad experience for us as a family on Mother’s Day and me as the mother left hungry the service was bad and delayed my food came cold there was no tea as I understand it was busy but you can’t drop quality if it’s busy we as a family we were very disappointed I came home and something to eat

Where do I start? I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years before these owners the old owners too. Food was not all that, it was very late. I understand that it could be late and usually when I don’t like the food I won’t review . I’ve never in my life left a bad feedback as I understand it could be detremintal for the buisness. However, the woman serving me was so rude. So rude I’ve never experienced this kind of behavior towards me and I was shocked. There was a mix up of orders which no problem it happens. However the woman had such an attitude she was talking in her own language obviously about us. She would slam the dishes when serving I was so disappointed about how rude she was

10/10 been here for over 7 years and its always the same outstanding service and food.

After the order, the chicken doner paper that came to the table was a little bit small. When I opened it, even though the bread was completely torn, I said that I could not eat it, and while paying the fee, the answer given was whether it was torn. Zero service and zero taste. While being humble, not saying anything can be called the return for the service.

Food is fantastic I have been working as a builder, and it is usually hard to find some good food near my workplace, but this restaurant had the best food I ever tried. Very friendly stuff, everything is clean and they are happy to give some extras for free.

What a lovely treat, we were driving by and decided to stop for a quick bite to eat and we're treated to delicious food and even complementary Turkish tea and desserts. Service was excellent and every single staff member was very attentive. Highly recommend 10 ⭐'s

Went in at midnight after a night out. Shared a large chicken Shish between 2 people. Given complimentary hummus, tzatziki, onion salad, green salad, and it came with bread and rice. A feast for 2 people, not sure if they were just being kind and gave this to us as there were 2 of us or if this mountain of food was meant for one person!? Can't fault the food, genuine Turkish fare, the sides especially were fresh, homemade and delicious. Where else could 2 people leave stuffed for 17 quid (including a drink!). There was also a large family eating there, with kids running around (at midnight!?) which created a lovely buzzing atmosphere. I really felt like I was in Istanbul. Couldn't ask for a better late night meal.

Normally my go to for a takaway but tonight we found some catterpillars in our food and when we called up to warn them we were simply told "there is nothing wrong with our salad how ridiculous" so here is the proof. Thank you.

Best kebab I’ve had in a long time

Good turkish restaurant. But the pre-cooked bulgur rice was dry and about to go off. It's open till 3am. Wow. Another downside is that the tiny drain flies in the restaurant.

Delicious Turkish food 👌 Very affordable also with the amount you get. I went with two friends for dinner and the bill came to £63, including a starter we ordered before our meal. Approx £20 per person each with a big starter and meal is great. Small and lovely restaurant. It is just across the Edmonton shopping centre and here you can also find plenty of parking. * After leaving my review I've noticed that this restaurant has plenty of bad reviews especially in regard to the waiters. Staff were very friendly and welcoming the day we visited and food was incredible. Maybe they were on their good day 😄 But would still definitely reccomend if you enjoy traditional Turkish food.

A rustic little Turkish eatery that won't disappoint you if authentic Turkish food is what you're after. The service is excellent too and they offer sides like tzatziki, houmous, salad sides, breads and Turkish tea for free. The price of the food itself is great value for money for the quantity. All in all, a true hidden gem.

First time visiting the restaurant and we ordered a lamb and a chicken dish for lunch as recommended by the staff, they are delicious. The staff is friendly and chatty. Will definitely come to visit again.

Traditional Turkish restaurant. All the favourite dishes and a good choice of other cooked dishes ready to eat, for example lamb shanks. Restaurant isn't big and very busy. Not fine dining but great place to eat especially if you like Turkish food. Reminds me of the restaurants in Istanbul.

I really enjoy going to this place whenever I have time. Every time I leave that place very happy and satisfied by food and by service at the restaurant. The waiters are really highly intelligent and chefs cook for in front of your eyes in accordance with hygiene requirements. Food is always lovely and people who work there are very kind and not greedy at all. They always serve you additional free dishes, like : cold mezes, desserts and Turkish tea, which make you feel that your are welcomed every time. If I have a choice to two places I will definitely go there again and again to enjoy the place and food knowing that I will leave that place happy and cheering! Special thanks to Omer manager who always welcomes you at the door and sends you satisfied.

Looks could be deceptive so don't go by the front look that it's a shawarma shop. They do have good food and some great options. I loved the Sheesh and Adana kebaba. The manager helping was amazing he was very kind and generous and was wanting to feed more. I would say order with care or u will endup ordering too much for the table

These are so kind they gave us rice pudding and offered us tea while we waited. I got a delicious lahmacun while my partner got a lamb wrap with chips inside. We had a great experience here and we will 100% be returning.

Last night I had a terrible experience. The food ordered was old and smelt bad. The waitress was very rude to us, when I asked for chilli sauce she raised her eyebrows and asked another waiter to serve me. The guy who brought the sauce had his hands inside a bucket of meat and he had hairy hands I was appalled. When I confronted the manger they did not treat me like a costumer and asked me and my children why I ate the food. It was disgraceful never again !

With the influx of the huge Turkish restaurants popping up it's so lovely to have a small friendly atmosphere where food is of excellent quality and superb value cannot rate su's highly enough

I went to this restaurant a few years ago and it was so much better. We ate in and the staff were very rude. The food was overpriced for the quality and portion. Gone down hill very badly, left feeling hungry still. I never usually write a review but this was so awful I had to.

Well, we were hungry, it was late, and we were at the hotel. Took a random shot and ordered several dishes. We ordered for three and could have fed five! Very tasty and absolutely satisfying! So much so that we did the same the next evening (but ordered less). Would definitely recommend the food! Chicken Sarma Beyti was a pleasant surprise. The mix Kebab had enough food for 3 people. And the stew we had was also very good. For not expecting much with some reviewers’ notes, we really were full and happy with this meal!

We have been eating in here for over six years. I have personally always spoken very highly about them and recommended them to lots of friends and family. I have noticed the price hike in my second last visit but didn’t take much notice but yesterday we picked up a take away, the food quality and quantity both have been changed hugely. My daughter was very disappointed as she did not get her usual rice pudding in the bag. They have started charging extra for many things otherwise used to be complimentary. It’s a real shame to see such a lovely place going down like this. We would stop recommending and visiting this place any more.

We came here for dinner on Saturday night (there were 5 of us). We were seated to a table straight away - it did get busier later. They bring bread, tzatziki, hummus and salad complimentary to your table. We ordered the Chef's special grill which was great and fed 5 of us with leftovers. The food was great. The reason that I am however giving this place 3 stars only is because of the staff attitude and I was shocked to see them so openly defy current COVID guidance of no more than 6 people allowed to socialise in groups. During our visit, the staff casually seated a group of 8 behind us with no regard for the current policies or worry about their license being taken away. On this basis, I would not dine here again for eat in.

Myself and hubby visited for dinner tonight with our children, The food was amazing! We were provided with fresh bread, salad and dips before our meal which was all fab. Lots of food and all of very good quality. Staff attentive and friendly and after our meal we were given lovely Turkish tea and some wonderful rice pudding. Would 100 % recommend those place. We were staying in the area and just looking for some dinner when we found this place nearby the hotel. What a real find! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing! I had a chicken doner and my husband had the lamb. Both fresh, on delicious bread too. All at a great price too. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We popped in here as it was close to the hotel and it had good reviews. We got table straight away and ordered our food, they came out with bread and other foods while we waited. The food was excellent and all very reasonably priced, the service was good, the only negative is I ordered chips but they didn't come, I didnt notice as the meal was very filling as it was so they weren't missed, it was only the next day on checking my receipt that I noticed we were charged for them.

I came here alone as I was in the area and hungry at the time. I popped in and there were plenty seats available. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. I ordered one lamb small shish. On arrival I was served a lovely salad made up with purple cabbage and rocket leaf salad. It had too much dressing I thought but was still good. I was served a basket of warm bread - very nice. A saucer of humour and cacik (tzatziki). I was just want I needed a d a lovely portion. When my main arrived I thought the meat wasn’t cooked as much as I liked but equally good. I felt there were many lamb pieces but again it was a small portion I ordered. It was served with rice a grilled pepper and tomato (see photos). Not bad overall and very affordable. I liked it here. I would visit again to try other dishes. A traditional Turkish kebab is always good. Thank you for your service.

This is one of the oldest and best local restaurants in the area. Visit here quite often to have meal. Would recommend visiting.

Fui allí dos veces para el almuerzo. Tienen dos precios, uno para llevar y para comer. La primera vez fue una buena experiencia con oferta de té que rechacé algunas desierto turco, que no preguntar, pero era bueno. Segunda visita sin ninguna bebida o postre.Lo que noté fue que los camareros suelen cambiar diariamente y a menudo el lugar de personal con camareros limitado para servir a sus clientes y apresurándose a menudo visto tarde o que esperar.

Top food, well prepared & cooked, large portions, very filling but relatively healthy and very cheap! Cosmopolitan atmosphere. Highly recommended, go for Su Special for a group.

Nuestra llevar turca local. Me encanta visitar su restaurante ya que la comida es siempre fresca y deliciosa! Las raciones son muy muy generoso. Te ofrecen. ensalada y pan caseras con cada comida.

Su restaurante es una tremenda experiencia de comer. El chef muy amable y capaz, Onder Garip hace la comida más sabrosa turca que he comido. El pan es morisco. Las ensaladas son frescas y magnéticos. Mi principal, Cordero Kul Basti fue fino hecho, comí demasiado, ya que no podía evitar. Una mención especial para las camareras también, muy bonito.

Así que, después de haberme decepcionado un par de veces en el centro de Londres, mi amigo turco y yo nos dirigimos al corazón de los turcos y disfrutamos de un fantástico almuerzo.

Aksu restaurante era una felicidad encontrar. Abundante comida turco original. Fue una buena relación calidad-precio para muchos. La mezcla grill era tasful heavenly. la comida estaba tan generosamente grande que cogimos el resto a casa para otra feliz comida al día siguiente.

Fuimos un viernes por la noche. Sólo una familia y una pareja donde ya comida. Que debería haber sido la señal de salida lo más rápida posible ya que el restaurante dos puertas de distancia estaba muy llena. Después de leer las críticas anteriores, seguí adelante pensando en estar tranquilo que le ofrecerá un buen servicio.

Came to Aksu for a work outing. We were treated like royalty. The restaurant has just been refurbished and looks great. The starters were lovely especially the bread and the onions. For the main course we had a lamb and chicken platter with different types of how it was cooked. It came with rice couscous and bread. It was fantastic. Couldn't finish it all. The staff were very friendly and there was a great atmosphere. I would recommend coming here for a good night out.

We were staying in the nearby Travelodge, and asked for places to eat. They advised Aksu restaurant. We were glad that they did. The food was wonderful, we had a meat platter, so much food, and so tasty.The waiter was very attentive, bringing more Turkish bread as soon as we had emptied the basket. Very reasonable prices too. We will definitely eat here again next time we are in London

Spent four nights at this hotel after training each day and i slept so well like never before, because there was no house mates and brothers to come disturb me in the middle of the night. and receptionist ensure others do not also disturb. it is such a great place, was glad my host booked the hotel for me.

Either myself or one of my colleagues eat here almost daily... All I can say is that these guys no how to grill meat and fantastic value. Never fails to disappoint. Great lahmachun, great kebab, daily specials that are worth way more than the £6 they charge. Probably the best grilled wings you can get... Proper Turkish grill, and friendly down to earth genuine staff... Well done see you soon!!

Can only support the previous review. This place provides the best kebabs ever. Any Spurs fans going to a match, I suggest you pop in here rather than a greasy burger. Staff are very helpful too. You wont spend much or go hungry.

This is a takeaway with a restaurant. Very attentive staff, and always friendly. There are many starters to choose from and one of my favourites is the lentil soup. You are always given complimentary bread and salad. As soon as you finish your bread they bring more. You certainly wont go hungry here. Plenty of main courses to choose from or you can pick from the array of meals from the window counter. If you just want a doner kebab and chips or a proper 3 course meal it is always great. You always get a complimentary pastry to finish too. Very moreish. Thats if you get that far, as there is always so much. Try lahmacun too.... only £2 but very filling. Its turkish pizza on a very thing base, with spicy mince meat and tomatoes. You wont be disappointed if you visit here.
