2 Taps in Belfast

Went here for dinner as me and my boyfriend love tapas style dining, and it did not disappoint! The small plates were all delicious, and we had a substantial serving of seafood paella to share. Annie was looking after us all evening and she was so lovely, an absolute credit to the restaurant. We will be back!

Went here with my wife, they were very quick to serve us, drinks first then food, drinks menu was decent, food menu was very good and the quality of food was excellent, there was music playing the night we went this was very good too

Really enjoyed the food and cocktails and there’s a really good (but not excessive) range on the menu. It’s the staff that prompted me to leave a review - what a fantastic bunch of folks. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and just the right amount of attentive. Speedy service without being rushed, clearly know the menu well. Just a lovely vibe all round.

Love coming here. Came here before Paul smith last night. Guy on front of house was just lovely and all the staff inside were lovely as per usual. Food was delicious wanted to eat so much more than I did. Will be back soon for a bigger feed.

Second visit with teens this time. Honestly a great lunchtime experience. Staff - all of them - cool and relaxed. Sun was shining - canopy off - jug of sangria and a few extra treats - just brilliant! Went over and beyond with the service:) Thank you guys. Made her b-day!! See you again. X

Visited here for a family get together. Seated outside tables it wasn’t cold as plenty of heaters to keep you warm. It was very busier so service seemed slower than normal. Portion sizes had definitely reduced the steak used to be easily Split between two as part of many different dishes not any more and the peppered sauce which was outstanding was lacking compared to previous visits. The food was good but definitely with the cost of living pinching people they have tried to reduce portions. Cocktails and sangria are still outstanding. I wouldn’t be out off going back would just know for next time to order that extra dish so as not to leave hungry

Good vibe and in a great spot in belfast. Right beside cathedral quarter. Lots of attentive staff. Food was grand, goats cheese was our favourite.

Visited on a sunny Sunday afternoon. No booking but we’re told could sit using the barrel tables. Minimum order of 2 tapas per person with drinks. Had seen mixed reviews but we needed to eat and the sun was shining on their outdoor terrace. Wish we had listened to the reviews. Prawns piri we’re tasteless. Tortilla turned up dry and burnt so we sent back to. Be told they had run out! Was offered an alternative by the manager but by then we had tried the other two dishes which along with the Prawns were tasteless. Glad that we hadn’t ordered are usual amount of dishes. We have visited Tapas restaurants all around Uk and Spain and this was up there with the most disappointing in terms of food. If you want better food go to Edo……when in Belfast.

We all enjoyed our food and the servers were friendly. On a busy sunday night we had to flag them down for things like more drinks or a dessert menu etc, but the drinks and dishes were then brought out prompty (although it probably helped that we were sat right infront of the kitchen!) Unfortunately there was quite a few things missing from the menu and sometimes they weren't very good at substituting something else, so had to miss a complete dish becaue they missed 1 minor ingredient for example. I wasn't impressed by the sangria, but the cocktails were unusual and tasty. It took me a while to work out how to use the taps in the bathrooms, with the foot pedals! :-P We were a table of 4 and all ate extremely well, sharing around 10 tapas plus a giant paella, with a couple of drinks each for £55 each including tip.

Lively atmosphere, food was very good and service was pleasant. Felt a bit like a chain establishment, but delivered well.

I have been to 2taps a few times before and they were all great experiences but I had to come on here to write a review because last night was so fabulous!! I want to thank the staff at 2taps for making my birthday experience such a wonderful one; every single person was so lovely and so attentive; the service was top tier and honestly I can’t thank them enough for making it such a fab experience. I didn’t get any food pics but I can say that I enjoyed everything I got and the sangria was excellent! All in all, I can safely say everyone that came to the dinner had a wonderful time and we will definitely be returning! I hope you guys got to enjoy the cake more than I enjoyed my limoncello shot Lolol Thank you!!

Waiting staff were lovely. Food is overpriced, luke warm, and definitely not authentic tasting. Small portions for sizeable cost.

Have heard lots of people talking about this place, went last month, food was okay, vegetarian meals were a bit expensive for what you got and they didn't have a disabled toilet so it was a bit of a squash to trying to get in with a wheelchair.
