Airdrie town hall in North Lanarkshire

The Sir John Wilson Town Hall, to give it its Sunday name, is 112 years old and is still going strong! A gem in the crown of Airdrie. Glasvegas were on the menu and they didn’t disappoint. A sold out crowd loved every minute of the performance. More bands need to play here. The interior is breathtaking in its beauty and has to be seen to be fully appreciated. There were no issues getting parked nearby and the train station is also a short walk away. Get a ticket for forthcoming shows. You won’t be disappointed.

Went to see Up a Close tonight at Airdrie Town Hall. Seating terrible. In row R. Not able to see stage for people sitting in front of us. Seemed same for people sitting behind us.Tickets not cheap. My 88 year old Mum struggled to see the show. Really disappointed. If they are going to hold more shows...needs a tiered seating system.

Today was the venue for shingles vaccines injection so while not the best .. looking forward too a show .. everything about today's visit was excellent the nurses were lovely and msd you feel as ease...

Went with my wife today for covid and flu boosters ,we're in and out in no time and the staff on duty were very friendly and efficient. Its the first time we've not had to wait ages,to be seen .Excellent service from the nurse's involved

Nice big town hall, very light and airy inside. We were here for covid jabs, really well organised, quick to be seen and plenty of friendly staff. For parking we parked round the corner at farmfoods, that was a short walk. You can park out the front if you need to but parking at the front is limited so best left to those that need it.

Not at Airdrie Town Hall but John Smith Pool. Water was lovely but picked wrong time to go, kids swimming class though enjoyed hearing them giggle.

First time in the building, I went for this Covid booster vaccine. Place was a bit chaotic, and it wasn't the cleanest establishment I've ever set foot in. Place looked run down to be honest. My first ever visit, and likely my last.

It was for the covid booster and my flu jag. Well signposted, and everything was explained.

I went for my booster jab. The building has fantastic architecture, however, it badly needs a face-lift.

Here only as part of covid booster plan. Been here on occasion to see am dram and they always put on a good show. Worth watching out for

Was at a showing of The Lions Of Lisbon In June of 2017, Town Hall was great! Really Enjoyed The Show, Stage Lighting, Venue Overall Was Class, have enjoyed my time at the town hall on various occasions.

The work involved complete replacement of the natural slate roof and extensive repairs and re-dressing of external stonework. A new DDA compliant entrance has been created into a new exhibition area with cafe and bar facilities situated in a contemporary side extension. The stage was re-levelled and new sound and lighting installed together with two new projection rooms for both public halls.

La primera vez que he estado en esta sala y es encantador, el personal muy amable y servicial y la acústica para el espectáculo en vivo eran excelentes. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Una buena opción para el almuerzo con sopa, sándwiches, patatas al horno, etc.A pedido, muy sabrosa y bien a la perfección.La única queja es el consejo han cortado el personal a sólo 1 lo que significa que el miembro del personal tiene que hacer todo, preparar y hacer la comida, limpiar la mesas, tome el dinero, por ejemplo la limpieza general: pisos, etc.

Town hall offers very varied entertainment. This varies from musicals to drama to singers. Very reasonably priced and centrally situated in town.

A beautiful and well maintained building. Lovely entrance with curved stairs going left and right. The decoration inside is worth a study. Well done for keeping this building a working one.

Yo uso este café si estoy trabajando en la zona y descubrimos por casualidad. El personal es estupendo, muy amable y servicial. entusiasta precios y buena comida. un café muy limpia con un montón de espacio. ascensores disponibles si las escaleras están demasiado con buen acceso.

Me rápidamente metimos en aquí en mi hora de almuerzo y había elegido este outlet como muchos de la comida lugar pecado la ciudad puede estar muy concurrido debido a la escuela secundaria local.Antes de que yo tenía incluso entró en una mujer fuera me dijeron que no tenían ciertos productos. No se ha impedido que fui hasta la cafetería y encontramos que el lugar era desserted y me las arreglé para coger la atención del servidor.Se convirtió en un caso de 'lo que tiene la izquierda' en vez de 'puede que tenga ... ».añadido a esto, nos llevó al servidor de bastante tiempo para hacer que el sándwich que me fue después y luego después de preguntar por un pedazo de homebaking esperé un poco más nuevo mientras ella conseguí mi Biscuit de imperio. Estaba en el mostrador a 30 centímetros.Entonces, extrañamente, estoy entregado esta bolsa marrón con una galleta de Empire dentro y dos servilletas pero mi sándwich era en una caja de espuma y no podría haber cabía en la bolsa incluso si había tratado.El servicio era lento, especialmente cuando yo era la única persona en la cola y ambiente muy desabrida. La cafetería sentía ... clínico y unrelaxing.

Situado en la planta superior de Airdrie Town Hall (acceso minusválidos disponibles). El personal era muy amable y servicial, incluso señalando los vales en el mostrador me ahorrar dinero. Un buen café y té y galletas Empire encantador. Vale la pena una pequeña visita matutina.
