Abergele Pizza & Kebab in Conwy

I came in to collect my food, the owner was so rude to me I felt like walking out, I would come back but I’m not prepared to be spoken to the way he does, I think it was also rude that he was talking about me in Turkish so I couldn’t understand what he was saying, his business would run so much better if he stayed at home! I will never be going there again and I will never let anyone I know go there! So very disappointed!!!!!

Made a simple order of 2 kebabs chips and cheese and chips and donar meat, they forgot the donor meat and got a kebab wrong, we picked the order up and when I called he said, oh sorry come back, no we want to eat our food while it’s hot (if you can call it that) said they would bring it up straight away, 15 minutes later we finished our tea so called to say bring the refund instead, driver he was leaving now, we are literally up the road, half an hour later nothing so my partner went down! They were rude and wouldn’t give my partner the refund and were telling him to call me, what an earth for call the driver you muppets! He said he wasn’t leaving without the refund, they started mumbling in Turkish and eventually gave him the refund. Any decent establishment would of bought a fresh donor meat and the refund promptly and said sorry for the inconvenience, needless to say we won’t use them again!

Food ordered and when delivered half of it was missing even though being charged full price. Call to rectify the problem only to be told they are closed at 11pm and we wouldn't be getting the rest of our food..shame really, used these guys a lot but sadly no more....

The chicken pizza with stuffed crust was one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted.However, my husband found the meat in his lamb shish kebab inedible - gristly and rock hard in places. You either need to change your cooking style, or your suppliers. The salad selection was poor.Also, an hour was a bit of wait for a delivery on a Monday...I should have come to you instead.

i ordered takeaway from here and i’m a vegetarian. i ordered margarita pizza and they’re was chicken on it! i was fuming 😤! other than that the pizza was nice 😡😍🤰🐒💩

Ordered a takeout they forgot our two portions of chips said they would bring them but did not also the kabab meat was rock hard this place is a waste of time anywere else must be better save your money this has happened a few times now

Often go here for a Kebab and chips and to be fair we have always found the food to be of a good standard love the lamb Donar always a very busy place which says alot to.The lads made one mistake once on a visit and we mentioned it the next time that we went and they sorted it no problems thank you lads .keep it up

Rang up to order, asked for the guy to read the order back to make sure it was correct but he said “no I have got it right” .... Surprise surprise... it was wrong, they forgot the donor meat and the rest of it was soggy. Will not be ordering again.

Always well cooked, tasty and large portions. Allow about an hour for delivery. Friendly staff. Would recommend. Need more places in Abergele that deliver.

Ordered the food for a collection, 2 kebabs, garlic pizza and 2 popcorn chicken. We collected the food and went home, opened the bag to find 1 kebab, 1 garlic pizza and half a portion of chicken popcorn.We called them up to fix this and they said they would deliver what they hadn't given us which was fair enough of them, an hour had passed so we called them to ask where the food was and they said "the driver is 5 minutes away" 20 minutes later we called back again to ask where he was and they said "he's 5 minutes away" so we asked for a refund and to cancel and they said "no refund food be 5 minutes" tried to explain its been an hour and a half since we originally collected and I've ended up cooking my missus something else as it was quicker and easier at this point.15 minutes later still nothing so I called up again "food will be 5 minutes", in the end I just gave up as it was nearly 11pm, I went to sleep at midnight and still no deliver.Woke up this morning at 7am to walk the dogs and found the missing kebab and both chicken popcorns outside the front door all ripped apart and squished as if seagulls had got to it early hours of this morning as well as the heavy rain getting to it. I had no missed calls and nobody knocked on the door as the dogs would've barked, Abergele Kebabs simply put the food outside the front door atleast 2 hours after we originally collected and didn't notify us the food has been delivered , not even a knock.Will be calling up today for a refund !!!

Best kebab period. Staff are amazing and food is always cooked perfect. Wouldn’t order from anywhere else

The lamb kebabs that were cooked through had probably died of old age they were that leathery. The undercooked ones left a lot to be desired. At £5 each for a small one it was definitely £6 too much.Think they should have some lessons in both cooking and pricing.There is a serious vacancy for a good kebab shop in Abergele.

Rude and judgmental on thephone , go else where thank you ! Busy ,stressed or not no one should speak in that manor to a customer.

Ordered via Just Eat website and was surprised they deliver this far away. Kebabs were great. Delivered faster than quoted time. Will order again

Fantastic.... guy was brilliant and I actually enjoyed my pizza lots... I wanted it with lots of veg and it was amazing! I may go again tomorrow!

Fast delivery, hot food, pizzas are lovely and NOT swimming in grease. kebabs come with fresh home made pitta bread. The chicken donna meat is nice and very tasty. Best kebab shop around at the moment.

My partner and I get takeaways from here at least twice a month. Usually quick delivery service. Good value for money. Good quantity and quality. Especially the chicken shish kebabs.

Lovley food..lamb kebabs are great. The hot wings are nice too. Fast delivery and good flavour with good prices

Ordered food. Was told would be 45 mins. 1hr 30 mins later it turned up with part of order missing. Phoned up and was told missing order would be with us in 10 mins. Didn't hear any more. Food was good what turned up but it was poor that most of order was missing. Won't be going again

This place used to be a brilliant business, always fresh food, delivered on time with friendly staff. Since Jonny left this has all changed. The staff are rude& will do anything to have an argument with you, will never apologise for being in the wrong. Cancelled my order tonight as they changed the delivery time to 1 hour and 30 minutes later. I called just eat who cancelled my order and processed my refund. 20 minutes later they turn up calling me a liar saying I didn’t cancel it and I had to take it. When I went to show the proof my order was cancelled he walked away shouting and swearing abuse. This is the 3rd time iv had abuse of those men since Jonny left. How this place is till running now is beyond me. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone anymore unfortunately.

Ordered the first time last week.. an they put the wrong chilli sauce on which was instead of sweet which I could not eat and they offered me a discount on my next order.. then they gave me a discounted order and got it wrong AGAIN! They put the garlic mayo on instead of mayo.. customer service is rubbish.. they replaced the Kebab in 10 mins with the right sauce but.. then they asked me for the wrong one back.. which I had binned and no one told me to keep it.. I then got questioned that I had even binned it and was told to get it out the bin because they “ can’t just go round handing kebabs out do ya know what a mean” <<<< V PROFESSIONAL!!! .. cocky attitude down the phone.. and still asked for it back down the phone yet again with no apology..

We divided to stay in have a takeaway on are holiday and when we plaster are order they declined are order because we were 3 miles away!!!

We have a delivery from here about twice a month and got say I love the mixed kebab always get plenty of meat, I like the fact I can order online and delivery is usually very quick.

First impressions just ordinary fast food kebab shop, did fear the worst as knew it had also got mixed reviews, asked if they delivered to our campsite which they did, pre-ordered for 10pm, arrived on time with a phone call to say they were at main reception. Large mixed kebab and chips between two plenty of mixed meats very tasty, arrived hot. Fat bellied and clean plates afterwards so no complaints.

We ordered from here whilst on holiday in a caravan on a campsite 4 miles away and expected it to be difficult. We ordered through just eat app which was quick and simple. I left instructions for the driver to find us. Driver pulled up right outside the caravan, earlier than we expected without even a phone call asking us to confirm where we were. The food was as you would expect from any Pizza/kebab shop. It arrived hot, well presented and exactly as we had asked for. The driver was friendly and professional and the whole experience was a pleasure.

Really horrific customer service!!! Last week we received a raw burger. Called them and waited 45mins for a new one. Gave them benefit of the doubt and ordered again today. 1 persons meal was missing so called and got an apology and told food was was on its way. Almost 30 mins later my wife called to see where the food was and was asked "are you going to pay life insurance for delivery driver having to come back?!" Then laughed down the phone and called her a liar! I called back to complain about his attitude and he said he was the manager, he doesnt want customers like me and threatened to come down in his car to "have it out with me" Good luck with that one pal!! Would not give these the steam off my pee again!! Shocking!!!

Placed an order via Just Eat, estimated time of delivery for 8.10pm. Around 8.30 the food hadn't been delivered. Checked the App to find a message 'FOOD DELIVERED' called the Kebab shop who informed me the paper on the printer had ran out so they...

Conductor entrega brillante muy amable y educado. . . . . Pena decir que. El lugar no es el mismo! Tardamos más de 2 horas para distribuir alimentos y llegó fría! Chocante! No pedir desde aquí y si realmente quieres tu comida caliente en tiempo y no pedir de cualquiera de aquí!

Pésimo servicio! Llegamos tarde, patatas fritas con queso y vino no venía con un kebab PEST! Se negó y llamó un reembolso!!

The food was ok, and we were given friendly service . the food we had was hot when we got back to our Caravan ,it was very welcome .

i used to love eating from here but since johny has left customer service has gone to the dogs, prices are now daylight robery and the portions are microscopic. orders often arrive incorrect and i dont think the new staff have grasped the concept of the phone just yet. my fiance didnt finish her kebab last night as it was saturated in mayo. whoever taught these people to cook let alone run a business needs to be put in stockades in the street so we can all throw their nasty kebabs at them.

Ordered a lamb shish kebab pizza. No tomato sauce on the pizza whatsoever and the kebab was as dry as Ghandi's flip flop. It didn't taste or look like lamb either. You'd have to be seriously inebriated to think this is edible food and obviously that's why they survive as most customers probably call on the way home from the pub. Unfortunately we were sober. Tasteless and repulsive. Visit at your peril.

Went there with friend and orderd chicken shish and was the best kebab and thw pizza base comes the way i just wanted defo go bk again

Been there had a pizza and kebab, the pizza dough was terrible and the kebab was so dry and greasy... wouldn't recommend it at all.

Before moving this was my favourite Pizza Takeaway. Their bases are to die for.Johnny is a class act and as friendly a person you will meet anywhere. All the staff are genial and home delivery is quick and efficient so you get hot food at home.If I ever get chance to go here again I would be there like a shot.Best Pizza Takeaway in Abergele.

The pizza from here is excellent every time, and the delivery man that brings it is so happy it makes me smile to see someone so happy in there work.

The food is superb. Highly recommended. If you want a pizza or kebab etc. very local and not bad prices.

We were staying at the Golden Gate holiday park and we did not fancy going out to eat on saturday as it was raining very heavy so we found a menu in the caravan for Abergele pizza and kebab house and thought we would order in. We got Calzone Burgers and garlic bread and it was beautiful the calzone was so frash and hot and the burger the best we had ever tasted we also received a free pizza and nuggets and chips for the kids! it was so nice we ordered again the following night this time pizzas kebabs chicken wings and again received the same free items for the kids! All delivered within an hour to the caravan door by a very friendly driver. Great service and beautiful food, if you are in the area this place is a must!!!

Its not been the best take away Pizza or Kebab i had , i would say pretty average but if you had a few drinks and fancy a quick byte to eat i wouldn't say no

Friendly welcoming staff. Great food. Been here several times while visiting the town. Lush pizza's. Always hot, cooked to perfection. Reasonable price. Good location in the town. Good all round place to visit.

we were staying local to this place and decided to order a take out to be delivered to our camp site, we placed the order and it was delivered on time, but with no freebies thrown in despite the order being 40 quid. The food itself was unidentifiable, with a ham and pineapple pizza looking exactly the same as a meat feast, Taste wise it was horrible too, with half of the order being thrown out.2 of our party had dodgy stomaches later on in the day, but we cant be sure if this place was to blame.

the guy with a scar on his face LOVES to overcharge - £5 extra and not going in the till... easy enough to mistake when you're drunk but it's true. He won't do it when Johnny or Ali are around but does it when he's alone or they're in the back. If I'm wrong I must have had them £7,60 chips three times now

We use abergele kebab sometimes twice a week and never have a problem with the food the food is always A1.The Kids eat free deal is a bargain we always go here can't fault the food.

Lovely customer service, will always do something special when you ask, friendly, chatty, remember customers normally order pizzas which are very tasty and generous. Doner kebabs are good too with fresh salad. They do advice if waiting time is long (for deliveries).

I will be contacting health &amp; safety as I suspect the food was messed with. I have kept the food for it to be tested. I have used this place before with no problem I won't be using it again

Rang up made an order and asked for it to be delivered, waited an hour still no sign so rang then again and apparently my order hadn't been taking down. Said it be 20 minutes, another hour later rang up and said they've knocked on door and there isn't any answer when we've been waiting by the front door so they've got the wrong house, went to the bottom of lane and still waiting another 20 minutes, seriously just a waste of time! Was starving because they messed it up, only got £3 discount so order still came to £20 which frankly I think that's just unfair when it had been atleast 3 hours from when I ordered the food to receiving it.
