Went here for birthday meal and the food was great 😋. So had a lovely time in Air and will surely be back again..

Food was decent... Pizza bases were very thin and floppy and hard to cut due to this as pizza is not cut prior. Was tasty enough though. Staff were lovely and good atmosphere.

Low quality food, central London prices. Most of dishes lacked flavor (we were a large group). If you don't care what you eat, you will love it.

Superb food, well cooked and brilliant service. Pizzas or pasta dishes are all excellent. Mixed bread and dips or garlic bread starters superb. A busy place at times but good service is not impacted.

Lovely welcome from staff. Seated near the window as requested and drinks provided whilst we perused the menu. Extensive menu but we both chose the carbonara which was delicious. We visited around 5 pm and the restaurant was just starting to get busy. The staff were friendly and efficient,overall a nice experience. Would definitely recommend.

Warm welcome, spotless restaurant with a genuine Italian feel. Menu suited all our party including gluten free. Food was great portions on beautiful plates/bowls and tasted absolutely delicious. Service friendly, genuine and attentive. Atmosphere chilled and great lighting. Toilets clean. Highly recommend. Try it. You'll not be disappointed.

Have been before and it's always a pleseant experience. Recently had a booking for 21 people during the festive period and Air pulled it off exceptionally well. Food lovely and staff phenomenal. Thank you, will be back again soon!

Sadly a 3 out of 5 for this place. I’ve been 3 times over the past 4 years and each time haven’t been impressed by the experience. All four of us came to the conclusion the mains were overpriced and bland. My friend had had to ask 3 times for Parmesan to be brought to table as the carbonara was “tasteless”. The saltimboca was ok although overpriced at £19.50 for a small piece of chicken and some courgettes with no side included. Unfortunately all our table agreed the food was overpriced and not to a high standard at all. Disappointing again.

Delicious food served very quickly. The staff are all efficient, polite and friendly. Thoroughly recommend Air to anyone who loves Italian food.

Ordered carbonara no taste from it and pizza which was destroyed with sauce husband couldn't eat it and he likes pizza so won't be returning

I was here only once time but I felt home, the atmosphere is very cozy, the stuff very kind and friendly, the Italian chef Roberto is super funny and the food (both pasta and pizza) is simply amazing. If you are in the area don’t miss this opportunity, best carbonara ever.

My wife and I attended AIR on a Friday evening and were welcomed by friendly staff and promptly took our drinks order We went for starters of calamari and mozzarella squares. Both cooked very well, calamari wasn’t rubbery at all and the squares crisp yet gooey cheese on the inside Both of us got pizzas for our mains. They were very nice however didn’t blow me away. My dough was just ever so slightly undercooked in the middle and could have done with more cheese, but still a nice pizza. Unfortunately for AIR there is a nicer pizza establishment in Portadown. But still a good experience and under £50 including drinks was a fair price.

We love our visits to Air! Perfect for families but also suitable for those date nights. Food is delicious & the staff are so friendly & welcoming. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Food was lovely but thought £21.50 was very expensive for a small amount strip beef and roast patatoes and not serve with any veg also there could have been more vegetarian choice

We booked this place last minute as I forgot to book a table for date night. (OOPS). The atmosphere was lovely, as was the decor. The service was brilliant we weren't waiting long for anything from drinks to food. Food was really nice and well presented and the staff were extremely attentive. The only thing I would say I didn't like was the price of the food. I was holing to get a side included with the price of the dish which it sadly isn't. But I will definitely be back again.

Nice to finally experience authentic carbonara without chicken, mushrooms and a creamy white sauce 🙄, quick service, good food and nice surroundings, i also stole a bit of my sons pizza which was also top notch 👌🏻🇮🇹

Had a lovely meal in Air last night. The food was delicious. The staff were efficient and friendly. We had the most gorgeous wine with our meal and the atmosphere was relaxed, smart/casual. Will definitely be back.

The best Italian dishes by far !!!!! Every time I visit this place - AIR ( ARTISAN ITALIAN RESTAURANT) I try a new dish. It doesn't matter what it is, it's guaranteed to be delicious 😋😋!!! Highly recommended !!! The chef Roberto works magic in the kitchen !!!

The best restaurant to eat some traditional Italian pasta. Best Carbonara I ever ate!

Been here a few times for lunch and will be back. Lunch menu is very reasonably priced and a good selection. Calamari is good and so are the pizzas. Friendly service.

The food was overpriced tasteless and definitely not cooked... I had a main of 5-6 chicken ribbons in a large amount of pepper sauce.. Bland chips and 2 lumps of raw broccoli...i think was priced £18.50...will not be back..

Our plates were clean so no pictures to share, I love every bite , one of the best coffees in Portadown.

Starter I got was bruschetta, very bland, no seasoning or taste, was very disappointed, the restaurant was that warm the 4 of us were sweating beads! (In February) place wasn’t even busy!One of the pizzas was way over done, one of our servers was lovely the other was extremely rude, won’t be back, all 4 of us said overpriced for bland enough food..

Good food in a comfortable modern setting with plenty of friendly waiting staff to look after us. Good value for money too.

"Sauteed" chichen was not sauteed.....just slices of roast chicken. Broccoli stale. Chips re-heated and tasteless. Sause poured over chicken. Bad value for money. Nothing had been cooked by chef....just "put together". Staff very nice.

Amazing restaurant. I have eaten here on at least 10 occasions and will continue to return! Excellent Italian food, a lovely atmosphere and always attentive staff. There is a real family atmosphere amongst the staff making for a comfortable experience. The arancini is a must, as is the Italian hot chocolate for afters. I eat here with friends of an evening and have never been disappointed. We always order coffee for after dinner as we never want to rush home after eating such an amazing meal. I have also taken business meetings here for evening meals and have been impressed every time. Highly recommend.

At AIR, the food and service are amazing. We had a very helpful and knowledgeable waitress, and the pizzas and starters were beautiful. It's the best Italian restaurant we have ever been to outside of Italy.

Starters were amazing , goats cheese pizza was alright, squid ink pasta was vile. That squid clearly died along long time ago.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our lunch. We ordered the The Love of meat pizza and we were so disappointed. There was no seasoning in the sauce, the tomato base tasted like it had been squeezed out of a tomato puree tube. I had asked for herbs or chilli flakes to try and give it some sort of flavour, but this isn't something they had, the waitress did bring me over chilli flakes after asking the kitchen staff. The service and cleanliness were all good but the food itself was a big let down. I did mention this when paying the bill, but there was nothing really said.

if you go here please don't think that this is what Italian food tastes like. I should have known how bad it was going to be when I tasted my calamari. Not crisp in anyway.. They tasted just this side of eelastic bands, Yuk!! It was replaced with Brunette, which was basicly garlic bread with chopped skinned tomatoes on top. Unfortunately the main courses were no better. My beef tagliatelle was a creamy mess. My wifes meal apparently had olives and capers, she could taste any. The staff were brilliant and very attentive,. Our meal came to £85!!!! If we didn't have a voucher which we had to use I wouldn't have paid a penny!! In these times of the Cost of Living Crisis, it was an absolute waste of money. I advise anyone to try that other establishment not too far away from Air.

The pizzas in this place are absolutely exceptional. Visited for the 2nd time yesterday and it was just as good as the first time. Highly recommended.

To start with sent my pizza back not fit to eat my son's meal which he eat was discussing chewy bacon the wife said her food was ok and her sister never eat hers ,starters was ok ish bill was 125 pounds with drinks ,to be honest it's a nice place must pay peanuts for chef's ,has potential but needs a change in staff

I'd like to see greens on offer on the children's menu. Not all kids like a plate covered in shades of brown. And the small family tables shouldn't be ignored over party tables.

Had a lovely meal in here last night with my husband. We ordered some vegetarian options from the menu and everything was lovely. Wine an dessert was lovely and staff were very nice also. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely fabulous restaurant! Firstly the food is amazing; beautifully cooked, gorgeous ingredients and really varied menu (great specials too!) secondly the vibe is really cool, a lovely buzz around, and thirdly the staff are awesome! So friendly, warm and helpful! We had a wonderful evening and cannot wait to come back!

I want to start this review by saying I used to work in food service in a local restaurant so I wouldn’t often complain and I’m patient when places are busy and short-staffed. Air was neither overly busy nor short-staffed when we went out for dinner this evening. It was our anniversary so we wanted to head out for a nice meal to celebrate. Our drinks and food orders were taken quickly and our food arrived sooner than expected. The food was delicious. Perfect temperature and the staff were friendly. We asked for dessert menus and were surprised how long this was taking. We watched two other couples give up on waiting to order dessert while we were there. Eventually my husband went up to ask for menus again and they were brought down right away. The waiting game continued. We closed our menus to give the signal. I think I need to say again they weren’t overly busy. There were empty tables around us and it isn’t a big restaurant. We saw countless servers walk past our table and one setting up the table next to us without taking our order (the server who we asked for dessert menus from). Eventually we gave up and went up to pay and I wouldn’t usually but we were asked how everything was so I thought it best to let the server know about our wait to make sure no-one else was being missed. I think it might help if they gave servers sections to look after rather than having all servers cover all tables. It makes service flow a bit better and it might resolve this issue. It would also mean the owner isn’t missing out on additional profit from tables.

Food was nice, decent portions and price is fair however service was awful. We were a table of 3, took 45 mins to take our order. Then brought wrong dinner out for one of my friends. 2 of us had our dinner eaten before her correct meal came out. Ordered tea and dessert, which after 30 mins we asked about or dessert. A staff meme Ed said it was coming. Another 20 mins pass and still no dessert, reminded them again and then dessert was brought out after 10 ish mins. We had the Nutella fritters which were not nice at all. Disappointed in the service because the food was nice (but not the best I’ve had). Hope next time may be better.

Nowhere near as good as the reviews make it seem. The "four cheese pizza" was super disappointing. No tomato base and all those "four cheese's" made the pizza taste like bland salt. The ham was full of grease and still no taste. Something also gave off a strong taste of plastic, so it must've been lying around in some container. The "four cheese gnocchi" is identical. Just a bland mix of grease & salt. Really disappointing for a £14.50 dish. Not only was our meal overpriced but it didn't meet expectations and the staff are on you like hawks so you cant eat in peace. If you're looking for pizza, go get an Apache instead.

2 adults, 1 child, 3 happy people. The beef tagliatelle was beautiful with a creamy pepper sauce and fresh cherry tomatoes. Dessert of Chocolate and Pear Torte where the pear added more moisture than flavour

We went last Friday evening, I chose the Romano pizza, it was completely delicious. Cooked exactly how I liked it. David had the wild mushroom linguine, it was fabulous also. The service and ambience were great. It is a favourite haunt and so consistent. Claire goes out of her way, and Grace was the friendliest and most efficient of waitresses.

Very nice surroundings and atmosphere. Varied menu to suit all tastes. Great portions. Best Sea Bass Iv ever had and my husband really enjoyed the seafood risotto. We will definitely be visiting again.

I went here for the first time with my family and I really wasnt impressed after all the good things I heard about the food I was really disappointed. The service was next to none the staff was absolutely brilliant but the food we got was another story I can't say I'd go back

Very nice for a quick bite, the female member of staff that looked after us was lovely and the food was yummy. Just a bit forward to have the card machine set up for add tip if you like and then been asked if you want to add it. Just tap on the tip amount or no if you would like not to tip. This is like been asked by the staff for a tip. A tip is up to the customer to offer and then add the amount at this time.

Have visited AIR 4 times now, and it has been incredible every time. The food has been served quickly, tastes amazing and so fresh. The service was also incredible. The staff are very attentive, and super friendly. They always make me feel welcome as soon...

Nice interior but don't take the Haiwian pizza.It looked like something our dog would eat. It certainly wasn't a feast for the eyes.

Visited on Saturday with my husband, our first time to AIR. Greeted by a wonderful host and lovely friendly staff there. The food was absolutely stunning and the cocktails, delicious!! Not only was the food good but the food and drinks were promptly served, especially...

The pizza was good, but it bothered me that the ham was cut into rough pieces, I would appreciate it if the ham was torn or sliced, which is normal with Italian pizza.

What a lovely restaurant, the staff were very friendly and attentive which was backed up by great food ... really good food... It's a must visit if you enjoy good Italian food

my mas squid ink pasta was lovely but in small portions and quite greasy with oil. The same with my pesto pasta it was a small portion for its high price. The Parmesan cheese salad was just cheese and lettuce. Overall a wee bit over priced but still it was some cheeky scarn.

This is the best restaurant in town, definitely one of the best pizza in Ireland.

Was in portadown this evening and having not had anything to eat since early morning was hungry! Noticed this place and was able to park outside. Great tasting food served by friendly staff. What's not to like! Will be back.

Its a lovely setting and atmosphere ..been before and the staff are great. This time though my food was wrong..goats cheese and beetroot salad ...without the goats cheese. It came back with literally with chunks of hard rind and hardly any goats cheese ..like it was scooped out of a packet and thrown on. Ive had enough goats cheese in the past to know this was not value for money and presentation was poor. 13 quid for a salad basically made up of salad leaves...wouldnt order it again. Fair play they didnt charge me for it but it was a dissappointment.

We had a meal here with our family & bridal party the night before our wedding. When our waitress heard why we were there she brought out two complimentary drinks for my fiance and I! Service was excellent, menu had plenty of choice & atmosphere...

Great place to eat, authentic Italian food and in beautiful surroundings which gives a great atmosphere and experience to great evening out
