Adesso in North Ayrshire

Had an amazing meal in Adesso . Never been before, but I will definitely be back ! Outstanding , delicious food and a very wide range of gluten and dairy free food. Meals served piping hot by very attentive staff. Fantastic experience!

Great Italian restaurant which has fantastic gluten free options. Pizzas, pastas, garlic bread and lots of desserts all available gluten free. As well as the excellent menu there is also a specials board with some tempting options.

Brilliant place to Eat. First class service and First class food

Probably the best pizza I've had in scotland. Fresh, light and very reasonable. Found my new local.

Just moved to North Ayrshire so first time dining in this hidden gem but certainly wont be last. Food was delicious and delivered piping hot by wonderful and friendly staff. Cannot wait to return 👏👏

My daughter and I went for lunch and had 2 pasta dishes and a plate of french fries to share. Portions are great and the food was super tasty! Really reasonably priced too, definitely will be back.

Great restaurant with friendly staff and great food. You must try the Fettuccine Chicken with Alfredo Sauce as the cook knows Authentic Italian food you dont normally see in restaurants here in Scotland. Great job guys my bday dinner was superb 👌

This is a wee gem of a place. Firstly, I always say the staff/customer service could make or break a place and the staff here are top notch, Morgan and Lindsay are attentive and funny but professional. The food is lovely, fresh and tasty. Give this wee restaurant a try, neatly tucked up a lovely cobbled lane, you won’t be disappointed

me and my mum came here for the first time tonight and it was lovely, pretty, cozy atmosphere! the spinach tortellini in the tomato parmasen cream sauce was delicious, i hope they keep that on the menu forever 😍 service was great, will definitely be back!!

Service and food is always fantastic

Had experience with both the restaurant and takeaway and I have to say, both are amazing. The food is delicious. Regularly order the calzone bolognese which is awesome. Would definitely recommend eating at Adesso.

Lovely little place for lunch. Easily accessible by bus or car. Food was delicious and well presented. I particularly liked the carbonara and the chocolate cheesecake was amazing. The staff were friendly and smiling and we were made to feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this place and will return in the future.

Just had a wonderful three course meal at Adesso Ristorante Italiano Irvine Ayrshire Scotland and what a treat it was. The food was stunning 😍 and the service was second to none all in the settings of an authentic Italian restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute there and every mouthful. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys great Italian cuisine. Back at Adesso Ristorante Italiano and once again had a wonderful three course meal with my family. Top class food and service.

Not too impressed to be honest. The food was OK but could do so much more with this place. Too parochial, not made to feel very welcome and parking although should be OK for a blue badge holder was anything but. The locals seem to take exception to parking.

Loved the main course,only thing was my chocolate brownie with hot chocolate sauce,did not have hot chocolate sauce, it had a squiggle of chocolate sauce.on the bottom of the plate,I expected a small jug of the hot sauce or hot sauce over the brownie,which was rather dry the rest was lovely and we will all return,constructive criticism but overall lovely.

Steak was lovely staff very nice,would definitely recommend 👌

Hidden Gem! From booking to leaving it was such a lovely experience. 99% of the menu is Gluten Free which as a Celiac is unheard of! TBH when a restaurant says it has Gluten free options, it's normally 1 or 2, never the whole menu!!! The waitresses were friendly & attentive a real hidden gem in Irvine.

Liked it and they were doing 3 courses for 17/18 pound midweek menu nice food and not too expensive.did here though that they didn't honour coupons during covid or extend them .

Have never had a bad meal in here. However this evening they were short staffed, full restaurant and can I tell you the food was amazing so hats off. The front of house are brilliant. Genuinely the friendliest place you’ll eat. We normally do a wee lunch or a mid week but tonight was Friday night and it was great.

Incredible food, and we can't wait to go back! The lady with short hair was so friendly, and I regret not getting her name to give her credit properly. It was my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary, and we will definitely be returning for special occasions in the future!

Lovely helpful staff - after a day stuck in queues on the motorway we just wanted a plate of pasta and a cold beer and Adesso delivered! Very tasty food, cold Peroni and the staff squeezed us in on a busy night. Perfect. Thank you.

What a lovely little Italian Restaurant in Irvine. The food is outstanding and good quality. You can see all the menu in the Facebook. Fresh food cooked well and presented and the price was good. The team are well very happy and interacted to ensure you enjoy. You can order a takeaway at a good price.You just call then and collect it. I will be back very soon. You just have to try the restaurant you will enjoy. 😁🍴👍

Brilliant anniversary Dinner from start till finish ,service was very attentive and staff were fantastic. Food was as usual very good ,loved the calamari and prawn starter...still the only place for a quality meal in Irvine.

Down an ancient cobbled street. Well off the beaten path, Adesso could so easily be missed. But you'd be missing a jewel if you didn't go exploring. Aside to serving the crispest, coolest pint of Peroni in the known universe, the owners of this restaurant have achieved the perfect recipe of charm, intimacy, atmosphere, hospitality and, above all, ingredients. The menu is food that could so easily kid you you're in rustic Italy. Sadly, we don't live anywhere nearby. Otherwise we'd be regulars. But, OMG, how we look forward to whiling-away a few hours in this lovely place when we can. Well done to all involved. 👏👏👏

Not open at the moment, except for takeaway/delivery. What we had was delicious and a welcome change from Indian or Chinese takeaway. Would happily recommend it.

Tried this restaurant for the first time after a friends recommendation, he staff were lovely and friendly even though we're in lock down, food was amazing perfectly cooked and still warm by the time we got it home, sticky toffee pudding was so light, tiramasu was excellent chicken escalopes just melted in your mouth, seafood pasta was very tasty, just wish they delivered out side the Irvine area, we would definitely recommend that you give it a try you won't be disappointed

First visit to this restaurant on Saturday night.The food was absolutely beautiful.Bruschetta starter was simple fresh and delicious,3 of us had pasta mains they were all fresh home cooked and gorgeous,and good size portions.Desserts were cheesecake sticky toffee and tiramisu again all home made and beautiful.We had a child with us,they don’t have a children’s menu but they accommodate kids and the prices are great.The service was impeccable they can’t do enough for you.We will most certainly be back and will recommend to friends.Thankyou x

Authentic Italian food with a great atmosphere and customer service. I asked for something that wasn't on the menu and the chef was willing to prepare and made it for me and it was outstanding.

There's not much of Italy in this 'italian restaurant'. Nevertheless the food is good. It's cooked and presented as nobody would do in my Country but good. Pasta was 'al dente' and this is at least 80% for the final result. The Tiramisù honestly delicious. Staff is nice but a little cold for me and the place clean and without the bad smell of the majority of other 'restaurants' in the area. Just change the definition in 'italianish restaurant' and 5 stars will come.

Adesso is a fabulous restaurant to go to but due to covid19 we had a delivery. The food was piping hot and delicious. Lasagne, pollo Milanese, cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding. We had a fabulous menu to choose from. Would highly recommend it.

We ordered a take away to collect due to COVID 19 situation, had carbonara and Al forno carne. It was delicious and hot. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant response in these strange and difficult times. Phoned in order and paid by card. Arranged collection time. All went like clockwork and food excellent.

Absolutely amazing food served well. I've worked in Italy and the food here is as good if not better than there.Service is excellent attentive without being obtrusive. Why it's not packed out every night all night. It's great value for money and everything is cooked fresh to order.Cannot fault this place.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Travelling with a gluten-free nine year old can be challenging but Adesso's has a huge choice of gluten-free dishes. The gf pizza was fantastic, second only to the brownie she had for dessert! Great staff, friendly and helpful and lovely atmosphere. Bit tricky to find with satnav as they're in a pedestrian zone, we parked on the main street and walked over. Well worth the drive from Ayr where good gf options were harder to find.

Had a fab lunch at Adesso. Very reasonably priced, food excellent and fresh. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Place spotless and cosy. Good menu too. We were served by Morgan and another lady, didn’t quite catch her name but they were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks again x

Was here today with my husband for valentine's day meal and what can I say but it was absolutely awesome food second to none flavour amazing I had a 3 course meal and could find fault with nothing (except the blackcurrant and water) lol Service from staff also amazing Morgan (or was it Lindsey haha ) clearly loves her job full of enthusiasm very welcoming and helpful as were all that helped serve us on the day.
