Nice atmosphere, good social distancing in place, shame there was no food available though, only reason we went in.

A feel good place; where the staff really looked after us and kept the mood light. Chris the manager couldn't have done more for us, and the atmosphere was perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good night out (y)

Nos señalaban y hablaban de nosotros. No creo que guardaran modales para estar detrás de una barra. Se lanzaron cubitos y se tiraron refresco. No lo recomiendo.The bouncers were impolite when they realized we were not British and we wanted to access. The waiters were not very friendly. They pointed us and talked about us. I don't think they kept manners to be behind a bar. I do not recommend it.

Tuvimos nuestra fiesta de Navidad para 38 personas allí. Reservamos con mucha anticipación, y solo necesitábamos un pequeño depósito para asegurar la habitación. Gran comunicación con el bar desde el principio, a pesar de los cambios de personal. Muy buena comunicación con el proveedor, Ele, que estaba totalmente feliz de atender todas nuestras solicitudes sin objeciones ni quejas, desde las preferencias dietéticas hasta el momento del parto.El menú cambió después de la reserva (nos avisaron al principio que solo era indicativo), y en papel, parecía un poco decepcionante. No lo fue. El bufé caliente de Navidad, traído a la habitación Big Top en el ático, era sabroso y abundante. La comida llegó y se limpió con un mínimo de alboroto y esfuerzo, tal como lo desea. No hay quejas de nadie en nuestro grupo re comida. Los cócteles 2 por 1 eran simples, pero agradables, y el camarero era amable y receptivo. El volumen de la música cambió cuando preguntamos sin problemas ni estrés.Había escuchado malas historias sobre las instalaciones sanitarias, pero honestamente puedo decir que no había nada de qué preocuparse: estaba claro que se había hecho un esfuerzo para limpiarlas y mantenerlas limpias.Desde llegar a las 2. 30 a salir a las 5. 30, todos tuvieron una gran noche. Todos se fueron a las 5. 30 de buen humor y sonriente: ¿qué más se puede pedir? Lo recomendaría para una función similar en cualquier momento.

Not only was is it £10 per cup of ice the bathroom was awful, the taps didn't turn off, the tips were on the floor with a flood! The toilet seats were hanging off .. I cant say anymore

¡Quiero amar este bar pero es difícil!He estado en este bar hace varios meses y casi todas las bebidas que traté de pedir no tenían los ingredientes. Lo mismo sucedió ayer "no tenemos los ingredientes para eso". Muy fuera de lugar, buscando un lugar que ofrezca un menú de cócteles.Estaba dispuesto a perdonar eso hasta que necesitara el baño. Tengo que usar las instalaciones para discapacitados donde estén disponibles y, ¡qué sorpresa! La orina por todo el asiento y la parte posterior de la taza, el asiento del inodoro agrietado y roto, las bisagras no están aseguradas para que el asiento se mueva, ¡no sería aceptable para un inodoro general, pero en realidad es un poco peligroso para una instalación para discapacitados! Olía muy mal allí y un olor a orina muy sucio e impuro. Revisé las instalaciones sin discapacidades y no estaban mucho mejor.Debo mencionar que esto fue alrededor de las 8. 30 pm y no particularmente ocupado. Si fuera agitado y hora pico podría entender.Es una pena porque podría ser un bar realmente decente; pero carece de lo básico y la falta de higiene en el baño simplemente no es necesaria: ¡un asiento de inodoro limpio y nuevo es todo lo que necesita!

Fuimos aquí el viernes por la noche y tenía uno de los 2 por 1 cócteles. Pedí dos "tés de hielo de la isla larga", pero cuando los probé simplemente sabían a cola. Cuando me quejé y pedí bebidas frescas o me devolvieron mi dinero, ¡simplemente me dijeron "no"! Increíblemente pobre servicio al cliente. Fue solo cuando pedí ver al gerente que me explicara que amablemente le devolvió el dinero.Hay mucha competencia por ahí para tu costumbre en Cardiff. Mi sugerencia es ir a un lugar donde sea apreciado, por lo tanto, no vayas a "10 pies de altura". Gracias al gerente, pero por favor, hable con su personal sobre lo groseros y descorteses que son.

Popped in for one drink with friends, stayed for 3 as we liked the atmosphere and the bar staff were all super friendly, will be back soon.

We visited as a family on a busy Saturday evening after the rugby and we had a brilliant time. They accepted music requests, we danced loads (and also had a table for our stuff and so one of us who’s not that mobile could sit down) and had a really fun night! The atmosphere was really nice - just lots of people enjoying their Saturday night. Would definitely come back. Thanks!

Habíamos reservado la habitación de arriba un domingo por la noche para una pequeña fiesta. Nos cobraron por el alquiler de la habitación. the bar girl who 1st served us was very pleasant and made a nice coffee. the guy who served us next was just rude, aggressive and couldn't be bothered with us. my friend didnt bother ordering a 2nd absenthe as she seriously felt attacked by him. we left shortly after i gave up on a totally disgusting coffee. strange guy, and im certain it isnt his bar, as im sure he woulnt have treated us that way if it was his business.

I was absolutely appalled by the service I received.I ordered a drink and as my wife wanted a strawberry daiquiri with crushed ice I asked the barman if this could b done which he replied ‘no’.I asked again if he could put some crushed ice in it which he then replied ‘no means no’.I’m not going to say what my reply to him was but he was lucky I was out with my wife and he was on the other side of the bar!This place use to be good and that barman needs some up skilling on his customer service or look for a job which doesn’t mean he’s face to face with his customers.Cocktail was average and overpriced.

Used to love this bar but it’s gone down hill fast rude bar staff coupled with even more unpleasant and toxic door staff made it unbearable. Only saving grace was the young lad on the bar who actually cared. Cracking whiskey sours. Guessing he was new and had not had the passion kicked out of him yet by the long haired mop that seemed to be in charge

Went out for my sister birthday with friends never been here before so wasn’t sure what to expect, we had a brilliant night out excellent cocktails amazing music atmosphere was amazing to! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Can’t wait to return!!

I booked over the phone for my sisters hen party. I asked what their menu options were and was pointed in the direction of the website. I copied the website link and sent the menu round to all the hens so that they could decide in advance what they wanted to eat. I even had emails where I checked that we were ok to dress up in hen sashes etc while we ate as I know some places are funny about it.

Dead on a Monday. Closing at 11pm which is standard but with an advertised 12pm finish. No customers but still accepting custom. Not sure whether to be proud or sad for myself or them. No chatter from the staff in the meanwhile. All draught off at 11. Staff on their phones. Not quite sure if I should’ve expect more...

I would just like to say that I really would like to point out the outstanding service one of the female bouncers gave my friends and I. She helped look after one of my poorly friends with my friend and I for over an hour and made sure she was safe. I’m afraid I didn’t get her name. But would really like to point out that she is an amazing member of the team here !

Booked to go here for drinks with friends for my wife's 30th. Booked a table for the 20 of us, and spent £70 on a drinks package so we all had a drink on arrival.

Their Big Top was a perfect venue for my birthday party. Great atmosphere, fine cocktails and great music. The staff were enormously helpful in organizing it.

Went out with the girls, never been here before, thought we would give it a try. As soon as we walked it it absolutely stank of wet dog. We couldn’t believe it, and the toilets were even worse. The smell of wee was unbearable, and they had only just opened. The toilets were dirty and wee everywhere. Like they hadn’t been cleaned in months and months. I didn’t want to touch anything. Thankfully we got out as soon as possible. Would never return!!!

Entered this bar on Thursday 14th @22.15 ask barman any buy 1 get 1 free cocktails, his reply was a straight NO with a bit of attitude, so i ordered 6 drinks which come to £29.27, paid the man and thought about it. Picked a price list up and said you charged me too much, his attitude was disgusting not only to me but the people i was with, then got the door staff to escort us all out, but must say if it was not for a very nice acting manager with a beard who listened and sorted the problem out refunding us with £5.50

We spent a lovely couple of hours here, very pleasant surroundings with great skilled staff. They do have a 2for1 deal for some drinks. We really enjoyed the espresso martinis and negronis that were made well and very tasty.

After having an enjoyable time last year when we were in Cardiff for the speedway GP,we booked again for this year.After reading some negative reviews we were a bit worried if we'd made the right decision.However we had a lovely time which added to our great day.There were 10 of us,great space reserved,excellent food and friendly service (we had a young toddler with us).Hopefully we'll book again next year!

Enjoyed a drink here on a Saturday evening. Heard about the cocktails 24 1 offer. Applies until 10pm so ordered a margarita and a cosmopolitan only fit barmaid to be told I had to have the same cocktail x2 not 2 different ones. As my other half doesn't drink cocktails this was a bit disappointing. Cocktail was fine. Didn't have time to explore upstairs but nice atmosphere - relaxed and laid back downstairs.

We saw add on search of what's on in Cardiff. Was looking for something to do. Saw that on Sundays they have 50% off. And after yesterdays meal at Eds American Dinner (disaster) over priced!!!! What a welcome surprise, friendly staff great food. Simple food but so so tasty, the best chips I've had in years. Even if it wasn't 50% off would off been more than happy with price. If you want a reasonably priced meal and drinks this is the place to come. Would highly recommend

Warm and friendly place to have a drink. The bar isn't too loud and there was plenty of places to sit and have a yarn. Service was quick and they had a good range of drinks. Reasonably priced so would definitely go back. 5stars for atmosphere.

Really nice place for a small party with friends, very good range of drinks and packages to pre order. we celebrate the party in the space just after going upstairs, though the reserved area was smaller than expected, people was quite comfy there. The cheese platter was amazing and also the patatas bravas, the rest of the food was nice too. However, the charcuterie board seemed quite short comparing with what we expected ( suppossely was for up to 10 people) and we notice when checking the las payment receip that there was a mistake in the serving. We told them by email and they gently compensate us inviting to a meal for two and a cocktail. We went by a few weeks after and they really exceeded in compensating us, was an amazing meal, really kind of them. We had been several times also for drinks and the cocktels are one of the best in town, it´s a really nice place to go.

Witnessed shocking and disturbing behaviour by door staff. Be very careful as a doorman was seen to provoke a customer so he can then show off to his colleagues by throwing someone out. I will never feel safe there again.

a friend had told me about ten feet tall a couple of days ago and i was really excited to go. didn't disappoint!! we signed up to their cassette club card and had a great burger for £5. my favourite cocktail was the "punch of flowers", so much that we got two rounds of them!! will be visiting again soon!

I used to come here so much as I loved the place,food and cocktails and always recommended it to anyone I knew looking for somewhere to dine or drink in Cardiff. However on my most recent trip to Cardiff this all changed. I arrived with a group of people for food and drink. After some nasty words from what appeared to be a manager we left. She has very limited people skills and is by no means an asset to front any business. I feel sorry for the staff working under her as they all seemed friendly and accommodating but this woman had no tact or manners. Gutted to say I've had my last drink there.

Having recently finding the login for this account recently I decided to give a few of my favorite bars in Cardiff a look to see how it fared. I was shocked and saddened to see the group of people having a bad time. These experiences can happen anywhere, and whilst it's not nice to experience I feel the need to defend what I feel is a wonderful part of Cardiff. Whenever I have a friend from out of Cardiff or someone who I haven't seen in a while Ten Feet is my go-to place for a drink. It makes me look like I drink in classier joints than I usually do and the nice, relaxed atmosphere with their brilliant drink menu is one I sometimes prefer.As a promoter of events I have also have had nothing but good experience using Ten Feet Tall, and more recently Big Top. A helpful and insightful events team and my punters made a point of coming to me commenting on how lovely the venue is.

Had quite an unfortunate experience at this resurant. After being given a bottle of bubbly from a dance class we had attended in the room above the resturant, we proceeded to our table where the bar man kindly came and opened the bottle and provided us with glasses.Unfortunately the pleasant experience came to an abrupt end when the manager appeared and very rudely and aggressively told us it was unacceptable to drink our own bottle!!! There was no need for her tone or attitude and to be honest she spoilt the experience which was a real shame for the Hen who was having a ball.We found somewhere else much more pleasant to eat and resumed our fabulous evening.

I was part of a birthday party crew on Saturday night in 10 feet tall. It was really busy, but still the staff was super helpful, fun and drinks were delicious. Great night!

We had booked a table here for my hen do as we were attending the burlesque dance class here before, the lady who ran the dance class was lovely and we had so much fun, she also gave us a bottle of champagne!So we asked the bar staff if we could have an ice bucket and some glasses, they were really friendly and bought it to our table and even opened the champagne for us. So we began to pour it out then the manager came over and told us that we weren't allowed to drink the champagne (even though her staff had given us the glasses and opened the bottle!) because it wasn't bought on the premises. We explained it was from the burlesque class that was held on the premises and we were on a hendo, she didn't care and told us WE were TERRIBLE and to drink what we had poured (so not everyone would have had some) we couldn't even save the rest as the cork had been thrown away! So we poured the rest of the drink and left as we didn't want to give our custom having been patronised and spoken to so rudely. Such a shame as we were a large party who would have been having food and many drinks, so in the grand scheme of things one bottle of champers cost them £££.I feel sorry for the staff there, your manager needs to learn some manners and get some customer service skills!

Excellent selection of cocktails ranging from old classics to more contemporary recipes, in addition to a wide selection of craft beer, particularly in the venue upstairs - The Big Top. Cosy and charismatic decor and friendly, attentive bar staff who are happy to help and will gladly make you a variation of drinks that they don't have listen on their menu. The perfect venue for a large range of events from live music, comedy nights and DJ club nights, or simply a quiet weeknight drink.

We'd booked to have food and cocktails after attending a burlesque class at the same venue as part of some hen party celebrations. We booked to eat here as it made sense as we were in the same venue and the cocktails had come highly recommend.After the burlesque class, the instructor had kindly given us a bottle of bubbly for our celebrations. We then proceeded to our table and the bartender gave us an ice bucket and glasses and opened the bottle for us. We were then rudely interrupted by a woman who I later was advised by the manager, who told us we couldn't drink the bubbly as it was not purchased on the premises. Whilst I understand the bars policy, the managers attitude was rude, aggressive and patronising and the matter could have been addressed differently by herself. She could clearly see we were on a hen party (and would be spending a considerable amount on food and drink with them) and when I explained to her the situation, she eventually agreed we could drink the bubbly (the majority was already poured) and then proceeded to tell us we were terrible for doing this and that we'd need to place any orders at the bar as they were short staffed.It really put a downer after our wonderful dance class and high expectations of our meal and we were looking forward to lots of tapas, burgers and cocktails. As a group we then decided we had to leave as we didn't feel welcome in an establishment that calls their customers terrible. Not only this, they had booked us the wrong table on the mezzanine rather than in a private area under the stairs as discussed when the reservation was made and the toilets were vile! Smelly, dirty and obviously not serviced on a regular basis. Totally disappointed.

On a hen party for the weekend we booked a table to eat here, which we were all very excited about. But the manager with ginger hair spoke to us very abruptly and rude, she made us feel very unwelcome and was quite pass aggressive. We quickly finished our drinks and left. Such a shame as we would have spent a long time there as the bar staff were very friendly. I think it was very unacceptable how she treated us and is a bad representative for the bar and has lost custom due to it.

The door staff at 10 Feet Tall are incredibly unprofessional and power-hungry individuals who have repeatedly humiliated me and my friends. Never in my life have I been made to feel so unwelcome and victimised. They have lost a very loyal customer.

I recently attended a dance class for a hen party at this bar and the dance teacher gave us a bottle of champagne. We went downstairs to order food and drinks and the barman gave us glasses and an ice bucket to put our drink in. The manager very rudely came over and was calling us rude and terrible for opening our own drink in a bar, when we assumed it was from the bar since it was given to us in the class at the same bar. She spoke down to us and we all felt very insulted, so we left. Lost some very loyal customers and a lot of money due to that very rude woman.

I have been to 10 Feet Tall several times and the cocktails are really good! Until now it´s the only place in Cardiff that does my Cosmo just right :)The location, atmosphere and drinks are amazing, unfortunately I have also experienced one or two male members of staff as unfriendly. When you go to 10 Feet Tall remember that the service might not be up to scratch, but it´s worth going for the drinks and atmosphere. Not all staff is unfriendly though! I think it´s getting better and I can definitely recommend this location for food and drinks.

Got attacked on my way in for the sake of a £3 cover charge by heavy-handed bouncers, not a safe or welcoming place to be. Lay off the steroids boys. Probably best to avoid - plenty of calmer places nearby.

We'd hoped that for my brother's birthday we'd be able to re-visit our old favourite haunt for a couple of drinks on a Thursday evening. The bar itself and the atmosphere is lovely, as were the drinks (if slightly pricey - which we wouldn't have minded had the lovely barman, Richard not been so hostile). I had a whiskey sour which was one of the best I've had. I wouldn't like to speculate as to why his attitude was strangely brief and unfriendly but it's a shame as it tainted our evening slightly. 'What do you want,' isn't really the best way to approach a customer, and then to not freely give information on what wines were available just seemed rather abrupt. Overall a pleasant bar, and we would return but in the hope that Richard's issues have been addressed and maybe a smile could be received on entry :)

Visited to see a band upstairs in the big top, bar people seemed to pick and choose who would get plastic or glass when you ordered your drinks, £4.10 for a pint of Amstel in plastic. Nice décor but hard to find the toilets had to go out into a poorly lit and in some parts no lights, maze of stairs and doors. The women's toilets were dismal, no lights in the cubicles and the floor was swimming in water, dropped my coat in the dark and when I picked it up it was soaked, couldn't wear it home threw it straight in the bath when I got home, can't believe a bar thinks this is acceptable! Did speak to a member of staff about it and I was told they were very busy, don't understand how that affects having no lights!

Nice bar, been to several good nights downstairs , the bar is cool, and so is the upstairs function room .

We went there with two friends early on saturday evening ( maybe around 6:30).We took different coktails to try as they have an offer if you take two times the same one. The coktails were amazing !The atmosphere was nice and there was a good playlist going on ( if you like good classic pop-rock songs !) We didn't stay for the rest of the evening but it seems like there is some kind of music event every friday and saturday

I love the quirky décor, and friendly welcome at this restaurant. The food is very good value, tasty and well presented. Centrally situated for easy access on a busy timeschedule.....look forward to returning.

5* - I dont typically order a cocktail when out and about because I struggle to find a good, dry and 'short' drink without mixers! Ordered a classic martini - it exceeded my expectations - the lady helped me chose a Gin, customised the flavour and even allowed me to try something new with orange bitters! I wouldnt normally review a night out but I would highly recommend a visit and chatting to the team about their preferences, youll be pleasantly suprised with the result!

Great food, great cocktails, great service. The new decor is a huge improvement too, and The Big Top upstairs is a great space for parties or dancing away a Friday or Saturday night.

We recently had our work's Christmas party in 10ft Tall and I can't recommend the place highly enough. The management reserved an area for us in the downstairs bar and they kept in constant communication with me via email ahead of the party which was great because our plans changed slightly. The space was big enough to cater for our party, and more, and it was a massive plus being able to pre-order drinks for when we arrived. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and made the night a resounding success. I received great feedback from the party about the venue and judging by the number of sore heads, I can say pretty confidently that everyone enjoyed the 2 for £10 cocktails. We will be booking again for next year!..

A superb venue for what we needed.A surprise 30th Birthday party for my wife with an easy process of contacting Charlotte and Pearce via the contact form on the venue website.From there the organisation of the night was easy and nothing was too much trouble all done via email and a quick chat over the phone.We organised some food and punch bowls for the guests - all excellent and plenty of!Music, atmosphere and service spot on - ideal for couples, large or small parties and it has that city centre bar vibe!Highly recommended and will be returning again over the Xmas Hols!

Transcendently awful - nice enough place but they simply cannot cater for a large party - dinner over 1 hour late - then served in slow stilted instalments- cheap tables and cutlery- generally bad

10 Feet serves up some of the best cocktails in Cardiff. There is a great selection on the menu and the lovely bar staff will whip you up something special tailored to what you like if you prefer. The tapas is also lovely. I love the fact that on the weekend you can have a meal and cocktails, then venture upstairs to the Big Top for a party afterwards to finish off the night :)

I love 10ft Tall, if I want a nice cocktail and a happy fun time then here's the place. The door staff are welcoming and you don't get the usual stern face which is so common in bars. The drinks are amazing, and the music is always fun. I just read someone else mention The Big Top- WOW, what a venue, the interior is fresh and exciting, nice to see a different style of interior. TOP WORK!!

Noticed a few bad reviews on here, fair enough, maybe it was just a bad day. From my own experience I went there recently and had a great night at 10 Feet Tall, ventured to the recently added Big Top upstairs. Great staff, friendly atmosphere and class music. Fun to be had all round.

Love this place! Music and atmosphere is always spot on. Also recently discovered the new upstairs club which has been recently refurbished and looks wicked. Didn't manage to spend much time there so looking forward to heading back for a proper night soon!

Booked for a meal and drinks with friends. Arrived to find booking had not been written down. Waitress did not appear surprised and to be fair sorted out a table for us. To make life easy we decided to order "one of everything" from the tapas menu, plus some cocktails and wine. Drinks were nice and well priced if you go for the 2 for 10 pounds deal. Bottle of wine also ordered took quite a bit longer to arrive. Food came- really tasty but quickly gone. Checked menu and realised we'd been brought about 2/3 of what we were expecting. Mentioned it to the waitress who seemed pretty frazzled and brought up other bits and bobs seemingly randomly from the kitchen with no clear explanation. We never got all the food we expected, and when some garlic bread arrived about 90 minutes after everything else, we were surprised to hear the kitchen had closed before we were able to order any pudding. We were brought a bottle of wine on the house to compensate. Bill didn't really reflect what we'd had but was close enough that we paid and left. Great shame as it is a nice venue and food that did arrive was nice.

Decided to go here for a drink earlier with the partner which turned out to be a big mistake, now wishing we had left without giving the custom. Decided to get the drinks and was greeted by the barman who just glared. Was extremely rude and arrogant whilst being served. Don't bother with this place.

Entered with a group of friends. All paid entry fee. All bought a drink. Within fifteen minutes asked to leave as a member of staff didn't like the look of one of us. No refund offered to group. All had to leave and were man handled forcibly out of the door by staff with zero reasoning. The most appalling service for a visitor to Cardiff

Although drinks were good, barman quite rude and steep metal staircase to the worse toilets I have ever been in, dirty broken toilet seat not within setting of interior of bar or price of drinks

Visiting Cardiff and fancied a drink after going to the castle. We both looked at the cocktail menu but couldn't find anything I liked but the man behind the bar asked what I would like and was happy to make something thick and creamy for me. Really good atmosphere

First time visiting 10 feet tall yesterday and I was taken aback with the hostility of a bartender named Richard. When I was waiting to be served, the bartender began chatting animatedly to a couple who came to the bar after myself. I waited whilst they chatted about the venue but interrupted when he began to take their drink orders before my own. I pointed out that it was I who should have been served next to which he pulled a face and told me I had not been waiting that long. When taking my drink order he was cold, formal and it gave the impression that my custom was an inconvenience. I left the venue after finishing my drink and I highly doubt I will be returning.

Came here for a drink, cocktails weren't cheap but were really good. Atmosphere was nice, music was alternative and at a good volume, saw a bit of a live performance which was good. Staff were friendly, would recommend for a nice drink.

Came here last night after doing a bit of the rounds trying different bars. First of all we had to pay £3 which I thought was a bit random, not many places charge to get in anymore unless they're super uber. Went in and I left my partner to order drinks while I went to the ladies. When I came back, he still hadn't been served. It wasn't extremely busy so I was a bit confused. When I stood next to him he said that they had asked him if he wanted a glass of water, he replied that he wanted drinks and they then ignored him. Another barman walked past and said something into the other guys ear. I asked if there was a problem, they checked to see if the alcoholic drink was for me rather than my partner. I again asked if there was a problem. Unfortunately my partner has a back condition which limits his movement and neck movement and the staff thought he was extremely drunk. My partner then had to explain his condition. They did apologise to be fair and the barman shook his hand and said it was a misunderstanding but it was uncomfortable for my partner and I'd have much preferred if they had just asked me how much he'd had to drink. We found a table and sat down with our drinks. As soon as we finished we decided to leave as this had put a bit of a downer on our atmosphere in the place. Quite a nice place, just a shame people are so quick to judge and misinterpret a situation.

The barmen were great tonight! A friend and I met at the bar and we were treated brilliantly, a group of men approached us which were unwanted but the barmen and bouncer sorted them out and allowed us to carry on our night :)

We were (eventually) served by a great barman (curly hair, thanks for the drinks!) who served us fab cocktails with enthusiasm and was polite and fun. There was however, another staff member behind the bar who were clearly avoiding eye contact or serving people although a appeared to be a senior team member. The bar wasn't very busy but service would have been quicker if he had stepped in and served instead of wandering up and down the bar like it was a catwalk (hence my earlier "eventually"). Will definitely be back because this is a great bar with a unique vibe and great drinks!

I love this place for cocktails. It's not the cheapest but the cocktails are lovely. Probably only of my favourite bars on Cardiff.

Met friends here for cocktails before going out for dinner.2 cocktails for £10 seemed like a fair deal, but unfortunately out favourite long island iced tea wasn't included, which did put the price up quite significantly.Will probably be back, but clearly not the cheapest of places.

Popped in for a drink ended up staying. The bar staff were really nice and attentive nothing was a problem drinks were good and they made up some cocktails for us using our favourite drinks. Would return yes

Came here for a pre and post match drink with large group of friends. Prices probably increased for the day. Beer and food was otherwise good. Only problem was that the music was far too loud! This was mainly somewhat older rugby fans but the bar seems to think that speaking not necessary. I was meeting people I had not steen for years! Put the music on SOFT on these days please!

Visited with 4 friends for cocktails before a night out in Cardiff. Excellent service with tab facility, table service and very friendly staff. Cocktails are great value starting from £5 each when buying 2, good quality and an excellent range on offer.A great place to start an evening with the old world decor and blues feel.

Wherever I meet friends in Cardiff City Centre, we tend to move on to 10 Feet Tall for their marvellous tapas. If you can't sit outside in the sunshine, there's a cosy bar inside with sofas to relax into & low tables to hold the various tapas to share(there are other items on the menu but I've never got past the tasty tapas!) The staff are extremely welcoming , happy & helpful. I can't recommend this bar highly enough.

Ok if you like rude staff.....of all types, bar & door!! Poorly made 'cocktails' ....... Weak & not the real thing!!Pretending to be something it's not.....a sofisticated bar, instead is an over priced, crap knocking-shop!!

Always have amazing cocktails, with friendly service! Lovely place to start a night out! Service can sometimes be slow due to high demand of cocktails which can sometimes be a pain.

Great cocktails - great atmosphere! We went here for pre dinner drinks and have visited once previously. Both experiences made me want to return. A relaxed friendly but smart bar!

It's always been a place where you can get good food and some really good cocktails and beers, but it's also always been a place where you can queue at the bar for a good half an hour to get a drink on a weekend. I once went with a friend on a rainy wednesday afternoon and it still took us 20 minutes to get served! Go if you're happy to wait for good drinks and good food.

10 Feet Tall is easily one of the best bars in Cardiff, great cocktails, great atmosphere! Worth a visit.

I arranged to have a leaving do somewhere I love in Cardiff and immediately thought of Ten Feet Tall... from the word go Hannah Davies was amazing. She was so helpful and constantly in contact with me. Turned up and the venue was set up for me and they made the room look awesome. I was allowed to play my own music, the bar staff were sooooo friendly, chatty and fun. They also made epic cocktails and suggested the best drinks for each person. I asked Hannah for £50 worth of bar snacks and they supplied an amazing spread of food (cheese, olives, crisps, chocolates, nuts etc). They let me personalise the room with my own table clothes and bunting and Hannah was extra helpful trying to help me set up. Everyone loved the drinks and the venue.. FAB bar! Definitely recommend!

Went here for cocktails recently & had a great night! Lovely atmosphere, professional, attentive staff & wonderful cocktail menu & cocktails!! Can't wait to return!

We popped in for a couple of cocktails and a portion of chips - great service (drinks not cheap but worth it). We loved the ambiance and the staff were very friendly. The chips were skin on and very tasty, huge portion for £2!!! Would really recommend
