Bad experience .my partner visited the store they messed the food then not excepting the reposibility they been rude to me on the phone we decided to not eat there ever again ...disgusting food And bad management avoid at all cost

My favorite place in Fulham! If you want a kebab, this is the place. People are lovely, food is incredible! A must visit.

Love this place, I am quite fussy with my food but love the care quality and cleanliness of this kebab shop It’s a lot more than just kebab shops I would Recommend highly.

Food was really delicious and fresh, which is like that you are eating in Turkey. We tried mix grill and also their donor. We also tried Sujuk which was good enough. The guys at the restaurant are very polite and welcoming. Prices are extremely reasonable comparing the portions and quality.

5 Stars just for the amount of food you get for the price. Amazing family business and food feels straight from Turkey. A very good option for a quick lunch or takeaway.

The lamb doner is bad quality. Had it a number of times, sometimes it's good, but most of the time it's not. After today, im put off completely. Chunks of bone in almost every bite. Probably one of the worst lamb doners I've had. Definitely go for any kebab other than the doner (sadly).

Honestly. This restaurant is very poor the quility of food is very poor. I order some food on Sunday and it was poor poor. My son did not complete it. Sorry. Looks like heated frozen food or something. Not sure.

The succulent and well-marinated kebabs are freshly grilled over charcoal on the spot. My favourites were the chicken wings and lamb cubes on a skewer, served with generous portions of salad and bulgur. The menu also includes koftes, doner kebabs and more. Great value in a casual setting for a sit down meal or takeaway.

Definitely the best in Fulham for price, quality and quantity, great fresh produce.

The Best Mangal on Fulham Road is a real hidden gem, the kebabs and salads are fantastic, doubt about it all being cooked fresh as you can see everything being prepared by the chefs on the way in. The staff are extremely attentive but not overly "in your face", I'm considered a regular but this is only on a 3 weekly basis, the staff know our order (boring that we don't change I know) and start preparing as soon as we're seated. The ambience in the restaurant is pleasant and very clean throughout. It's very popular so I would advise booking a table and also check whether Chelsea FC are playing at home when it's heaving! The football supporters that attend are all very pleasant and quiet but will drag out eating and drinking hence the need to book. It's a bit of a ramble but well worth the visit!

Great food, friendly staff, and always have enjoyed having lunch with colleagues. Have dined in multiple times and it has been consistent in terms of food and service.

Just ordered through deliveroo and the portion is incredible, all these for 30 pounds, hot and delicious......Always a fan of kebab yet this is absolutely by far the best one, surprised me in a good way which rarely happens (I mean, think of the tiny boxes you would get from elsewhere). Have recommended to friends and would definitely come back😋

Food is tasty but they talk a lot in there own language a lot when they portion there food. They used to give a generous portion now it’s not the same. If you eat in they are fantastic but take out they change the portions sizes. Feel disappointed but hey. I’ve started going elsewhere. I usually go for 3 combination’s but then they start giving lower portions. They think there clever.

Chicken shawarma on fries looked amazing, but flavor of the meat, yogurt, and veggies was bland. Had alot of potential but a bit disappointing.

Couldn’t fault the staff. There was about 5 of us (on the 6th of august) and they were so accommodating and really engaged with us as customers. A proper credit to your team. Didn’t catch their names as they were consistently serving, but real proper attention to detail.

Know all the kebabs round the area, this is the best. Chilli sauce homemade, wraps are warmed, meat is very high quality

I've been going to 696 Mangal for years and for me it is the best Turkish BBQ restaurant in West London. Lovely place to sit in, super friendly staff and an absolutely delicious menu that is also healthy making for a perfect post gym meal or a bite to eat after beers with your mates. Very highly recommended.

Went last night to 696… received cold oily meat. They also keep their sauces in the fridge which made the meal ice cold. Also ordered halloumi and he took it out the fryer with his hands when their were tongs on the table! Hygiene needs looking at! Really disappointed :(

I went with my son to this restaurant. We both got chicken shish dishes. The salad was really fresh with sauce. The service was really good. I recommend going here for a good halal restaurant.

I have been going regularly but find the salad is limp and brown now. The chips are raw. The quality of the chicken is not as good as it used to be. The portions I ask for are always given smaller than I ask and pay for and there’s now never any bread. Intop of it all they prioritise certain groups eg builders and I’m waiting up to 30 mins for the same order as them. I keep telling them that the order has been missing items and for them to double check each time but it’s constant. I paid £15 for the same order minus bread that a builder in the queue paid about £6.90 for. I went straight back but was told I got a coke - for £5 ?!?! We are now no longer going there.

We came up from Bournemouth to watch football and wanted to grab some food. wow the food was amazing, definitely would recommend and will be going there again 10 out of 10 !

Visited with family 3 days ago. Giving 4 star for quality of food only. Delicious fresh food But not family friendly. Few seats but not the gentry you would like to sit with. Too cold to sit, main door constantly open. Best order takeaway or collect. Avoid going in and eating. 4 stars for food 2 stars for indoor as above

Absolute rip off. Charged us for a large we didn't order, charged us for chips that never came, made us pay after then claimed eat in was more expensive (but not by £8)

We’ve come across this place by chance on Uber Eats around year ago and have come back ever since. They do by far the nicest doners and kebabs we’ve ever had, generous portions and great quality meat - and consistently good every single time. Incredible food and such good value for money too.

Hi Oliwia, the kebab is very good I have to admit. But to say you won’t find a better one is a bit of an exaggeration. 69 Mangal kebabs are even better.

I love 696 as I find it excellent value and delicious fresh food - so I come here years. Nice sit-down meal too with Turkish beer, or take-away. Even the best central London restaurants do not compare. The 696 is great value, the delicious kebabs, and the fresh salad ingredients magnificent. I'd make it my my own go-to kebab house in London.

me and 2 friend of mine , we have booked and went this resturant, and one of my friend scooter stolled from restaurant, and they should keep safe but they didnt and didnt respond and his call and emails, also meet was smell , people works at restaurant but managers useless people , never recomend

They still do cash only. Even with COVID-19, they do not take any form of card or contactless. Ridiculous in 2020 and during a pandemic to still be using cash. There’s usually only one reason small places like this take cash only.... ask the tax man

I used to rate this eatery, great lamb doners and very generous, however, we ordered a chicken kebab and the meat was virtually raw and had an offish smell therefore it went in the bin along with our custom. Shame but unacceptable

From hero to zero! Tonight's order was rubbish! Ordered from here a few times and never had cause to complain however tonight was a complete let down, lamb looked like it was hacked off the spit and the chicken was full of uncooked skin. Will not be ordering any more food from here.

Lamb shish kebab, extremely disappointed - lamb was tough dry and old, whilst the salad tasted dry and wilted. Would not recommend.

We had take away. It was delicious. Large portions. Very fresh and very tasty. We were bored of one we sometimes go to and this is a very welcomed change. Definately will order again.

It's not the most famous restaurant in London. But it does very good and delicious kebabs at extremely reasonable prices. The salad is very good too, and they do good beer at inexpensive prices.
